Description

输送管支撑装置及具有该输送管支撑装置的混凝土机械
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及混凝土机械领域, 具体涉及一种输送管支撑装置和具有该输送管支撑装 置的混凝土机械。
【背景技术】
目前包括混凝土泵车、 混凝土布料机在内的混凝土机械一般都使用带有输送管的臂架来 进行控制混凝土的输送定位, 一般在相邻的两段臂架之间的输送管一般为两节 90度的弯管, 两节弯管通过输送管支撑装置进行连接固定。 如图 1所示, 传统的具有输送管支撑装置的混 凝土机械一般包括至少两段相互连接的臂架 3, 臂架 3的连接处设有用于固定两节弯管 4的 输送管支撑装置。 其中输送管支撑装置包括管夹 1和管支撑 2, 管支撑 2—端与管夹 1相连, 另一端焊接于臂架 3上, 管支撑 2—般为钢管折弯件或者钢板组焊件。管夹 1将两节 90度的 弯管 4相连, 且管夹 1的轴心与连接两段臂架 3的销轴 5的轴心相同, 从而可以保证弯管 4 与臂架 3之间的销轴 5同心, 这样既可以使臂架 3转动灵活, 同时又不会使管支撑 2产生憋 劲的现象, 可以提高管支撑 2的疲劳寿命。
但是, 在混凝土机械施工的时候, 管支撑 2在泵送冲击力的作用下, 存在变形甚至断裂 的现象。 若管支撑 2发生变形, 则相邻臂架间的两节弯管 4的转动将变得不灵活, 而且会进 一歩加剧管支撑 2的变形, 甚至引起管支撑 2断裂、 弯管 4的损坏, 而且若管支撑 2断裂, 则需要重新焊接新的管支撑 2, 由于焊接作业对场地和设备有特殊要求, 因此不适合于现场 作业, 影响了混凝土机械的工作效率。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型针对上述现有技术的缺点, 提供一种可以保证混凝土机械臂架的灵活转动, 定心效果好、 质量轻、 拆装方便、 结构简单、 使用寿命长的输送管支撑装置及具有该输送管 支撑装置的混凝土机械。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本实用新型采用的技术方案为:
一种输送管支撑装置, 包括管夹和定心支撑, 它还包括连接混凝土机械的臂架的销轴, 所述定心支撑一端与管夹相连, 另一端与销轴相连, 所述管夹的轴线与销轴的轴线相同。
作为本实用新型输送管支撑装置的进一歩改进:
所述销轴上设有定心孔,所述定心支撑的端部设有定心销,所述定心销插设于定位孔中, 且所述定心孔的轴线与管夹的轴线相同;
所述定心支撑一端设有第一连接板, 另一端设有定位板, 所述管夹上设有第二连接板, 所述第一连接板通过螺栓与第二连接板相连, 所述定位板通过螺栓与销轴连接固定; 所述第一连接板靠管夹一侧的连接面与管夹的轴线相平行;
所述定心销为圆柱形, 且定心销的端部设有倒角; 或者, 所述定心销为倒圆锥形。 此外, 本实用新型还提供一种具有输送管支撑装置的混凝土机械, 包括至少两段相互连 接的臂架, 所述臂架的连接处设有用于固定两节弯管的输送管支撑装置, 所述输送管支撑装 置为前文所述的输送管支撑装置。
本实用新型具有下述优点: 本实用新型输送管支撑装置的定心支撑支承于用于连接混凝 土机械的臂架的销轴上, 当输送管发生振动时, 定心支撑与销轴发生同步运动, 可以有效抑 制定心支撑发生变形、 断裂的问题, 可以保证混凝土机械臂架的灵活转动, 提高了输送定心 支撑的疲劳寿命, 提高整个混凝土机械的工作效率, 具有质量轻、 结构简单、 使用寿命长的 优点, 而且拆装方便快捷, 适合于施工现场作业。 销轴上设有定心孔, 定心支撑的端部设有 与定位孔相对应的定心销, 因此其定心效果好; 第一连接板靠管夹一侧的连接面与管夹的轴 线相平行, 当输送管发生振动时, 作用于管夹和定心支撑之间的应力较小, 管夹和定心支撑 之间的连接可靠性好; 定心销采用圆柱形或者圆锥形, 安装简单方便、 定心能力好; 定心支 撑通过螺栓与管夹、 销轴固定, 一旦施工过程中定心支撑发生变形或者损坏, 可以方便地现 场进行更换, 对场地没有任何要求, 也不需要特殊的悍接工具, 拆装非常方便快捷。 具有输 送管支撑装置的混凝土机械的弯管和输送管支撑装置使用寿命长, 整机的工作效率更高。

【具体实施方式】
如图 2和图 3所示, 本实施例的输送管支撑装置包括管夹 1和定心支撑 20, 它还包括连 接混凝土机械的臂架 3的销轴 5, 定心支撑 20—端与管夹 1相连, 另一端与销轴 5相连, 管 夹 1的轴线与销轴 5的轴线相同。
本实施例中, 销轴 5上设有定心孔 51, 定心支撑 20的端部设有定心销 21, 定心销 21插 设于定位孔 51中, 且定心孔 51的轴线与管夹 1的轴线相同。定心支撑 20—端设有第一连接 板 24, 另一端设有定位板 22, 管夹 1上设有与第一连接板 24相对应的第二连接板 11, 第一 连接板 24通过螺栓与第二连接板 11相连,定位板 22通过螺栓与销轴 5连接固定。第一连接 板 24靠管夹 1一侧的连接面与管夹 1的轴线相平行。
为了更加方便实现定心支撑 20的精确定位、精确实现管夹 1的轴线与销轴 5的轴线重合, 本实施例中定心销 21为圆柱形, 且定心销 21的端部设有倒角 23。 此外, 定心销 21也可以 采用倒圆锥形。
如图 4和图 5所示, 本实施例的具有输送管支撑装置的混凝土机械包括至少两段相互连 接的臂架 3, 臂架 3的连接处设有用于固定两节弯管 4的输送管支撑装置, 输送管支撑装置 为上述的输送管支撑装置。 在安装输送管支撑装置的时候, 首先将销轴 5固定于臂架 3的销 轴孔中, 然后将定心支撑 20的定心销 21插入定位孔 51, 再用螺栓将定位板 22与销轴 5固 定, 最后将管夹 1夹持于两节弯管 4上、 将定心支撑 20的第一连接板 24和管夹 1的第二连 接板 11用螺栓固定即可。
以上所述仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式, 本实用新型的保护范围并不仅局限于上述实 施例, 凡属于本实用新型思路下的技术方案均属于本实用新型的保护范围。 应当指出, 对于 本技术领域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本实用新型原理前提下的若干改进和润饰, 这些 改进和润饰也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。

4、 根据权利要求 3所述的输送管支撑装置, 其特征在于: 所述第一连接板 (24) 靠管 夹 (1) 一侧的连接面与管夹 (1) 的轴线相平行。
5、根据权利要求 1或 2或 3或 4所述的输送管支撑装置,其特征在于:所述定心销(21) 为圆柱形。
6、根据权利要求 1或 2或 3或 4所述的输送管支撑装置,其特征在于:所述定心销(21) 为倒圆锥形。
7、 一种具有输送管支撑装置的混凝土机械, 包括至少两段相互连接的臂架 (3), 所述 臂架 (3) 的连接处设有用于固定两节弯管 (4) 的输送管支撑装置, 其特征在于: 所述输送 管支撑装置为权利要求 1〜6任意一项所述的输送管支撑装置。
