图 1为现有技术中提供的无线上网设备的结构示意图,如图 1所示,该无 线上网设备包括具有容置空间的设备本体 1, 以及设置在容置空间内的连接接 口 2和用于安装 SIM卡的 SIM卡座 3。 本发明实施例提供了一种无线上网设备, 本实施例以 USB数据卡为例作 为无线上网设备进行说明,但并不用以限制保护范围。基于图 1所示的无线上 网设备, 该无线上网设备还可以包括: 在容置空间内设置的一推锁装置, 该推 锁装置包括: 用于触发推锁装置移动的推送部分和用于对 SIM卡座 3进行限 位的锁紧部分。 其中, 推送部分可以沿着无线上网设备本体滑动, 当推送部分 滑动至止挡在连接接口 2的外侧时,锁紧部分释放 SIM卡座 3, 当推送部分滑 动至露出连接接口 2的外侧时, 锁紧部分锁紧 SIM卡座 3。 这里将连接接口 2的外侧设定为连接接口 2朝向外界(而非设备本体 1 )、 用于与其他物体进行连接的一侧。 还需要说明的是, 锁紧部分释放 SIM卡座 3可以理解为锁紧部分与 SIM 卡座 3之间不具有物理上的连接关系, 在锁紧部分释放 SIM卡座 3时, SIM 卡座 3可以随意地插入、拔出设备本体 1 ; 而锁紧部分锁紧 SIM卡座 3可以理 解为锁紧部分与 SIM卡座 3之间具有物理上的连接关系, 可以是锁紧部分卡 入 SIM卡座 3上的卡槽等形式, 使得锁紧部分对 SIM卡座 3的移动产生限制 作用, 在锁紧部分锁紧 SIM卡座 3时, SIM卡座 3无法移动, 不可以随意地 插入、 拔出设备本体 1。 本实施例提供的无线上网设备, 通过包括推送部分和锁紧部分的推锁装 置, 该推送部分可沿无线上网设备的本体滑动, 当推送部分滑动至挡住无线上 网设备的连接接口外侧的状态下, 锁紧部分释放 SIM卡座; 当推送部分滑动 至露出连接接口外侧的状态下, 锁紧部分锁紧 SIM卡座。 使得在无线上网设 备在工作时 SIM卡座被锁紧, 无法任意插拔, 从而保证了无线上网设备正常 工作时的网络要求。 如上所述的无线上网设备,图 2为本发明实施例提供的无线上网设备的内 部结构示意图, 如图 2所示, 该无线上网设备的推锁装置为一沿着设备本体 1 边缘设置的推杆 4, 该推杆 4的两端分别为推送部分 41和锁紧部分 42。其中, 该锁紧部分 42的端部为一在使用状态下与 SIM卡座 3上设置的凹槽 31进行 卡扣的凸台。 接接口 2未与其他物体建立连接时, 推锁装置的推送部分 41止挡在连接接口 2上,锁紧部分 42释放 SIM卡座 3上的凹槽 31,此时的 SIM卡座 3处于一种 可以随意插拔的状态。在无线上网设备处于使用状态时, 即连接接口 2与其他 物体建立连接时, 如图 3所示, 图 3为本发明实施例一提供的无线上网设备的 内部结构示意图, 推锁装置的推送部分 41滑动至露出连接接口 2的外侧, 以 使得连接接口 2可以与 USB公头连接使用, 由于 USB公头的阻挡, 推锁装置 的推送部分 41无法回位, 推锁装置的锁紧部分 42由于与推送部分 41联动, 使得锁紧部分 42在推送部分 41的作用下插入 SIM卡座 3的凹槽 31中, 锁紧 SIM卡座 3, 使得该 SIM卡座 3被锁死, 从而无法拔出。 本实施例提供的无线上网设备, 通过包括推送部分和锁紧部分的推锁装 置, 该推送部分可沿无线上网设备的本体滑动, 当推送部分滑动至挡住无线上 网设备的连接接口外侧的状态下, 锁紧部分释放 SIM卡座; 当推送部分滑动 至露出连接接口外侧的状态下, 锁紧部分锁紧 SIM卡座。 使得在无线上网设 备在工作时 SIM卡座被锁紧, 无法任意插拔, 从而保证了无线上网设备正常 工作时的网络要求。 如上所述的无线上网设备,图 4为本发明实施例提供的无线上网设备的内 部结构示意图, 如图 4所示, 该无线上网设备还可以包括: 在容置空间内设置 的一推锁装置, 该推锁装置包括: 用于触发推锁装置移动的推送部分 51和用 于对 SIM卡座 3进行限位的锁紧部分 52。 其中, 图 5为本发明实施例提供的推锁装置的推送部分的示意图, 如图 5 所示的推送部分 51, 该推送部分 51为一推杆, 推杆的第一端外置于设备本体 1, 推杆的第二端内置于容置空间; 推杆的第二端连接一 T型凸台, T型凸台 包括: 垂直于推杆的支撑部和与推杆的延伸方向同向设置的平台部,在推杆的 延伸方向上, 平台部的两端到推杆的垂直距离不等。 其中, 图 6为本发明实施 例提供的推锁装置的锁紧部分的示意图, 如图 6所示的锁紧部分 52, 该锁紧 部分 52包括一带有凹槽的滑动部和与滑动部相连、用于卡扣 SIM卡座 3的凸 图, 如图 7所示, 滑动部的凹槽与 T型凸台配合使用。 相应的, 图 8为本发 明实施例提供的 T型凸台与燕尾槽之间配合使用的示意图,如图 8所示,滑动 部的 HJ槽的底面与平台部的上表面为相应设置的斜面。 如上所述的无线上网设备, 滑动部的凹槽可以为燕尾槽。
