Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una estación de recarga de vehículos eléctricos utilizando como fuente de energía primaria la energía solar y eólica. En la estación de recarga se instalarán módulos solares fotovoltaicos (5) y generadores eléctricos eólicos (1), destinados a captar radiación solar y viento, y convertir estos recursos en energía eléctrica de naturaleza continua y almacenarlas en baterías. Para la recarga de baterías de los vehículos se dispondrán de dos zonas de aparcamiento diferenciadas en función del tipo de batería empleada: para vehículos con baterías fijas se dispondrá de una zona de aparcamiento en batería (3), donde dispondrá de una toma de corriente eléctrica (7) con su contador (6) de energía correspondiente; para los vehículos con baterías intercambiables, se dispondrá de otra zona de aparcamiento (2), donde se sustituirán las baterías descargadas por otras cargadas. Para facilitar la sustitución de las baterías, existirá un foso (4).
Description
ESTACIÓN DE RECARGA DE VEHÍCULOS ELÉCTRICOS
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención, según se expresa en el enunciado de esta memoria descriptiva, se refiere a una estación de recarga de vehículos eléctricos utilizando como fuente de energía primaria para estos la energía solar y eólica.
Toda la energía captada por los paneles y los generadores eólicos se dedicará a un fin fundamentalmente: Cargar baterías de almacenamiento de plomo ácido e Ión de Litio, para posteriormente proceder a la recarga de los vehículos en el momento que lo deseen los clientes.
El funcionamiento de la estación de reabastecimiento de energía eléctrica se direcciona hacia dos vías de funcionamiento:
1. -Recarga de baterías de vehículos intercambiables in-situ: Se suministrará al vehículo un cable de alimentación de corriente alterna, y el mismo dispondrá de los equipos necesarios para cargar las baterías.
2. -Reposición de baterías: En la estación de reabastecimiento se recargarán baterías con los equipos necesarios para tal fin. Para la recarga de vehículos, se sustituirán las baterías, quitando del vehículo las baterías desgastadas y vacías, y a continuación reponiendo las mismas por unas cargadas en la estación de recarga.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
En los tiempos actuales, en base a los cambios energéticos a nivel mundial, se prevé que en el futuro los vehículos terrestres serán por tracción de origen eléctrica (híbridos ó 100% eléctricos).
En un futuro más inmediato se espera que los primeros vehículos eléctricos en ponerse en marcha serán los turismos y motocicletas, por lo que la presente memoria pretende describir brevemente una estación de recarga de vehículos eléctricos utilizando como fuente de energía primaria para estos la energía solar y eólica.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención se refiere a una estación de recarga de vehículos eléctricos que utiliza como fuente de energía primaria para estos la energía solar y eólica.
Se diseña la instalación a fin de dar servicio adecuado a la demanda futura de suministro de energía eléctrica para recarga de baterías de vehículos para circulación por vías públicas y privadas del estado.
Con ello, se pretende potenciar el desarrollo e instauración de punto de recarga para los vehículos eléctricos y de esta forma, fomentar el aumento de usuarios que empleen vehículos eléctricos. Se diseñan las instalaciones a fin de dar el servicio adecuado a la demanda futura como un compromiso inherente con nuestro hábitat, de forma
que las emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero o tóxicos sea completamente nula. Se busca que la estación de recarga eléctrica de vehículos sea autosuficiente energéticamente utilizando recursos naturales, con un consumo nulo de recursos no renovables y muy contaminantes como el carbón, petróleo y sus derivados, y el Gas Natural, como ejemplos.
Se van a utilizar para este efecto el uso de técnicas totalmente sostenibles y de última generación como los módulos solares fotovoltaicos, con un rendimiento muy elevado, así como generadores.
Se realiza el diseño de los mismos con máximo esmero, obteniendo un aprovechamiento máximo de la Energía Solar y la Energía Eólica.
Toda la energía captada por los paneles y los generadores eólicos se dedicará un fin fundamentalmente: Cargar baterías de almacenamiento de plomo ácido e lón de Litio, para posteriormente proceder a la recarga de los vehículos en el momento que lo deseen los clientes.
Lo que se pretende, al fin, es realizar un proyecto global que abarque diversos aspectos sociales, económicos y, como no, de protección de nuestro medio que se podrían resumir como sigue:
Aspectos sociales: se podrían resumir como sigue
-Generación de empleo directo en el propio mantenimiento de la instalación.
-Una vuelta a la convivencia y conciencia de los seres humanos con el medio que nos da sustento, generando así otra mirada hacia nuestro interior y el respecto por lo que nos rodea.
Aspectos medioambientales: con el presente proyecto se consiguen los siguientes objetivos:
-El uso energético de recursos totalmente renovables y autóctonos con lo que mejora el balance económico de nuestra región, evitando así el envío de divisas a países muy concretos que poseen la mayor parte de los recursos naturales agotables y contaminantes, lo cual contribuye a la inseguridad e inestabilidad económica como así se ha demostrado en los últimos años, y entendemos insostenible en un futuro demasiado próximo.
-Los beneficios medioambientales inherentes a una fuente de energía no contaminante e inagotable evitan la emisión de gases contaminantes a la atmósfera como S02, C02, CO, PB, etc. Esto se conseguirá gracias a la energía limpia generada con radiación solar directa y la captada por la biomasa. La reducción de gases contaminantes y de efecto invernadero se puede traducir en que por cada 10 kWh generados con carbón, se emiten 10 kg de C02 a la atmósfera. Esto contribuye a frenar el calentamiento global y el efecto invernadero al que estamos sometiendo al planeta, ayudando a un desarrollo sostenible de nuestra sociedad.
