本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种垃圾短消息的处理方法及设备, 以解决传统垃圾短消息监控系统导致的短信终呼成功率低的问题。 针对传统垃圾监控短信系统对监控到的垃圾短消息釆用一拦了之的简单 策略, 本发明技术方案对所要拦截的垃圾短消息进行进一步的挖潜, 根据短 信的性质, 釆取不同的替换策略(例如, 根据垃圾短消息对应的号码、 号段、 流量、 关键字、 时间段等一种或几种信息确定垃圾短消息的替换策略) , 将 其替换为公益提醒短信或者定向商业广告等, 从而解决传统垃圾监控短信系 统造成的降低短信终呼成功率的弊病, 既可以提高短信终呼成功率, 又可以 通过公益提醒和商业广告获得良好的社会和经济效益。 具体地, 本发明公开了一种垃圾短消息的处理方法, 包括: 短消息服务中心接收到垃圾短消息时, 将该垃圾短消息的全部或部分内 容替换为设定内容, 再将经过替换处理的短消息下发给接收方。 将该垃圾短消息的全部或部分内容替换为设定内容的步骤包括: 所述短 消息服务中心事先设定有替换策略, 当所述短消息服务中心接收到垃圾短消 息时, 仅将符合所述替换策略的垃圾短消息的全部或部分内容替换为设定内 容, 其中, 所述替换策略包括如下一种或几种替换条件: 替换设定用户所发送的垃圾短消息、 替换设定时间段内的垃圾短消息、 以及替换设定流量范围内的垃圾短消息。 所述设定用户包括设定号码段和 /或设定号码。 当所述替换策略包括多种替换条件时, 符合所述替换策略的垃圾短消息 指, 满足所述替换策略所包括的所有替换条件要求的垃圾短消息。 所述短消息服务中心事先设定有多个替换策略, 并且各替换策略分别对 应不同的设定内容; 当所述短消息服务中心接收到垃圾短消息时, 先确定该垃圾短消息所符 合的替换策略, 再将该垃圾短消息的全部或部分内容替换为所确定的替换策 略所对应的设定内容。 本发明还公开了一种垃圾短消息的处理设备, 该设备包括: 监控接口模 块和实时监控处理模块, 其中: 所述监控接口模块设置为: 接收短消息服务中心发送的短消息并转发给 实时监控模块, 以及将所述实时监控处理模块发送的经过替换处理的短消息 下发给接收方; 所述实时监控处理模块设置为: 接收所述监控接口模块转发的短消息, 当所接收到的短消息为垃圾短消息时, 将该垃圾短消息的全部或部分内容替 换为设定内容, 并将经过替换处理的短消息发送给所述监控接口模块。 该设备还包括人机交互网络(WEB )处理模块; 所述人机交互 WEB处理模块设置为: 根据用户操作设置替换策略, 其 中, 所述替换策略包括如下一种或几种替换条件: 替换设定用户所发送的垃圾短消息、 替换设定时间段内的垃圾短消息、 以及替换设定流量范围内的垃圾短消息; 所述实时监控处理模块是设置为按如下方式当所接收到的短消息为垃圾 短消息时, 将该垃圾短消息的全部或部分内容替换为设定内容: 在接收到垃 圾短消息时, 仅将符合所述替换策略的垃圾短消息的全部或部分内容替换为 设定内容。 所述设定用户包括设定号码段和 /或设定号码。 当所述替换策略包括多种替换条件时,所述实时监控处理模块还设置为: 判断所接收到的垃圾短消息满足所述替换策略所包括的所有替换条件要求, 才确定该垃圾短消息符合所述替换策略。 所述人机交互 WEB处理模块是设置为按如下方式根据用户操作设置替 换策略: 根据用户操作设置多个替换策略, 并且各替换策略分别对应不同的 设定内容; 所述实时监控处理模块是设置为按如下方式在接收到垃圾短消息时, 仅 将符合所述替换策略的垃圾短消息的全部或部分内容替换为设定内容: 在接 收到垃圾短消息时, 确定该垃圾短消息所符合的替换策略, 并将该垃圾短消 息的全部或部分内容替换为所确定的替换策略所对应的设定内容。 