本发明实施例通过将可疑短信暂緩发送, 解决了现有技术中由于可疑短 信监控规则设置不合理而导致的正常短信被过滤的问题, 本发明实施例可以 帮助运营商准确核实用户发送的可疑短信, 避免了用户的投诉, 提高了运营 商短信收入, 同时还可以调动设备厂家参与运营的积极性。

本发明的较佳实施方式 如上所述, 为了解决现有技术中由于可疑短信监控规则设置不合理而导 致的正常短信被过滤的问题, 本发明实施例首先将短信监控服务器监控到的 可疑短信通知短信增值业务平台; 增值业务平台通过已有接口通知可疑短信 暂緩发送装置, 可疑短信暂緩发送装置为该用户开户后, 将用户信息与短信 中心同步, 短信中心同步保存该用户信息后, 对于该用户发送的短信直接投 递到增值业务平台;短信增值业务平台透传该消息至可疑短信暂緩发送装置, 由可疑短信暂緩发送装置緩存该短信, 等待运营商运维人员审核。 以下结合附图以及实施例, 对本发明的技术方案进行进一步详细说明。 应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不限定本发明。 方法实施例 根据本发明的实施例, 提供了一种可疑短信暂緩发送方法, 图 1是本发 明实施例的可疑短信暂緩发送方法的流程图, 如图 1所示, 根据本发明实施 例的可疑短信暂緩发送方法包括:
步骤 101 , 可疑短信暂緩发送装置接收短信监控服务器通过增值业务平 台发送的可疑短信, 为发送可疑短信的用户开通短信暂緩发送业务, 并将开 通短信暂緩发送业务的用户的用户信息同步到短信中心; 具体地, 步骤 101包括如下处理: 1、接收短信监控服务器通过增值业务 平台发送的可疑短信; 2、判断发送可疑短信的用户是否已经开通短信暂緩发 送业务; 3、如果判断发送可疑短信的用户已经开通短信暂緩发送业务, 则直 接返回响应消息; 4、如果判断发送可疑短信的用户未开通短信暂緩发送业务, 则通过后台方式为发送可疑短信的用户开通短信暂緩发送业务。 步骤 102 , 可疑短信暂緩发送装置接收短信中心通过增值业务平台发送 的用户在开通短信暂緩发送业务之后发送的短信, 对短信进行保存, 通过网 络服务器将短信发送给审核中心, 并接收审核中心返回的短信的审核结果; 其中, 审核中心可以是审核人员,也可以是一个设置有审核信息的装置。 本发明实施例以审核人员为例进行说明, 但是本发明比该不限于此。 在步骤 102中, 通过网络服务器将短信发送给审核中心需要进行如下处 理: 1、接收网络服务器发送的查询请求,其中,查询请求中携带有用户信息; 2、根据用户信息向网络服务器返回与用户信息相应的短信, 以使审核中心通 过网络服务器对短信进行审核。 步骤 103 ,可疑短信暂緩发送装置根据审核结果对短信进行相应的处理。 具体地, 在步骤 103中, 根据审核结果对短信进行相应的处理包括以下 处理: 1、 在审核结果为通过的情况下, 将短信发送到短信中心, 并通过短信 中心将短信发送到相应的用户; 2、在审核结果为不通过的情况下, 禁止将短 信发送到短信中心。 此外, 在根据审核结果对短信进行相应的处理之后, 还需要根据审核结 果, 对用户的短信暂緩发送业务进行销户或继续开通的处理; 随后, 再将用 户的用户信息同步到短信中心。 在实际应用中, 可疑短信暂緩发送装置可以和短信增值业务平台合一设 置, 也可以单独部署。
从上述处理可以看出, 可疑短信暂緩发送装置的主要功能特点包括以下 四点:
1、可疑短信暂緩发送装置基于现有的增值业务平台, 能够快速实现,便 捷部署, 可疑短信暂緩发送装置可以单独部署, 也可以和短信增值业务平台 合一部署。
2、本发明实施例上述技术方案可以减少因短信监控系统出现异常而引起 的用户投诉, 并可以增加运营商收入。
3、可疑短信暂緩发送装置提供了良好的交互界面供运营商运维人员对緩 存短信进行审核处理及修改等操作; 同时对暂緩发送的短信提供了灵活多样 的审核方式及计费准则。
