本发明实施例的有益效果是: 本发明实施例提供的移动终端及其定位方法, 在接收到定位请求后, 根 据该定位请求开启移动终端的至少两个定位模块实现联合定位, 进而根据联 合定位结果得到该移动终端当前的位置信息。 也即, 本发明实施例在收到定 位请求后对移动终端进行定位过程中, 利用移动终端的至少两个定位模块对 该移动终端进行定位, 进而根据多个定位模块的定位结果确定移动终端当前 的位置信息, 因此可以提高对移动终端定位的精度, 进而提升用户体验的满 意度。 附图概述

下文中将结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。 需要说明的是, 在 不冲突的情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
本发明实施例在收到定位请求后对移动终端进行定位过程中, 利用移动 终端的至少两个定位模块对该移动终端进行定位, 进而根据多个定位模块的 定位结果确定移动终端当前的位置信息以提高对移动终端定位的精度, 为了 更好的理解本发明实施例,下面结合具体的实施例对本发明做进一步的说明: 实施例一:
请参见图 1所示, 该图所示为本实施例提供的一种移动终端的解构示意 图, 包括定位控制模块和定位模块 1 , ... ..., 定位模块 n,此处的 n值为大于 等于 2的整数, 例如, 本实施例中的移动终端具体可包括全球卫星定位模块 ( GPS模块)、 辅助全球卫星定位模块(AGPS模块)、 小区定位模块(Cell ID定位模块) 、 WIFI定位模块中的至少两个。 请参见图 2所示, 该图所示 的移动终端包括 AGPS模块和 WIFI定位模块, 为了便于说明和理解, 下面 仅以图 2所示的移动终端为例进行说明, 但应当理解的是, 本发明实施例并 不仅局限于图 2所示的移动终端, 而是可应用于具备多个定位模块的所有移 动终端。
其中, 移动终端的定位控制模块, 设置为接收定位请求, 该定位请求可 以是第三方定位请求, 也可以是主动定位请求, 本实施例中的第三方定位请 求是指为了实现第三方业务而需要进行定位操作而向移动终端发起的请求, 该请求可以是定位中心发起的; 本实施例中的主动定位请求可以是用户向移 动终端发送的定位请求或移动终端在实现自身的一些功能时自发启动定位时 发送的定位请求。 在本实施例中, 具体可通过设置第三方定位请求和主动定 位请求的优先级来保证在各种请求下执行定位的顺序; 例如, 设置第三方定 位请求的优先级高于主动定位请求的优先级, 当移动终端收到第三方定位请 求后, 判断移动终端当前正在执行主动定位请求的主动定位时, 则暂停或终 止该主动定位过程, 转而先执行第三方定位请求的定位要求。 当然, 当在一 些具体的应用场景下, 此时也可设置继续执行主动定位, 然后直接釆用主动 定位的定位结果作为该第三方定位请求的定位结果, 在此对此种情况不再赘 述。
移动终端的定位控制模块接收定位请求后, 还设置为根据该定位请求启 动移动终端的至少两个定位模块实现联合定位, 并根据联合定位结果确定该 移动终端当前的位置信息。 在本实施例中, 定位控制模块可通过定时器等相 应的机制来控制定位的超时时间, 以保证在合适的时间内将联合定位结果进 行处理。
值得注意的是, 当移动终端接收到的定位请求不同时, 可根据不同的定 位请求或移动终端当前所处的环境选择开启移动终端的定位模块; 例如, 收 到的定位请求为第三方定位请求时,可选择开启移动终端的 AGPS模块、 Cell ID定位模块和 WIFI定位模块实现联合定位; 当接收到的定位请求为主动定 位请求时, 可选择开启移动终端的 AGPS模块和 Cell ID定位模块实现联合 定位。 下面仅以移动终端接收到定位请求后, 开启其 AGPS模块和 WIFI定 位模块实现联合定位为例对本发明实施例做进一步示例性的说明。
定位控制模块根据定位请求开启 AGPS模块和 WIFI定位模块后, AGPS 模块和 WIFI模块分别实现定位, 具体如下:
