本发明的较佳实施方式 在手机之间传递指令控制列表以完成远程控制的方法, 在远程控制中不 够直观, 远程控制方常常无法从指令控制列表中得到有效信息, 使用时不够 便捷, 用户体验差。 为了解决上述问题, 本发明的实施例提供了一种远程控制方法, 下面结 合附图, 对本发明的实施例提供的一种远程控制方法进行说明。 以下为了描 述方便, 将被控制终端称为第二终端, 主控终端称为第一终端, 所述终端具 体为手机。 所述第二终端可以为触屏手机或非触屏手机, 所述第一终端也可 以为触屏手机或非触屏手机。
首先结合附图, 对本发明的实施例一进行说明。 本发明实施例提供了一种远程控制方法, 使用该方法完成远程控制的流 程如图 1所示, 包括: 步骤 101、 第二终端向第一终端发送远程控制请求, 在所述控制请求中 携带该第二终端的当前截屏; 本步骤中, 当第二终端的用户需要第一终端的用户帮助自己进行远程操 作时, 即向第一终端发送远程控制请求; 其中, 第二终端可以通过如下方式向第一终端发送远程控制请求, 并在 控制请求中携带该第二终端的当前截屏: 第二终端启动彩信, 自动将当前屏 幕截取下来(即当前截屏) , 以彩信的形式发送给第一终端。 启动彩信可以 通过预先设定的操作, 如设置一快捷键, 长按该快捷键即启动彩信。 彩信(即多媒体信息, Multimedia Messaging Service ) , 除了可以传送文 字信息外, 还可以传送包括图像、 声音、 文本、 以及动画等各种形式的信息。 彩信通过时分 ( Time Division, TD )、 全球移动通讯系统( Global System for Mobile Communications , GSM ) 、 码分多址 ( Code Division Multiple Access , CDMA )各种数据网络, 实现即时的手机到手机, 手机到互联网, 以及互联 网到手机的信息传送。 从原理上讲, 彩信是一种无线应用协议( Wireless Application Protocol , WAP )业务, 以无线应用协议为载体传输信息。 手机在接收彩信时, 先接收 到一个通知, 此通知是以 WAP推送(PUSH ) 消息的形式发到手机上, 这 条通知里面包含一个符合无线应用协议的统一资源定位符 (Uniform Resource Locator, URL ) , 这个 URL就是彩信所在的地址。 手机终端可以设置为收 到通知后就自动连接这个 URL来收取彩信,这个过程就是通过 WAP来浏览 并下载这个 URL对应的网页从而看到彩信的过程。 彩信具有彩信头, 彩信头中包含了彩信了类型, 版本号, 时间, 以及地 址等信息, 彩信头中有一个字段为: X-Mms-Message-Class。 该字段表明了彩 信的类型, 根据 OMA-WAP-MMS-ENC-V1— 1-20021030-C标准, 该字段有以 下几个值:
Personal (个人) = 128 Advertisement (广告) = 129
Informational (信息) = 130
Auto (自动) = 131 彩信的传输消息封装需要多用途网际扩展邮件 (Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions , MIME ) 协议和同步多媒体集成语言 ( Synchronized Multimedia Integration Language , SMIL ) 。 MIME头中规定了信息类型和传 输编码等信息, SMIL则定义了媒体内容的播放与展现方式。 本发明实施例中, 为了帮助第一终端有效区分本发明中用于发送当前截 屏的彩信与普通彩信,扩展彩信 OMA-WAP-MMS-ENC-V1— 1-20021030-C中 的 X-Mms-Message-Class字段, 加入求助 (Help ) 字段。 可选的, 该彩信中除了包含第二终端的当前截屏外, 还可加入第二终端 用户的具体求助录音, 或求助文字等。 步骤 102、 第一终端接收第二终端发送的远程控制请求, 所述控制请求 中携带有所述第二终端的当前截屏; 步骤 103、 所述第一终端根据所述第二终端的当前截屏, 生成控制信息, 向所述第二终端发送所述控制信息, 对所述第二终端进行远程控制; 本步骤中, 第一终端接收到第二终端发送的彩信后, 打开该彩信。 若第 一终端为触摸屏手机, 则在触摸屏上直接点击第二终端发送过来的当前截屏 图片 (如点击当前截屏上某一图标的位置) , 将触摸屏操作的具体操作坐标 (即点击位置的坐标) 以及第一终端显示该当前截屏的长度和宽度作为远程 控制信息, 传回给第二终端。 