Description

Method for producing transcription decoration product, transcription decoration device and transcription decoration product
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a transfer decorative product in which one surface of a body to be decorated is decorated by transfer, a transfer decorative device, and a transfer decorative product.
Products with decorated surfaces of molded products such as metal and resin are used in various fields such as automobiles, household appliances, mobile phones, personal computers. The decoration on the surface of the molded product is performed, for example, by transferring a pattern of the transfer layer by bringing a transfer sheet having a transfer layer into contact with the surface of the molded product. However, when the surface shape of the molded product to be transferred is a three-dimensional shape, for example, a pressure forming apparatus shown in Patent Document 1 may be used to bring the transfer sheet into contact with the surface of the molded product.
When transferring and decorating a metal body as an object to be decorated, the transfer layer does not adhere to the surface of the metal body unless the pressure for pressing the transfer sheet against the metal body is large enough. In addition, when the surface of the object to be decorated is a three-dimensional shape such as a deeply drawn shape, even if a pressure forming apparatus is used, the transfer sheet is uniformly adhered to the surface of the object to be decorated. It is difficult to apply a sufficient pressure, and the facility itself is large in order to apply the necessary pressure. There is also a technique for decorating a composite product having a surface in which a metal part and a molded resin part are continuous (see Japanese Patent Application No. 2009-272836, FIG. 7). A product manufactured by this technology includes a metal part having an opening, a molded resin part integrated on the back surface side of the metal part so as to fill the opening, and a surface of the metal part and a molded resin part of the opening part. And a transfer layer formed continuously on the surface. In this manufacturing method, a transfer sheet and a metal part are placed in a predetermined position in an injection mold, and molten resin is injected into the cavity, so that the injection molding of the molded resin part and the surface decoration by the transfer layer can be performed simultaneously. Done. Depending on the product shape and molding conditions, in this manufacturing method, the transfer sheet in the opening is stretched in the flow direction of the molten resin by the flow and heat of the molten resin, and the movement of the transfer sheet in the metal part is suppressed. Wrinkles may occur on the transfer sheet near the boundary between the molded resin portion and the metal portion at the tip of the resin flow.
An object of the present invention is to obtain a transfer decorative product manufacturing method, a transfer decorative device, and a transfer decorative product in which the surface of the object to be decorated is simply and reliably decorated with a transfer layer. The present invention also provides a method for producing a transfer decorative product, a transfer decorative device, and a transfer decorative product, in which the transfer sheet is prevented from being wrinkled during decoration and the surface of the composite product is simply and reliably decorated with a transfer layer. The purpose is to provide.
The 1st characteristic means of the manufacturing method of the transcription | transfer decoration article which concerns on this invention is the position which arrange | positions a to-be-decorated body to a 1st type | mold, and the transfer sheet which has a transfer layer in the position facing the surface of the said to-be-decorated body. Placing the first mold and the second mold, forming a cavity between the second mold and the transfer sheet, injecting a medium into the cavity, and And a step of pressing the transfer sheet against the object to be decorated and heating the transfer sheet with the medium to transfer the transfer layer to the object to be decorated.
In this way, after the transfer sheet is arranged at a position facing the surface of the object to be decorated, the medium is injected into the cavity formed between the second mold and the transfer sheet, and the transfer sheet is decorated with the medium. Because it is pressed against the body, even if the surface of the object to be decorated has a three-dimensional shape such as a shape with a deep aperture, it is difficult for air to accumulate between the transfer sheet and the object to be decorated, and the transfer sheet and the object to be decorated Adhesion with the body is improved, and the transfer layer is reliably transferred to the object to be decorated.
Moreover, as a medium which presses a transfer sheet toward a to-be-decorated body, heat is provided with a pressure with respect to a transfer sheet, for example by using molten resin. As a result, the transfer sheet can be pressed against the object to be decorated while being softened by the heat of the medium, and the transfer layer can be easily transferred to the object to be decorated. Furthermore, it has become possible to manufacture a transfer decorative product with a simple injection mold without using a large-scale manufacturing apparatus.
The second characteristic means of the method for producing a transfer decorative article according to the present invention is that the medium is a thermoplastic resin.
