GMLC发送定位取路由信令后,若从 HLR返回的出错原因信息获知所述 HLR不支持当前 MAP协议版本, 则发送 MAP协议版本低于当前 MAP协议 版本的短消息取路由消息; 并从收到的短消息取路由回复消息中获知终端所 属 MSC的地址。 HLR收到 GMLC发送的短消息取路由消息后, 判断此短消 息取路由消息的 MAP协议版本是此 HLR支持的版本时,进行终端位置更新, 并将更新后终端所属 MSC 的地址通过短消息取路由回复消息发送至所述 GMLC„
移动应用部分协议按版本的级别从低到高包括: 移动应用部分阶段一 ( MAP phase 1 )协议, 移动应用部分阶段二( MAP phase2 )协议, 移动应用 部分阶段二升级版( MAP phase2+ )协议。 GMLC使用 MAP phase2+协议发送短消息取路由消息后,获知 HLR不支 持 MAP phase2+协议时,可以发送 MAP phase2协议的短消息取路由消息 ,如 果 HLR支持此 MAP phase2协议, GMLC便可获知包含终端所属 MSC的地 址的短消息取路由回复消息; 如果 HLR不支持此 MAP phase2协议, HLR发 送 MAP phase 1协议的短消息取路由消息。 GMLC还可以在获知 HLR不支持 MAP phase2+协议时 , 直接发送 MAP phase 1协议的短消息取路由消息。
本系统中, 因为某种原因 MSC没有对用户终端进行位置更新,在收到定 位请求信令后返回的定位请求回复中终端定位参数为空时, 通过以下方式实 现终端位置定位:
GMLC向 MSC发送定位请求信令后收到未携带终端定位参数的定位请 求回复信息时, 向 MSC发送短消息终呼请求, MSC收到短消息终呼请求后 进行终端位置更新并返回携带终端定位参数的终呼响应消息。
如图 3所示, 获取终端位置的定位方法包括: 网关移动位置中心通过发 送定位取路由信令无法从核心网的归属位置寄存器获得终端所属移动交换中 心的地址时, 发送短消息类信息触发所述归属位置寄存器进行终端位置更新 并获知终端所属移动交换中心的地址后, 通过发送定位请求信令获知终端定 位参数并计算得到终端的位置信息。
实施例一:
如图 4所示, 实施例一中 HLR不支持定位取路由功能时, 通过以下方式 实现终端位置定位:
GMLC发送定位取路由信令后从 HLR返回的出错原因信息获知 HLR不 支持定位取路由功能时,向 HLR发送短消息取路由消息, HLR收到后进行终 端位置更新并返回携带终端所属 MSC 的地址的短消息取路由回复消息。 GMLC发送定位请求信令获知终端定位参数并计算得到终端的位置信息。
实施例二 如图 5所示 , 实施例二中 HLR不支持当前 MAP协议版本时 , 通过以下 方式实现终端位置定位:
GMLC发送定位取路由信令后从 HLR返回的出错原因信息获知 HLR不 支持当前移动应用部分协议版本时, 发送移动应用部分协议版本低于当前移 动应用部分协议版本的短消息取路由消息, HLR收到后判断此短消息取路由 消息的移动应用部分协议版本是此归属位置寄存器支持的版本时, 进行终端 位置更新并返回携带终端所属 MSC的地址的短消息取路由回复消息。
移动应用部分协议按版本的级别从低到高包括: 移动应用部分阶段一 ( MAP phase 1 )协议, 移动应用部分阶段二( MAP phase2 )协议, 移动应用 部分阶段二升级版 ( MAP phase2+ )协议。
GMLC使用 MAP phase2+协议发送短消息取路由消息后,获知 HLR不支 持 MAP phase2+协议时,可以发送 MAP phase2协议的短消息取路由消息 ,如 果 HLR支持此 MAP phase2协议, GMLC便可获知包含终端所属 MSC的地 址的短消息取路由回复消息; 如果 HLR不支持此 MAP phase2协议, HLR发 送 MAP phase 1协议的短消息取路由消息。 GMLC还可以在获知 HLR不支持 MAP phase2+协议时 , 直接发送 MAP phase 1协议的短消息取路由消息。
实施例三:
实施例三中因为某种原因 MSC没有对用户终端进行位置更新,在收到定 位请求信令后返回的定位请求回复中终端定位参数为空时, 通过以下方式实 现终端位置定位:
HLR支持定位取路由功能且支持当前 MAP协议版本时, GMLC根据现 有技术中的流程向 HLR发送定位取路由信令,并从返回的定位取路由回复信 令中获知终端所属 MSC的地址。 HLR不支持定位取路由功能或不支持当前 MAP协议版本时, GMLC根据实施例一或二的方式获知终端所属 MSC的地 址。
GMLC获知终端所属 MSC的地址后, 发送定位请求信令, 收到未携带 终端定位参数的定位请求回复信息时, 向 MSC发送短消息终呼请求, MSC 收到后进行终端位置更新返回携带终端定位参数的终呼响应消息。
本发明中, 在 HLR不支持定位取路由功能、 HLR不支持当前 MAP协议 版本、 MSC没有对用户终端进行位置更新等典型情境下, GMLC通过发送无 线通信协议中短消息类信息获取相关定位信息, 从而保证对终端定位的顺利 完成。
