Invention is about sieving machines and sieving frames used for sieving milled grain products.
Mentioned invention being related to sieving machines used for sieving grain products which contains monoblock cage sieving passage having modular characteristic and a single plate placed between two passages, is related to channels formed on surfaces of case edges, sieving frames, and sieving cases containing a corner profile having curved surfaces placed in the channels
Background of the Invention
Sieving machines consist of sieving blocks and sieving blocks consist of sieving passages.
Production of sieving blocks were made as welded monoblocks in previous systems.
By a developed technique Useful Model application with number TR2008/02439 belonging to Yukselis Makine describing production of sieving passages as monoblock cages, is related to assembly of passage wall panels in modular form.
In another applied method, sieving blocks are formed combining sieving passages with bolts in modular form after producing them one by one. But these sieving passages are not monoblock, but they are formed combining with bolts. In these sieving passages every block has its own mobile lateral walls. When the sieving blocks are assembled to each other, there are two walls between each two sieving blocks. This situation is seen in patent application number US6260710.
Again another application of Yukselis number TR 2007/03389 being related to sieving machines used to sieve grain products having one drive shaft and sieving blocks connected as to generate a swinging motion by means of oscillatory parts and rails which fix the sieving blocks to the upper
ceiling area of that place, is describing drive plates connected with mentioned sieving blocks,
sieving groups in which the mentioned drive plates formed a bearing on the mentioned drive shaft by means of at least one eccentric ring, sieving group having upper drive plate and lower drive plate forming a bearing in normal position independent from the mentioned sieving group.
In current tecnique metal profile application is made on case corners. On these profiles case lateral surfaces are connected with screws. This method having a high cost, also brings the risk of loosening of corner joints. In these profiles 45° bevel was applied at the corners. But in the method developed profile channels are made at the corners of completed sieving cases and the profiles are placed in these channels. With these metal profiles having round corners, sharp corners were removed and corner reinforcement was applied in a simple way. At the same time easy movement of sieving cases into the passages was maintained.
In present applications, wood and plastic sieving frames being used, durability problems arise inside, in support laths and in their joints where the cleaners operate and are deformed in a shorter time.
In present applications welded aluminium sieving frames are produced and used.
Explanation of the Invention
The aim of the invention is forming modular sieving passages assembling with sieving piles without including lateral walls, combining two sieving passages with modular inter wall plate and saving from panel cost, also mounting and dismounting of panel for maintenance.
In order to perform this aim, there are isolation struts mounted on the inner side of the cage struts of single sieving passage which is produced as a cage. Between the isolation struts of two sieving passages modular plate is mounted and two passages are connected with bolts. So a modular sieving block could be formed and placing a common mobile modular plate between two sieving passages, a sieving machine with modular passage could be made with a lower cost. At the same time mobile walls could be used which can be mounted and dismounted for maintenance or can be changed while the machine is mounted.
Another aim of the invention is to provide stable and cheap production of the modular cage sieving passages and uniform mounting of the modules.
In order to realize above mentioned aim, mounting plates were welded to the back of cage sieving passages which were produced in monoblock welded form etc. and modules were obtained by processing the plates. At the back of the sieving block which is formed combining the sieving passage modules side by side there are processed mounting plates. Mounting upper and lower drive plates on these mounting plate sequences the sieve is formed in a practical way.
Another aim of the invention is to make possible mounting and dismounting of shutter by means of the gaskets which are placed in the shutter profiles.
In order to perform above mentioned aim, by addition of gaskets to a new designed profile, light shutter plate was mounted with inner profile piece and a light, sealed shutter was obtained.
Another aim of the invention is easy opening-closing of sieve lateral maintenance shutters in short distance and narrow area.
In order to perform above mentioned aim, sieve lateral maintenance shutters are not designed as single wing but made as double wing, enabling opening and dismounting.
One aim of the invention is removal of sharp corners and increasing durability of corner joints for easy mounting of sieve cases to isolation struts.
In order to perform above mentioned aim, new developed comer profile was mounted inside the channels which were made on jointed case corners.
Another aim of the invention is to reinforce support laths of sieving frames and prolong their lifes.
In order to perform above mentioned aim, durability of the support laths of sieving frames is increased by mounting them aluminium U and L profiles.
Another aim of the invention is to produce durable sieving frame for using in big dimension sieving cases.
In order to perform above mentioned aim, bottom grid wire was mounted to the channels of the sieving frame which was produced by splined aluminium profiles and screwed with holder.
Another aim of the invention is to produce the surface of sieving frames made of aluminium etc. metallic materials more hygienic using smooth processed material (anodized aluminium).