4、可疑短信暂緩发送装置能够保存用户发送的被短信监控系统认为可疑 的短信, 保存周期长, 核对方便。 下面, 结合附图, 以可疑短信暂緩发送装置和短信增值业务平台合一部 署为例, 对本发明实施例的上述技术方案进行举例说明。 图 2是本发明实施例的可疑短信暂緩发送方法详细处理的信令流程图, 如图 2所示, 具体包括如下处理: 步骤 201 , 用户 A发起点对点消息 (移动台发起 ( Mobile Originated, MO ) )到短信中心; 步骤 202 , 短信中心向用户 A返回点对点消息的响应消息 ( MORsp ) ; 步骤 203 , 短信中心向短信监控服务器发送消息 (DeliverSm ) , 进行监 控检查; 步骤 204 , 短信监控服务器向短信中心返回发送消息的响应消息 ( DeliverSmRs ) ; 步骤 205 , 短信监控服务器根据已有规则对短信及用户进行监控; 根据步骤 205的处理结果, 如果短信监控服务器认为该短信属于正常短 信, 则继续执行步骤 206、 步骤 207、 步骤 224以及步骤 225的流程;
如果短信监控服务器认为该消息可疑, 则跳转至步骤 208进行处理。 步骤 206, 向短信中心提交消息 ( SubmitSm ) ; 步骤 207 , 短信中心返回提交消息响应 (SubmitSmRsp ) 消息, 转步骤
224; 步骤 208, 短信监控服务器把可疑的通过发送消息(DeliverSm )将消息 投递到可疑短信暂緩发送装置; 步骤 209, 可疑短信暂緩发送装置对用户进行后台受理操作, 为其开通 暂緩发送业务; 步骤 210 , 可疑短信暂緩发送装置向短信监控服务器返回发送消息响应 ( DeliverSmRsp ) 消息; 步骤 211 , 可疑短信暂緩发送装置通过设置业务请求( Setservice— Req ) 向短信中心同步该用户信息, 使得短信中心也有该用户记录; 步骤 212, 短信中心返回设置业务请求响应 ( Setservice— Rsp ) 消息; 步骤 213 , 对于用户 A再次发起的点对点消息, 短信中心会得知该用户 已经开通暂緩发送业务, 并将消息通过发送消息请求( DeliverSm— Req )投递 到可疑短信暂緩发送装置; 步骤 214, 可疑短信暂緩发送装置返回发送消息响应 ( DeliverSm— Req ) 消息;
步骤 215 , 可疑短信暂緩发送装置处理该消息, 存入数据库中; 步骤 216 , 可疑短信暂緩发送装置向短信中心发送状态报告请求
( DeliverSR Req ) 消息; 步骤 217 , 短信中心返回发送状态报告响应 ( DeliverSR— Rsp ) 消息; 在执行了步骤 217之后, 当审核中心为审核人员时, 该审核人员可以是 运维人员。 此时, 需要运营商运维人员通过 web应用服务器审核可疑用户短 信, 运营商运维人员通过 web应用服务器审核可疑用户短信的流程如下: 步骤 218, 运维人员通过 Internet网络向 Web应用服务器发起查询信息
请求 ( QrylnfoReq ) ; 步骤 219 , Web应用服务器向可疑短信暂緩发送装置发送查询信息请求 ( QryrlnfoReq ) 以查询用户数据及緩存的短信; 步骤 220 , 可疑短信暂緩发送装置通过查询信息响应 (QrylnfoRsp )返 回用户所需数据给 Web应用服务器; 步骤 221 , Web应用服务器通过查询信息响应 (QrylnfoRsp )返回待审 核用户的相关信息给运维人员, 用于短信审核等操作; 步骤 222 , 对于审核通过的短信, 即运维人员认为不是可疑用户的可疑 短信, 可疑短信暂緩发送装置利用现有消息通道通过提交消息 (SubmitSm ) 把消息投递到短息中心; 当然,上述运维人员的操作也可以是一个设置有审核信息的装置来完成。 步骤 223 , 短信中心返回提交消息响应 ( SubmitSmRsp ) 消息; 步骤 224, 短信中心将消息终呼到用户 B的终端 (即终端终止(Mobile Terminated, MT ) 消息) ; 步骤 225 , 用户 B返回响应消息 ( MTRsp ) ; 步骤 226 , 可疑短信暂緩发送装置根据运维人员的审核结果, 为用户进 行销户处理; 步骤 227 , 短信监控服务器向短信中心发送同步用户信息的请求消息 ( Unsetservice Req ) ; 步骤 228, 短信中心返回同步用户信息的响应消息( Unsetservice— Rsp ) 。 图 3是本发明实施例的可疑短信暂緩发送装置受理短信监控服务器消息 的流程图, 如图 3所示, 包括如下处理: 步骤 301 , 可疑短信暂緩发送装置接收到短信监控服务器发送的消息; 步骤 302 , 可疑短信暂緩发送装置对用户进行鉴权, 判断主叫用户是否 为系统用户, 如果是, 即该用户已经开通短信暂緩业务, 则执行步骤 305 , 如果不是, 执行步骤 303;