当然, 本发明还可有其他多种实施例, 在不背离本发明精神及其实质的 但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序 来指令相关硬件完成, 所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中, 如只读 存储器、 磁盘或光盘等。 可选地, 上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用 一个或多个集成电路来实现。 相应地, 上述实施例中的各模块 /单元可以釆用 硬件的形式实现, 也可以釆用软件功能模块的形式实现。 本发明不限制于任 何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
工业实用性
与现有技术相比,本发明能够在 HLR不支持定位取路由功能、 HLR不支 持当前 MAP协议版本、 MSC没有对用户终端进行位置更新等典型情境下, 保证顺利实现终端定位功能, 并且无需进行特殊的网络改造, 大大节省了成 本, 并且应用灵活。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种获取终端位置的定位方法, 包括:
网关移动位置中心通过发送定位取路由信令无法从核心网的归属位置寄 存器获得终端所属移动交换中心的地址时, 发送短消息类信息触发所述归属 位置寄存器进行终端位置更新并获知终端所属移动交换中心的地址后, 通过 向终端所属移动交换中心发送定位请求信令获知终端定位参数并计算得到终 端的位置信息。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中,

所述网关移动位置中心向所述归属位置寄存器发送移动应用部分协议版 本低于当前移动应用部分协议版本的短消息取路由消息, 所述归属位置寄存 器收到后判断该短消息取路由消息的移动应用部分协议版本是本归属位置寄 存器支持的版本时, 进行终端位置更新并返回携带终端所属移动交换中心的 地址的短消息取路由回复消息。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中,
所述移动应用部分协议按版本的级别从低到高包括: 移动应用部分阶段 一协议, 移动应用部分阶段二协议, 移动应用部分阶段二升级版协议。
5、 如权利要求 1、 2、 3或 4所述的方法, 还包括:
所述网关移动位置中心发送所述定位请求信令后收到未携带终端定位参 数的定位请求回复信息时, 向终端所属移动交换中心发送短消息终呼请求, 终端所属移动交换中心收到后进行终端位置更新并返回携带终端定位参数的 终呼响应消息。
6、 一种获取终端位置的定位系统, 包括网关移动位置中心、 归属位置寄 存器和移动交换中心, 其中, 所述网关移动位置中心设置成: 在通过发送定位取路由信令无法从所述 归属位置寄存器获得终端所属移动交换中心的地址时, 向所述归属位置寄存 器发送短消息类信息, 并从所述归属位置寄存器获知终端所属移动交换中心 的地址后向终端所属移动交换中心发送定位请求信令, 根据从终端所属移动 交换中心获得的终端定位参数计算得到终端的位置信息;
所述归属位置寄存器设置成: 收到所述网关移动位置中心发送的短消息 类信息后, 进行终端位置更新, 并将更新后终端所属移动交换中心的地址通 知至所述网关移动位置中心。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的定位系统, 其中,
所述网关移动位置中心是设置成: 在发送所述定位取路由信令后从所述 归属位置寄存器返回的出错原因信息获知所述归属位置寄存器不支持定位取 路由功能时, 向所述归属位置寄存器发送短消息取路由消息, 并从所述归属 位置寄存器返回的短消息取路由回复消息中获知终端所属移动交换中心的地 址;
所述归属位置寄存器是设置成: 收到所述网关移动位置中心发送的短消 息取路由消息后, 进行终端位置更新, 并将更新后终端所属移动交换中心的 地址通过短消息取路由回复消息发送至所述网关移动位置中心。
8、 如权利要求 6所述的定位系统, 其中,
所述网关移动位置中心是设置成: 在发送所述定位取路由信令后从所述 归属位置寄存器返回的出错原因信息获知所述归属位置寄存器不支持当前移 动应用部分协议版本时, 发送移动应用部分协议版本低于当前移动应用部分 协议版本的短消息取路由消息; 并从所述归属位置寄存器返回的短消息取路 由回复消息中获知终端所属移动交换中心的地址;
所述归属位置寄存器是设置成: 收到所述网关移动位置中心发送的短消 息取路由消息后, 判断收到的短消息取路由消息的移动应用部分协议版本是 本归属位置寄存器支持的版本时, 进行终端位置更新, 并将更新后终端所属 移动交换中心的地址通过短消息取路由回复消息发送至所述网关移动位置中 心。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的定位系统, 其中,
所述移动应用部分协议按版本的级别从低到高包括: 移动应用部分阶段 一协议, 移动应用部分阶段二协议, 移动应用部分阶段二升级版协议。
10、 如权利要求 6、 7、 8或 9所述的定位系统, 其中,
所述网关移动位置中心还设置成: 在向终端所属移动交换中心发送所述 定位请求信令后收到未携带终端定位参数的定位请求回复信息时, 向终端所 属移动交换中心发送短消息终呼请求;
所述移动交换中心设置成: 作为终端所属移动交换中心, 在收到短消息 终呼请求后进行终端位置更新并返回携带终端定位参数的终呼响应消息。