The medium injected into the cavity formed between the second mold and the transfer sheet is only used to press the transfer sheet against the surface of the object to be decorated. Is not included. Therefore, there is a high possibility that the used medium is discarded as it is, and when the medium is, for example, a molten resin, the environment is adversely affected. However, when the medium is a thermoplastic resin, when the transfer sheet is pressed against the surface of the object to be decorated, it is injected at a high temperature and then softens by applying heat again even if it is solidified at a low temperature. . Therefore, the thermoplastic resin used to press the transfer sheet against the surface of the object to be decorated can be reused without being discarded.
The third characteristic means of the method for producing a transfer decorative article according to the present invention is that it includes a step of performing vacuum suction so that the transfer sheet and the object to be decorated come into contact with each other before mold clamping.
This feature means that the transfer sheet is in contact with the object to be decorated before the medium is injected to press the transfer sheet against the surface of the object to be decorated. When pressed, contact unevenness of the transfer sheet against the surface of the object to be decorated is unlikely to occur. Therefore, the adhesion between the transfer sheet and the object to be decorated is improved, and the transfer layer is reliably transferred to the object to be decorated.
The fourth characteristic means of the method for producing a transfer decorative article according to the present invention is that it includes a step of clamping the transfer sheet along the clamping direction of the first mold and the second mold.
By this feature means, the transfer sheet is sandwiched along the clamping direction of the first mold and the second mold, so that the transfer sheet is prevented from being displaced from the surface of the object to be decorated, and the object to be decorated The transfer sheet can be securely clamped and separated from the surface.
The first characteristic configuration of the transfer decoration device according to the present invention is that the first and second molds that can be clamped to each other while forming a cavity therein and the transfer sheet having the transfer layer are in contact with each other. A mounting portion formed on the inner surface of the first mold, and a medium injection mechanism for injecting a medium for pressing the transfer sheet against the object to be decorated, into the cavity so that the decorative body can be placed; It is in the point.
With this configuration, the object to be decorated is placed on the placement portion in contact with the transfer sheet, and the medium is injected from the medium injection mechanism into the cavity formed between the second mold and the transfer sheet. Thus, the transfer sheet can be pressed against the object to be decorated by the medium, and as a result, a transfer decorative product to which the transfer layer is reliably transferred can be produced.
The 2nd characteristic structure of the transfer decoration apparatus which concerns on this invention clamps the said transfer sheet along the clamping direction of the said 1st type | mold and the said 2nd type | mold, and the said transfer sheet is attached to the said to-be-decorated body On the other hand, it is provided with a clamping clamp for approaching and separating.
With this configuration, the transfer sheet is in contact with and separated from the object to be decorated in a state where the transfer sheet is clamped by the clamping clamp, so that the state in which the transfer sheet contacts the surface of the object to be decorated and the surface of the object to be decorated The state where the transfer sheet is separated is securely held. As a result, in a state where the transfer sheet abuts on the surface of the object to be decorated, the position of the transfer sheet is prevented from shifting with respect to the object to be decorated, and in a state where the transfer sheet is separated from the surface of the object to be decorated, It becomes easy to place the object to be decorated on the placement part of the first type and to remove the transfer decoration from the first type.
The 3rd characteristic structure of the transcription | transfer decoration apparatus which concerns on this invention is the state which mounted the said to-be-decorated body in the mounting part mentioned above, and the peripheral part of the said to-be-decorated body spaces apart from the inner surface of the said 1st type | mold. As described above, the height of the mounting portion is set.
By setting the height of the mounting part so that the peripheral part of the object to be decorated is separated from the inner surface of the first mold in the state where the object to be decorated is mounted on the mounting part as in this configuration, A transfer sheet can be made to go inward of the peripheral part of a to-be-decorated body, and the transfer area | region of the surface of a to-be-decorated body can be expanded.
A fourth characteristic configuration of the transfer decorating apparatus according to the present invention is that an adhesion preventing coating for preventing the transfer layer from being transferred from the transfer sheet is applied to the inner surface of the first mold.
When the anti-adhesion coating for preventing the transfer layer from being transferred from the transfer sheet is applied to the inner surface of the first mold as in this configuration, the transfer of the transfer layer to the inner surface of the mold is surely prevented. be able to.
