  • the advertiser will also able to know the details of buyers, so incase of any variation among provided product and sold product the manufacturer will be able to know where the product has been lost or who is selling the fake product with the details of the seller.
  • the device will also provide the facility of a shared device for all the manufacturers and a separate device for a particular manufacturer. A manufacturer can own the device and run their verification from their end itself.
  • all the services provided by the device will run from a single roof (long code, short code, IVRS and so on) that will be easier to the consumers for learning thing. If the service will be run by each and every manufacturer so the similar name companies with poor product will also provide the same device and to stop the poor product will be very difficult, if all the companies will run under a single roof then verification cost will be cheaper, in the device the consumer can verify the multiple brand products at once from single short code and single phone call. If the verification of every manufacturer will be separate then the verification cost will be more for verifying each and every product, and the handling of the verification will be at one end instead of multiple manufacturer end and the no need to implement the setup for the manufacturer and no need to promote their verification phone number.

  • This PVS device can be attached to the device at any moment and upload the captured data into device, the device will process the data and generate the report and this report will be available with the product while verification.

  • the background and foreground colors of the commodity and the product will be decided by verification code and the authorized user also provide the foreground or background color while generating the verification code or provide the image of the commodity or document while generating the verification code.
  • the packing of the commodity will be decided by the verification code, in the same way the product packing details can also be provided while generating the verification code.
  • the device provides the facility of blocking the communication for the user for the specific period or permanently. Since the verification of commodity products will be made through public places also, so any user can try fake verification codes again and again. For example if any user is sending request for verification of product and providing wrong code again and again then the device will block the respective communication like mobile number if verifying through SMS or MMS or IVRS or any other mobile or telephone based communication, if providing wrong code again and again through online then block the IP address of the device, and if providing wrong code again and again by verification devices then verification machine will not accept any input for the specific time. If any user is right at their end and by providing the correct code the device is saying wrong code then in such type of cases the verifier can directly connect to customer care of the respective product, by dialing a specified number if verifying through IVRS or phone based communication.
  • the device provides the facility of generating the verification codes for the commodity or product or document or currency
  • these verification codes can be generated by service provider or manufacturer of the company.
  • the manufacturer can either generate or print as label or sticker and then paste over the product / commodity / document/ currency or either directly prints over the product/ commodity / document / currency.
  • the manufacture can get the generated codes and print directly or by sticker over the product/ commodity/ document.
  • the device provides the facility of generating the verification code to the service provider or manufacturer for selection of background, foreground colors of the verification code, the code may be normal code as black and white or colorful over the product/ commodity/ document/ currency. So while verifying the code by the verifier the device may ask the color of the verification code that need to be provided by verifier from the product.
  • the device provides the facility of dialing and verifying the verification codes. In this process the device will maintain a telecom based exchange that can generate the numbers and provide the facility of verification through dialing.
  • the algorithm for code generate will be different from any other telecom operator, the first few digits will be used for identify that the dialed number is the telephone/ mobile number or it's a verification code.
  • the telecom operator device will identify the dialed number as verification code then it will forward the request to mini telecom exchange. This exchange will capture the verification number and caller number and reject the call and hit to the application device along with dialed verification code and mobile or telephone number.
  • the verification code device After processing the verification code device will send the response to the respective called number.
  • the response may be SMS, MMS, IVRS call, Device generated call, Phone call, E-Mail and any other possible response sending method.
  • the code generating engine may use single or multiple methods for generating the verification codes and save these codes into device, while verification the verification engine will perform the action in same way.
  • the device will provide the codes to the currency manufacturers and document manufacturers from available codes, in case of unavailability the device will generate the codes immediately, and update the code details for the provider into device.
  • the device will generate maximum number of possible codes at once and the authorized person can activate or deactivate the codes at any moment.
  • the device may generate multiple codes for single product and any one or more can be printed over the document or product.
  • the code generating engine may use single or multiple methods for generating the verification codes and save these codes into device, while verification the verification engine will perform the action in same way.
  • the device will provide the codes to the currency manufacturers and document manufacturers from available codes, in case of unavailability the device will generate the codes immediately, and update the code details for the provider into device. 6
  • the device will generate maximum number of possible codes at once and the authorized person can activate or deactivate the codes at any moment.
  • the device may generate multiple codes for single product and any one or more can be printed over the document or product.
  • Code Server may generate multiple codes for single product and any one or more can be printed over the document or product.
  • the code server contains all the unique codes generated by all the manufacturers or a particular manufacturer.
  • the database server contains all the details of the manufacturer, codes and verification details also.
  • the code printing apparatus is configured for reading the codes from the database server and print on the various products and documents.
  • the database server will contain all the information such as manufacturer details (balance, authentication information, company details, product & product code information), consumer details (mobile number, date & time of verification, product verified, location, number of products, medium of verification), code details (hidden code, open code, code verified, code exists, code generated /expired date) and Offers and special offer.
  • the Label applicator is the machine that will paste the hiding material over the code so the printed code will get hidden for the various products.
  • This device will come into picture when any code comes for the verification, at device end.
  • the device will forward that code to the verification engine, verification engine will read that code and match with the codes available in the device, if the code verification engine found the respective code then it will send the positive response to the device along with product details else it will send the negative response to the device along with message as "wrong code”.
  • a device will capture the CLI and a device generated alert call/message will made to consumer automatically.

  • the device generates the colorful codes and each and every color combination have its own meaning, the verification code font, font size also matters while generating and printing verification codes, in the same way the font name and its size also have their own meaning, the verification codes may contains the uppercase letter, lowercase letters, bold, italic and underline codes, they will also contains different meaning in the verification code.
  • the code generating engine will generate and save the verification code information into database server as a normal code in encrypted form, but during the printing verification codes, the device will print in multicolor and multi font with different - different size.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de vérification de l'authenticité de marchandises et documents au sein d'un réseau, comportant les étapes consistant à générer des codes de vérification pour les produits et documents provenant d'éditeurs / propriétaires / prestataires de services ; à saisir les noms d'utilisateurs et mot de passe servant à accéder à une base de données en vue d'une autorisation ; à la condition que le numéro de code soit inférieur ou égal au complément du code, à générer et à stocker le code dans la base de données ; à configurer une étiqueteuse en vue de produire des étiquettes porteuses des codes générés et stockés dans la base de données ; à imprimer ou à apposer les codes de vérification sur les produits à l'aide des étiquettes de la nature souhaitée ; à communiquer avec le consommateur, le fabricant et l'éditeur / le propriétaire en vue de la vérification des produits et des documents par rapport aux codes générés. L'invention concerne également un dispositif destiné à ladite vérification de l'authenticité de marchandises et documents.
