本发明的较佳实施方式 下面结合附图及实施例对本发明的技术方案进行更详细的说明。 图 1为本发明的寻呼重发的装置的示意图, 如图 1所示, 本发明的装置 包括: 接收模块, 其设置为: 将接收到的第一寻呼消息输出给发送模块; 发送模块, 其设置为: 发送接收到第一寻呼消息后, 将所述寻呼消息存 储为第一寻呼重发消息, 然后触发判断模块; 以及接收到判断模块的通知后, 利用空闲的公共控制信道块资源发送所述第一寻呼重发消息; 判断模块, 其设置为: 判断是否有空闲的公共控制信道块资源, 若有, 则通知所述发送模块。 这样, 本发明能够实现在有空闲的公共控制信道 (Common Control Channel, CCCH )块资源时, 就可以发送寻呼重发消息, 在一定概率上减小 寻呼重发的间隔时间, 同时提高移动通信网络的寻呼成功率, 减小主被叫时 延, 并且还可以提高 CCCH块资源利用率。
优选的, 本发明的装置还包括组合模块, 其中, 所述接收模块还设置为: 将第一寻呼消息输出给发送模块后触发所述判 断模块; 所述判断模块还设置为: 判断所述第一寻呼消息与同信道上的待发 送消息满足组合预定寻呼命令的条件时, 将满足条件的所述第一寻呼消息和 待发送消息输出给所述组合模块; 所述组合模块设置为: 将接收到的所述第 一寻呼消息和所述待发送消息组合成预定寻呼命令后输出给所述发送模块, 由所述发送模块发送所述预定寻呼命令。
其中, 若所述待发送消息包括第二寻呼消息和第三寻呼重发消息, 第二 寻呼消息是指发送给其他终端的寻呼原发消息 , 第三寻呼重发消息是指存储 的发送给其他终端的寻呼重发消息, 可以包括第二寻呼消息对应的寻呼重发 消息, 则所述判断模块优先判断所述第一寻呼消息和所述第二寻呼消息是否 满足组合预定寻呼命令的条件, 将满足条件的所述第一寻呼消息和所述第二 寻呼消息输出给所述组合模块, 由组合模块对满足条件的第一寻呼消息和第 二寻呼消息组合成预定寻呼命令后输出给所述发送模块, 即优先判断寻呼原
优选的,判断模块还可以判断与寻呼原发消息同信道上是否有空闲资源, 若有, 则判断寻呼原发消息与存储的寻呼重发消息是否满足组合预定寻呼命 令的条件, 将满足条件的寻呼原发消息与存储的寻呼重发消息输出给所述组 合模块, 由组合模块对满足条件的寻呼原发消息与存储的寻呼重发消息组合 成预定寻呼命令后输出给所述发送模块, 以充分利用 CCCH块资源。 优选的, 本发明的装置还可以包括: 设置模块, 其设置为: 接收用户设置的寻呼重发消息存在时长的预定阔 值, 该预定阔值优选为小于现有的 MSC侧的寻呼重发时间。 所述判断模块与所述设置模块连接, 在判断与所述第一寻呼消息同信道 上有空闲资源之后, 所述判断模块还设置为: 判断寻呼重发消息存在的时长 是否小于所述预定阔值, 若是, 再判断寻呼原发消息和寻呼重发消息满足是 否满足组合预定寻呼命令的条件, 若寻呼重发消息存在的时长不是小于所述 预定阔值, 丟弃存在时长超过所述预定阔值的寻呼重发消息。 具体地, 所述判断模块判断满足组合寻呼命令的条件具体为: 若有两条寻呼消息 (可以包括寻呼原发消息和寻呼重发消息) , 所述寻 呼消息的类型为临时移动用户识别号 ( Temporary Mobile Subscriber Identity , TMSI ) 或国际移动用户识别码 ( International Mobile Subscriber Identity, IMSI ) , 则判断该两条寻呼消息满足组合成寻呼命令 I的条件; 或 若有三条寻呼消息, 至少有两条寻呼消息的类型为 TMSI, 则判断该三 条寻呼消息满足组合成寻呼命令 II的条件; 或
若有四条寻呼消息, 该四条寻呼消息的类型均为 TMSI, 则判断该四条 寻呼消息满足组合成寻呼命令 III的条件。 本发明的装置在实现应用中优选为基站, 本发明的装置也可以是其他具 有转发报文功能的装置。
图 2是本发明的寻呼重发的方法的流程图, 如图 2所示, 本方法可以包 括下面步骤: S10、 发送接收到的寻呼消息后, 将所述寻呼消息存储为寻呼重发消息;
S20、 判断是否有空闲的公共控制信道块资源, 若有, 则执行步骤 S30, 否则执行 S40;
S30、 利用所述空闲的公共控制信道块资源发送寻呼重发消息。
S40、 不发送寻呼重发消息。 这样, 本发明即能够实现在有空闲的 CCCH块资源时, 就可以发送寻呼 重发消息, 在一定概率上减小寻呼重发的间隔时间, 同时提高移动通信网络 的寻呼成功率, 减小主被叫时延, 并且还可以提高 CCCH块资源利用率。