A fifth characteristic configuration of the transfer decoration device according to the present invention is that a pressurizing mechanism for increasing the pressure of the medium in a state where the medium is injected into the cavity is provided.
As in this configuration, when a pressurizing mechanism for increasing the pressure of the medium is provided in a state where the medium is injected into the cavity, the medium injected into the cavity is compressed and the transfer sheet to be decorated The pressing force on the surface is further increased as a whole, and the transfer of the transfer layer to the surface of the object to be decorated can be performed more reliably.
The characteristic structure of the transfer decorative article according to the present invention is that the transfer layer is transferred using the first to fourth characteristic means with respect to the concave portion or the convex portion formed on the surface of the object to be decorated. .
When the transfer layer is transferred using the first to fourth characteristic means to the concave portion or the convex portion formed on the surface of the object to be decorated as in this configuration, the surface of the object to be decorated is Even if the formed concave or convex portion is fine, the transfer layer that has received the heat and pressure of the medium is in close contact with the concave or convex portion. As a result, in the transfer decorative article, the concave portion or the convex portion formed on the surface of the object to be decorated is reliably transferred and decorated by the transfer layer. In addition, in the transfer decorative product, it is possible to match the surface processing (texture, knurling, etc.) of the object to be decorated with the position of the pattern.

In addition, in the conventional transfer in which the transfer sheet 12 is brought into close contact with the object to be decorated 20 by vacuum suction and then pressed with a rubber body, it is necessary to select a base sheet 12b that is easily deformed by heat and pressure within a predetermined range.
The transfer layer 12a includes, for example, a pattern layer that expresses characters and patterns, and an adhesive layer that improves the adhesion between the object to be decorated and the transfer layer. It may be provided with a hard coat layer that secures the strength of the surface of the object to be decorated 20 and improves scratch resistance, an anchor layer that improves interlayer adhesion, or a plurality of similar layers such as a plurality of design layers. . A release layer for improving the peelability of the transfer layer 12a from the base sheet 12b may be provided between the base sheet 12b and the transfer layer 12a. The pattern layer or the like is formed on the base sheet 12b by a printing method such as a gravure printing method, a screen printing method, or an offset printing method, or a coating method such as a gravure coating method, a roll coating method, or a comma coating method.
[Decorated body]
The decorated body 20 is, for example, a metal press plate having a convex portion 20a, a resin molded body, glass, or the like. The surface of the object to be decorated 20 is not subjected to any pretreatment, is subjected to surface treatment such as alumite treatment (when the object to be decorated 20 is aluminum), frame treatment, plasma treatment, or the like, or the transfer layer 12a A surface treatment such as application of an adhesive is performed in advance so that the transfer layer 12a can be easily adhered to the sheet. It is necessary to select a suitable material for the surface treatment of the object to be decorated 20 and the surface covering material according to each combination of the object to be decorated 20 and the transfer layer 12a formed on the surface.
[First type]
The first mold 1 is formed with a mounting portion 1 </ b> A on which the body to be decorated 20 is arranged protruding from the inner surface. The placement unit 1 </ b> A has a shape corresponding to the shape of the back surface of the object to be decorated 20. Therefore, 1 A of mounting parts may be formed in planar shape or concave shape. Moreover, the 1st type | mold 1 is comprised so that the transfer sheet 12 may be arrange | positioned as a decorating sheet along the to-be-decorated body 20 in the case of mold clamping. The transfer sheet 12 is arranged between the object to be decorated 20 and the second mold 2 at the stage where the arrangement of the object to be decorated 20 on the placement unit 1A of the first mold 1 is completed. The transfer sheet 12 includes a transfer layer 12a and a base sheet 12b, and the transfer layer 12a decorates the surface of the object to be decorated. The transfer sheet 12 is, for example, a roll-shaped long film developed and arranged at the position.
[Second type]
A cavity surface 2A having a shape along the surface of the object to be decorated 20 is formed in the second mold 2, and by clamping with the first mold 1, the object to be decorated 20 and the cavity surface 2A are formed. A cavity space V in which resin can be injected is formed therebetween.