如上所述的无线上网设备, 在设备本体 1内部、 滑动部的两侧, 还设置有 为滑动部的滑动提供轨道的导轨 6。 其中, 图 9为本发明实施例提供的无线上网设备的内部结构示意图,如图 部分 51止挡在 USB连接接口 2上, 锁紧部分 52释放 SIM卡座 3上的凹槽, 此时的 SIM卡座 3处于一种可以随意插拔的状态。 图 10为本发明实施例提供 的无线上网设备的内部结构示意图, 如图 10所示, 在无线上网设备处于使用 状态时, 推锁装置的推送部分 51远离连接接口 2, 以使得连接接口 2可以与 USB公头连接使用, 由于 USB公头的阻挡, 推锁装置的推送部分 51无法回 位,锁紧部分 52的燕尾槽在推送部分 51的 T型凸台的平台部的上表面提供的 支撑力的作用下, 向着 SIM卡座 3的凹槽方向运动, 使得锁紧部分 52在推送 部分 51的作用下插入 SIM卡座 3的凹槽中,锁紧 SIM卡座 3,使得该 SIM卡 座 3被锁死, 从而无法拔出。 由于导轨 6的限制, 使得锁紧部分 52不会有太 大的摆动偏移, 能够准确地插入到 SIM卡座 3的凹槽中。 在上述发明实施例中, 所述无线上网设备可以是 USB数据卡, 即 USB无 线调制解调器。
本实施例提供的无线上网设备, 通过包括推送部分和锁紧部分的推锁装 置, 该推送部分可沿无线上网设备的本体滑动, 当推送部分滑动至挡住无线上 网设备的连接接口外侧的状态下, 锁紧部分释放 SIM卡座; 当推送部分滑动 至露出连接接口外侧的状态下, 锁紧部分锁紧 SIM卡座。 使得在无线上网设 备在工作时 SIM卡座被锁紧, 无法任意插拔, 从而保证了无线上网设备正常 工作时的网络要求。
最后应说明的是: 以上实施例仅用以说明本实用新型的技术方案, 而非对 其限制; 尽管参照前述实施例对本实用新型进行了详细的说明, 本领域的普通 技术人员应当理解: 其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改, 或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换; 而这些修改或者替换, 并不使相应技 术方案的本质脱离本实用新型各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种无线上网设备, 包括具有容置空间的设备本体、 设置在所述容置 空间内的连接接口和用于安装 SIM卡的 SIM卡座, 其特征在于, 在所述容置空 间内还设置有一推锁装置; 所述推锁装置包括推送部分和锁紧部分; 所述推送 部分与所述锁紧部分相连;
所述推送部分沿所述设备本体滑动,所述推送部分滑动至挡住所述连接接 口外侧的状态下, 所述锁紧部分释放所述 SIM卡座; 所述推送部分滑动至露出 所述连接接口外侧的状态下, 所述锁紧部分锁紧所述 SIM卡座。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的无线上网设备, 其特征在于, 所述推锁装置为一 沿着所述设备本体边缘设置的推杆,所述推杆的两端分别为所述推送部分和所 述锁紧部分, 所述推送部分外置于所述设备本体, 所述锁紧部分内置于所述容 置空间。
3、根据权利要求 2所述的无线上网设备, 其特征在于, 所述锁紧部分的端 部为一与所述 SIM卡座上设置的凹槽进行卡扣的凸台。
4、根据权利要求 1所述的无线上网设备, 其特征在于, 所述推送部分为一 沿所述设备本体边缘设置的推杆, 所述推杆的第一端外置于所述设备本体, 所 述推杆的第二端内置于所述容置空间; 所述推杆的第二端连接一 T型凸台, 所 述 T型凸台包括: 垂直于所述推杆的支撑部和与所述推杆的延伸方向同向设置 的平台部, 在所述推杆的延伸方向上, 所述平台部的两端到所述推杆的垂直距 离不等;
所述锁紧部分包括一带有 HJ槽的滑动部和与所述滑动部相连、用于卡扣所 述 SIM卡座的凸台; 所述滑动部的凹槽与所述 T型凸台配合使用。
5、根据权利要求 4所述的无线上网设备, 其特征在于, 所述滑动部的凹槽 的底面与所述平台部的上表面为相应设置的斜面。
6、 根据权利要求 4或 5所述的无线上网设备, 其特征在于, 所述凹槽为燕 尾槽。
7、 根据权利要求 4或 5所述的无线上网设备, 其特征在于, 在所述设备本 体内部、 所述滑动部的两侧, 还设置有为所述滑动部的滑动提供轨道的导轨。
8、 根据权利要求 1至 5任一项所述的无线上网设备, 其特征在于, 所述无 线上网设备为 USB数据卡。
