本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术提供一种能显示起吊物品重力的 葫芦。
本发明解决上述技术问题所釆用的技术方案为:该葫芦,包括上吊钩和上吊钩固定 架, 其特征在于: 还包括有一测重装置, 该测重装置设置有能显示所述上吊钩所承受重 力的显示器, 所述测重装置的第一端与所述上吊钩相连, 所述测重装置的第二端与所述 上吊钩固定架相连。
作为改进, 所述上吊钩转动连接在所述测重装置的第一端, 所述测重装置的第二端 转动连接在所述上吊钩固定架上。
较好的,所述测重装置包括一中空壳体, 该中空壳体内设置有测重传感单元,所述 显示器与所述测重传感单元电连接,所述中空壳体上设置有用于安装所述显示器的安装 孔; 所述测重传感单元外部包裹有一金属外壳, 该金属外壳与测重传感单元成为一整体 件, 该整体件的下连接部设置有第一销轴孔, 该第一销轴孔内活动设置有第一销轴, 该 第一销轴的两端固定在所述上吊钩固定架内; 该整体件的上连接部内设置第二销轴孔, 该第二销轴孔内活动设置有第二销轴, 该第二销轴的两端固定在所述上吊钩的连接端 内。

以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例一:
请参见图 1和图 2所示, 本实施例中提供了一种链式手板葫芦, 其包括上吊钩 1、 测重装置 2、机身 3、操作手柄 4、链条 5、下吊钩 6, 其中机身 3兼作为上吊钩固定架, 机身 3内部设置有与所述链条联接的齿轮传动机构、制动器等, 操作手柄 4设置在机身 的一侧, 下吊钩 6设置在链条 5的一侧。
本实施例中, 测重装置 2包括中空壳体 21、 测重传感单元和显示器 23, 测重传感 单元外部包裹有一金属外壳, 该金属外壳与测重传感单元形成一整体件 22, 该整体件 22置于所述中空壳体 21内,所述显示器 23与所述测重传感单元电连接,所述中空壳体 上设置有用于安装所述显示器 23的安装孔;
本实施例中,测重传感单元可以采用现有技术中常规的电子式测重传感器或机械式 测重传感器, 测重单位可以根据具体的测重传感单元分为公斤、 吨、 英镑、 牛顿、 千牛 等等。
所述上吊钩 1包括钩部 11和连接部 12, 钩部 11和连接部 12之间为可 360度转动 连接, 连接部 12整体位于所述中空壳体 21内, 连接部 12末端呈 U字型设置; 所述中 空壳体 21的第一端设有一能让所述连接部活动穿设的穿孔 211, 所述整体件 22的下连 接部 221内设置第一销轴孔 222, 该第一销轴孔 222内活动设置有第一销轴 31, 该第一 销轴 31的两端固定在所述机身 3内;所述整体件 22的上连接部 223内设置第二销轴孔 224,该第二销轴孔 224内活动设置有第二销轴 13,该第二销轴 13的两端固定在所述上 吊钩的 U字型连接部 12内。 实施例二:
如图 3和图 4所示, 本实施例二与实施例一不同的是, 测重装置 2外部并没有设置 中空壳体, 但是所述测重装置 2与所述机身 3通过四块防震板 7连成一体件, 四块防震 板 7组成一个中空的壳体, 所述防震板上设置有用于安装所述显示器 23的安装孔。

1、 一种葫芦, 包括上吊钩 (1)和上吊钩固定架 (3), 其特征在于: 还包括有一测重装 置 (2),该测重装置 (2)设置有能显示所述上吊钩 (1)所承受重力的显示器 (23),所述测重装 置 (2)的第一端与所述上吊钩 (1)相连, 所述测重装置 (2)的第二端与所述上吊钩固定架 (3) 相连。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的葫芦, 其特征在于: 所述上吊钩 (1)转动连接在所述测重 装置 (2)的第一端, 所述测重装置 (2)的第二端转动连接在所述上吊钩固定架 (3)上。
3、根据权利要求 2所述的葫芦,其特征在于:所述测重装置 (2)包括一中空壳体 (21), 该中空壳体 (21 )内设置有测重传感单元, 所述显示器 (23)与所述测重传感单元电连接, 所述中空壳体 (21)上设置有用于安装所述显示器 (23)的安装孔; 所述测重传感单元外部 包裹有一金属外壳, 该金属外壳与测重传感单元成为一整体件 (22), 该整体件 (22)的下 连接部 (221)设置有第一销轴孔 (222),该第一销轴孔 (222)内活动设置有第一销轴 (31),该 第一销轴 (31)的两端固定在所述上吊钩固定架 (3)内; 该整体件 (22)的上连接部 (223)内设 置第二销轴孔 (224), 该第二销轴孔 (224)内活动设置有第二销轴 (13), 该第二销轴 (13)的 两端固定在所述上吊钩 (1)的连接部 (12)内。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的葫芦, 其特征在于: 所述上吊钩 (1)的连接部 (12)呈 U字 型。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的葫芦, 其特征在于: 所述测重装置 (2)与所述上吊钩固定 架 (3)外通过防震板 (7)连成一体件,所述防震板 (7)上设置有用于安装所述显示器 (23)的安 装孔。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的葫芦, 其特征在于: 所述上吊钩 (1)转动连接在所述测重 装置 (2)及所述吊钩固定架 (3)所组成的一体件上。
