Abstract

L'invention porte sur un appareil de préparation de boisson qui mélange de l'eau surchauffée dans un tuyau d'eau chaude (31) à débit réglé d'eau froide dans un tuyau d'eau froide (35) pour former un écoulement d'eau mixte ayant une température correcte et distribué à un appareil de distribution de fluide (20). Lorsqu'une vanne électromagnétique de brassage (30) est commandée pour s'ouvrir, l'appareil de distribution de fluide (20) distribue l'écoulement d'eau mixte ayant une température correcte à un contenant de préparation (21) contenant des ingrédients de boisson pré-placés pour fabriquer une boisson à partir des ingrédients; lorsque la vanne électromagnétique de brassage (30) est commandée pour se fermer, l'appareil de distribution de fluide (20) distribue l'écoulement d'eau mixte à température correcte à un tuyau de remplissage d'eau chaude (61) ajoutant l'écoulement d'eau mixte à température correcte directement dans la boisson lorsque la vanne électromagnétique d'eau chaude (60) est commandée pour s'ouvrir. Lorsque la vanne électromagnétique de brassage (30) et la vanne électromagnétique d'eau chaude (60) sont toutes les deux fermées, de l'eau chaude dans un échangeur de chaleur (11) s'évapore et retourne dans l'échangeur de chaleur (11) après avoir été préchauffée par l'appareil de distribution de fluide (30) à travers une conduite de circulation de préchauffage (33), formant ainsi un cycle de préchauffage.
