下面结合说明书附图和具体实施方式对本发明内容进行详细说明: 具体实施方式一:
一种获得持续而舒适的电针针感的方法, 其特征在于: 由计算机软件仿真 产生参数可控的电脉冲信号, 经与计算机 1连接的电脉冲放大电路 2放大, 并 通过与电脉冲放大电路 2连接的刺激终端 3输出一个或一个以上具有下列特性 的电脉冲串给受针者:
①由一个以上的脉冲组成, 且各个脉冲的波宽、 频率或幅度参数中至少有 一个参数能随机变化;
②各个脉冲的波宽在 0. 001-70毫秒之间, 频率在 1-100赫兹之间, 幅度在 0. 001-70伏之间;
③当相邻两个脉冲的频率有差异时, 频率差异范围如下: 当其中频率较小 的脉冲的频率值大于 10赫兹时, 相邻两个脉冲的频率之间的差异不超过频率较 小的脉冲的频率值的 0. 7倍;当频率较小的脉冲的频率值小于或等于 10赫兹时, 相邻两个脉冲的频率之间的差异不超过频率较小的脉冲的频率值的 3倍。
通过计算机 1 的人机对话控制界面, 设定各个电脉冲串内各个脉冲的频率 是否随机、 当设定频率随机时设定频率随机的范围、 当设定频率不随机时设定 频率的具体输出值、 设定幅度是否随机、 当设定幅度随机时设定幅度随机的范 围、 当设定幅度不随机时设定幅度的具体输出值、 设定波宽是否随机、 当设定 波宽随机时设定波宽随机的范围、 当设定波宽不随机时设定波宽的具体输出值。
通过计算机 1 的人机对话控制界面设定输出的电脉冲串的个数、 各个电脉 冲串的脉冲数目或持续输出的时间、 相邻两个电脉冲串的输出间隔时间。
通过计算机软件控制输出的电脉冲串的脉冲参数变化遵循以下规则: 当波 宽和频率均随机变化时, 波宽的设置优先于频率。
具体实施方式二:
如图 1 所示为本发明提供的一种用于上述方法的电针仪, 其特征在于: 由 计算机 1、 设置于计算机 1内的用来产生参数可控的电脉冲信号的计算机软件、 与计算机 1连接的电脉冲放大电路 2以及与电脉冲放大电路 2连接以输出脉冲 的刺激终端 3组成能够输出一个或一个以上具有下列特性的电脉冲串的电针仪:
①由一个以上的脉冲组成, 且各个脉冲的波宽、 频率或幅度参数中至少有 一个参数能随机变化; ②各个脉冲的波宽在 0. 001-70毫秒之间可调,频率在 1-100赫兹之间可调, 幅度在 0. 001-70伏之间可调;
③当相邻两个脉冲的频率有差异时, 频率差异范围如下: 当其中频率较小 的脉冲的频率值大于 10赫兹时, 相邻两个脉冲的频率之间的差异不超过频率较 小的脉冲的频率值的 0. 7倍;当频率较小的脉冲的频率值小于或等于 10赫兹时, 相邻两个脉冲的频率之间的差异不超过频率较小的脉冲的频率值的 3倍。
所述计算机 1 设有能够设定各个电脉冲串内各个脉冲的频率是否随机、 当 设定频率随机时设定频率随机的范围、 当设定频率不随机时设定频率的具体输 出值、 设定幅度是否随机、 当设定幅度随机时设定幅度随机的范围、 当设定幅 度不随机时设定幅度的具体输出值、 设定波宽是否随机、 当设定波宽随机时设 定波宽随机的范围、 当设定波宽不随机时设定波宽的具体输出值的人机对话控 制界面。
上述电针仪的工作原理说明如下:
如图 1 所示, 由计算机内的计算机软件仿真产生参数可控的电脉冲信号, 通过接口电路(如 USB接口)输出给电脉冲放大电路 2 ; 经电脉冲放大电路 2放 大后, 通过刺激终端 3输出给受针者。
电针实施例 1 :
应用目前市面的一款电针仪, 采用连续波, 刺激足三里穴。 采用医学上 量化检测主观感觉的国际通用的 "视觉模拟评分法"测评电针针感强度。 具体 方法如下。 电针开始后, 即刻测评一次, 此为 0时刻电针针感。 其后每 5分钟, 评定受针者的针感一次。
对 15名受试者电针针感和时间的关系的检测的结果表明, 62. 5%的受试者 5分钟的针感强度衰减为 0时刻电针针感的 85%左右; 10分钟的针感强度衰减为 0 时刻电针针感的 60%左右, 15分钟后,针感强度衰减到 0时刻电针针感的 50%以下; 25%的受试者的针感在 5分钟时, 明显减弱, 并在 10分钟时完全消失。
个体检测报告 :足三里穴是临床最常用的穴位之一,位于下肢小腿部外侧。 对 受试者的足三里穴位施加连续电脉冲, 频率为 5赫兹。 电针刺激, 受针者 调整刺激强度, 使其针感明显但不疼痛和难受。 采用 "视觉模拟评分法"检测 电针针感随时间的变化。 结果显示该受针者 5分钟的针感强度衰减为 0时刻电针 针感的 80%; 10分钟的针感强度衰减为 0时刻电针针感的 53%; 15分钟, 针感强度 衰减 0时刻电针针感的 46%; 25分钟时, 针感就完全消失。 3日后, 同一受试者, 采用本发明的方法和电针仪对受针者施行电针。 检测 方法同上。 结果显示 5分钟的针感强度为 0时刻电针针感的 115%; 10分钟的针感 强度为 0时刻电针针感的 108%, 15分钟的针感强度为 0时刻电针针感的 114%; 30 分钟, 针感强度为 0时刻电针针感针感 100%。
电针实施例 2:
对 15名受试者施行电针足三里 30分钟, 并进行电针针感舒适感评定, 以"视 觉模拟评分法 "检测电针针感的舒适度, 该法以百分制评定针感的舒适度, 0分 表示极度不舒服, 无法忍受; 100分表示非常舒服, 受针者在 0-100分内, 根据 自己的感觉, 在评定尺上, 选择一个具体的分数。
结果显示, 0名受针者对疏密波的舒适度的评分在 80分以上, 9名受针者对 连续波的舒适度的评分在 80分以上; 15名受针者对采用本发明的方法及电针仪 输出的电脉冲串的舒适度的评分在 80分以上。
个体检测报告: 应用目前市场上已有的电针仪, 采用连续波, 刺激足三里穴。
受针者 ftftft, 采用连续波, 刺激足三里穴 30分钟。 评定刺激穴位 30分钟的 舒适度评分为 85分。
3日后, 同一受针者, 采用疏密波, 刺激足三里穴 30分钟。 评定刺激穴位 30分钟舒适度评分为 64分。
6日后, 同一受针者, 采用本发明的方法及电针仪输出的电脉冲串刺激足 三里穴 30分钟, 评定刺激穴位 30分钟舒适度评分为 95分。
综上所述, 以连续波进行电针刺激, 针感容易消失, 但针感较舒适。 疏 密波的电针针感舒适度很低。 采用本发明的电针针感能持久不消失, 且舒适程 度高于连续波刺激。

