技术领域
本发明涉及一种非平面显示模块及其背框支撑架构造, 特别是涉及一种 能确保外框强度及曲面特性的非平面显示模块及其背框支撑架构造。 背景技术
液晶显示器面板 (LCD panel)大多为平面的设计, 但另有一种非平面的液 晶显示器, 请参照图 1A所示, 图 1A是现有技术提供的第一种非平面显示器 的上视图, 其中一非平面显示器 90包含一非平面显示模块 91、 一前框 92及 一背框 93, 所述非平面显示模块 91是一内圆弧状的非平面显示模块 91, 也 就是其中央是呈现一内缩的形状, 而所述前框 92与所述背框 93共同固定及 包覆所述非平面显示模块 91,且所述前框 93暴露所述非平面显示模块 91的 一显示区域。

因此, 有必要提供一种非平面显示模块及其背框支撑架构造, 以解决现 有技术所存在的问题。 发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种非平面显示模块及其背框支撑架构造, 其 是通过于非平面显示模块背框的外表面上固定有至少一支撑架构造, 以加强 非平面显示模块外框的强度, 从而保证所述非平面显示模块的强度及曲面特 性。
本发明的次要目的是提供一种背框支撑架构造, 其是在支撑架构造的外 表面上另设有至少一加强肋, 以进一步增加所述支撑架构造本身的强度, 并 且再进一步加强维持非平面显示模块外框的强度, 从而双重保证所述非平面 显示模块的强度及曲面特性。
为达上述目的, 本发明提供一种非平面显示模块的背框支撑架构造, 其 包含: 至少一支撑架构造, 所述支撑架构造固定于一非平面显示面板的一背 框的外表面上, 所述支撑架构造对应于所述背框的外表面的非平面形状。 在本发明的一实施例中, 所述支撑架构造设有多个固定孔, 并以多个螺 固元件固定于所述背框的外表面上对应设置的多个螺孔。
在本发明的一实施例中, 所述支撑架构造具有一厚度, 形成所述厚度的 部份可以是实心或空心的。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述支撑架构造的外表面另设有至少一加强肋。 在本发明的一实施例中, 所述支撑架构造是一刚性材质的支撑架构造。 为达上述的另一目的, 本发明提供一种非平面显示模块, 其包含: 一非 平面显示面板及一外框。 所述外框包含一背框, 所述背框对应所述非平面显 示面板后表面的非平面形状, 并由后方固定所述非平面显示面板; 所述背框 的外表面上固定有至少一支撑架构造, 所述支撑架构造对应于所述背框的外 表面的非平面形状, 所述支撑架构造用以加强所述外框的强度, 从而保证所 述非平面显示模块的强度及曲面特性。
在本发明的一实施例中, 所述非平面显示面板是一弧形显示面板或一多 段弯折式显示面板。
在本发明的一实施例中, 所述外框另包含一前框, 所述前框与所述背框 共同固定及包覆所述非平面显示面板组, 且所述前框暴露所述非平面显示面 板的一显示区域。
在本发明的一实施例中, 所述支撑架构造设有多个固定孔, 并以多个螺 固元件固定于所述背框的外表面上对应设置的多个螺孔。

请参照图 3所示, 其揭示本发明第一实施例非平面显示模块的组装立体 图, 其中非平面显示模块 1包含: 一非平面显示面板 10及一外框 20。 所述 非平面显示面板 10是一弧形显示面板。 所述外框 20主要包含一背框 22, 所 述背框 22对应所述非平面显示面板 10后表面 11的非平面形状,并由后方固 定于所述非平面显示面板 10上。 再者, 所述外框 20另包含一前框 21, 所述 前框 21与所述背框 22可共同固定及包覆所述非平面显示面板组 10,且所述 前框 21能暴露出所述非平面显示面板 10的一显示区域 12。

更详细来说, 请同时参照图 3及图 4所示, 图 4是本发明第一实施例支 撑架构造的立体图。如图所示, 所述支撑架构造 30具有一厚度, 形成所述厚 度的部份可以是实心或空心的型式。所述支撑架构造 30优选是一刚性材质的 支撑架构造 30, 其可以是金属或非金属的材质。 另外, 所述支撑架构造 30 优选是以铸造或冲压的方式所制成, 但本发明并不限于此。 如图 3及图 4所 示, 所述支撑架构造 30优选是略短于所述非平面显示面板 10的长度, 并且 所述支撑架构造 30内表面对应所述背框 22的外表面的非平面形状, 也就是 可依照所述背框 22的外表面的弧度而形成弧曲状。
另外, 所述支撑架构造 30设有多个固定孔 31, 并以多个螺固元件 (未标 示)将其固定于所述背框 22 的外表面上所对应设置的多固螺孔 (未绘示)。 并 且, 如图 3所示的所述支撑架构造的数量优选可以是两个或以上, 并相互平 行排列设置。
综上所述, 由于所述支撑架构造 30是由刚性材质制成且具有一厚度,有 效的增加了所述外框 20的背框 22的强度。从而保证所述非平面显示模块 10 的强度及曲面特性。