下面以基站为例对本发明的寻呼重发的方法进行详细的说明。 图 3为本 发明的寻呼重发的方法实施例的流程图, 如图所示, 本实施例的方法可以包 括下面步骤: 可以事先在基站上设置寻呼重发消息存在时间阔值。 其中, 寻呼重发消息存在时间阔值可以由基站控制器下发, 基站接收到 "寻呼重发消息存在时间阔值" 参数后判断该时间阔值是否合法, 例如, 该 参数优选为: 该时间阔值小于现有技术中 MSC 的二次寻呼时间, 若判断时 间阔值小于 MSC 的二次寻呼时间, 则该时间阔值合法。 若合法, 则基站存 储该 "寻呼重发消息存在时间阔值" 参数; 若不合法, 则基站不存储该 "寻 呼重发消息存在时间阔值" 参数。 一般情况下, 要求基站侧寻呼重发消息生 命周期阔值(即寻呼重发消息存在时间阔值) 小于现有技术中 MSC侧的寻 呼重发时间。 S101、 基站接收到来自基站控制器下发的寻呼消息, 并存储为寻呼原发 消息。
5102、 基站发送寻呼原发消息, 并将发送出去的寻呼原发消息存储为等 待重发的寻呼消息, 并开始记录该寻呼重发消息存在时长。 基站在发送寻呼原发消息时, 需要将原发消息存为等待重发的寻呼重发 消息, 并记录存储时间为寻呼重发消息的存在起始时间。 基站发送寻呼原发消息时具体执行下面步骤:
5103、 若判断有空闲的 CCCH块资源, 则进一步判断寻呼重发消息存在 时长是否超过预设的时间阔值, 若超过, 则执行步骤 S104, 若没有超过, 执 行步骤 S105;
S104、 利用空闲的 CCCH块资源发送寻呼重发消息, 结束。
S105、 丟弃该寻呼重发消息。 由于基站可以向多个移动站(Mobile Station, MS )发送寻呼消息, 在发 送寻呼原发消息和寻呼重发消息时, 可能有多条对于不同 MS的寻呼原发消 息和寻呼重发消息待发送。 图 4是本发明发送寻呼原发消息和寻呼重发消息 的流程图, 如图所示, 可以包括下面步骤: S201、 判断当前的 CCCH块是否有寻呼原发消息待发, 若有, 则转向步 骤 S202; 若没有, 则转向步骤 S208;
5202、 判断当前的 CCCH块是否有空余资源发送寻呼重发消息, 若没有 则转向步骤 S206; 若有, 则转向步骤 S203; 由于每个 CCCH块最多可以发送 4条寻呼消息,所以当发送寻呼原发消 息时, 若寻呼原发消息不足 4条, 则视为当前的 CCCH块有空余资源。
5203、判断是否有寻呼重发消息待发, 若没有, 则转向步骤 S206; 若有, 则转向步骤 S204;
5204、 判断寻呼重发消息存在时长是否小于寻呼重发消息生命周期阔 值, 若所有寻呼重发消息存在时长均大于寻呼重发消息生命周期阔值, 则丟 弃时长大于生命周期阔值的寻呼重发消息, 然后转向步骤 S206; 若部分寻呼 重发消息或者全部寻呼重发消息的存在时长小于寻呼重发消息生命周期阔 值, 则转向步骤 205;
5205、 判断存在时长小于生命周期阔值的寻呼重发消息与寻呼原发消息 是否可以组成预定寻呼命令, 若可以, 则转向步骤 S207; 若不可以, 则转向 步骤 S206;
5206、 将待发的寻呼原发消息组成预定寻呼命令, 然后发送;
5207、 将存在时长小于生命周期阔值的寻呼重发消息与寻呼原发消息组 成预定寻呼命令, 然后发送;
5208、 判断是否有寻呼重发消息待发, 若没有, 则不发送寻呼消息; 若 有, 则转向步骤 S209; 如果当前 CCCH 块没有寻呼原发消息和立即指派消息待发, 那么该 CCCH块可以用来发送寻呼重发消息。 5209、 判断寻呼重发消息存在时长是否小于寻呼重发消息生命周期阔 值, 若所有寻呼重发消息存在时长均大于寻呼重发消息生命周期阔值, 则丟 弃时长大于生命周期阔值的寻呼重发消息, 不发送寻呼消息; 若部分寻呼重 发消息或者全部寻呼重发消息的存在时长小于寻呼重发消息生命周期阔值, 则转向步骤 210;