Claims

1. 一种获得持续而舒适的电针针感的方法, 其特征在于: 由计算机软件仿 真产生参数可控的电脉冲信号, 经与计算机 (1 ) 连接的电脉冲放大电路 (2 ) 放大, 并通过与电脉冲放大电路 (2 ) 连接的刺激终端 (3 ) 输出一个或一个以 上具有下列特性的电脉冲串给受针者:
①由一个以上的脉冲组权成, 且各个脉冲的波宽、 频率或幅度参数中至少有 一个参数能随机变化;
②各个脉冲的波宽在 0. 001-70毫秒之间, 频率在 1-100赫兹之间, 幅度在 0. 001-70伏之间;
③当相邻两个脉冲的频率有差异时, 频率差异范围如下: 当其中频率较小 的脉冲的频率值大于 10赫兹时, 相邻两个脉冲的频率之间的差异不超过频率较 小的脉冲的频率值的 0. 7倍;当频率较小的脉冲的书频率值小于或等于 10赫兹时, 相邻两个脉冲的频率之间的差异不超过频率较小的脉冲的频率值的 3倍。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的获得持续而舒适的电针针感的方法,其特征在于: 通过计算机 (1 ) 的人机对话控制界面, 设定各个电脉冲串内各个脉冲的频率是 否随机、 当设定频率随机时设定频率随机的范围、 当设定频率不随机时设定频 率的具体输出值、 设定幅度是否随机、 当设定幅度随机时设定幅度随机的范围、 当设定幅度不随机时设定幅度的具体输出值、 设定波宽是否随机、 当设定波宽 随机时设定波宽随机的范围、 当设定波宽不随机时设定波宽的具体输出值。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的获得持续而舒适的电针针感的方法,其特征在于: 通过计算机 (1 ) 的人机对话控制界面设定输出电脉冲串的个数、 各个电脉冲串 的脉冲数目或持续输出的时间、 相邻两个电脉冲串的输出间隔时间。
4. 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的获得持续而舒适的电针针感的方法, 其 特征在于: 通过计算机软件控制输出的电脉冲串的脉冲参数变化遵循以下规则: 当波宽和频率均随机变化发生冲突时, 波宽的设置优先于频率。
5. 一种用于权利要求 1所述的方法的电针仪, 其特征在于: 由计算机(1 )、 设置于计算机 (1 ) 内的用来产生参数可控的电脉冲信号的计算机软件、 与计算 机 (1 ) 连接的电脉冲放大电路 (2 ) 以及与电脉冲放大电路 (2 ) 连接以输出脉 冲的刺激终端 (3 ) 组成能够输出一个或一个以上具有下列特性的电脉冲串的电 ①由一个以上的脉冲组成, 且各个脉冲的波宽、 频率或幅度参数中至少有 一个参数能随机变化;
②各个脉冲的波宽在 0. 001-70毫秒之间可调,频率在 1-100赫兹之间可调, 幅度在 0. 001-70伏之间可调;
③当相邻两个脉冲的频率有差异时, 频率差异范围如下: 当其中频率较小 的脉冲的频率值大于 10赫兹时, 相邻两个脉冲的频率之间的差异不超过频率较 小的脉冲的频率值的 0. 7倍;当频率较小的脉冲的频率值小于或等于 10赫兹时, 相邻两个脉冲的频率之间的差异不超过频率较小的脉冲的频率值的 3倍。

7. 根据权利要求 5所述的电针仪, 其特征在于: 通过计算机 (1 ) 的人机 对话控制界面设定输出电脉冲串的个数、 各个电脉冲串的脉冲数目或持续输出 的时间、 相邻两个电脉冲串的输出间隔时间。
8. 根据权利要求 5所述的电针仪, 其特征在于: 通过计算机软件控制输出 的电脉冲串的脉冲参数变化遵循以下规则: 当波宽和频率均随机变化发生冲突 时, 波宽的设置条件优先于频率。