[Transfer sheet holding mechanism]
As the transfer sheet holding mechanism, the first mold 1 is provided with a first clamp 4 and a second clamp 5 that are elastically biased toward the mold surface 1a. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 1, the first clamp 4 is provided at a position closer to the mold surface 1 a than the second clamp 5, and the operating rod 6 penetrating the inside of the first mold 1 is the first mold 1. It is attached to the movable plate 7 in the space 1B provided inside. The second clamp 5 is attached to the movable plate 9 of the space portion 1 </ b> B in which the operating rod 8 penetrating the inside of the first mold 1 is provided inside the first mold 1.
The movable plate 9 is provided at a position farther from the mold surface 1a than the movable plate 7 to which the operation rod 6 of the first clamp 4 is attached. The operation rod 8 passes through the movable plate 7 and is attached to the movable plate 9. ing. In the space 1B, the movable plate 7 is urged in a direction away from the mold surface 1a by an elastic member 7a disposed between the movable plate 7 and the wall surface of the space 1B on the mold surface 1a side. The movable plate 9 is connected to the movable plate 7 via an elastic member 9a, and the elastic member 9a biases the movable plate 9 in a direction away from the mold surface 1a. As a result, the first clamps 4 and 5 are elastically biased toward the mold surface 1a. The space 1B is provided with a fixed plate 10 at a position closer to the mold surface 1a than the movable plates 7 and 9.
When the movable plate 9 receives a pressing force from an eject rod, an air cylinder or the like and moves in a direction approaching the mold surface 1a of the first mold 1 against the elastic member 9a, the movable plate 7 also moves in the same direction via the elastic member 9a. The actuating rods 6 and 8 move the first clamp 4 and the second clamp 5 away from the mold surface 1a. At this time, the transfer sheet 12 is held between the first clamp 4 and the second clamp 5. When the movable plate 9 further moves in a direction approaching the mold surface 1a, the movable plate 7 comes into contact with the fixed plate 10 and stops. However, the movable plate 9 moves to the mold surface 1a against the elastic member 9a even after the movable plate 7 stops. As a result, the second clamp 5 is separated from the first clamp 4 and becomes a position where the transfer sheet 12 is allowed to move.
On the other hand, when the movable plate 9 does not receive the pressing force of the eject rod, the air cylinder, etc., the movable plate 9 receives the elastic urging force of the elastic member 9a and moves away from the mold surface 1a of the first mold 1. The movable plate 7 also receives the elastic biasing force of the elastic member 7a and moves in a direction away from the mold surface 1a of the first mold 1. That is, the first clamp 4 and the second clamp 5 are close to the mold surface 1 a, and the second clamp 5 comes into contact with the first clamp 4 to hold and hold the transfer sheet 12.
[Medium injection mechanism]
The second mold 2 is provided with a gate 11 for injecting and injecting a molten resin (medium) 30 as a medium injection mechanism. The gate 11 is formed on the cavity surface 2 </ b> A so as to face the surface of the object to be decorated 20 disposed on the placement unit 1 </ b> A. Then, in the state where the first mold 1 and the second mold 2 are clamped, the gate 11 passes through the cavity V formed between the cavity surface 2A and the transfer sheet 12 disposed on the surface of the object to be decorated 20. Medium is injected.
[Medium]
The medium 30 to be injected is a liquid having viscosity, a molten resin having fluidity, or the like. The molten resin may be either a thermoplastic resin or a thermosetting resin. However, the medium 30 injected into the cavity V formed between the cavity surface 2A and the transfer sheet 12 is used only to press the transfer sheet 12 against the surface of the object to be decorated 20. Therefore, in the present invention, the used medium 30 is not discarded but reused. For this purpose, for example, a thermoplastic resin is used as the molten resin. When the medium 30 is a thermoplastic resin, it is injected in a high temperature state when the transfer sheet 12 is pressed against the surface of the object to be decorated 20, and then softens by applying heat again even if it becomes solid at a low temperature. Easy to reuse. Examples of the thermoplastic resin include PC / ABS, PE, ABS, PS, SAN, EVA, PVC, PMMA, PA, POM, PBT and the like.