若第一终端为非触摸屏手机, 则在第一终端设 置一光标, 在显示第二终端当前截屏时启动该光标, 第一终端使用方向键将 光标移动到相应的操作位置, 确认操作 (如设置一用于确认操作的键, 在光 标移动到合适位置时按下该用于确认操作的键, 点击操作对应的位置) , 将 操作的操作坐标以及第二终端显示该当前截屏的长度和宽度作为远程控制信 息, 传回给第二终端。 具体的, 第一终端收到 X-Mms-Message-Class值为 Help的彩信, 显示彩 信中携带的第二终端的当前截屏图片; 可选的, 如果彩信中还包含求助录音 或求助文字, 第一终端的用户还可以选择播放求助录音或查看求助文字。 优 选的, 将第二终端的当前截屏全屏播放, 这样用户体验比较好, 从第一终端 一侧的可以获得在操作第二终端的体验。 第一终端用户在界面上根据第二终端用户的要求, 在第二终端的当前截 图上点击相应的位置。 可选的, 在第一终端完成点击后, 第一终端还可以提示用户是否将该操 作发送给第二终端, 如第一终端用户选择是, 则将第一终端点击的操作坐标 ( XI , Y1 )和第二终端当前截屏在第一终端上显示的长度和宽度(Al , B1 ) 作为远程控制信息, 以短信的方式发送给第二终端。 本发明实施例中, 发送远程控制信息的短信不限于普通短信, 可以以闪 信等各种约定方式发送, 只要双方能够辨认即可, 本发明对此不作限定。 步骤 104、 第二终端接收所述第一终端发送的控制信息, 根据所述控制 信息完成控制; 本步骤中, 第二终端接收到第一终端发送的远程控制信息后, 从中提取 操作坐标, 翻译成相应操作进行执行。 具体的, 第二终端提取操作坐标(XI , Y1 )和第一终端显示当前截屏的 长度和宽度(Al , B1 )后, 根据自己屏幕的分辨率(A2, B2 ) , 将(XI , Y1 )换算成自己屏幕上对应的操作坐标(X2, Y2 ) 。 计算公式如下:
X2=X1 A2/A1; Υ2=Υ1 Β2/Β 1。 换算完成后, 第二终端执行在当前截屏上点击 (Χ2, Υ2 ) 的对应操作。 在完成上述过程后,如需继续操作,则再次将当前截屏发送给第一终端, 如此循环直到第一终端用户帮助第二终端用户达到其远程操作的目的为止。 如, 第二终端执行操作后提示用户是否继续, 如用户选择继续, 则仍按照前 述方式, 自动发送当前截屏前给第一终端; 第一终端用户收到该当前截屏后, 继续在截屏上操作, 并传输操作坐标给第二终端。 如此循环往复, 直到有一 方主动结束为止。 需要说明的是, 本发明实施例虽然依靠彩信功能实现, 但是上层应用的 表现形式可以不限于彩信。 例如在手机电视菜单上加入使用求助选项, 用户 点击后, 会自动提示用户输入求助号码, 进行录音等, 之后在后台进行屏幕 截图, 并将这些信息合成为彩信发送出去。 这样作为第二终端的用户, 会发现启动该功能后, 自己手机的界面会自 动变化, 直至完成自己需要的功能为止。 而第一终端的用户, 会感觉自己的 手机界面在操作过程中暂时变成了第一终端。
下面结合附图, 对本发明的实施例二进行说明。 本发明的实施例二提供了一种远程控制方法, 终端具体为手机, 如图 2 所示: 被控制手机在各个功能界面加入远程求助选项, 当用户选择该远程求 助选项时, 会自动要求用户输入主控手机的号码或从名片夹选择主控手机。 用户输入主控手机号码, 确定后, 会提示用户通过录音或文字的方式把具体 求助的问题记录下来。 以上过程结束后, 手机自动截取求助界面, 即 "界面内容 1" 的屏幕图 像 ( 当前截屏) , 并将之与求助录音或文字合成为彩信, 更改彩信
X-Mms-Message-CLASS的值为 Help, 将彩信发送给所输入的主控手机。 如图 3所示:主控手机用户收到 X-Mms-Message-CLASS为 Help的彩信 后, 会提示用户: "收到 XXX的操作求助, 是否立即进行帮助? " 如果用 户选择是, 则手机会自动把收到的被控制手机当前截屏全屏展现在主控手机 上, 同时播放求助者的求助录音。 主控手机的用户了解了求助要求后, 在界面上按照求助要求点击触摸屏 进行操作。 选择将操作发送给对方后, 手机会将本次操作的坐标以及在主控 手机上显示当前截屏的长度和宽度发送给对方。 图 4所示为被控制手机在本发明实施例的远程控制过程中的工作流程, 被控制手机的屏幕截图, 彩信编辑, 彩信 X-Mms-Message-CLASS设置和彩 信发送都是隐藏在后台进行的。 同时, 彩信发送以后, 求助界面立即存入后台, 在收到回复之前, 用户 可以任意进行其它操作。 一旦收到求助回复(如远程控制信息) , 被控制手 机立即调出求助界面, 并根据求助回复的内容在求助界面进行自动操作。 如求助用户认为仍需对方进一步帮助, 被控制手机可根据操作继续截屏 发送给主控手机, 要求对方继续远程操作。 如此循环直到求助方获得所需帮 助为止。 图 5所示为主控手机在本发明实施例的远程控制过程中的工作流程, 被 控制方在收到求助彩信后可以选择是否帮助, 如选择进行帮助, 则界面会自 动替换为对方界面。 被控制方在对方界面上进行触摸屏操作, 并将操作坐标 和自己的分辨率传输给对方。 之后, 如主控手机的用户不选择退出远程控制过程, 会继续等待对方发 送远程控制请求, 直到超时。 如对方在超时之前发送新的求助彩信, 则主控手机继续操作, 如此循环 往复直到任意一方选择结束为止。 由以上具体实施描述可以看出, 在远程控制进行中, 如果双方不选择退 出, 被控制手机的用户可以看到自己的手机界面在自动变化; 而主控手机的 用户则会在自己手机上感受到在使用触摸屏操作对方的手机。 需要进一步说明的是:
