Abstract

L'invention concerne des dispositifs et des systèmes contenant un ou plusieurs chemins fluidiques, tels que des canaux, et un ou plusieurs obstacles sélectivement perméables placés dans le ou les chemins fluidiques, chacun comprenant une pluralité de nanostructures alignées telles que des nanotubes ou des nanotiges définissant une surface extérieure de l'obstacle et un réseau interne d'espaces vides. Le ou les obstacles peuvent de plus comprendre des groupes caractéristiques liants appliqués sur la surface extérieure et/ou sur les surfaces de chaque nanostructure dans le ou les obstacles. Les dispositifs peuvent être fabriqués en formant des groupes denses de nanostructures qui s'étendent vers l'extérieur et vers le haut à partir d'un substrat ; en formant un canal fluidique et en liant le canal fluidique au substrat ; et facultativement en appliquant des groupes caractéristiques liants aux obstacles. Les dispositifs peuvent être utilisés pour manipuler des cellules dans des échantillons fluides.
