图 7 示出了根据本发明的另一实施例的在无线通信网络的基站 20 中用于请求传送 MBMS接收状态消息的装置的结构示意图。 该 MBMS接收状态消息请求传送装置 200包括 RRC消息发送模块 201。 该 RRC 消息发送模块 201 用于发送无线资源控制消息至用户终端 10 , 该无线资源控制消息包括指示信息, 该指示信息用于标识需要 用户终端 10发送接收状态的至少一个多媒体广播多播业务。

当预定条件判断模块 103 中所设定的预定条件为 RRC消息接收 模块 101所接收到的无线资源控制消息为在本终端 10开机时首次接 收到或者在本终端 10切换至新小区时从新基站处首次接收到, 并且 无线资源控制消息中的指示信息指示需要本终端 10发送多媒体广播 多播业务接收状态消息。 优选地, 在该实施例中, 无线资源控制消息 具体为 MBSFNAreaConfiguration消息, 该 MBSFNAreaConfiguration 消息中的指示信息包括至少一个多媒体广播多播业务所对应的上报 接收状态指示符。 此时, 该实施例中的 RRC消息接收模块 101所接 收到的 MBSFNAreaConfiguration 消息中的指示信息可包括 Session ID1、 Session ID3、 Session ID5、 Session ID6、 Session ID7下的上报 接收状态指示符, 分别用以标识基站 20所请求的电子频道 1、 电子频 道 3、 电子频道 5、 电子频道 6、 电子频道 7的上报接收状态要求。 同 时, 优选地, 对于上述的电子频道中需要上报其是否正在被用户终端 10所接收的电子频道, 基站 20可以将该电子频道的 Session ID的对 应的指示符字段以布尔值的形式置为 TRUE来表示基站 20需要用户 终端 10将该 Session ID所标识的电子频道在用户终端 10侧的接收状 态上 4艮至基站 20, 而同时, 基站 20可将 Session ID所对应的指示符 字段以布尔值的形式置为 False来表示基站 20不需要用户终端 10将 该 Session ID所标识的电子频道在用户终端 10侧的接收状态上 4艮至 基站 20。 例如, 在该实施例中的 MBSFNAreaConfiguration消息中, 基站 20可以将 Session ID1、 Session ID3、 Session ID5所对应的指示 符字段, 例如可以是一个位 (bit ) 或者是一个字节 (byte ) 的变量, 以布尔值的形式置为 TRUE, 这表示基站 20需要用户终端 10将电子 频道 1、 3、 5是否正在被该用户终端 10所接收的状态, 上报至基站 20, 同时, 也可以将 Session ID6、 Session ID7所对应的上报接收状态 指示符字段, 例如可以是一个位 (bit ) 或者是一个字节 (byte ) 的变 量, 以布尔值的形式置为 False, 这表示基站 20 不需要用户终端 10 将电子频道 6和 7是否正在被该用户终端 10所接收的状态上报至基 站 20。 在该 实施例 中 , 如果用 户 终端 10 所接收到 的 MBSFNAreaConfiguration消息为在本终端 10开机时首次接收到或者 在本终端 10切换至新小区时从新基站处首次接收到, 并且其内容如 上, 其中的 Session ID 1、 Session ID3 ^ Session ID5所对应的上报接收 状态指示符字段, 例如可以是一个位 (bit ) 或者是一个字节 (byte ) 的变量, 以布尔值的形式置为 TRUE, 则预定条件判断模块 103 将 MBSFNAreaConfiguration消息所指示的电子频道 1、 3、 5判断为满足 该实施例中的预定条件。
接着, MBMS 接收状态消息发送模块 104 可以以一条新建的 MBMS 接收状态报告 ( MBMSReceptionStatusReport ) 消息作为多媒 体广播多播业务接收状态消息, 用于标识用户终端 10正在接收的一 个或者多个多媒体广播多播业务, 在本实施例中, 用户终端 10正在 接收的 MBMS为电子频道 1、 电子频道 2、 电子频道 3。 然后, 根据 上述判断结果, 用户终端 10 中的 MBMS接收状态消息发送模块 104 将电子频道 1和电子频道 3的指示信息, 例如电子频道 1和电子频道 3 的会话标识符 Session ID1 和 Session ID3 , 通过上述的 MBMSReceptionStatusReport消息 /信令, 发送至基站 20。
