Abstract
La présente invention a trait à un appareil permettant de générer des grappes d'ions, lequel appareil comprend : une unité de génération de haute tension qui génère des hautes tensions pour la décharge de plasma ; un boîtier qui permet de loger l'unité de génération de haute tension ; une plaque de décharge qui est agencée au-dessus d'une surface supérieure du boîtier, qui est espacée de cette dernière, qui reçoit de hautes tensions appliquées sur celle-ci et qui génère des grappes d'ions au moyen de la décharge de plasma ; et un élément de masse, dont un côté est connecté à la masse d'une unité de circuit électrique et dont l'autre côté est connecté de façon élastique à la plaque de décharge dans l'espace situé entre la surface supérieure du boîtier et la plaque de décharge.