[Resin molding process]
As shown in FIG. 1, the object to be decorated 20 is arranged on the placement portion 1 </ b> A of the first mold 1 using a manipulator or the like not shown, and the decoration to be decorated is arranged on the second mold 2 and the first mold 1. The transfer sheet 12 is placed between the body 20. At this time, the object to be decorated 20 disposed on the placement unit 1 </ b> A of the first mold 1 is sucked and held by the suction unit 13 provided in the first mold 1.
Next, after the transfer sheet 12 is sandwiched between the first clamp 4 and the second clamp 5 and the transfer sheet 12 is heated with a heater as necessary, as shown in FIG. 2, the first clamp 4 and the second clamp 5 are used. Is moved in the direction of the mold surface 1 a of the first mold, and the transfer sheet 12 is made to follow the surface of the object to be decorated 20. At this time, the transfer sheet 12 is sucked and held by the suction unit 13 provided in the first mold 1.
As shown in FIG. 3, when the clamping of the first mold 1 and the second mold 2 is completed, the space between the cavity surface 2A of the second mold 2 and the transfer sheet 12 disposed on the surface of the object to be decorated 20 A cavity V is formed in
Next, as shown in FIG. 4, molten resin 30 is injected from the gate 11 provided in the second mold 2 into the formed cavity V. At this time, the transfer sheet 12 is pressed toward the surface of the object to be decorated 20 by the molten resin 30 injected into the cavity V, and as a result, the transfer sheet 12 is securely bonded to the surface of the object to be decorated 20. It will be. Here, when the molten resin 30 injected into the cavity V has a high temperature, the molten resin 30 heats the transfer sheet 12 and further heats the surface of the object to be decorated 20. The transfer layer 12a of the transfer sheet 12 is more reliably transferred to the surface. Here, the temperature of the injected molten resin is set to be 280 ° C. or higher, for example, and the first mold 1 and the second mold are set to be 80 ° C. or higher, for example.
As shown in FIG. 5, after the molten resin 30 is cured, the second mold is separated from the first mold, the mold clamping is released, and the transfer film 12 is sandwiched between the first clamp 4 and the second clamp 5. It leaves | separates from the surface of the to-be-decorated body 20 as it is. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 6, the transfer decorative article P is extruded and taken out by an extrusion bar (not shown) provided in the first mold 1, and an extrusion bar (not shown) provided in the second mold 2. The molten resin 30 cured by the above is extruded, and the transfer sheet 12 is restarted.
In the obtained transfer decorative article P, the surface of the object to be decorated 20 is reliably decorated by the transfer layer 12a. Thus, the surface of the object to be decorated 20 can be decorated by the manufacturing method and the transfer decoration device according to the present invention. When a thermoplastic resin is used as the molten resin 30, another treatment such as heating the cured resin back to the molten resin is performed, and the resin is reused as a medium to be injected into the cavity V.
[Second Embodiment]
In this embodiment, only a configuration different from the configuration of the first embodiment will be described, and the description of the same configuration will be omitted. In the present embodiment, a pressurizing mechanism for increasing the pressure of the medium 30 in a state where the medium 30 is injected into the cavity V is provided. FIG. 7A shows a state immediately after the molten resin is injected, and FIG. 7B shows a state where the injected molten resin is compressed.
7A and 7B, a slide mold 3 is provided inside the cavity surface of the second mold 2 as a pressurizing mechanism for increasing the pressure of the medium 30 in the cavity V. The slide mold 3 can be moved relative to the second mold 2 in the mold clamping direction, and the slide mold 3 is attached in a direction away from the first mold 1 between the slide mold 3 and the second mold 2. An elastic member 3a is provided. When the molten resin 30 is injected after clamping, the slide mold 3 is held at a position retracted from the cavity surface of the second mold 2 (FIG. 7A), and after the injection of the molten resin 30 is completed. The slide mold 3 is advanced toward the first mold 1 against the elastic member 3a (FIG. 7B). As a result, the area of the cavity V is reduced, the injected molten resin 30 is compressed, and the pressing force of the transfer sheet 12 to the entire surface of the object to be decorated 20 is increased, so that the transfer to the object to be decorated 20 is performed. The transfer by the layer is more reliably performed.