当预定条件判断模块 103 中所设定的预定奈件为用户终端 10中 的 RRC消息接收模块 101所接收到的无线资源控制消息中的指示信 息指示需要本终端 10发送多媒体广播多播业务接收状态消息, 并且 用户终端 10前一次接收到的无线资源控制消息中的指示信息指示不 需要本终端 10发送多媒体广播多播业务接收状态消息。 在该实施例 中, 如果用户终端 10所接收到的 MBSFNAreaConfiguration消息并非 为在本终端 10开机时首次接收到或者在本终端 10切换至新小区时从 新基站处首次接收到, 该 MBSFNAreaConfiguration 消息内容中的 Session ID3、 Session ID5所对应的上报接收状态指示符字段, 例如可 以是一个位 (bit ) 或者是一个字节 (byte ) 的变量, 以布尔值的形式 置为 TRUE, 并且, 在 RRC 消息接收模块 101 前一次所接收到的 MBSFNAreaConfiguration消息中, 包括了 Session ID1、 Session ID3、 Session ID5 三者所对应的上报接收状态指示符字段分别被以布尔值 的形式置为 TRUE、 TRUE、 False , 则预定条件判断模块 103 将 MBSFNAreaConfiguration 消息所指示的电子频道 5 判断为满足该实 施例中的预定条件, 而将电子频道 1和电子频道 3判断为不满足该实 施例中的预定条件。
接着, MBMS 接收状态消息发送模块 104 可以以一条新建的 MBMS 接收状态 艮告 ( MBMSReceptionStatusReport ) 消息作为多媒 体广播多播业务接收状态消息, 用于标识用户终端 10正在接收的一 个或者多个多媒体广播多播业务。 在本实施例中, 用户终端 10正在 接收的 MBMS为电子频道 1、 电子频道 2、 电子频道 3。 而根据上述 判断结果, 电子频道 1和电子频道 3均被判断为不满足该实施例中的 预定条件, 而电子频道 2并未在 MBSFNAreaConfiguration消息中被 指定, 因此, MBMS接收状态消息发送模块 104可以选择不发送电子 频道 1、 电子频道 2、 电子频道 3中任何一个 MBMS的接收状态消息 至基站 20。 本领域技术人员应当理解, 此处, 虽然电子频道 5被判断 为满足该实施例的预定条件判断模块 103中所设定的预定条件, 但用 户终端 10并未正在对该电子频道进行接收, 所以, MBMS接收状态 消息发送模块 104可以选择不发送任何电子频道 5的多媒体广播多播 业务接收状态消息。
当预定条件判断模块 103 中所设定的预定条件为 RRC消息接收 模块 101所接收到的无线资源控制消息中包括指示信息, 并且该指示 信息指示需要本终端 10发送多媒体广播多播业务接收状态消息, 并 且 RRC消息接收模块 101前一次接收到的无线资源控制消息中不包 括指示信息。 在该实施例中, 如果 RRC消息接收模块 101所接收到 的 MBSFNAreaConfiguration消息并非为在本终端 10开机时首次接收 到或者在本终端 10切换至新小区时从新基站处首次接收到, 而是在 与基站 20正常通信过程中接收到, 该 MBSFNAreaConfiguration消息 内容中包括 Session ID1、 Session ID3 Session ID5 , 且其所对应的上报 接收状态指示符字段,例如可以是一个位(bit )或者是一个字节(byte ) 的变量, 以布尔值的形式分别被置为 TRUE、 False, TRUE, 并且, 在 RRC 消 息 接 收 模 块 101 前 一 次 所 接 收 到 的 MBSFNAreaConfiguration消息中, 仅包括上述 Session ID3、 Session ID5 , 且 Session ID3、 Session ID5所对应的上报接收状态指示符字段 分别被以布尔值的形式置为 TRUE、 TRUE, 则预定条件判断模块 103 将 MBSFNAreaConfiguration消息所指示的电子频道 1 判断为满足该 实施例中的预定条件, 而将电子频道 3和电子频道 5判断为不满足该 实施例中的预定条件。
接着, MBMS 接收状态消息发送模块 104 可以以一条新建的 MBMS 接收状态报告 ( MBMSReceptionStatusReport ) 消息作为多媒 体广播多播业务接收状态消息, 用于标识用户终端 10正在接收的一 个或者多个多媒体广播多播业务, 在本实施例中, 用户终端 10正在 接收的 MBMS为电子频道 1、 电子频道 2、 电子频道 3。 根据上述判 断结果, MBMS 接收状态消息发送模块 104 可以选择将电子频道 1 的指示信息, 例如电子频道 1的会话标识符 Session ID1, 通过上述的 MBMSReceptionStatusReport消息 /信令, 发送至基站 20。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种在无线通信网络的终端中用于传送多媒体广播多播业务 接收状态消息的方法, 包括:
A. 接收来自基站的无线资源控制消息;
B . 判断所述无线资源控制消息是否满足预定条件;
C. 如果所述无线资源控制消息满足预定条件, 则发送多媒体广 播多播业务接收状态消息至所述基站;
其中, 所述多媒体广播多播业务接收状态消息用于标识本终端正 在接收的多媒体广播多播业务。