步骤 303 , 可疑短信暂緩发送装置通过后台方式为该用户开通暂緩发送 短信业务; 步骤 304 , 向短信中心发送同步用户信息的消息; 步骤 305 , 可疑短信暂緩发送装置向短信监控系统返回响应消息, 流程 结束。 从上述处理可以看出, 本发明实施例可以帮助运营商緩存短信监控装置 监控出来的可疑短信, 由运营商人工审核干预, 对于确认为非垃圾短信的消 息正常下发, 对于确认是垃圾短信的消息予以拒绝, 并可以决定是否对垃圾 短信进行收费等。 该发明既可以提升了用户体验, 又增加了运营商收入。 此外, 本发明实施例涉及短信中心、 短信监控装置、 短信增值业务平台 等众多网元, 但是各网元之间使用现有接口, 改动量小, 短信中心更是无需 任何改动, 系统稳定性高, 部署便捷, 经济效益好。 装置实施例 根据本发明的实施例, 提供了一种可疑短信暂緩发送装置, 图 4是本发 明实施例的可疑短信暂緩发送装置的结构示意图, 如图 4所示, 根据本发明 实施例的可疑短信暂緩发送装置包括: 协议网关模块 40、 用户受理模块 41、 业务控制模块 42、 网络应用模块 43以及数据库模块 44, 下面, 对本发明实 施例的上述模块进行详细的说明。 协议网关模块 40主要负责与其他网元, 例如, SMSC、 垃圾短信监控系 统(spam )进行通讯, 并对来往消息进行编码解码等, 在本发明实施例中, 协议网关模块 40需要设置为:接收短信监控服务器通过增值业务平台发送的 可疑短信、 以及接收短信中心通过增值业务平台发送的用户在开通短信暂緩 发送业务之后发送的短信; 用户受理模块 41主要负责用户的开户、 销户、 暂停、 以及激活, 并与短 信中心进行用户信息的同步、 以及用户信息的查询等。 在本发明实施例中, 在协议网关模块 40接收短信监控服务器通过增值业务平台发送的可疑短信 之后,用户受理模块 41设置为: 为发送可疑短信的用户开通短信暂緩发送业 务, 并将开通短信暂緩发送业务的用户的用户信息同步到短信中心。
用户受理模块 41在发送可疑短信的用户开通短信暂緩发送业务之前,还 设置为: 判断发送可疑短信的用户是否已经开通短信暂緩发送业务; 如果判 断发送可疑短信的用户已经开通短信暂緩发送业务, 则直接返回响应消息; 如果判断发送可疑短信的用户未开通短信暂緩发送业务, 则通过后台方式为 发送可疑短信的用户开通短信暂緩发送业务。 业务控制模块 42主要负责在接收到短信中心的消息后,进行业务逻辑控 制, 实现可疑短信暂緩发送业务的具体功能, 例如: 短信的緩存等; 此外, web侧的部分请求操作也需要业务控制模块 42进行处理。具体地,在本发明 实施例中, 业务控制模块 42设置为: 在协议网关模块 40接收到短信中心通 过增值业务平台发送的用户在开通短信暂緩发送业务之后发送的短信后, 需 要将短信保存在数据库模块。 网络应用模块 43主要负责为运维用户提供 web形式的管理功能, 用户 可以通过 web应用服务器审核短信、 下发短信, 在本发明实施例中, 网络应 用模块 43设置为: 通过网络服务器将短信发送给审核人员,并接收短信的审 核结果, 4艮据审核结果对短信进行相应的处理; 具体地, 网络应用模块 43设置为: 首先需要接收网络服务器发送的查询 请求, 其中, 查询请求中携带有用户信息; 随后, 根据用户信息向网络服务 器返回与用户信息相应的短信, 以使审核人员通过网路服务器对短信进行审 核; 在审核结果为通过的情况下, 将短信发送到短信中心, 以通过短信中心 将短信发送到相应的用户; 在审核结果为不通过的情况下, 禁止将短信发送 到短信中心。 用户受理模块 41还设置为:根据审核结果,对用户的短信暂緩发送业务 进行销户或继续开通的处理, 并与短信中心进行用户信息的同步。 数据库模块 44是各个模块间交互的核心纽带, 数据库模块 44设置为: 保存短信以及用户信息, 各模块均操作该数据库模块 44。 用户受理模块 41 根据短信监控系统的请求,在数据库模块 44中维护用户信息; 业务控制模块 42通过数据库模块 44进行用户鉴权, 信息查询匹配, 短信保存等; 网络应 用模块 43根据用户的请求操作对数据库模块 44中緩存的短信内容进行下发、
删除、 查询等操作。 从上述处理可以看出, 可疑短信暂緩发送装置的主要功能特点包括以下 四点:

