Abstract

이온클러스터 발생장치는 플라즈마 방전을 위한 고전압을 발생하는 고전압 발생부와, 상기 고전압 발생부가 내장되어있는 케이스와, 상기 케이스의 상부면상에 이격되어 배치되고 상기 고전압이 인가되어 플라즈마 방전에 의해 이온클러스터를 발생하는 방전플레이트와, 상기 케이스의 상부면과 상기 방전플레이트와의 이격 공간 내에서 그의 일측이 상기 전기회로부의 접지에 연결되고, 타측이 상기 방전플레이트와 탄성적으로 접속되는 접지용 부재를 포함한다.