本发明技术方案对短消息服务中心 (Short Message Service Center, SMSC ) 的消息进行实时监控, 根据设定的规则进行有选择的下发、 拦截或 者替换内容后再下发, 从而解决传统垃圾短消息垃圾短消息监控的简单地一 拦了之导致的短信终护成功率下降的问题。 附图概述 图 1为本发明设备的结构示意图; 图 2为图 1所示设备对收到的短消息的进行监控处理流程图; 图 3为图 2所示流程中人机交互 WEB模块与其他模块交互流程示意图; 图 4为本实施例中判断垃圾短消息的流程图; 图 5为本实施例中判断垃圾短消息是否符合替换策略的流程图。
本发明的较佳实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式及附图对本发明技术方案做进一步详细说明。 一种垃圾短消息处理设备, 可将垃圾短消息替换为设定内容 (例如特定 的公益提示或者定向商业广告) , 其结构如图 1 所示, 至少包括人机交互 WEB处理模块、监控接口模块、 黑白名单管理模块和实时监控处理模块。 下 面介绍各模块的功能。 人机交互 WEB处理模块设置为: 根据用户 (例如运营商)操作设置设 备的配置数据, 该配置数据中包括黑白名单号码; 在本实施例中, 人机交互 WEB处理模块所设置的配置数据还包括垃圾 短消息的替换策略以及替换策略所对应的设定内容; 替换策略至少包括如下一种或几种替换条件: 替换设定用户所发送的垃圾短消息、 替换设定时间段内的垃圾短消息、 替换设定流量范围内的垃圾短消息。 替换策略所对应的设定内容, 即为符合替换策略的垃圾短消息替换的内 容, 该内容具体可以为公益提示或者定向商业广告。 监控接口模块设置为: 与 SMSC之间的接口连接以及管理功能, 完成协 议消息与内部消息的转换(即对 SMSC发送的短消息进行内部转换, 以及将 实时监控处理模块发送的消息进行转换为 SMSC识别的短消息), 以及将实 时监控处理模块发送的信息发送给 SMSC 。 其中, 由于外部网元可能会各不相同, 监控接口模块可以将外部变化尽 量阻挡在设备之外, 保证设备的稳定性和可扩展性。 监控接口模块将接收的
SMSC短信中心的短消息进行内部转换, 之后将转换后的短消息发送给实时 监控模块做后续处理; 黑白名单管理模块设置为: 对黑白名单(该黑白名单由人机交互 WEB 处理模块发给黑白名单管理模块)进行统一管理, 保证黑白名单的全局一致 性, 另外还接收来自实时监控处理模块发起的名单类型的查询请求; 实时监控处理模块设置为: 接收监控接口模块发来的短消息, 提取短消 息的主叫号码和被叫号码, 将提取的号码发送给黑白名单管理模块以查询所 提取的号码的名单类型, 即黑名单、 白名单或其他, 并根据黑白名单管理模 块的反馈的查询结果, 确定短消息的鉴定结果, 将鉴定结果发送给监控接口 模块;
其中, 当黑白名单管理模块反馈的查询结果是, 短消息的主叫号码或被 叫号码的名单类型为白名单时, 实时监控处理模块确定该短消息的鉴定结果 是直接下发;
当黑白名单管理模块反馈的查询结果是, 短消息的主叫号码或被叫号码 的名单类型为黑名单时, 实时监控处理模块确定该短消息的鉴定结果是拦截 该短消息; 当黑白名单管理模块反馈的查询结果是, 短消息的主叫号码和被叫号码 的名单类型为既不是白名单也不是黑名单(即该短消息为垃圾短消息) 时, 实时监控处理模块确定该短消息的鉴定结果是替换内容下发, 此时, 实时监 控处理模块将该短消息的全部或部分内容替换为设定内容, 再将经过替换处 理的短消息下发给监控接口模块; 在本实施例中, 由于人机交互 WEB处理模块中设置有替换策略, 因此 当黑白名单管理模块反馈的查询结果是该短消息为对垃圾短消息时, 实时监 控处理模块进一步判断该垃圾短消息是否符合设置的替换策略, 仅当垃圾短 消息符合设置的替换策略时, 才确定该短消息的鉴定结果是替换内容下发; 具体地, 替换策略至少包括如下一种或几种替换条件: 替换设定用户所发送的垃圾短消息、 替换设定时间段内的垃圾短消息、 替换设定流量范围内的垃圾短消息; 实时监控处理模块是设置为按如下方式判断垃圾短消息是否符合设置的 替换策略: 垃圾短消息是否满足替换策略中的替换条件要求, 其中, 当替换 策略包括多个替换条件时, 实时监控处理模块要判断所收到的垃圾短消息满 足替换策略所包括的所有替换条件时,才能确定该垃圾短消息符合替换策略。 