WIFI定位模块受定位控制模块的控制开启后,控制扫描 AP( Access Point 的缩写, 即访问接入点信息), 并根据 AP信息从相关服务器获取 WIFI定位 结果。 WIFI定位模块可以根据具体的网络环境设置不同的扫描方式,对于得 到的 AP信息, 可以通过 http等方式但不限于 http等方式跟 WIFI服务器进 行交互, 以获取 WIFI的定位信息。 同时, 该 WIFI定位模块还可以选择性具 备的添加本地数据库的功能, 用于无法获取有效 AP信息或者无数据连接条 件下保证有可靠的 WIFI定位结果可用。 WIFI定位模块的启动由定位控制模 块进行控制, 当得到有效的 WIFI定位结果(为了便于表述和区分, 本实施 例中称之为第二定位结果)后, 将该第二定位结果传递给定位控制模块进行 相关处理。
AGPS模块受定位控制模块的控制开启后,主要负责 AGPS定位的启动、 与位置服务器的数据交互。 对于 GSM/GPRS、 WCDMA网络, AGPS模块通 过 SUPL协议与位置服务器进行交互; 对于 CDMA2000网络, AGPS模块通 过 IS-801协议与位置服务器进行交互。 AGPS模块根据终端自身的辅助数据 存储状态, 依据 SUPL/IS-801协议规范从位置服务器下载定位需要的辅助数 据并进行定位, 定位成功后, 将 AGPS定位结果(为了便于表述和区分, 本 实施例中称之为第一定位结果)传递给定位控制模块, 等待定位控制模块对 第一定位结果和第二定位结果进行处理得到移动终端当前的位置信息并上传 至位置服务器。
在本实施例中, 为了进一步提高定位精度, 在釆取多个定位模块进行联 合定位过程中, 可设置将先完成定位的定位模块得到的定位结果发送给还未 完成定位的定位模块, 以供这些定位模块结合已得到的定位结果进行进一步 定位, 进而提高其他定位模块的定位速度以及得到更为精确的定位结果。 本 实施例中仍以 WIFI定位模块和 AGPS模块进行示例性的说明。
此时, 移动终端还可包括判断模块, 该判断模块设置为在联合定位过程 中经判断, 若发现 AGPS模块先于 WIFI定位模块得到所述第一定位结果, 则通知 WIFI模块结合该第一定位结果进行定位得到第二定位结果; 若发现 WIFI定位模块先于 AGPS模块得到所述第二定位结果, 则通知 AGPS模块 结合该第二定位结果进行定位得到第一定位结果。
通过上述联合定位过程得到的第一定位结果和第二定位结果后, 定位控 方式一: 定位控制模块从第一定位结果和第二定位结果中选择一个作为 所述移动终端当前的位置信息; 此处作为选择的参考条件可以使根据定位的 精确度选择, 例如可釆用一定的精度比较算法选择定位精度高的定位结果, 也可使根据定位所用的时间选择,例如选择定位所用时间较短的定位结果等; 当选择第一定位结果作为移动终端当前的位置信息时, 则可直接根据协 议上传给位置服务器;当选择第二定位结果作为移动终端当前的位置信息时, 则要将 WIFI定位结果通过一定的算法进行转换, 转换成符合 SUPL/IS-801 协议规范的 GAD格式上传至位置服务器。
当联合定位结果使用 WIFI定位结果时,为了使 WIFI结果能够上传至位 置服务器, 当终端收到 UE-Assisted ( UE辅助定位模式)类型的第三方定位 请求时, 需要回复 "仅支持 UE-Based (基于 UE定位模式)类型定位" 。 这 样, 位置服务器就会决定使用 UE-Based方式进行定位, 从而使得第三方定 位有机会获取更高精度的定位结果。
方式二: 定位控制模块对第一定位结果和第二定位结果进行计算得到移 动终端当前的位置信息;此处计算的方式也可根据具体的应用场景进行选择, 例如可取二者的平均值等; 尤其是当釆用三个及三个以上的定位模块进行定 位时, 这种计算就显得更尤为重要。