5210、 将存在时长小于生命周期阔值的寻呼重发消息组成预定寻呼命 令, 然后发送。 本实施例中, 基站根据 GSM 0408协议, 判断是否可以将多条寻呼消息 (包括寻呼原发消息和寻呼重发消息)组合成寻呼命令 Ι/Π/ΠΙ发送。具体地, 基站可以根据待发的寻呼消息的条数及类型 ( TMSI或 IMSI )来决定以哪个 寻呼命令进行发送。 其中, GSM协议中规定: 寻呼命令 I: 可以最多对 2个 MS进行寻呼,这 2条 MS的寻呼消息的类 型可以是 TMSI或者 IMSI,即,该 2条寻呼消息可以同时是 TMSI或者 IMSI, 也可以一条是 TMSI、 另一条是 IMSI。 若仅有 1条寻呼消息, 也可以用寻呼命令 I发送。 寻呼命令 Π: 可以对 3个 MS进行寻呼, 这 3条 MS的寻呼消息中必须 至少有 2条寻呼消息的类型是 TMSI寻呼。 寻呼命令 ΠΙ: 可以对 4个 MS进行寻呼, 这 4条 MS的寻呼消息的类型 必须全部是 TMSI寻呼。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序 来指令相关硬件完成, 所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中, 如只读 存储器、 磁盘或光盘等。 可选地, 上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用 一个或多个集成电路来实现。 相应地, 上述实施例中的各模块 /单元可以釆用 硬件的形式实现, 也可以釆用软件功能模块的形式实现。 本发明不限制于任 何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域 的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则 之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的权利要求 范围之内。
工业实用性 本发明提供一种寻呼重发的方法和装置, 利用可用的 CCCH块资源, 主 动重发寻呼消息, 保证了寻呼消息发送的可靠性, 提高了 CCCH块资源利用 率, 同时能够提高移动通信网络的寻呼成功率, 减小主被叫时延。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种寻呼重发的方法, 该方法包括: 发送接收到的第一寻呼消息后, 将所述寻呼消息存储为第一寻呼重发消 息; 以及 若判断有空闲的公共控制信道块资源 , 则利用所述空闲的公共控制信道 块资源发送所述第一寻呼重发消息。
2、如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中: 发送接收到的第一寻呼消息的步骤 之后, 所述方法还包括: 若判断所述第一寻呼消息与同信道上的待发送消息满足组合预定寻呼命 令的条件, 则将满足条件的所述第一寻呼消息和所述待发送消息组合成预定 寻呼命令后发送。
3、如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 若判断所述第一寻呼消息与同信道 上的待发送消息满足组合预定寻呼命令的条件, 则将满足条件的所述第一寻 呼消息和所述待发送消息组合成预定寻呼命令后发送的步骤中: 若所述待发送消息包括第二寻呼消息和第三寻呼重发消息, 则优先判断 所述第一寻呼消息和所述第二寻呼消息是否满足组合预定寻呼命令的条件, 将满足条件的所述第一寻呼消息和所述第二寻呼消息组合成所述预定寻呼命 令后发送。
4、如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中: 所述判断所述第一寻呼消息和所述 第二寻呼消息满足组合预定寻呼命令的条件步骤之前, 所述方法还包括: 若判断所述第一寻呼消息所在信道有空闲资源 , 则判断所述第一寻呼消 息、 所述第二寻呼消息和第三寻呼重发消息满足是否满足组合预定寻呼命令 的条件, 将满足组合预定寻呼命令的条件的所述第一寻呼消息、 所述第二寻 呼消息和第三寻呼重发消息组合成所述预定寻呼命令后发送。
5、如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中: 所述判断所述第一寻呼消息所在信 道有空闲资源步骤之后, 所述方法还包括: 判断所述第三寻呼重发消息存在的时长是否小于预定阔值, 若是, 则判 断所述第一寻呼消息、 所述第二寻呼消息和第三寻呼重发消息是否满足组合 预定寻呼命令的条件。
6、 如权利要求 2-5中任一项所述的方法, 其中: 所述满足组合寻呼命令 的条件为: 若有两条寻呼消息, 所述寻呼消息的类型为临时移动用户识别号或国际 移动用户识别码, 则将该两条寻呼消息组合成寻呼命令 I; 或 若有三条寻呼消息,至少有两条寻呼消息的类型为临时移动用户识别号, 则将该三条寻呼消息组合成寻呼命令 II; 或 若有四条寻呼消息, 该四条寻呼消息的类型均为临时移动用户识别号, 则将该四条寻呼消息组合成寻呼命令 III。
