技术领域
本发明涉及一种为病人做手术、 医用检查或宫腔镜检查用的新型内窥 镜面罩, 具体涉及一种可与呼吸机、 麻醉机或呼吸镇痛装置相配套使用的 新型内镜面罩。
背景技术
目前医疗行业中, 在给病人做手术、 医用检查或宫腔镜检查时, 多使 用呼吸机、 麻醉机或呼吸镇痛装置来辅助治疗或检查。 在给病人输送氧气 或麻醉气体的过程中, 内镜面罩被广泛使用。 现市面上, 内镜面罩品种较 多, 但在结构上普遍都存在以下缺点:
只有新鲜气体入口而没有病人废气排出口, 不利于保持输入新鲜气体 的清洁度, 易引起呼吸道污染; 尺寸不合理, 较小, 在病人张嘴接受呼吸 插管或腔镜插管的情况下, 面部会受到面罩的压迫, 感到不适, 甚至会堵 塞呼吸道,危害病人的生命安全;没有专设的呼吸插管或腔镜插管插入口, 在使用插管时只能用鼻罩替代, 增加了检查或手术的风险, 也增加了资源 浪费; 没有设病人呕吐物排出口, 无法排出病人因插管引起的呕吐废物, 即增加了病人的风险也增加了医护人员接触医疗废物的风险。
专利号为 200820062284.7、 名称为 《无痛胃镜专用面罩》 的中国实用 新型专利中, 公开了一种无痛胃镜专用面罩, 包含面罩主体、 面罩固定结 构、 Y形管接口、 吸引孔和胃镜置入孔。 此面罩能够实现在实施人工控制 或辅助呼吸的同时,又能进行胃镜检查。
但是, 该专利中与呼吸功能有关的仍然只有一个 Y形管接口, 相当于 只有新鲜气体入口而没有病人废气排出口。 虽然 Y形管本身有空气出口, 但多增加的 Y形管会形成空气滞留, 造成呼吸时有效换气量降低。 而且, 该专利中的胃镜置入孔中如果没有胃镜置入的话, 就形成对大气的连通, 使得 Y形管或与其配套的呼吸机无法使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决现有技术中内窥镜面罩与呼吸功能不能相 互配合的问题, 提出一种新型内窥镜面罩。
为此, 本发明的新型内窥镜面罩包括一种新型内窥镜面罩, 包括面罩 壳, 在面罩壳下沿设有贴面软垫, 在面罩壳上设有气体入口、 插管口和引 流口, 其特征在于: 在面罩壳上还设置有病人呼气出口和活动密封塞, 所 述密封塞包括密封塞主座、 插管口塞、 引流口塞, 且在气体入口和病人呼 气出口中分别有片状单向阀瓣。
优选地, 本发明还可以包括如下技术特征:
面罩总长不小于 150mm。
所述气体入口位于面罩上部偏左位置; 所述病人呼气出口设计在面罩 的左下侧。
所述贴面软垫采用可拆卸的卡入槽设计, 通过设置在贴面软垫上的卡 入槽可拆卸地安装于面罩壳上。

本发明的有益效果是: 通过在面罩壳上设置病人呼气出口和活动密封 塞, 从而使本面罩既可以做内窥镜面罩, 也可以在不做插管手术时兼做普 通面罩使用, 这尤其适用于在做插管手术前后需要麻醉、 给氧或使用呼吸 机抢救的情况。而且,在气体入口和病人呼气出口中分别有片状单向阀瓣, 可避免废气倒留或滞留, 提高换气效率。

具体实施方式
如图 1〜3所示, 本实施例主要由以下部件组成: 面罩壳 1、 密封塞 2、 贴面软垫 3、 新鲜气体入口 13、 病人呼气出口 14、 引流口 11、 插管口 12、 密封塞主座 21、 插管口塞 22、 引流口塞 23, 在新鲜气体入口 13和病人呼 气出口 14中分别有片状单向阀瓣 4。
本内镜面罩的面罩壳 1上共设计有 4个孔口, 分别为: ①引流口 11, 用于病人呕吐物的吸出以保持面罩的清洁; ②插管口 12, 用于医用插管的 插入; ③气体入口 13, 用于麻醉气体或新鲜空气或氧气的输入, ④病人呼 气出口 14, 用于病人呼出气体的排出, 并且在新鲜气体入口 13和病人呼 气出口 14中装有片状单向阀瓣 4以防止麻醉气体(或新鲜空气或氧气)的 流出。面罩壳 1下部装有贴面软垫 2, 贴面软垫根据人面部轮廓进行设计, 采用双层软膜结构, 由柔软、 高弹性的硅胶制成, 能紧贴面部, 密封性高, 佩戴方便舒适, 且可拆卸, 进行高温清洗消毒。
另外, 如图 2, 本面罩还设计有密封塞 2, 其包括 3个部分: ① 密封 塞主座 21,用于配合面罩壳 1进行装配并设计有孔口用于医用插管的插入; ②插管口塞 22, 用于封堵密封塞主座上的插管口; ③引流口塞 23, 用于封 堵引流口。 在本面罩不用于医用检查时, 可用插管口塞及引流口塞分别将 插管口及引流口密封, 便可作普通麻醉面罩或普通呼吸面罩实用。
由于病人在做通过口部的内镜检查手术时, 需张开口部插入内镜检查 管, 增大了面部长度, 现有面罩长度依病人闭口时的长度所设计, 无法做 到更好的密封。本实施例的面罩总长不小于 150mm, 比现有面罩长至少长 20mm, 能更好的贴合面部进行密封, 即使病人完全把嘴张开时, 都不会 被面罩压迫到。
由于本实施例在面罩壳 1上直接设计有新鲜气体入口、 病人呼气出口 和引流口, 加上安装在面罩壳上密封塞上的插管孔, 可同时实现经口部的 内镜检查和正压通气, 并排出病人的呼出气体和经口部做内镜检查时可能 产生的排出物。
由于在做内镜检查时, 病人一般采用左侧位卧躺在手术床上, 故将新 鲜气体入口设计在面罩上部偏左位置以方便接管, 同时此位置靠近病人的 鼻子, 通过外接的单向阀使新鲜气体导入面罩, 使病人很容易吸入新鲜气 体, 如图 4a、 4b。
由于在做内镜检查时, 病人一般采用左侧位卧躺在手术床上, 将病人 呼气出口设计在面罩的左下侧, 该位置放在病人鼻子的下端, 使病人呼出 气很直接容易的排出面罩体, 同时病人呼气出口同新鲜气体入口距离不小 于 50mm, 并且装有片状单向阀瓣 4, 如图 5, 可防止病人呼出气倒流入面 罩同新鲜气体混合。
由于在做内镜检查时, 病人一般采用左侧位卧躺在手术床上, 且病人 多会产生经口部的液态或固液混合态排泻物, 故在面罩的右下侧设计有引 流口, 可方便液态或固液混合态排泻物流向引流口并抽引出面罩内部。 本实施例的贴面软垫设计, 如图 6、 7, 具体涉及:
采用人体工学设计, 其造型曲线和双层软膜结构可很舒适地贴合住病 人的面部, 并且密封性良好; 采用可拆卸的卡入槽设计, 利用软垫的弹性 变形可很方便从塑胶材料的面罩壳上卡装和拆卸, 当软垫发生人为损破或 使用时间长变形及发黄时只需将软垫更换, 而现有的内镜检查专用面罩如 贴面的软垫发生人为损破或使用时间长变形及发黄则必须将面罩整体更 换。