4、可疑短信暂緩发送装置能够保存用户发送的被短信监控系统认为可疑 的短信, 保存周期长, 核对方便。 系统实施例 根据本发明的实施例, 提供一种可疑短信暂緩发送系统, 图 5是本发明 实施例的可疑短信暂緩发送系统的结构示意图, 如图 5所示, 包括: 短信中 心 50、 短信监控服务器 51、 增值业务平台 52、 以及网络服务器 53 , 该可疑 短信暂緩发送系统还包括上述可疑短信暂緩发送装置 54。 需要说明的是, 在 实际应用中, 可疑短信暂緩发送装置 54可以和短信增值业务平台 52合一设 置, 也可以单独部署。 下面, 以可疑短信暂緩发送装置 54 和增值业务平台 52合一设置为例,对根据本发明实施例的可疑短信暂緩发送系统进行详细说 明。
具体地,移动台是短信的发送者,通过空中接口与短信中心 50等网元连 接, 在本发明实施例中, 移动台可以是普通用户, 也可以是增值业务服务商。 短信中心 50是发送点对点短信的核心网元,与短信监控服务器 51相连, 与增值业务平台 52(可疑短信暂緩发送装置 54和增值业务平台 52合一设置) 相连。 当短信中心 50接收到移动台发送的 MO消息后, 会发送到短信监控
服务器 51进行监控。 短信监控服务器 51设置为: 接收短信中心 50的消息, 对短信内容、 流 量等进行监控; 并向增值业务平台 52发送消息, 通知增值业务平台 52有可 疑用户需要受理。 可疑短信暂緩发送装置 54是可疑短信暂緩发送系统实现的核心设备,可 疑短信暂緩发送装置 54设置为: 对短信监控服务器 51监控到的短信用户提 供服务, 可以保存可疑短信的用户信息、 以及可疑消息数据, 此外, 还可以 控制业务的具体流程, 为 web查询等操作提供数据来源,接收 web侧的各种 操作请求。可疑短信暂緩发送装置 54可以参考上述装置实施例进行理解,在 此不再赘述。 网络服务器 53设置为: 为诸如运维用户的审核中心提供通过 web方式 进行短信审核、 下发等管理的途径, 该服务器的数据从可疑短信暂緩发送装 置 54处获得。 诸如运营商运维终端的审核中心通过 Internet 网络可以连接到网络服务 器 53 , 进行短信的审核, 消息下发等操作。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序 来指令相关硬件完成, 所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中, 如只读 存储器、 磁盘或光盘等。 可选地, 上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用 一个或多个集成电路来实现。 相应地, 上述实施例中的各模块 /单元可以釆用 硬件的形式实现, 也可以釆用软件功能模块的形式实现。 本发明不限制于任 何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。 尽管为示例目的, 已经公开了本发明的优选实施例, 本领域的技术人员 将意识到各种改进、 增加和取代也是可能的, 因此, 本发明的范围应当不限 于上述实施例。
工业实用性
根据本发明实施例所提出的技术方案可以把短信监控服务器认为可疑的 短信通过增值业务平台发送到可疑短信暂緩发送装置暂为保存, 等待运营商 运维人员审核; 该技术方案充分利用现有网元, 为运营商提供了可疑短信的 审核机制; 对短信中心无任何改动, 短信监控服务器和增值业务平台改动很 小; 即可以减少用户投诉, 提升用户体验, 又可以增加运营商收入。 本发明 可以取得良好的推广效果, 具有很强的通用性。
Claims
1、 一种可疑短信暂緩发送方法, 该方法包括: 接收短信监控服务器通过增值业务平台发送的可疑短信, 为发送所述可 疑短信的用户开通短信暂緩发送业务, 并将开通所述短信暂緩发送业务的用 户的用户信息同步到短信中心; 接收所述短信中心通过所述增值业务平台发送的所述用户在开通所述短 信暂緩发送业务之后发送的短信, 保存所述用户在开通所述短信暂緩发送业 务之后发送的短信, 通过网络服务器将保存的短信发送给审核中心, 并接收 所述保存的短信的审核结果; 以及 根据所述审核结果对所述保存的短信进行相应的处理。
2、如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中,根据所述审核结果对所述短信进行 相应的处理的步骤包括: 在所述审核结果为通过的情况下, 将所述保存的短信发送到所述短信中 心, 并通过所述短信中心将所述保存的短信发送到相应的用户; 在所述审核结果为不通过的情况下, 禁止将所述保存的短信发送到所述 短信中心。