请再参照图 6所示, 其揭示本发明第三实施例非平面显示模块的组装立 体图。 本发明第三实施例的非平面显示模块 1相似于本发明第一实施例的非 平面显示模块 1, 因此沿用相同的元件符号与名称, 但其不同之处在于: 所 述非平面显示模块 1的是一种多段弯折式显示面板, 也就是其由多段平面彼 此呈一角度 (非平形)交接形成的非平面显示面板 10, 所述平面弯折状非平面 显示面板 10是由多段 (图中为三段)的平面显示单元连接而成, 其中位于两侧 的平面显示单元弯向前侧, 形成一类似内弧的效果。 因此, 如同本发明第一 实施例的支撑架构造 30, 所述背框 22的外表面上固定设有至少一支撑架构 造 30以加强所述外框 20的强度,从而保证所述非平面显示模块 10的强度及 曲面特性。
综上所述,相较于现有的非平面显示模组的背框的强度较差,容易变形; 或者存在一回弹性, 使非平面显示模组的曲面特性无法保证, 从而造成画面 品质缺陷。 本发明通过于非平面显示模块 10的背框 22的外表面上固定设有 至少一支撑架构造 30, 以加强所述非平面显示模块 10的外框 20的强度, 从 而保证所述非平面显示模块 10的强度及曲面特性。
本发明已由上述相关实施例加以描述, 然而上述实施例仅为实施本发明 的范例。 必需指出的是, 已公开的实施例并未限制本发明的范围。 相反地, 包含于权利要求书的精神及范围的修改及均等设置均包括于本发明的范围 内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1. 一种非平面显示模块, 包含:
一非平面显示面板; 及
一外框,包含一背框,所述背框对应所述非平面显示面板的后表面的非平 面形状, 并由后方固定所述非平面显示面板;
其特征在于:所述背框的外表面上固定有至少一支撑架构造,所述支撑架 构造对应于所述背框的外表面的非平面形状,并且所述支撑架构造的外表 面另设有至少一加强肋。
2. 一种非平面显示模块, 包含:
一非平面显示面板; 及
一外框,包含一背框,所述背框对应所述非平面显示面板的后表面的非平 面形状, 并由后方固定所述非平面显示面板;
其特征在于:所述背框的外表面上固定有至少一支撑架构造,所述支撑架 构造对应于所述背框的外表面的非平面形状。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的非平面显示模块,其特征在于:所述非平面显示面板 是一弧形显示面板或一多段弯折式显示面板。
4. 如权利要求 2所述的非平面显示模块,其特征在于:所述外框另包含一前 框,所述前框与所述背框共同固定及包覆所述非平面显示面板组,且所述 前框暴露所述非平面显示面板的一显示区域。
5. 如权利要求 2所述的非平面显示模块,其特征在于:所述支撑架构造设有 多个固定孔,并以多个螺固元件固定于所述背框的外表面上对应设置的多 个螺孔。
6. 如权利要求 2所述的非平面显示模块,其特征在于:所述支撑架构造的数 量是两个或以上, 并且彼此相互平行排列。
7. 一种非平面显示模块的背框支撑架构造,其特征在于:包含至少一支撑架 构造,所述支撑架构造固定于一非平面显示面板的一背框的外表面上,所 述支撑架构造对应于所述背框的外表面的非平面形状。
8. 如权利要求 7所述的非平面显示模块的背框支撑架构造,其特征在于:所 述支撑架构造设有多个固定孔,并以多个螺固元件固定于所述背框的外表 面上对应设置的多个螺孔。
9. 如权利要求 7所述的非平面显示模块的背框支撑架构造,其特征在于:所 述支撑架构造具有一厚度, 形成所述厚度的部份是实心或空心的。
10.如权利要求 7所述的非平面显示模块的背框支撑架构造,其特征在于:所 述支撑架构造的外表面另设有至少一加强肋。
11.如权利要求 7所述的非平面显示模块的背框支撑架构造,其特征在于:所 述支撑架构造是一刚性材质的支撑架构造。