In order to perform above mentioned aim, sieving frame was developed which can be combined with unwelded bolts. As welding will not be used, aluminium etc. profiles subjected to surface treatment (anodized) can also be used and it made possible the production of maximum hygienic sieving frames. The Invention, being related to sieving machines used for sieving grain products containing cage sieving passage (1) having modular characteristic and lateral plate (2) placed between these passages (1), includes a cage sieving passage (1) having welded monoblock structure, block head hanger frame (3.1) which is adapted to the mentioned sieving block (3) by means of connection parts (4), isolation strut (5), an external gasket (11.2) which is placed in the gasket hole formed on the external surface of the mentioned isolation strut (5), and shutter panel gasket (12) and cage strut (16) on which the isolation strut (5) fixed, shutter plate (2.2) which is used to fix the shutter (7) to the mentioned sieving case (6), and back plate (2.1).
In diagram-1 ; Modular cage sieving passages (1) without lateral walls are assembled with sieving piles and with a modular lateral plate (2) two sieving passages are combined using connection parts(4). In another application of the mentioned sieving shutter at least one shutter profile (8) having gasket channels (11.1 , 11.3, 8.4) contains at least one shutter profile hole (8.1) formed in the mentioned shutter profile (8), seal (8.5) which isolates interior of panel of the mentioned shutter profile (8) and shutter outer profile (10) with seal channel (8.4) and panel flexible wedge (10.1) which holds and tightens the shutter plate (2.2).
Sieving blocks (3) of the mentioned sieving machine contains double wing lateral maintenance shutter (19) found at the head of upper and lower drive plates (17-18) mounted to the connection plates (15).
The mentioned sieving case (6) contains juts and pits (6.2, 6.3) formed on the case lateral surfaces (6.1) and connected by inserting in each other, formed channels (20), and corner profile (21) which has curved surfaces (21.2), and corner profile claws (21.1) which are placed in the mentioned channels (20).
The durability of the sieving frame (22) and support laths(23), which are adapted on the sieving case (6) and placed on the mentioned sieving case (6), is increased by aluminium reinforcement U profiles (24) and L profiles (24.2). Placing bottom cage wire grid (26) to the channels (29.1) formed on the splined frames (29) forming the splined metal sieving frame (25) adapted on the sieving case (6) and placed on the mentioned sieving case (6), fixed by using holding bolts (28) and cage wire grid holder (27). (See Diagram 19,20)
Support profiles (33), forming the sieving frame (30) which is adapted on the sieving case (6) and placed on the mentioned sieving case (6) are combined by means of head and outer profiles (31 ,32), connection juts (36) and connection pits (37) and connection bolts (34) providing fixing and pit (35) formed on the combining surface in order to adapt mentioned support profiles (33). (See Drawing 26,27)
Unwelded sieving frames (22) produced from aluminium and metallic materials are combined by connection bolts (34). As welding will not be done aluminium and similar profiles subjected to surface treatment (anodizing) can be used. In this way highly hiygienic sieving frames (22) are obtained. On all outer corners of sieving case (6) corner channels (20) are formed and corner profiles (21) are placed by inserting their claws in these channels (20) by sliping on. (See Drawing 15,16). Corner profiles, being metallic provides durability where it is placed and also by their curved surfaces (21.2) sieving cases (6) can be slided in the passages easily without snagging isolation struts (5).
By this developed method sieving frame (22), made of wood, plastic, etc. and by U profile application on support laths, connection points were strengthened, and the durability of sieving frame (22) is increased. In this application, as wood, plastic, etc. are used, sieve can be fastened to the frame by stapler and this is an advantage for situations where glue is not wanted to be used. Because for aluminium etc. metallic frames the sieve must be sticked with glue. In another developed application, with bottom wire grid inserted in the channels of splined aluminium sieving frames, durable sieving frame having bigger dimensions could be obtained.

Claims

1- Invention being related to sieving machines used for sieving grain products, containing sieving cases (6), placed in sieving passages (1) in which sieving is made, its characteristic : contains at least two independent cage sieving passages (1) having modular characteristic and one sieving block (3) having one lateral plate (2) placed between these passages.
2- Being a sieving machine in accordance with Request 1 , is to contain sieving passage (1) having modular characteristic without lateral plates (2).
3- Being a sieving machine in accordance with Request 1 , is to contain a cage sieving passage (1) having welded monoblock structure.
4- Being a sieving machine in accordance with one of the requests above, is to contain a lateral plate (2) between two independent cage sieving passage (1) which are mounted together.
5- Being a sieving machine in accordance with one of the requests above, is to contain at least one shutter profile (8) having at least one shutter profile hole (8.1) which is formed on shutter profile, providing connection of shutter to the cage sieving passage (1).
6- Being a sieving machine in accordance with Request 5, is to contain at least one shutter profile hole (8.1) which was formed on the mentioned shutter profile.
7- Being a sieving machine in accordance with Request 5, is to contain at least one case gasket channel (11.1) which was formed on the shutter profile.