可见, 本发明实施例的移动终端在收到定位请求后, 可利用其具备的至 少两个定位模块实现联合定位, 进而根据多个定位模块的定位结果确定其当 前的位置信息以提高对移动终端定位的精度;为了更好的理解本发明实施例, 下面集合具体的方法流程为例对本发明实施例做进一步的说明。
实施例二:
请参见图 3所示, 本实施例提供的定位过程包括如下步骤:
步骤 301 : 接收定位请求, 该定位请求可能是第三方定位请求, 也可以 是主动定位请求; 下面以接收到的请求时第三方定位请求为例进行说明; 步骤 302: 根据该定位请求开启移动终端的至少两个定位模块实现联合 定位; 应当理解的是, 本实施例中可根据不同的定位请求可选择开启移动终 端不同的定位模块; 下面以开启移动终端的 WIFI定位模块和 AGPS模块进 行示例 '1·生的说明;
步骤 303: 根据联合定位结果得到移动终端当前的位置信息。
上述步骤的具体过程请参见图 4所示, 包括:
步骤 401 : 位置服务器发送第三方定位请求到移动终端, 其中, 要求使 用的定位模式可能为 UE-Assisted, 也可能是 UE-Based。
步骤 402, 移动终端接收到定位请求, 根据当前移动终端状态决定是否 接受本次定位请求; 如不接受, 则转至步骤 403; 则发出拒绝响应; 否则, 转至步骤 404;
步骤 403 , 移动终端向位置服务器发出拒绝响应;
步骤 404: 移动终端向位置服务器发送接受定位请求消息, 本是实施例 中, 可设置不管位置服务器要求使用 UE-Assisted, 还是使用 UE-Based, 终 端在发送接受定位请求消息的都表明仅支持 UE-Based定位方式; 以便于位 置服务器就会决定使用 UE-Based方式进行定位, 从而使得第三方定位有机 会获取更高精度的定位结果;
步骤 405, 移动终端启动 WIFI定位模块、 AGPS模块实现联合定位。 在 定位过程中, 如果 AGPS模块定位先于 WIFI定位完成, 则可以根据 WIFI 定位模块的需要, 将 AGPS定位结果(可能是 GPS结果, 也可能是 ECID计 算结果)注入到 WIFI定位模块以帮助 WIFI定位模块提高定位精度。对应的, 当 WIFI定位模块定位先于 AGPS模块定位完成, 也可以根据 AGPS模块定 位的需要, 将 WIFI定位模块的定位结果注入到 AGPS定位流程, 用于提高 AGPS定位的速度和精度;
步骤 406, 联合定位结束后, 得到第一定位结果和第二定位结果; 步骤 407: 釆用一定的精度比较算法比较第一定位结果和第二定位结果 的精度, 如第一定位结果精度更好, 转至步骤 408; 如第二定位结果的精度 高, 转至步骤 409;
步骤 408, 将第一定位结果按照 SUPL/IS-801格式上转至位置服务器。 步骤 409 , 将第二定位结果进行转换, 转换成 GAD 格式且符合 SUPL/IS-801协议规范;
步骤 410, 将第二定位结果按照 SUPL/IS-801格式上传至位置服务器。 通过完成以上步骤, 在移动终端已支持 WIFI、 AGPS定位的基础上, 只 需要终端进行联合定位流程的修改, 即可大大增加终端更快, 更好获取定位 精度的概率, 给第三方 LBS业务带来更好的用户体验。
明, 不能认定本发明实施例的具体实施只局限于这些说明。 对于本发明实施 例所属技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明实施例构思的前提下, 还可以做出若干简单推演或替换,都应当视为属于本发明实施例的保护范围。
工业实用 4生 本发明实施例提供的移动终端及其定位方法, 在接收到定位请求后, 根 据该定位请求开启移动终端的至少两个定位模块实现联合定位, 进而根据联 合定位结果得到该移动终端当前的位置信息。 也即, 本发明实施例在收到定 位请求后对移动终端进行定位过程中, 利用移动终端的至少两个定位模块对 该移动终端进行定位, 进而根据多个定位模块的定位结果确定移动终端当前 的位置信息, 因此可以提高对移动终端定位的精度, 进而提升用户体验的满 意度。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种移动终端定位方法,其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
