功能性烟草薄片及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于制浆造纸领域,特别涉及功能性烟草薄片及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平和生活质量的不断提高,卷烟消费已经向品牌消费转变,尤其是高档卷烟市场,消费者对卷烟的健康、风味也提出越来越高的要求,生产高香气、低焦油、低危害的卷烟已成为我国乃至世界卷烟行业发展的重要方向之一。目前,主要采用的技术路线有两条:一种是'降焦',即通过降低卷烟焦油的释放量使有害成分同时降低,即协同性降低卷烟烟气有害成分;另一种是'减害',即采用特殊技术,有效降低卷烟烟气中部分有害成分,而对其他成分作用较小,即选择性降低卷烟烟气中有害成分。然而,这辆种工艺在降低焦油的同时也导致主流烟气中的呈香物质同步减少,导致卷烟的风味发生很大变化,而消费者选择卷烟,首先就需要良好的风味。
甘草为多年生草本,主要分布于新疆、青海、甘肃等地。甘草具有益气补中、缓急止痛、润肺止咳、泻火解毒和调和诸药的作用,广泛应用于医药和食品行业。目前我国甘草主要用于生产甘草浸提物、甘草酸及其衍生物,甘草渣是甘草加工的副产物。由于加工技术手段限制,目前我国甘草渣还没有得到充分利用,或用于养殖饲料,或作为肥料直接填埋回土地。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的上述不足,提供一种功能性烟草薄片及其制备方法。采用本发明制备出的烟草薄片无焦油含量、一氧化碳释放量较低。将该烟草薄片添加到卷烟中具有明显增香和减少卷烟刺激感的作用。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种功能性烟草薄片的制备方法,以甘草渣为原料,通过洗涤甘草渣,磨浆,祛除浆料中的水溶性物质,抄造,涂布植物提取物制备得到。
上述的功能性烟草薄片的制备方法中,包括以下步骤:
(1)将甘草渣原料与4-6倍重量水混合,在混合物80-100℃条件下搅拌20-50min后,过滤祛除水分,得洗涤后甘草渣;
(2)将洗涤后甘草渣与水混合,使混合液固形物质量含量达到5%-10%后,加入盘磨机磨浆,得甘草渣浆液;
(3)将甘草渣浆液与1-3倍重量水混合,混合后在20-30℃下搅拌0.5-3h后,过滤,得甘草渣浆;
(4)对甘草渣浆进行薄片抄造,在得到的甘草渣薄片两侧涂布植物提取物,得功能性烟草薄片。
上述的功能性烟草薄片的制备方法中,步骤(2)所述盘磨机的磨浆间隙为0.05mm-0.5mm。
上述的功能性烟草薄片的制备方法中,所述植物提取物包括余甘子提取物、甘草叶提取物和烟末提取物中的一种以上。
上述的功能性烟草薄片的制备方法中,所述植物提取物是以余甘子、甘草叶或烟末中的一种以上为原料,添加4-5倍重量乙醇水溶液,乙醇水溶液的质量浓度为60-80%,并于 40-70℃下提取1-3h,浓缩至固形物重量含量为35-60%制得。
由上述制备方法制得的功能性烟草薄片无焦油含量、一氧化碳释放量较低,可添加到卷烟中具有明显增香和减少卷烟刺激感的作用。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下优点:
(1)本发明制备的烟草薄片以甘草渣为原料,不含烟末、烟梗等原料,因此无焦油含量。将该烟草薄片以一定比例添加到卷烟生产中可显著降低卷烟的焦油含量。
(2)将10-50%(w/w)烟草薄片添加到卷烟中,可将卷烟产品一氧化碳释放量可降低10-25%,将侧流卷烟一氧化碳释放量可降低20-45%。
(3)该烟草薄片添加到卷烟中可显著提高卷烟产品的香气,降低香气的刺激感。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施对本发明的实施作进一步说明,但本发明的实施和保护范围不限于此。
实施例1