Aspectos económicos: se pueden concretar en:
-Se produce un ahorro económico en la sustitución de los combustibles fósiles utilizados en las instalaciones pertenecientes al centro comercial, como el gasóleo o la gasolina, por equipos que consuman energía eléctrica procedente de estaciones de recarga de energía procedente de fuentes renovables.
El funcionamiento de la estación de reabastecimiento de energía eléctrica se direcciona hacia dos vías de funcionamiento: 1.- Recarga de baterías de vehículos intercambiables in-situ: Se suministrará al vehículo un cable de alimentación de corriente alterna, y el mismo dispondrá de los equipos necesarios para cargar las baterías. 2.- Reposición de baterías: En la estación de reabastecimiento se recargarán baterías con los equipos necesarios para tal fin. Para la recarga de vehículos, se sustituirán las baterías, quitando del vehículo las baterías desgastadas y vacías, y a continuación reponiendo las mismas por unas cargadas en la zona de instalaciones de la estación de recarga.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INSTALACION.
En la estación de recarga se instalarán módulos solares fotovoltaicos (5) y generadores eléctricos eólicos (1), destinados a captar radiación solar y viento respectivamente, y convertir los recursos renovables en energía eléctrica de naturaleza continua y almacenarías en baterías.
El sistema de funcionamiento de los sistemas de captación de energía renovables se describe a continuación:
-Módulos solares foto voltaicos (5): Estos dispositivos son generadores eléctricos, que reaccionan al ser expuestos a la radiación solar, generando corriente continua. Estos equipos se instalarán conectados con las baterías eléctricas de acumulación. Entre los módulos solares fotovoltaicos y las baterías eléctricas se instalarán los equipos correctores de tensión así como los dispositivos de protección necesarios para el correcto suministro y carga de las baterías.
-Generadores eléctricos Eólicos (1): Dispositivos generadores, que aprovechando las corrientes de aire existentes a su alrededor, producen energía eléctrica. Estos equipos se instalarán conectados con las baterías eléctricas de acumulación en paralelo con los módulos solares fotovoltaicos. Entre los generadores eléctricos eólicos y las baterías eléctricas se instalarán los equipos correctores de tensión así como los dispositivos de protección necesarios para el correcto suministro y carga de las baterías.
Se instalarán dos tipos de baterías para la acumulación de energía eléctrica en la instalación, cuyas finalidades y usos se describen a continuación:
• Baterías de plomo ácido: Destinadas al almacenamiento de energía eléctrica. De estas baterías se alimentarán unos onduladotes que convertirán la corriente continua en corriente alterna, la cual a través de los dispositivos necesarios de protección, se dará suministro en corriente alterna a los vehículos, y de esta forma proceder a la recarga de las baterías.
• Baterías de vehículos intercambiables in-situ: Al igual que las anteriores, destinadas al almacenamiento de energía eléctrica, estas baterías serán recargadas por los sistemas energéticos de origen renovable y almacenadas. El sistema de recarga de vehículos consistirá en la sustitución directamente de las baterías de que disponga el coche a recargar por un juego de baterías recargadas en la estación de recarga. El intercambio de baterías se realizará de forma automatizada a través de robots y centrales de control y automatización supervisados por personal laboral de la estación de recarga. El proceso de intercambio se baterías también quedará previsto para poderse realizar de forma manual por persona profesional formado a tal fin, en la instalación.
DISTRIBUCIÓN DE ZONAS DE RECARGA
Para la recarga de baterías de los vehículos se dispondrán de dos zonas de aparcamiento diferenciadas en fimción del tipo de batería empleadas.
-Para vehículos con baterías fijas que deben conectarse a dos corriente eléctrica alterna a 230V (recarga rápida + recarga moderada). Se dispondrá de una zona de aparcamiento en batería (3), donde dispondrá de una toma de corriente eléctrica (7) para cada una de las plazas, con su contador (6) de energía correspondiente.
-Para los vehículos con baterías intercambiables in-situ, se dispondrá de otra zona de aparcamiento (2) específica y diferenciada, donde se podrá estacionar cada uno de los vehículos y se incorporarán una serie de dispositivos capaces de desconectar y
extraer las baterías descargadas del vehículo y posteriormente ingresar baterías idénticas cargadas y conectarlas al vehículo. Para facilitar la sustitución de las baterías, existirá un foso (4) para que los trabajadores de la estación de recarga puedan trabajar por la parte inferior de los vehículos.

DESCRIPCION DE UNA FORMA DE REALIZACION PREFERIDA
Su realización se llevará a cabo siguiendo procesos de fabricación estándar.
Claims
1. - Estación de recarga de vehículos eléctricos caracterizada porque utiliza como fuente de energía primaria para estos la energía solar y eólica.
2. - Estación de recarga de vehículos eléctricos, en todo de acuerdo con la reivindicación anterior, caracterizado porque se instalarán módulos solares foto voltaicos (5) y generadores eléctricos eólicos (1).
3. - Estación de recarga de vehículos eléctricos, en todo de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque se dispondrá de dos zonas de aparcamiento diferenciadas en función del tipo de batería empleadas:
-Para vehículos con baterías fijas se dispondrá de una zona de aparcamiento en batería (3), donde dispondrá de una toma de corriente eléctrica (7) para cada una de las plazas, con su contador (6) de energía correspondiente.
-Para los vehículos con baterías intercambiables in-situ, se dispondrá de otra zona de aparcamiento (2) específica y diferenciada, y se incorporarán una serie de dispositivos para desconectar y extraer las baterías descargadas del vehículo y posteriormente ingresar baterías idénticas cargadas y conectarlas al vehículo. En este caso existirá un foso (4).