[Another embodiment]
(1) In said embodiment, the to-be-decorated body 20 shows the example mounted in the mounting part 1A of the 1st type | mold 1 in the state which the peripheral part contact | abutted to the type | mold surface 1a of the 1st type | mold. However, as shown in FIG. 8, the mounting portion 1 </ b> A formed on the first mold 1 is in a state where the decorated body 20 is placed on the placing portion 1 </ b> A, and the peripheral portion of the decorated body 20. The height 20b may be set so as to be separated from the mold surface 1a of the first mold 1. Thus, when the peripheral edge 20b of the object to be decorated is separated from the mold surface 1a of the first mold 1, the transfer sheet 12 can go inward from the peripheral edge 20b of the object to be decorated 20, The transfer area of the object to be decorated 20 is expanded. In addition, when the transfer sheet 12 and the molten resin 30 wrap around inward from the peripheral edge 20b of the object to be decorated 20, the molten resin 30 and the transfer sheet from the surface of the object to be decorated 20 when the mold is opened. There are cases where 12 does not move away smoothly. In such a case, the molten resin 30 is made of a soft resin such as rubber or urethane, and the transfer sheet 12 is a sheet. Alternatively, a mechanism for removing the undercut is incorporated in the mold.
(2) As shown in FIG. 8, an adhesion preventing coating 14 for preventing the transfer layer from being transferred from the transfer sheet 12 may be applied to the mold surface 1 a of the first mold 1. Thus, when the adhesion preventing coating 14 is applied to the mold surface 1a, the transfer of the transfer layer 12a to the mold surface 1a can be reliably prevented. As the anti-adhesion coating 14, silicon or fluorine is applied to the mold surface 1a, surface unevenness treatment (blasting / etching) is performed, or both of them are used in combination.
(3) A member for reducing friction such as Teflon (registered trademark) or a coated ring may be disposed on the surface of the first clamp 4 and the second clamp 5 that holds the transfer sheet 12. In this way, when the transfer sheet 12 is pressed against the convex portion 20a of the object to be decorated 20 before mold clamping, the transfer sheet 12 is allowed to move, and the object to be decorated 20 is not stretched forcibly. It is possible to follow the convex portion 20a.
(4) In said embodiment, although the unevenness | corrugation is not formed in the surface of the to-be-decorated body 20, as shown in FIG. 8, the to-be-decorated body 20 is equipped with the penetration part 20c etc., and an unevenness | corrugation is on the surface. It may be formed. Even in this case, the molten resin (medium) 30 presses the transfer sheet 12 so as to be in close contact with the penetrating portion 20c, and the transfer layer 12a is reliably transferred to the object to be decorated 20.
(5) In the above embodiment, the surface of the object to be decorated 20 is only decorated with the transfer layer 12a. However, the first mold 1 is also provided with a gate for injecting resin, and the surface of the object to be decorated 20 is decorated. In addition, the resin portion may be formed on the back surface of the object to be decorated 20 simultaneously with the decoration by the transfer layer 12a. In addition, a temperature adjusting mechanism that adjusts the temperature of the mold may be provided in the first mold 1 to adjust the temperature of the object to be decorated 20. If it carries out like this, when the to-be-decorated body 20 is a metal body, it becomes easy to transfer the transfer layer of a transfer sheet with respect to the surface of the to-be-decorated body 20 heated by the temperature control mechanism.
(6) In the above embodiment, the transfer decoration device is arranged in the vertical direction (vertical direction), but may be arranged in the horizontal direction (lateral direction).
(7) In the above embodiment, an example in which the transfer sheet 12 having the transfer layer 12a is used has been described. However, instead of this, a pattern is formed on the plain base sheet or the base sheet with respect to the surface of the object to be decorated 20 You may make it the structure which decorates integrally the insert sheet | seat attached | subjected etc. as it is. Moreover, in said embodiment, although the example which expand | deploys and arrange | positions the transfer sheet 12 in the position facing the surface of the to-be-decorated body 20 made the roll-shaped long film was shown, it matches with the external shape of the to-be-decorated body 20. What was cut in this way may be arranged, and arbitrary shapes larger than the to-be-decorated object 20 (for example, a rectangular branch leaf sheet) may be sufficient.