将余甘子与4倍重量70%(w/w)乙醇水溶液混合,70℃提取1h后,浓缩至固形物含量为40%(w/w),得到余甘子提取物。
将甘草渣原料与4倍重量水混合,90℃搅拌30min后,过滤祛除水分,得洗涤后甘草渣;将洗涤后甘草渣与水混合,使混合液固形物含量达到6%(质量百分数)后,加入磨浆间隙为0.05mm的盘磨机磨浆,得甘草渣浆液;将甘草渣浆液与2倍重量水混合,30℃搅拌1h后,过滤,得甘草渣浆;对甘草浆进行薄片抄造,并在甘草渣薄片两侧涂布余甘子提取物,得功能性烟草薄片。
将该功能性烟草薄片以15%(w/w)烟草薄片添加到卷烟中,卷烟产品的香气明显提高,卷烟的焦油含量降低17.5%,其一氧化碳释放量降低12.3%,其侧流卷烟一氧化碳释放量可降低20.4%。
实施例2
将甘草叶与4倍重量70%(w/w)乙醇水溶液,40℃提取3h,浓缩至固形物含量为50%(w/w),得到甘草叶提取物。
将甘草渣原料与6倍重量水混合,80℃搅拌20min后,过滤祛除水分,得洗涤后甘草渣;将洗涤后甘草渣与水混合,使混合液固形物含量达到10%后,加入磨浆间隙为0.5mm的盘磨机磨浆,得甘草渣浆液;将甘草渣浆液与3倍重量水混合,20℃搅拌3h后,过滤,得甘草渣浆;对甘草浆进行薄片抄造,并在甘草渣薄片两侧涂布甘草叶提取物,再进行干燥,得功能性烟草薄片。
将该功能性烟草薄片以25%(w/w)烟草薄片添加到卷烟中,卷烟产品的香气显著提高,卷烟的焦油含量降低19.5%,其一氧化碳释放量降低16.6%,其侧流卷烟一氧化碳释放量可降低31.6%。
实施例3
将烟末与5倍重量80%(w/w)乙醇水溶液,60℃提取2h,浓缩至固形物含量为60%(w/w),得到烟末提取物。
将甘草渣原料与6倍重量水混合,80℃搅拌20min后,过滤祛除水分,得洗涤后甘草渣;将洗涤后甘草渣与水混合,使混合液固形物含量达到10%后,加入磨浆间隙为0.1mm的盘磨机磨浆,得甘草渣浆液;将甘草渣浆液与3倍重量水混合,20℃搅拌3h后,过滤,得甘草渣浆;对甘草浆进行薄片抄造,并在甘草渣薄片两侧涂布烟末提取物,得功能性烟草薄片。
将该功能性烟草薄片以40%(w/w)烟草薄片添加到卷烟中,卷烟产品的香气显著提高,卷烟的焦油含量降低36.9%,其一氧化碳释放量降低18.6%,其侧流卷烟一氧化碳释放量可降低42.4%。

Claims (1)

1、功能性烟草薄片的制备方法,其特征是以甘草渣为原料,通过洗涤甘草渣,磨浆,祛除浆料中的水溶性物质,抄造,涂布植物提取物制备得到。
2、根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征是包括以下步骤:
(1)将甘草渣原料与4-6倍重量水混合,在80-100℃条件下搅拌20-50min后,过滤祛除水分,得洗涤后甘草渣;
(2)将洗涤后甘草渣与水混合,使混合液固形物质量含量达到5%-10%后,加入盘磨机磨浆,得甘草渣浆液;
(3)将甘草渣浆液与1-3倍重量水混合,混合后在20-30℃下搅拌0.5-3h后,过滤,得甘草渣浆;
(4)对甘草渣浆进行薄片抄造,在得到的甘草渣薄片两侧涂布植物提取物,得功能性烟草薄片。
3、根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征是步骤(2)所述盘磨机的磨浆间隙为0.05mm-0.5mm。
4、根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征是所述植物提取物包括余甘子提取物、甘草叶提取物和烟末提取物中的一种以上。
5、根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征是所述植物提取物是以余甘子、甘草叶或烟末中的一种以上为原料,添加4-5倍重量乙醇水溶液,并于 40-70℃下提取1-3h,浓缩至固形物重量含量为35-60%制得;所述乙醇水溶液的质量浓度为60-80%。
6、由权利要求1~5任一项所述制备方法制得的功能性烟草薄片。