还有一些实施例中, 人机交互 WEB处理模块中设置有多个替换策略, 每个替换策略分别对应不同的设定内容, 此时, 实时监控处理模块要确定所 接收到的垃圾短消息是符合哪一个替换策略, 之后, 再将该垃圾短消息的全 部或部分内容替换成该替换策略所对应的设定内容。
上述设备的工作原理是: 用户通过浏览器进入人机交互 WEB处理模块, 输入系统运行配置数据, 其中, 包括替换策略, 替换策略包括如下一种或几 种替换条件: 替换设定用户所发送的垃圾短消息、 替换设定时间段内的垃圾短消息、 替换设定流量范围内的垃圾短消息;
送的垃圾短消息要进行替换处理) , 还包括流量(用于表示当前流量达到该 设定流量时要对垃圾短消息进行替换) 、 关键字 (用于表示垃圾短消息中出 现这些关键字时需要替换) 、 时间段(用于表示在该设定时间段内需要对垃 圾短消息进行替换)信息, 将配置数据中的黑白名单通知给黑白名单处理模 块, 将运行必需的配置数据通知给监控接口机模块, 将替换策略通知给实时 监控处理模块。监控接口模块收到 SMSC发送的鉴定消息后发送给实时监控 处理模块, 实时监控处理模块从中提取主叫号码和被叫号码信息发送给黑白 名单管理模块以查询名单类型, 黑白名单管理模块将查询结果回复给实时监 控处理模块, 实时监控处理模块将根据人机交互 WEB处理模块中的监控规 则 (即监控规则中包括替换策略)判断该条消息是下发还是拦截还是替换内 容后下发, 并将判断结果发送给监控接口模块, 监控接口模块再将结果反馈 给 SMSC。 其中, 上述设备可以为独立设备, 也可以内置于短消息服务中心中。
下面介绍上述设备有针对性地将垃圾短消息替换为设定内容的实现过 程。 该过程如图 2所示, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 200, 人机交互, 以对上述设备进行初始化; 该步骤中, 用户 (如运营商)通过浏览器访问上述设备, 并设置配置数 据, 该配置数据指设备运行所需要的数据, 其中包括黑白名单等, 设置完成 后, 这些信息都将会保存到物理数据库中, 并通知黑白名单管理模块和实时 监控处理模块; 在本实施例中, 配置数据中还包括替换策略, 具体地, 替换策略可包括 以下一种或几种替换条件: 替换设定用户所发送的垃圾短消息、 替换设定时间段内的垃圾短消息、 替换设定流量范围内的垃圾短消息; 其中, 替换策略包括替换设定用户所发送的垃圾短消息时, 具体可建立 一个或多个特殊号码组以表示设定用户, 进一步地, 在每个特殊号码组中设 置待监控的号码或者号段; 在优选的方案中, 替换策略包括替换设定用户所发送的垃圾短消息的同 时,还可以包括替换设定时间段内的垃圾短消息和 /或替换设定流量范围内的 垃圾短消息等。 例如, 针对每个特殊号码组配置不同的替换规则, 其中规则 包括是否根据设定时段间隔进行策略性监控, 此时, 设备可以进一步设置非 拦截时段间隔值和拦截时段间隔值; 还可以根据消息比例进行策略性监控, 此时, 则可设置监控粒度消息数和垃圾短消息内容替换消数。 