In the method for manufacturing a transfer decorative article according to each embodiment of the present invention, the transfer sheet 12 is brought into close contact with the surface of the object to be decorated 20 and the transfer layer 12a is transferred using pressure and heating by the molten resin 30. . The pressurization is a direct pressurization to the transfer sheet 12, and the heating is a direct heating to the transfer sheet 12 and a heating to the object to be decorated 20. Since the transfer sheet 12 is brought into close contact with the surface of the object to be decorated 20 by a fluid such as a molten resin 30, not only the surface of the object to be decorated 20 is smooth but also the case of a fine uneven shape such as embossing or embossing. However, the molten resin 30 flows into the concavo-convex shape, the transfer sheet 12 adheres to the concavo-convex shape with high accuracy, and the transfer layer 12a can be transferred to the concavo-convex shape with high accuracy. Or even if it is a large uneven | corrugated shape, the transfer layer 12a can be accurately transferred to the corner of the uneven shape. Moreover, since it is the continuous pressurization by the flow of the molten resin 30 that gradually expands from the inflow point of the molten resin 30, the transfer sheet 12 and the object to be decorated 20 in the process of closely contacting the transfer sheet 12 It is also possible to effectively prevent the occurrence of so-called air pockets that create air pockets between them.
Further, in the method for producing a transfer decorative article according to each embodiment of the present invention, a material having good dimensional stability and hardly deformed by printing and drying can be selected for the base sheet 12b. Transfer can be performed using the transfer sheet 12 with high accuracy. Therefore, as a result, it is possible to manufacture a transfer decorative product P with high positional accuracy between the position and size of the symbol and the uneven shape of the object to be decorated 20.
In this invention, the to-be-decorated body 20 may be a composite product having a surface in which the metal part 80 and the molded resin part 81 are continuous as shown in FIG. Referring to (1) and (2) of FIG. 9, the composite article has a rectangular metal part 80 in plan view with a large opening at the center, and the entire back surface of the metal part 80 so as to fill the opening 83. The molded resin portion 81 is integrated. The composite product has a shape in which the periphery rises slightly downward. The metal part 80 constitutes a part of the surface of the composite product, the surface of the molded resin part 81 constitutes the other part of the composite product, and the surface of the metal part 80 and the surface of the molded resin part 81 are smoothly connected. Yes. As an example of the transfer decoration, a front side housing of a mobile phone or a smartphone having the opening 83 as a liquid crystal display unit can be given. In this case, a transparent resin is used for the molded resin portion. Although not shown, in the transfer decorative product, a boss or a rib for fitting with the back side housing can be formed on the back surface of the transfer decorative product using the molded resin portion 81. In this case, it is not necessary to attach ribs or the like in a separate process, and furthermore, since the ribs and the like are integrally formed, the thickness of the entire housing can be reduced. With reference to (3) of FIG. 9, the transfer decorative article includes a transfer layer 12a formed so as to cover the surface of the metal portion 80 and the surface of the molded resin portion 81. Examples of the transfer layer 12a include a transparent hard coat layer made of a photocurable resin or a thermosetting resin and improving the surface strength. The transfer layer 12a may be a single layer or a laminate of a plurality of layers, and a pattern may be partially formed in accordance with the shape of the composite product.
The metal part 80 is, for example, a metal press plate such as aluminum having a convex part 20a. The metal part 80 may be a resin molded body, glass, or the like as long as it can be surface-decorated similarly to the metal plate. The surface of the metal portion 80 is not subjected to any pretreatment, is subjected to surface treatment such as anodizing (when the metal portion 80 is aluminum), flame treatment, plasma treatment, or the like, so that the transfer layer 12a is easily formed. In addition, a surface treatment such as application of an adhesive is performed in advance, or a sheet to which the transfer layer 12a is easily adhered is pasted in advance. For the surface treatment of the metal part 80 and the surface covering material, it is necessary to select a suitable material according to each combination of the metal part 80 and the transfer layer 12a formed on the surface. The molded resin portion 81 may also be subjected to surface treatment or surface coating with an adhesive sheet, an adhesive layer, or the like so that the transfer layer 12a is easily fixed.
