Abstract

The present invention pertains to a press work conveying device, wherein a work withdrawing section, a conveying table and a work inserting section are each mounted on a single base, so that the work may be withdrawn, transferred and inserted along the shortest movement line. Therefore, the vibration noise may be largely reduced and the efficiency of withdrawing, inserting and transferring may be maximized. Work may be transferred via an innovative structure and method that is optimized for various press lines, so that the cost of the equipment and maintenance costs can be reduced. Compared with the conventional multi-joint robots, it is possible to largely improve productivity at a low cost. Also, the press work conveying device of the present invention may simplify the use and maintenance of, and be conveniently installed according to working environments. When conveying work, the work may be reversed or rotated on the conveying table so that the working environments may be appropriately handled. In addition, the mounting positions of the work withdrawing section, the work inserting section and the transferring table that are mounted on the base may be moved to proper positions for use according to working environments, also involving effects of the lengths of the arms being able to extend or the like.