步骤 201 , 上述设备接收到 SMSC的消息鉴定请求(即接收到 SMSC转 发的短消息) 时, 对该消息鉴定请求进行内部转换; 该步骤中, 上述设备中监控接口模块接收 SMSC的消息鉴定请求, 通过 内部转换后, 将消息鉴定请求发送给实时监控处理模块; 步骤 202, 从经过内部转换的消息鉴定请求中获取短消息的主叫号码; 该步骤中, 上述设备中实时监控处理模块接收监控接口模块发来的经过 内部转换的消息鉴定请求后, 取出消息中的主叫号码和被叫号码, 并将该主 叫号码信息和被叫号码发送给黑白名单管理模块; 步骤 203 , 从黑白名单中查询所获取的短消息的主叫号码和被叫号码; 该步骤中, 黑白名单管理模块接收实时监控处理模块的查询请求后, 分 别从黑白名单内查找短消息的主叫号码和被叫号码; 步骤 204 , 根据查找结果, 确定鉴定结果, 其中, 当从白名单中查找到 短消息的主叫号码或被叫号码时, 则鉴定结果为下发; 当从黑名单中查找到 短消息的主叫号码或和被叫号码时, 则鉴定结果为拦截; 当从黑白名单中均 未查找到短消息的主叫号码和和被叫号码时, 则鉴定结果为根据事先设定的 替换策略替换短消息内容; 该步骤中, 实时监控处理模块接收黑白名单管理模块反馈的名单类型和 配置的规则进行分析和计算以确定相应的鉴定结果, 并将鉴定结果反馈给监 控接口模块; 例如, 当从黑白名单中均未查找到短消息的主叫号码和和被叫号码, 且 事先设定的替换策略中设置了替换设定用户所发送的垃圾短消息, 则实时监 控处理模块从预先配置的特殊号码组(该特殊号码组用于表示设定用户) 中 查找到短消息的主叫号码时, 进一步确定该短消息的主叫号码所属于的特殊 号码组, 获取该特殊号码组的替换规则, 根据该替换规则确定将该短消息中 的全部或部分内容替换为的设定内容(如公益信息或者定向广告) 下发; 步骤 205 , 将鉴定结果反馈给 SMSC; 该步骤中, 监控接口模块接收实时监控处理模块发送的鉴定结果, 经过 转换后, 将结果反馈给 SMSC短信中心; 步骤 206, SMSC短信中心根据所收到的结果进行处理, 若反馈的结果 为拦截,则不下发该条消息,若反馈的结果为下发,则正常下发该条消息(此 时该条消息内容可能已经替换设定内容,如相应的公益信息或者定向广告)。 如图 3所示, 为上述流程中人机交互及初始化的具体过程。 该过程包括 以下步骤: 步骤 301 ,用户通过浏览器进入人机交互 WEB页面,首先配置系统运行 所需要的配置数据, 其中包括黑白名单号码、 替换策略等; 其中, 替换策略可包括以下一种或几种替换条件: 替换设定用户所发送的垃圾短消息、 替换设定时间段内的垃圾短消息、 替换设定流量范围内的垃圾短消息; 具体地, 设置多个特殊号码组, 以及这些特殊号码组的信息 (特殊号码 组的信息包括组 ID 和组名称) 。 之后在每个组中增加多个设定号码、 设定 号码段, 每个号码或者号码段只能在一个组中出现, 不能重复, 可手工单个 增加也可通过文件批量增加。 在每添加一条号码或号段时, 人机交互 WEB 处理模块都将会给黑白名单管理模块发送附带该条号码信息的通知消息, 黑 白名单管理模块会将该号码加入到自身内存库中, 以便黑白名单管理模块的 号码具有实时性。 之后可进一步设置每个特殊号码组的监控规则, 包括: 根 据设定时段间隔进行策略性监控(即替换处理) , 此时, 可设置非拦截时段 间隔值和拦截时段间隔值; 或者包括根据消息比例进行策略性监控(即替换 处理) , 此时, 则可设置监控粒度消息数和监控拦截消息数。 这样, 每个特 殊号码组即拥有了不同的特殊号码内容和监控规则。 步骤 302,通过人机交互 WEB处理模块的页面增加的配置数据,首先都 将保存在实体物理数据库中, 以便通知给其他模块时提取配置数据; 步骤 303 ,人机交互 WEB处理模块通过页面的同步功能,将各个模块所 需要的配置数据组织到同步文件中, 并将文件上传到各个模块对应的目录, 并发送通知消息给各个模块, 以便各模块加载所需的配置数据; 步骤 304,各模块收到 WEB处理模块发送的通知消息后,进行相应的处 理; 其中, 黑白名单管理模块将收到的文件中的号码加入到其自身内存数据 库中; 实时监控模块将收到的文件中的特殊号码规则 (即替换策略)加载到 自身内存中; 监控接口模块将文件中的配置数据加载到自身内存中。 综上所述, 人机交互 WEB处理模块主要负责系统运行信息和特殊号码 的维护, 为短信的监控提供基本的数据。