Examples of the constituent material of the molded resin portion 81 include general-purpose resins such as polystyrene resin, polyolefin resin, ABS resin, ABS resin, AS resin, and AN resin. Also, general engineering resins such as polycarbonate resins and acrylic resins, and super engineering resins such as polyimide resins and liquid crystal polyester resins can be used. Furthermore, composite resins to which reinforcing materials such as glass fibers and inorganic fillers are added can also be used.
In addition, when the to-be-decorated body 20 is a composite article, the to-be-decorated body 20 shown in FIGS. 1-8 is considered as what simplified and described the composite article shown in FIG.
In the case where the object to be decorated 20 is a composite product, the present invention decorates the surface of the composite product in which the metal part 80 constituting a part of the surface and the molded resin part 81 constituting the other part of the surface are integrated. A method for producing a transferred decorative article, wherein the step of disposing the composite product on the first mold 1 and the transfer sheet 12 having a transfer layer are arranged between the surface of the metal portion 80 and the surface of the molded resin portion 81. A step of disposing the first mold 1 and the second mold 2 to form a cavity between the second mold 2 and the transfer sheet 12; A step of injecting the medium 30 into the cavity, pressing the transfer sheet 12 against the composite article with the pressure of the medium 30, and heating the transfer sheet 12 with the medium 30 to fix the transfer layer to the surface of the composite article. ing. In addition, there is a step of preparing the composite product 20 before the step of arranging the composite product 20 described above. For example, the decorative sheet S is manufactured from the manufacturing method shown in FIG. 7 of Japanese Patent Application No. 2009-272836. Specifically, the step of placing the metal part 80 in the mold, the step of clamping the mold and injecting the molten resin into the cavity, and the step of integrating the metal part 80 and the molded resin part 81 by holding and cooling. And a step of opening the mold and taking out the composite product 20. The metal portion 80 may be formed in a predetermined three-dimensional shape before being placed in the mold, or may be configured to be deformed into a predetermined three-dimensional shape at the time of injection molding.
The present invention also provides a transfer for producing a transfer decorative product in which the surface of a composite product in which a metal part 80 constituting a part of the surface and a molded resin part 81 constituting another part of the surface are integrated is decorated. A first mold 1 that is a decoration device, in which a composite article in which a transfer sheet 12 having a transfer layer is arranged on the surface is provided with a placement portion on which the back surface of the composite article comes in contact; A second mold 2 in which a cavity is formed between the first mold 1 and the surface of the transfer sheet 12, and a medium injection mechanism for injecting a medium 30 for pressing the transfer sheet 12 against the composite product into the cavity; It has.
Further, the present invention is a transfer decorative article, in which a metal part 80 constituting a part of the surface and a molded resin part 81 constituting another part of the surface are integrated, and a concave or convex part is formed on the surface. And the transfer layer transferred to the concave portion or the convex portion using the above-described manufacturing method.
With this configuration, after the transfer sheet 12 is disposed at a position facing the surface of the composite product, the medium 30 is injected into the cavity formed between the second mold 2 and the transfer sheet 12 and transferred by the medium 30. Since the sheet 12 is pressed against the composite product, even if the surface of the composite product has a three-dimensional shape such as a shape with a deep aperture, it is difficult for air to accumulate between the transfer sheet 12 and the composite product. Adhesion with the product is improved, and the transfer layer is reliably transferred to the composite product. It is also reliably transferred to the boundary 82 between the metal part 80 and the molded resin part 81. In this invention, since the transfer sheet is brought into close contact with the surface of the composite product using the pressure and heat of the medium 30, the transfer sheet 12 is prevented from being wrinkled during decoration, and the surface of the composite product is easily and reliably transferred. It can be decorated with layers. Even if the concave portion or the convex portion formed on the surface of the composite product is fine, the transfer layer that receives the heat and pressure of the medium closely contacts the concave portion or the convex portion. As a result, in the transfer decorative product, the concave portion or the convex portion formed on the surface of the composite product is reliably transferred and decorated by the transfer layer.
The present invention relates to a transfer decorative product used in various fields such as automobiles, household appliances, mobile phones, personal computers, etc., regardless of whether it is an interior product or an exterior product, and a transfer layer on the surface of the object to be decorated.