8- Being a sieving machine in accordance with Request 5, is to contain at least one outer gasket channel (11.3) which was formed on the shutter profile (8).
9- Being a sieving machine in accordance with Request 5, is to contain at least one panel gasket channel (12.1) which was formed on the shutter profile (8).
10- Being a sieving machine in accordance with Request 5, is to contain at least one shutter profile wedge channel (8.2) which was formed on the shutter profile (8).
11- Being a sieving machine in accordance with Request 5, is to contain at least one shutter tightening channel (8.3) which was formed on the shutter profile (8).
12- Being a sieving machine in accordance with Request 5, is to contain at least one panel interior seal channel (8.4) which was formed on the shutter profile (8)
13- Being a sieving machine in accordance with Request 5, is to contain at least one case isolation gasket (11) which is placed in case gasket channel (11.1). 14- Being a sieving machine in accordance with Request 5, is to contain at least one outer isolation gasket (1 1.2) which is placed in case gasket channels (1 1.3).
15- Being a sieving machine in accordance with Request 5, is to contain at least one shutter panel isolation gasket (12) which is placed in panel gasket channel (12.1).
16- Being a sieving machine in accordance with Request 5, is to contain at least one panel interior seal (8.5) which is placed in panel interior seal channel (8.4).
17- Being a sieving machine in accordance with one of the requests above, is to contain a shutter inner profile (9) having at least one fixing jut (9.2) which is placed in the wedge channel (8.2) of the mentioned shutter profile (8).
18- Being a sieving machine in accordance with one of the requests above, is to contain a shutter inner profile hole (9.1) of shutter inner profile (9).
19- Being a sieving machine in accordance with one of the requests above, is to contain at least one guide profile (13) which is placed on the shutter profile (8) and the shutter (7).
20- Being a sieving machine in accordance with one of the requests above, is to contain profile wedge (14) which is mounted on the shutter profile wedge channel (8.2).
21 - Being a sieving machine in accordance with one of the requests above, is to contain shutter outer profile (10) which locks the shutter plate (2.2).
22- Being a sieving machine in accordance with one of the requests above, is to contain panel flexible wedge (10.1 ) which is tightened between shutter outer profile (10) and shutter plate (2.2).
23- Being a sieving machine in accordance with one of the requests above, is to contain mounting plate (15) which is fixed on the back of the cage sieving passage (1 ) for proper mounting.
24- Being a sieving machine in accordance with one of the requests above, is to contain double wing lateral maintenance shutters (19) which is mounted on drive plates (17,18) and provides easy entrance to drive module.
25- Invention, being related to the sieving machines, used for sieving grain products, containing sieving passage (1 ) in which sieving process is being done, and sieving cases(6) which are placed in these sieving passages, its characteristic; contains at least one sieving case (6) containing channels (20) formed on case lateral surfaces (6.1 ), and a corner profile (21) having curved surfaces (21.2) which are fastened inserting their claws in the channels (20).
26- Being a sieving machine in accordance with one of the requests above, is characterized with corner profile channel (20) made on the corners of sieving case (6). 7- Being a sieving machine in accordance with one of the requests above, is characterized with corner profile (21 ) which is fastened with its claws slipping on the corner channel (20) made on the corners of sieving case (6).
8- Being a sieving machine in accordance with one of the requests above, is to contain corner profile claws (21 .1 ) formed on the corner profile (21 ).
19- Being a sieving machine in accordance with one of the requests above, is to contain sieving frame (22) having supporting laths (23) reinforced with U profiles (24).
I0- Being a sieving machine in accordance with one of the requests above, is to contain sieving frame (22) reinforced with L profiles.
M - Being a sieving machine in accordance with one of the requests above, is to contain U profiles (24) in which the supporting laths (23) are inserted.
J2- Being a sieving machine in accordance with one of the requests above, is to contain a splined frame (29) having wire grid channel (29.1 ) in which the mentioned base cage wire grid (26) is placed.
33- Being a sieving machine in accordance with one of the requests above, is to contain profile hole (29.2) formed in the mentioned splined frame (29).
34- Being a sieving machine in accordance with one of the requests above, is to contain cage holder (27) which provides fixing of base cage wire grid (26) to the sieving frame (22) with bolts (28).
35- Being a sieving machine in accordance with one of the requests above, is to contain splined metallic sieving frame (25) formed of the mentioned splined frames (29).
36- Being a sieving machine in accordance with one of the requests above, is to contain metal sieving frame (30) consisting of frame supporting profiles (33), frame outer profiles(32), frame head profile (31 ) which are combined with connection bolts (34).
37- Being a sieving machine in accordance with one of the requests above, is to contain connection bolts (34) which provide fixing of the mentioned profiles (31 ,32,33).
