Description
本发明涉及一种向容器内加注液体的装置,尤其是一种向喷墨打印机用的墨盒内加注墨水的注墨装置。本发明基于申请日为2010年06月07日、申请号为201020216842.8的中国实用新型专利申请,该申请的内容作为与本发明密切相关的参考文献引入本文。
喷墨打印机使用墨盒提供墨水进行打印工作,当墨盒内的墨水用完后,墨盒大都被废弃,从而造成对环境的污染和资源的浪费。随着人们环保意识的增强,很多人开始在用完墨水的空墨盒中注入墨水后再重新使用。
公告号为CN201214316Y的中国实用新型专利公开了一种专用于墨盒注入墨水的自动注墨器。它包括用于储存墨水的圆柱形储墨容器,在储墨容器的上部设有进气孔,在使用前,进气孔口用密封膜或密封塞封堵,在储墨容器的底部制有与加墨接口相连接的注墨口,注墨口与储墨容器相通,在注墨口有密封膜或密封圈密封,储墨容器中安装有活塞,活塞与注墨口之间的空腔内灌注有墨水,在活塞的顶部与储墨容器的顶部之间安装有压缩弹簧。活塞的顶部与储墨容器顶部之间的气压小于大气压。在使用时,由压缩弹簧的弹力使活塞下面的墨水从注墨口压出到墨盒内,从而实现自动加墨。
以上现有技术的缺点在于不能随时停止加墨,当墨盒注满时,注墨器无法立即停止墨水的供应,导致墨水自墨盒溢出,造成环境污染和墨水浪费。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种结构简单且能随时加墨随时停止的注墨装置。
为此,本发明提供的注墨装置包括圆柱状容纳有墨水的瓶体,瓶体的一端设有一注墨口,瓶体内有活塞,在活塞和瓶体另一端之间置有被压缩了的弹簧,还有一可选择地启闭注墨口的阀元件。
较具体的方案为,阀元件与一操控件连接,操控件由一固定架、一转动架及一复位弹簧构成,其中转动架的一端与阀元件相连,转动架的中部与固定架的中部铰接。
复位弹簧使阀元件处于常闭状态。当使用注墨装置进行注墨时,按压转动架与阀元件连接端的相对端,复位弹簧在压力作用下被压缩,转动架与阀元件相连的一端带动阀元件开启,从而实施注墨过程;当注墨完成时,松开对转动架的按压,阀元件在复位弹簧恢复力的作用下关闭注墨口,完成注墨。
更具体的方案为,瓶体由一敞口本体和一密封敞口的盖组合而成,注墨口及阀元件设置在盖上。瓶体采用分体式设置,使向注墨装置内加入墨水及对注墨装置内部的清洁变得简便,从而使注墨装置可以反复使用。
另一更具体的方案为,瓶体由一敞口本体和一密封敞口的盖组合而成,注墨口及阀元件设置在远离盖的一端。
由以上方案可见,在阀元件处于开启的状态下,活塞在弹簧恢复力的作用下向注墨口方向移动,从而推动墨水通过注墨口向外流出进行注墨,可见,通过阀元件有选择地启闭注墨口即可实现注墨过程的开始和停止。

图3是图1实施例中操控件使阀元件处于开启状态下的剖视图。
下面结合附图对本发明的实施例作详细说明。
如图1所示,注墨装置有一个瓶体,瓶体由本体1和盖2构成,还有设置在盖2上的操控件3及注墨管4。盖2与瓶体以可打开的方式密封连接,如采用螺纹连接。在另外的实施例中,盖2可以设置在远离操控件3和注墨管4的另一端,即图1示的下端,也能达到方便向瓶体内加入墨水的目的。
如图2所示,本体1内置有活塞6,活塞6与本体1下端之间置有被压缩的弹簧5,墨水位于活塞6与盖2之间的空间内,瓶体底部设置有连通外界与瓶体内腔的进气口15。盖2上设置有注墨口8,注墨口8处连接有注墨管4,阀7可启闭注墨口8。操控件3包括固定架13、转动架10和复位弹簧12,转动架13的中部与固定架13通过枢轴14铰接,因而可绕枢轴14转动,转动架13一端与阀7通过连杆9连接,另一端为按压手柄,在转动架13和固定架14上都设置有用于固定复位弹簧的凸台11,复位弹簧12的恢复力使阀7处于对注墨口8常闭的状态,也就是瓶体内的墨水无法通过注墨口8流出的状态。
在注墨装置内注入墨水后,盖2与本体1密封连接,弹簧5受压缩地置于本体1底部和活塞6之间,复位弹簧12使阀7保持在关闭注墨口8的状态,墨水保持在瓶体内。
如图3所示,当进行注墨时,用手抓住操控件3,从而提起注墨装置,把注墨管4插入需要进行加注的墨盒或其它容器内,然后用力按压转动架13的按压手柄,使复位弹簧12被压缩,转动架13绕枢轴14转动,从而使转动架与连杆9相连端向上抬起,带动阀7向上运动,注墨口8被打开后与瓶体内的墨水连通,活塞6在弹簧5恢复力的作用下向上运动,从而推动墨水向注墨口8流动,然后经过注墨管14注入至墨盒或其它容器内。
在注入需要的墨量后,松开按压手柄,复位弹簧12被释放使按压手柄向上抬起,从而转动架13与连杆9相连的端部向下运动,带动阀7向下运动,从而阀7封闭注墨口8,切断注墨口8与瓶体内墨水的连通,注墨完成。
以上是本发明的较佳实施例,本发明包括但不限于此,凡采用等效变换等方式的技术方案都落在本发明的保护范围内。
注墨装置包括圆柱状容纳有墨水的瓶体,瓶体的一端设有一注墨口,瓶体内有活塞,在活塞和瓶体另一端之间置有被压缩了的弹簧,一可选择地启闭注墨口的阀元件。在阀元件处于开启的状态下,活塞在弹簧恢复力的作用下向注墨口方向移动,从而推动墨水通过注墨口向外流出进行注墨,可见,通过阀元件有选择地启闭注墨口即可实现注墨过程的开始和停止。
Claims (4)
- 注墨装置,包括圆柱状容纳有墨水的瓶体;所述瓶体的一端设有一注墨口;所述瓶体内置有活塞,在所述活塞和所述瓶体的另一端之间置有被压缩了的弹簧;其特征在于:一可选择地启闭所述注墨口的阀元件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的注墨装置,其特征在于:所述阀元件与一操控件连接;所述操控件由一固定架、一转动架及一复位弹簧构成,其中所述转动架的一端与所述阀元件相连,所述转动架的中部与所述固定架的中部铰接。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的注墨装置,其特征在于:所述瓶体由一敞口本体和一密封所述敞口的盖组合而成;所述注墨口及所述阀元件设置在所述盖上。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的注墨装置,其特征在于:所述瓶体由一敞口本体和一密封所述敞口的盖组合而成;所述注墨口及所述阀元件设置在远离所述盖的一端。