下面以图 4为例, 说明判断一条短消息是否为符合替换策略的垃圾短消 息的具体过程, 该过程包括以下步骤: 步骤 401 , 短信中心给监控接口模块发送请求鉴定短消息的请求消息, 该请求消息中有待鉴定短消息的主叫号码, 接收待鉴定短消息的被叫号码, 及其待鉴定短消息内容等信息; 步骤 402 , 监控接口模块接收到请求消息后, 经过内部转换处理后, 向 实时监控处理模块发送鉴定请求消息, 并等待响应消息; 步骤 403 , 实时监控处理模块接收到请求消息后, 从中提取待鉴定短消 息的主叫号码和被叫号码并发送给黑白名单管理模块,查询号码的名单类型; 步骤 404 , 黑白名单管理模块通过将主叫号码和被叫号码匹配其内存库 中的名单类型, 并将结果反馈给实时监控处理模块; 步骤 405 , 实时监控处理模块接收黑白名单管理模块发送的结果消息; 步骤 406 , 实时监控处理模块根据黑白名单管理模块反馈的结果, 确定 短消息的鉴定结果, 并将鉴定结果发送给监控接口模块; 当黑白名单管理模块反馈的结果是短消息的主叫号码或被叫号码的名单 类型是白名单,则实时监控处理模块确定该条短消息的鉴定结果是直接下发; 当黑白名单管理模块反馈的结果是短消息的主叫号码的名单类型是黑名 单, 则实时监控处理模块确定该条短消息的鉴定结果是拦截; 当黑白名单管理模块反馈的结果是短消息的主叫号码的名单类型是预先 设定的替换策略中设定号码组里的号码, 则实时监控处理模块确定本条短消 息的鉴定结果为替换内容下发; 步骤 407 , 监控接口接收到实时监控处理模块的鉴定结果。 步骤 408 , 监控接口将接收到的鉴定结果反馈给短信中心, 由短信中心 根据结果进行下发或拦截或者替换内容下发。
上述步骤 406中的具体判断垃圾短消息是否符合事先设定的替换策略的 过程, 如图 5所示, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 501 , 实时监控处理模块接收到黑白名单管理模块反馈的名单类型 后已经确定待鉴定的短消息为垃圾短消息; 步骤 502 , 实时监控处理模块将特殊号码组信息, 确定该垃圾短消息的 主叫号码属于哪个特殊号码组, 并根据该特殊号码组的组 ID获取其对应的 替换条件; 步骤 503, 实时监控处理模块判断替换条件中是否启用了时间段拦截条 件, 即判断在人机交互 WEB处理模块中设置的是否根据时段间隔进行策略 性监控的值为是, 如果是, 则继续执行步骤 504, 否则执行步骤 505; 步骤 504 , 实时监控处理模块启用时间段拦截策略后, 将会根据人机交 互 WEB处理模块同步的时间开始, 根据设置的非拦截时段间隔值和拦截时 段间隔值进行匹配判断, 判断当前是否属于非拦截时段, 如果是, 跳转执行 步骤 508, 否则, 进入步骤 505; 步骤 505 , 实时监控处理模块判断替换条件中是否启用了流量监控策略, 即判断在人机交互 WEB处理模块中设置的是否根据消息比例进行策略性监 控的值为是, 如果是, 则继续执行步骤 506, 否则跳转执行步骤 508; 步骤 506 , 实时监控处理模块启用流量检查策略后, 判断当前是否在非 拦截条数内, 如果是, 则执行步骤 508 , 否则执行步骤 507; 具体地, 实时监控处理模块将会根据人机交互 WEB处理模块同步的时 间开始, 根据监控粒度消息数作为监控基本计数进行处理, 如设置监控粒度 消息数为 10条,监控拦截消息数为 2条。