由于彩信可以在手机间发送, 也可以在手机和电脑间发送, 虽然本文具 体实施方式中只列举了手机间远程操作的实例。 但符合本发明思想的手机与 电脑间的远程操作也应属于本发明的范围。 被主控手机发送给主控手机的短信格式只要双方约定好能够辨认即可, 具体为普通短信, 闪信等都应属于本发明的范围。
本发明的实施例还提供了一种远程控制装置,其结构如图 6所示, 包括: 信息接收模块 601 , 其设置为: 接收远程控制请求, 所述控制请求中携 带有被控制终端的当前截屏; 控制信息生成模块 602 , 其设置为: 根据所述被控制终端的当前截屏, 生成控制信息; 信息发送模块 603 , 其设置为: 发送所述控制信息, 对所述被控制终端 进行远程控制。 进一步的, 所述信息发送模块 603还设置为: 发送远程控制请求; 所述信息接收模块 601还设置为: 接收控制信息, 根据所述控制信息完 成控制。 上述远程控制装置可集成于终端中, 当终端作为主控方时, 接收远程控 制请求, 所述控制请求中携带有被控制终端的当前截屏, 根据所述被控制终 端的当前截屏, 生成控制信息, 并发送所述控制信息, 对所述被控制终端进 行远程控制。 当终端作为被控制方时, 发送远程控制请求, 并接收控制信息, 根据所述控制信息完成控制。 本发明的实施例还提供了一种远程控制装置, 其包括: 信息发送模块, 其设置为: 向控制终端发送远程控制请求, 所述控制请 求中携带有被控制终端的当前截屏; 信息接收模块, 其设置为: 接收控制终端根据所述被控制终端的当前截 屏生成并发送的控制信息; 以及 控制模块, 其设置为: 根据所述控制信息完成控制。
本发明的实施例还提供了一种远程控制系统,包括第一终端和第二终端; 所述第一终端设置为: 接收所述第二终端发送的远程控制请求, 所述控 制请求中携带有所述第二终端的当前截屏, 根据所述第二终端的当前截屏, 生成控制信息, 向所述第二终端发送所述控制信息, 对所述第二终端进行远 程控制;
所述第二终端设置为: 向所述第一终端发送远程控制请求, 在所述控制 请求中携带该第二终端的当前截屏, 接收所述第一终端发送的控制信息, 根 据所述控制信息完成控制。 上述远程控制请求具体为彩信, 所述彩信包含一求助字段。
本发明的实施例提供的远程控制装置和系统, 能够与本发明的实施例提 供的一种远程控制方法相结合, 第二终端向第一终端发送远程控制请求, 在 所述控制请求中携带该第二终端的当前截屏, 第一终端接收第二终端发送的 远程控制请求, 根据所述第二终端的当前截屏, 生成控制信息, 向所述第二 终端发送所述控制信息, 对所述第二终端进行远程控制, 所述第二终端接收 所述第一终端发送的控制信息, 根据所述控制信息完成控制, 通过截屏完成 远程控制, 直观便捷, 解决了远程控制过程中用户体验差的问题。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以使用计 算机程序流程来实现,所述计算机程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中, 所述计算机程序在相应的硬件平台上(如系统、 设备、 装置、 器件等)执行, 在执行时, 包括方法实施例的步骤之一或其组合。 可选地, 上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用集成电路来实现, 这 些步骤可以被分别制作成一个个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或 步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特定的硬 件和软件结合。 上述实施例中的各装置 /功能模块 /功能单元可以釆用通用的计算装置来 实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 也可以分布在多个计算装置所组 成的网络上。 上述实施例中的各装置 /功能模块 /功能单元以软件功能模块的形式实现 并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。 上述提到的计算机可读取存储介质可以是只读存储器, 磁盘或光盘等。
