本申请要求于 2010年 6月 7日提交中国专利局、申请号为 201010195933.2、 发明名称为"用户信息推送方法、 呈现方法、 系统、 服务器及客户端"的中国专 利申请的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及通信技术领域, 尤其涉及一种用户信息推送方法、 呈现方法、 系统、 服务器及客户端。
背景技术
当用户使用移动终端实现通信和定制业务时,运营商会对该用户进行计费 操作。 随着新业务的不断出现, 以及各种计费和套餐的推出, 特别是 3G通信 的发展, 用户在使用移动终端的过程中, 难以实时掌握移动终端的花费。 以常 见的帐户余额查询为例, 对于一般的手机用户来说, 当其想要查询余额时, 可 以通过拨打运营商特设号码进行语音查询,或者向运营商特设号码发送查询短 消息, 通过消息回复方式进行查询。
发明人在对现有技术的研究过程中发现, 用户在使用现有移动终端的过程中, 可能对于各种用户信息(例如当前余额, 定制业务信息等)都有实时获知的需 求,但是通过短消息或者语音查询的方式将导致操作过程繁瑣,且实时性能不 高, 由此降低了用户体验; 并且, 由于用户信息种类繁多, 而在移动终端侧查 询信息的展现方式却较为单一, 难以直观对各类用户信息进行全方位的查询, 降低了移动终端的性能。
发明内容
本申请实施例的目的是提供一种用户信息推送方法、 呈现方法、 系统、 服 务器及客户端, 以解决现有技术中用户难以通过终端实时获取用户信息的问 题。
为解决上述技术问题, 本申请实施例提供如下技术方案:
一种用户信息推送方法,设置供客户端调用的若干服务接口, 所述服务接 口包括实时信息推送接口, 所述方法包括:
当客户端使用目标业务并自动调用所述实时信息推送接口时,服务器通过 所述实时信息推送接口接收所述客户端发送的实时信息获取指令; 根据所述实时信息获取指令中包含的用户号码获取所述目标业务的实时 信息;
将所述实时信息推送到所述客户端。
一种用户信息呈现方法,用于对如前述用户信息推送方法所推送的信息进 行呈现, 所述方法包括:
客户端使用目标业务时自动调用实时信息推送接口;
客户端通过所述实时信息推送接口向所述服务器发送实时信息获取指令; 接收服务器推送的根据所述实时信息获取指令中包含的用户号码获取的 所述目标业务的实时信息;
将所述目标业务的实时信息通过预设的呈现界面进行呈现。
一种用户信息呈现系统, 包括服务器和客户端,

可见, 本申请实施例中的服务器设置供客户端调用的若干服务接口, 当客 户端使用目标业务并自动调用服务接口中的实时信息推送接口时,服务器通过 所述实时信息推送接口接收客户端发送的实时信息获取指令,根据其中包含的 用户号码获取目标业务的实时信息, 并将其推送到客户端,客户端将目标业务 的实时信息通过预设的呈现界面进行呈现。本申请实施例中用户在使用目标业 务过程中, 可以通过客户端实时获得服务器侧推送的用户信息, 并通过预设的 呈现界面进行呈现, 与现有技术相比, 无需用户在结束目标业务后在进行手动 查询操作, 因此提高了客户端输出用户信息的实施性能, 提高了用户体验。 附图说明

本申请实施例提供一种用户信息推送方法、 呈现方法、 系统、 服务器及客 户端。
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本申请实施例中的技术方案,并使本 申请实施例的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂, 下面结合附图对本申 请实施例中技术方案作进一步详细的说明。
参见图 1 , 为本申请用户信息推送方法的第一实施例流程图, 该实施例示 出了客户端使用业务时, 服务器实时向其推送用户信息的过程:
步骤 101: 服务器设置供客户端调用的若干服务接口, 该服务接口包括实 时信息推送接口。
通常在用户使用的移动终端内安装了客户端,用于实现该移动终端与服务 器的通信。用户在移动终端内选择使用该客户端实时获取用户信息时, 首先通 过手机号码和密码进行登录, 与服务器进行连接。
本申请实施例中,实时信息推送接口用于在用户使用业务过程中即时与服 务器进行通信, 获得当前业务的相关信息,使得用户在移动终端的呈现界面上 可以对这些信息进行实时查看。
实时信息推送接口可以包括: 网元实时接入消息接口,用于实时获取包括 业务状态信息、业务计费信息、计费网元信息及会话标识信息的用户业务信息; 计费预留实时消息接口,用于实时获取计费预留信息;帐户变更实时消息接口, 用于实时获取用户业务余额变更信息。