则对所有特殊号码用户发送的消息 以 10条为总粒度, 从设置生效时刻起对特殊号码用户的整体发送行为监控, 将垃圾短消息的全部或部分内容替换为设定内容(公益信息或者定向广告) 后放行 8条消息, 直接拦截 2条消息, 循环往复。 步骤 507 , 实时监控处理模块经过分析后得到该条短消息的鉴定结果是, 拦截, 结束本流程; 步骤 508, 实时监控处理模块经过分析后得到该条短消息的鉴定结果是, 替换为设定内容(公益信息或者定向广告)后下发, 结束流程结束。
从上述实施例可以看出, 本发明根据设定的策略(例如, 根据设定的特 殊号码和对应的监控规则进行时间和 /或流量的限制)有针对性地将垃圾短消 息替换为设定内容(例如公益提醒或者有针对性的商业广告等) , 从而解决 了现有监控系统的名单规则中单一黑白名单监控要么全部下发, 要么全部拦 截的局限, 从而提高了短信终呼成功率。 进一步地提高了运营商经济收益和 社会收益。并且,此方案还可以扩展到彩信系统等类似需要进行监控的领域。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序 来指令相关硬件完成, 所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中, 如只读 存储器、 磁盘或光盘等。 可选地, 上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用 一个或多个集成电路来实现。 相应地, 上述实施例中的各模块 /单元可以釆用 硬件的形式实现, 也可以釆用软件功能模块的形式实现。 本发明不限制于任 何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。 当然, 本发明还可有其他多种实施例, 在不背离本发明精神及其实质的 但凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均 应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

6、 一种垃圾短消息的处理设备, 该设备包括: 监控接口模块和实时监控 处理模块, 其中: 所述监控接口模块设置为: 接收短消息服务中心发送的短消息并转发给 实时监控模块, 以及将所述实时监控处理模块发送的经过替换处理的短消息 下发给接收方; 所述实时监控处理模块设置为: 接收所述监控接口模块转发的短消息, 当所接收到的短消息为垃圾短消息时, 将该垃圾短消息的全部或部分内容替 换为设定内容, 并将经过替换处理的短消息发送给所述监控接口模块。

8、 如权利要求 7所述的设备, 其中, 所述设定用户包括设定号码段和 /或设定号码。
9、 如权利要求 7或 8所述的设备, 其中, 当所述替换策略包括多种替换条件时,所述实时监控处理模块还设置为: 判断所接收到的垃圾短消息满足所述替换策略所包括的所有替换条件要求, 才确定该垃圾短消息符合所述替换策略。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的设备, 其中, 所述人机交互 WEB处理模块是设置为按如下方式根据用户操作设置替 换策略: 根据用户操作设置多个替换策略, 并且各替换策略分别对应不同的 设定内容; 所述实时监控处理模块是设置为按如下方式在接收到垃圾短消息时, 仅 将符合所述替换策略的垃圾短消息的全部或部分内容替换为设定内容: 在接 收到垃圾短消息时, 确定该垃圾短消息所符合的替换策略, 并将该垃圾短消 息的全部或部分内容替换为所确定的替换策略所对应的设定内容。