7、如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中: 所述判断有空闲的公共控制信道块 资源步骤之后, 所述方法还包括: 判断所述第一寻呼重发消息存在的时长是否小于预定阔值, 若是, 则利 用所述空闲的公共控制信道块资源发送所述第一寻呼重发消息。
8、 一种寻呼重发的装置, 该装置包括: 接收模块, 其设置为: 将接收到的第一寻呼消息输出给发送模块; 发送模块, 其设置为: 发送接收到第一寻呼消息后, 将所述寻呼消息存 储为第一寻呼重发消息, 然后触发判断模块; 以及接收到判断模块的通知后, 利用空闲的公共控制信道块资源发送所述第一寻呼重发消息; 以及 判断模块, 其设置为: 判断是否有空闲的公共控制信道块资源, 若有, 则通知所述发送模块。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的装置, 其中: 所述装置还包括组合模块, 所述接收模块还设置为: 将第一寻呼消息输出给发送模块后触发所述判 断模块; 所述判断模块还设置为: 判断所述第一寻呼消息与同信道上的待发送消 息满足组合预定寻呼命令的条件, 将满足条件的触发所述第一寻呼消息和待 发送消息输出给所述组合模块; 所述组合模块设置为: 将接收到的所述第一寻呼消息和所述待发送消息 组合成预定寻呼命令后输出给所述发送模块; 所述发送模块还设置为: 发送所述预定寻呼命令。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的装置, 其中: 若所述待发送消息包括第二寻呼 消息和第三寻呼重发消息, 则 所述判断模块是设置为按如下方式判断所述第一寻呼消息与同信道上的 待发送消息满足组合预定寻呼命令的条件, 将满足条件的触发所述第一寻呼 消息和待发送消息输出给所述组合模块: 优先判断所述第一寻呼消息和所述 第二寻呼消息是否满足组合预定寻呼命令的条件, 将满足条件的所述第一寻 呼消息和所述第二寻呼消息输出给所述组合模块; 所述组合模块是设置为按如下方式将接收到的所述第一寻呼消息和所述 待发送消息组合成预定寻呼命令后输出给所述发送模块: 将接收到的所述第 一寻呼消息和所述第二寻呼消息组合成预定寻呼命令后输出给所述发送模 块。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的装置, 其中: 所述判断模块还设置为: 在判断所述第一寻呼消息和所述第二寻呼消息 满足组合预定寻呼命令的条件之前, 判断与所述第一寻呼消息同信道上是否 有空闲资源, 若有, 则判断所述第一寻呼消息、 所述第二寻呼消息和第三寻 呼重发消息满足是否满足组合预定寻呼命令的条件, 将满足条件的所述第一 寻呼消息、 所述第二寻呼消息和第三寻呼重发消息输出给所述组合模块; 所述组合模块是设置为按如下方式将接收到的所述第一寻呼消息和所述 第二寻呼消息组合成预定寻呼命令后输出给所述发送模块: 将接收到的所述 第一寻呼消息、 所述第二寻呼消息和第三寻呼重发消息组合成预定寻呼命令 后输出给所述发送模块。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的装置, 其中: 所述装置还包括设置模块; 所述设置模块设置为: 接收用户设置的寻呼重发消息存在时长的预定阔 值, 所述判断模块, 与所述设置模块连接, 所述判断模块还设置为: 在判断 与所述第一寻呼消息同信道上有空闲资源之后 , 判断所述第三寻呼重发消息 存在的时长是否小于所述预定阔值, 若是, 则判断所述第一寻呼消息、 所述 第二寻呼消息和第三寻呼重发消息满足是否满足组合预定寻呼命令的条件。
13、 如权利要求 9-12中任一项所述的装置, 其中: 所述满足组合寻呼命令的条件为: 若有两条寻呼消息, 所述寻呼消息的类型为临时移动用户识别号或国际 移动用户识别码, 则判断该两条寻呼消息满足组合成寻呼命令 I的条件; 或 若有三条寻呼消息,至少有两条寻呼消息的类型为临时移动用户识别号, 则判断该三条寻呼消息满足组合成寻呼命令 II的条件; 或 若有四条寻呼消息, 该四条寻呼消息的类型均为临时移动用户识别号, 则判断该四条寻呼消息满足组合成寻呼命令 III的条件。
14、 如权利要求 8所述的装置, 其中: 所述判断模块还设置为: 在判断有空闲的公共控制信道块资源之后, 判 断所述第一寻呼重发消息存在的时长是否小于预定阔值, 若是, 则通知所述 发送模块。