2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述预定条件包 括:
所述无线资源控制消息为在本终端开机时首次接收到或者在本 终端切换至新小区时从新基站处首次接收到, 并且所述无线资源控制 消息中的指示信息指示需要本终端发送所述多媒体广播多播业务接 收状态消息。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述预定条件包括: 所述无线资源控制消息中的指示信息指示需要本终端发送所述 多媒体广播多播业务接收状态消息, 并且前一次接收到的无线资源控 制消息中的指示信息指示不需要本终端发送多媒体广播多播业务接 收状态消息。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述预定条件包括: 所述无线资源控制消息中包括指示信息, 并且该指示信息指示需 要本终端发送所述多媒体广播多播业务接收状态消息, 并且前一次接 收到的无线资源控制消息中不包括指示信息。
5. 根据权利要求 2-4中任意一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 无线资源控制消息为组播广播单频网区域配置消息,所述步骤 A还包 括:
通过多播控制信道接收来自基站的所述组播广播单频网区域配 置消息。
6. 根据权利权利要求 5中所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述组播广播单频网区域配置消息中的指示信息包括至少一个 多媒体广播多播业务所对应的会话标识符。
7. —种在无线通信网络的基站中用于请求传送多媒体广播多播 业务接收状态消息的方法, 包括:
I. 发送无线资源控制消息至终端, 该无线资源控制消息包括指 示信息, 该指示信息用于标识需要所述终端发送接收状态的至少一个 多媒体广播多播业务。
8. 根据权利权利要求 7 所述的方法, 其特征在于: 所述步骤 I 之后还包括:
II. 接收来自所述终端的多媒体广播多播业务接收状态消息; 其中, 所述多媒体广播多播业务接收状态消息用于标识所述终端 正在接收的多媒体广播多播业务。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于: 所述多媒体广播多 播业务接收状态消息包括所述终端正在接收的多媒体广播多播业务 的会话标识符以用于标识对应的多媒体广播多播业务。
10. 根据权利要求 8或 9所述的方法, 其特征在于: 所述无线资 源控制消息为组播广播单频网区域配置消息, 所述步骤 I还包括: 通过多播控制信道发送所述组播广播单频网区域配置消息至所 述终端。
11. 根据权利权利要求 10中所述的方法, 其特征在于: 所述组播 广播单频网区域配置消息中的指示信息包括所述至少一个多媒体广 播多播业务所对应的会话标识符。
12. 一种在无线通信网络的终端中用于传送多媒体广播多播业务 接收状态消息的装置, 包括:
无线资源控制消息接收模块, 用于接收来自基站的无线资源控制 消息;
预定条件判断模块, 用于判断所述无线资源控制消息是否满足预 定条件;
多媒体广播多播业务接收状态消息发送模块, 用于在所述无线资 源控制消息满足预定条件时, 发送多媒体广播多播业务接收状态消息 至所述基站;
其中, 所述多媒体广播多播业务接收状态消息用于标识本终端正 在接收的多媒体广播多播业务。
13. 根据权利要求 12所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述预定条件 包括以下任一项:
- 所述无线资源控制消息为在本终端开机时首次接收到或者在 本终端切换至新小区时从新基站处首次接收到, 并且所述无线资源控 制消息中的指示信息指示需要本终端发送所述多媒体广播多播业务 接收状态消息;
- 所述无线资源控制消息中的指示信息指示需要本终端发送所 述多媒体广播多播业务接收状态消息, 并且前一次接收到的无线资源 控制消息中的指示信息指示不需要本终端发送多媒体广播多播业务 接收状态消息;
- 所述无线资源控制消息中包括指示信息, 并且该指示信息指示 需要本终端发送所述多媒体广播多播业务接收状态消息, 并且前一次 接收到的无线资源控制消息中不包括指示信息。
14. 一种在无线通信网络的基站中用于请求传送多媒体广播多播 业务接收状态消息的装置, 包括:
无线资源控制消息发送模块, 用于发送无线资源控制消息至终 端, 该无线资源控制消息包括指示信息, 该指示信息用于标识需要所 述终端发送接收状态的至少一个多媒体广播多播业务。
15. 根据权利权利要求 14所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括: 多媒体广播多播业务接收状态消息接收模块, 用于接收来自所述 终端的多媒体广播多播业务接收状态消息;
其中, 所述多媒体广播多播业务接收状态消息用于标识所述终端 正在接收的多媒体广播多播业务。