3、如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中,根据所述审核结果对所述短信进行 相应的处理的步骤之后, 所述方法还包括: 根据所述审核结果, 对所述用户的短信暂緩发送业务进行销户或继续开 通的处理; 以及 将所述用户的用户信息同步到所述短信中心。
4、如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中,接收短信监控服务器通过增值业务 平台发送的可疑短信, 为发送所述可疑短信的用户开通短信暂緩发送业务的 步骤包括: 接收所述短信监控服务器通过所述增值业务平台发送的所述可疑短信; 以及 判断发送所述可疑短信的用户是否已经开通所述短信暂緩发送业务; 如果判断发送所述可疑短信的用户已经开通所述短信暂緩发送业务, 则 直接返回响应消息; 如果判断发送所述可疑短信的用户未开通所述短信暂緩发送业务, 则通 过后台方式为发送所述可疑短信的用户开通短信暂緩发送业务。
5、如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 通过网络服务器将保存的短信发送 给审核中心的步骤包括: 接收所述网络服务器发送的查询请求, 其中, 所述查询请求中携带有所 述用户信息; 以及 根据所述用户信息向所述网络服务器返回与所述用户信息相应的保存的 短信, 以使所述审核中心通过所述网络服务器对所述保存的短信进行审核。
6、 一种可疑短信暂緩发送装置, 其包括: 协议网关模块, 其设置为: 接收短信监控服务器通过增值业务平台发送 的可疑短信, 以及接收短信中心通过所述增值业务平台发送的所述用户在开 通所述短信暂緩发送业务之后发送的短信; 用户受理模块, 其设置为: 为发送所述可疑短信的用户开通短信暂緩发 送业务,并将开通所述短信暂緩发送业务的用户的用户信息同步到短信中心; 业务控制模块, 其设置为: 在所述协议网关模块接收到所述用户在开通 所述短信暂緩发送业务之后发送的短信之后, 将所述用户在开通所述短信暂 緩发送业务之后发送的短信保存在数据库模块; 网络应用模块, 其设置为: 通过网络服务器将保存的短信发送给审核中 心, 并接收所述保存的短信的审核结果, 根据所述审核结果对所述短信进行 相应的处理; 以及 所述数据库模块, 其设置为: 保存短信以及所述用户信息。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的装置, 其中, 所述用户受理模块还设置为: 根据 所述审核结果,对所述用户的短信暂緩发送业务进行销户或继续开通的处理。
8、如权利要求 6所述的装置, 其中, 所述用户受理模块是设置为按如下 方式为发送所述可疑短信的用户开通短信暂緩发送业务: 判断发送所述可疑短信的用户是否已经开通所述短信暂緩发送业务; 如果判断发送所述可疑短信的用户已经开通所述短信暂緩发送业务, 则 直接返回响应消息; 如果判断发送所述可疑短信的用户未开通所述短信暂緩发送业务, 则通 过后台方式为发送所述可疑短信的用户开通短信暂緩发送业务。
9、如权利要求 6所述的装置, 其中, 所述网络应用模块是设置为按如下 方式通过网络服务器将保存的短信发送给审核中心: 接收所述网络服务器发送的查询请求, 其中, 所述查询请求中携带有所 述用户信息; 以及 根据所述用户信息向所述网络服务器返回与所述用户信息相应的保存的 短信, 以使所述审核中心通过所述网络服务器对所述短信进行审核。
10、 如权利要求 6所述的装置, 其中, 所述网络应用模块是设置为按如 下方式根据所述审核结果对所述短信进行相应的处理: 在所述审核结果为通过的情况下, 将所述短信发送到所述短信中心, 以 通过所述短信中心将所述短信发送到相应的用户; 在所述审核结果为不通过的情况下,禁止将所述短息发送到所述短信中。
11、 一种可疑短信暂緩发送系统, 包括短信中心、 短信监控服务器、 增 值业务平台、 以及网络服务器, 其特征在于, 所述可疑短信暂緩发送系统还 包括权利要求 6至 10中任一项所述的可疑短信暂緩发送装置。
12、如权利要求 11所述的系统, 其中: 所述可疑短信暂緩发送装置与所 述增值业务平台合设。
