Abstract
一种数字化复合杂交手术室麻醉废气排放监控系统,包括:麻醉呼吸机、废气吸收装置、废气缓存罐、废气处理装置、监视控制箱和麻醉呼吸面罩,麻醉呼吸机、麻醉呼吸面罩、废气吸收装置、废气缓存罐、废气处理装置依次连通,废气缓存罐内安装有二氧化碳浓度感应器和气压感应器,废气缓存罐上方为监视控制箱;本实用新型能有效的解决麻醉机呼吸系统吸气压力不稳定问题,能有效地避免麻醉废气溢出与室内空气混合,并能较好地实现麻醉废气的精准监视和控制,提高麻醉操作的精准性。

[0002] 气体麻醉作为一种有效的麻醉手段被广泛使用于各类手术,麻醉废气处理问题越来越受到人们的关注。在手术中,通常使用的是自麻醉机系统。由于自麻醉系统使用了吸入麻醉剂,采用半开放式或禁闭式麻醉方法,麻醉呼吸机将麻醉气体以需要的比例混入空气中,经过呼吸系统进入人的肺部,通过气体交换进入人体,多余麻醉气体同呼出的二氧化碳一起从呼吸系统的出口排出。从麻醉呼吸系统的出口排出的废气通常要经过麻醉废气吸收系统和麻醉废气处理系统,最后排放到大气中。然而现有技术中存在如下问题:现有技术所存在的麻醉机呼吸系统吸气压力不稳定,麻醉废气易溢出与室内空气混合,麻醉废气的排放不仅危害了手术室工作人员的身体健康,而且也污染了手术环境,且现有的麻醉机呼吸系统其废气流量排放调节不便。

[0004] 为解决其技术问题本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:一种数字化复合杂交手术室麻醉废气排放监控系统,包括:麻醉呼吸机1、废气吸收装置2、废气处理装置4、和麻醉呼吸面罩12,麻醉呼吸机I的一端连接有氧气进气管10和麻醉气进气管11,氧气进气管10和麻醉气进气管11上分别设置有氧气调速器15和麻醉气调速器14,麻醉呼吸机I的另一端通过导气管13连通到麻醉呼吸面罩12,麻醉呼吸面罩12连通到废气吸收装置2,废气吸收装置2连通到废气处理装置4 ;
[0005] 其特征在于:废气吸收装置2与废气处理装置4间设置有废气缓存罐3,废气缓存罐3内安装有二氧化碳浓度感应器5和气压感应器6,废气缓存罐3上方设置有监视控制箱7,监视控制箱7上包含气压显示器8、二氧化碳浓度显示器9、气压值限定调节钮16和二氧化碳浓度限定调节钮17,二氧化碳浓度感应器5和气压感应器6通过信号线传导连接到监视控制箱7,监视控制箱7通过信号线传控制连接到废气吸收装置2、氧气调速器15和麻醉气调速器14。

[0008] 工作原理:通过在废气吸收装置2与废气处理装置4间设置废气缓存罐3,废气呼收装置2和废气处理装置4内产生的阻压能有效得到缓和;同时,废气缓存罐3内安装有二氧化碳浓度感应器5和气压感应器6,监视控制箱7能及时监视废气中二氧化碳浓度和废气气压,当二氧化碳浓度和废气气压超过监视控制箱7中的调节限定值时,监视控制箱7可自动控制废气吸收装置2、氧气调速器15和麻醉气调速器14的气流流速和流速比,从而使废气流出速度与处理速度保持平衡,并有效地保持系统气压稳定。
[0009] 有益效果:本实用新型通过设置废气缓存装置和废气监视控制装置,能有效的解决因废气呼收装置2和废气处理装置4的引入而导致的麻醉机呼吸系统吸气压力不稳定问题,能有效地避免麻醉废气溢出到室内空气,从而避免麻醉废气对手术室工作人员造成伤害;同时,能较好地实现麻醉废气的的精准监视和控制,对麻醉过程实现量化、自动化控制,提高麻醉操作的精准性。

1.一种数字化复合杂交手术室麻醉废气排放监控系统,包括:麻醉呼吸机(I)、废气吸收装置(2)、废气处理装置(4)和麻醉呼吸面罩(12),麻醉呼吸机(I)的一端连接有氧气进气管(10)和麻醉气进气管(11),氧气进气管(10)和麻醉气进气管(11)上分别设置有氧气调速器(15)和麻醉气调速器(14),麻醉呼吸机(I)的另一端通过导气管(13)连通到麻醉呼吸面罩(12),麻醉呼吸面罩(12)连通到废气吸收装置(2),废气吸收装置(2)连通到废气处理装置(4);其特征在于:废气吸收装置(2)与废气处理装置(4)间设置有废气缓存罐(3),废气缓存罐(3)内安装有二氧化碳浓度感应器(5)和气压感应器出),废气缓存罐(3)上方设置有监视控制箱(7),监视控制箱(7)上包含气压显示器(8)、二氧化碳浓度显示器(9)、气压值限定调节钮(16)和二氧化碳浓度限定调节钮(17),二氧化碳浓度感应器(5)和气压感应器(6)通过信号线传导连接到监视控制箱(7),监视控制箱(7)通过信号线传控制连接到废气吸收装置(2)、氧气调速器(15)和麻醉气调速器(14)。