工业实用性 本发明提供的远程控制方法、 装置和系统直观便捷, 解决了远程控制过 程中用户体验差的问题。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种远程控制方法, 其包括: 第一终端接收第二终端发送的远程控制请求, 所述控制请求中携带有所 述第二终端的当前截屏; 所述第一终端根据所述第二终端的当前截屏, 生成控制信息; 以及 所述第一终端向所述第二终端发送所述控制信息, 对所述第二终端进行 远程控制。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述控制信息为操作坐标以及所 述当前截屏在所述第一终端显示的长度和宽度; 所述第一终端根据所述第二终端的当前截屏,生成控制信息的步骤包括: 所述第一终端全屏显示所述第二终端的当前截屏; 所述第一终端接收操作, 记录操作位置的操作坐标; 以及 根据所述操作坐标以及所述当前截屏在所述第一终端显示的长度和宽 度, 生成控制信息。
3、根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述第一终端向所述第二终端发 送所述控制信息的步骤包括: 所述第一终端向所述第二终端发送短信,在该短信中携带所述控制信息。
4、根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 第一终端接收第二终端发送的远 程控制请求的步骤之前, 所述方法还包括: 所述第二终端将当前屏幕截取下来, 以彩信的形式将携带有所述第二终 端的当前截屏控制请求的发送给所述第一终端。
5、根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 第一终端接收第二终端发送的远 程控制请求的步骤之前, 所述方法还包括: 所述第二终端的用户选择用于请求远程控制的远程求助选项, 并选择第 一终端; 以及 所述第二终端截取当前截屏, 以彩信的形式将携带有所述第二终端的当 前截屏的控制请求发送给所述第一终端。
6、 根据权利要求 1或 4或 5所述的方法, 其中, 所述控制请求还携带有求助问题的录音和 /或求助问题的文字。
7、 一种远程控制方法, 其包括:
第二终端向第一终端发送远程控制请求, 在所述控制请求中携带该第二 终端的当前截屏; 以及 所述第二终端接收所述第一终端发送的控制信息, 根据所述控制信息完 成控制。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其中, 所述远程控制请求具体为彩信, 所述彩信包含一求助字段。
9、根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其中, 所述控制信息为操作坐标以及所 述当前截屏在所述第一终端显示的长度和宽度,
所述第二终端接收所述第一终端发送的控制信息, 根据所述控制信息完 成控制的步骤包括:
所述第二终端根据所述当前截屏在所述第一终端显示的长度和宽度, 将 所述操作坐标换算为本地操作坐标; 以及 所述第二终端在所述当前截屏的本地操作坐标位置上执行操作。
10、 一种远程控制装置, 其包括: 信息接收模块, 其设置为: 接收被控终端发送的远程控制请求, 所述控 制请求中携带有被控制终端的当前截屏; 控制信息生成模块, 其设置为: 根据所述被控制终端的当前截屏, 生成 控制信息; 以及 信息发送模块, 其设置为: 发送所述控制信息, 对所述被控制终端进行 远程控制。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的远程控制装置, 其中: 所述信息发送模块还设置为: 发送远程控制请求; 所述信息接收模块还设置为: 接收控制信息, 根据所述控制信息完成控 制。
12、 一种远程控制装置, 其包括: 信息发送模块, 其设置为: 向控制终端发送远程控制请求, 所述控制请 求中携带有被控制终端的当前截屏; 信息接收模块, 其设置为: 接收控制终端根据所述被控制终端的当前截 屏生成并发送的控制信息; 以及 控制模块, 其设置为: 根据所述控制信息完成控制。
13、 一种远程控制系统, 其包括第一终端和第二终端; 所述第一终端设置为: 接收所述第二终端发送的远程控制请求, 所述控 制请求中携带有所述第二终端的当前截屏, 根据所述第二终端的当前截屏, 生成控制信息, 向所述第二终端发送所述控制信息, 对所述第二终端进行远 程控制;
所述第二终端设置为: 向所述第一终端发送远程控制请求, 在所述控制 请求中携带该第二终端的当前截屏,以及接收所述第一终端发送的控制信息, 根据所述控制信息完成控制。
14、根据权利要求 13所述的远程控制系统, 其中, 所述远程控制请求为 彩信, 所述彩信包含一求助字段。