接收定位请求;
根据该定位请求开启移动终端的至少两个定位模块实现联合定位; 才艮据联合定位结果得到所述移动终端当前的位置信息。
2、如权利要求 1所述的移动终端定位方法, 其中, 所述移动终端包括全 球卫星定位模块、辅助全球卫星定位模块、 小区定位模块、 WIFI定位模块中 的至少两个。
3、如权利要求 2所述的移动终端定位方法, 其中, 所述移动终端包括辅 助全球卫星定位模块和 WIFI定位模块; 根据所述定位请求开启移动终端的 至少两个定位模块为开启所述移动终端的辅助全球定位模块和 WIFI定位模 块。
4、如权利要求 3所述的移动终端定位方法, 其中, 所述联合定位结果包 括所述辅助全球卫星定位模块定位得到的第一定位结果和所述 WIFI定位模 块定位得到的第二定位结果;
所述根据联合定位的结果得到所述移动终端当前的位置信息的步骤包 括:
从所述第一定位结果和所述第二定位结果中选择一个作为所述移动终端 当前的位置信息;
或对所述第一定位结果和所述第二定位结果进行计算得到所述移动终端 当前的位置信息。
5、如权利要求 4所述的移动终端定位方法, 其中, 所述根据定位请求开 启移动终端的至少两个定位模块实现联合定位得到联合定位结果包括: 开启所述移动终端的辅助全球定位模块和 WIFI定位模块后, 若判断所 述辅助全球定位模块先于所述 WIFI定位模块得到所述第一定位结果, 则所 述 WIFI定位模块结合所述第一定位结果进行定位得到所述第二定位结果; 若判断所述 WIFI定位模块先于所述辅助全球定位模块得到所述第二定 位结果, 则所述辅助全球定位模块结合所述第二定位结果进行定位得到所述 第一定位结果。
6、 如权利要求 1-5任一项所述的移动终端定位方法, 其中, 所述定位请 求包括第三方定位请求和 /或主动定位请求。
7、 一种移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端包括定位控制模块和至少 两个定位模块;
所述定位控制模块, 设置为接收到定位请求后, 启动所述移动终端的至 少两个定位模块实现联合定位, 并根据联合定位结果得到所述移动终端当前 的位置信息。
8、如权利要求 7所述的移动终端, 其中, 所述移动终端包括全球卫星定 位模块、 辅助全球卫星定位模块、 小区定位模块、 WIFI定位模块中的至少两 个。
9、如权利要求 8所述的移动终端, 其中, 所述移动终端包括辅助全球卫 星定位模块和 WIFI定位模块; 所述定位控制模块根据所述定位请求开启移 动终端的辅助全球定位模块和 WIFI定位模块。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的移动终端, 其中, 所述联合定位结果包括所述 辅助全球卫星定位模块定位得到的第一定位结果和所述 WIFI定位模块定位 得到的第二定位结果; 所述定位控制模块根据联合定位的结果得到所述移动终端当前的位置信 息是指:
所述定位控制模块从所述第一定位结果和所述第二定位结果中选择一个 作为所述移动终端当前的位置信息;
或所述定位控制模块对所述第一定位结果和所述第二定位结果进行计算 得到所述移动终端当前的位置信息。
11、如权利要求 10所述的移动终端, 其中, 所述移动终端还包括判断模 块, 所述判断模块, 设置为在所述联合定位过程中, 判断若所述辅助全球定 位模块先于所述 WIFI 定位模块得到所述第一定位结果, 则通知所述 WIFI 定位模块结合所述第一定位结果进行定位得到所述第二定位结果; 判断若所 述 WIFI定位模块先于所述辅助全球定位模块得到所述第二定位结果, 则通 知所述辅助全球定位模块结合所述第二定位结果进行定位得到所述第一定位 结果。
