发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足, 即氧气吸入器的湿 化瓶与流量控制器螺紋连方式安装与拆卸操作步骤多, 花费时间长, 易造成 人为失误的缺点, 提供一种能快速准确安装与拆卸的氧气吸入器, 缩短医护 人员为病人输氧治疗和抢救的准备时间,减轻医护人员的工作量和工作强度, 同时防止人为操作失误造成不当安装和使用。
本发明还同时提供一种用于快速连接流量控制器的湿化瓶 (或快速连 接湿化瓶的流量控制器), 解决医护人员为病人输氧时, 流量控制器或湿化 瓶连接不方便的问题。
本发明的技术方案为: 一种快速连接的氧气吸入器, 包括与气源连接 的流量控制器以及与流量控制器连接的湿化瓶,其特征在于: 所述流量控 制器上设有快速插头, 湿化瓶上设有与快速插头相配合的快速接头, 流量控制器与湿化瓶通过快速插头与快速接头相卡接。
所述快速插头包括与流量控制器螺紋连接的螺紋端以及与湿化瓶相连 接的卡接端, 所述卡接端的周壁上设有密封环及卡接环槽。 或者所述快速 插头一体成型在流量控制器上, 其端部的周壁上设有密封环及卡接环槽。
所述快速接头的中心设有与快速插头尺寸相适配的沉台, 沉台的内壁 上设有与快速插头的卡接环槽相嵌合的弹性卡珠或弹性卡簧。

本发明改进了氧气吸入器的流量控制器与湿化瓶和进氧导管的连接方 式, 把现有的螺纹连式改进为快速插接式的连接方式, 把进氧导管内置于湿 化瓶内, 取消了进氧导管单独安装与拆卸的操作步骤, 极大的提高了流量控 制器和湿化瓶的连接与拆卸速度, 并能实现准确连接。 这样就缩短了医护人 员为病人输氧的准备时间, 减轻了医护人员的工作量, 同时避免发生失误操 作产生漏气, 连接不紧固等问题。

4、 根据权利要求 2或 3所述的快速连接的氧气吸入器, 其特征在于: 所述快速接头的中心设有与快速插头尺寸相适配的沉台, 沉台的内壁上设 有与快速插头的卡接环槽相嵌合的弹性卡珠或弹性卡簧。
5、 根据权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的快速连接的氧气吸入器, 其特征 在于: 所述湿化瓶内固定连接有进氧导管, 进氧导管的一端位于快速接头 的中心、 并当湿化瓶与流量控制器连接时与流量控制器连通, 进氧导管的 另一端伸向湿化瓶底部。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的快速连接的氧气吸入器, 其特征在于: 所述 进氧导管与快速接头一体制成。
7、 根据权利要求 5所述的快速连接的氧气吸入器, 其特征在于: 所述 流量控制器上设有气源快速插头, 所述气源快速插头与气源上相适应的快 速接头连通。
8、 一种用于快速连接的流量控制器, 其特征在于: 所述流量控制器上 设有快速插头, 所述快速插头中心设有连通流量控制器内部与外界的通道。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的流量控制器, 其特征在于: 所述快速插头的 外部套设有封闭其通道的密封部件。
10、 一种用于快速连接的湿化瓶, 其特征在于: 所述湿化瓶上设有快 速接头, 所述快速接头的中心设有连通湿化瓶内部与外界的通道。