步骤 102: 当客户端使用目标业务并自动调用实时信息推送接口时, 服务 器通过实时信息推送接口接收客户端发送的实时信息获取指令。
客户端使用的目标业务可以具体为: 语音业务、 短信业务、 网上业务等。 当用户一旦开始使用某种业务,则移动终端内的客户端就会调用网元实时接入 消息接口来获得服务器推送的业务状态信息、业务计费信息、计费网元信息及 会话标识信息, 由于该业务可能持续一段时间, 例如语音通话可能持续几分钟 的时间, 在该时间段内, 业务的某些信息可能会实时发生变化, 因此可以预先 设置客户端每隔 2至 3秒就调用一次网元实时接入消息接口;当通过调用网元 实时接入消息接口获得了当前业务的会话标识信息后,可以依据该会话标识信 息调用计费预留实时消息接口来获得服务器实时推送的计费预留信息;当业务 结束时,对该业务的计费过程相应完成, 此时调用帐户变更实时消息接口获取 用户业务余额变更信息,使得用户在业务结束时可以实时查看到业务结束前后 业务余额信息。
步骤 103: 根据实时信息获取指令中包含的用户号码获取目标业务的实时 信息。
步骤 104: 将所述实时信息推送到所述客户端, 结束当前流程。
上述实施例中, 当实时信息推送接口具体为网元实时接入消息接口,服务 器通过网元实时接入消息接口接收客户端发送的用户业务信息获取指令,根据 用户业务信息获取指令中包含的用户号码从共享内存中抓取目标业务的业务 报文, 从业务报文中获取用户业务信息, 该用户业务信息包括业务状态信息、 业务计费信息、计费网元信息及会话标识信息,将用户业务信息通过网络服务 接口推送到所述客户端。
进一步, 实时信息推送接口具体为计费预留实时消息接口,服务器通过计 费预留实时消息接口接收客户端发送的用户计费预留信息获取指令,用户计费 预留信息获取指令中包括所述会话标识信息,根据会话标识信息,通过余额管 理中心从内存数据库中获取目标业务的计费预留信息,将计费预留信息通过网 络服务接口推送到客户端。
当实时信息推送接口具体为帐户变更实时消息接口时,在客户端结束使用 该目标业务时,服务器通过帐户变更实时消息接口接收用户业务余额变更信息 获取指令,根据用户业务余额变更信息获取指令中包含的用户号码,通过余额 管理中心从内存数据库中获取与用户号码对应的用户业务余额变更信息,用户 业务余额变更信息包括使用所述目标业务前的业务余额信息和使用目标业务 后的业务余额信息, 将用户业务余额变更信息通过网络服务接口推送至客户 端。
参见图 2, 为本申请用户信息推送方法的第二实施例流程图, 该实施例示 出了客户端向服务器发出查询指令时, 服务器向其推送查询信息的过程: 步骤 201: 服务器设置供客户端调用的若干服务接口, 该服务接口包括查 询信息推送接口。 本申请实施例中,查询信息推送接口用于用户在需要获知帐户相关信息时 与服务器进行通信, 获得服务器推送的查询信息, 用户可以通过移动终端的呈 现界面对所查询信息进行查看。 通常在用户使用的移动终端内安装了客户端, 用于实现该移动终端与服务器的通信。
查询信息推送接口可以包括: 用户订购变更消息接口,用于查询用户订购 变更信息, 例如, 用户归属地、 用户状态信息、 用户信用额度信息等; 用户计 费单据消息接口,用于获取计费单据信息,例如,计费清单和计费账单明细等。
步骤 202: 当客户端调用查询信息推送接口时, 服务器通过查询信息推送 接口接收客户端发送的查询信息获取指令。
步骤 203: 根据查询信息获取指令中包含的用户号码获取对应的查询信 步骤 204: 将查询信息推送到客户端, 结束当前流程。
上述实施例中, 当查询信息推送接口具体为用户订购变更消息接口时,服 务器通过用户订购变更消息接口接收客户端发送的用户订购变更信息获取指 令,根据用户订购变更信息获取指令中包含的用户号码,通过信息管理平台从 内存数据库中获取与用户号码对应的用户订购变更信息,将用户订购变更信息 通过网络服务接口推送至客户端。
当查询信息推送接口具体为用户计费单据消息接口时,服务器通过用户计 费单据消息接口接收用户计费单据信息获取指令,根据用户计费单据信息获取 指令中包含的用户号码,通过计费单据中心的单据处理云计算平台获取与用户 号码对应的计费单据信息, 将所述计费单据信息通过套接字 SOCKET接口推 送至客户端。
参见图 3 , 为本申请用户信息呈现方法的第一实施例流程图, 该实施例示 出了客户端在进行目标业务时呈现实时推送的用户业务信息的过程:
步骤 301 : 客户端使用目标业务时自动调用实时信息推送接口。
步骤 302: 客户端通过实时信息推送接口向服务器发送实时信息获取指 令。
步骤 303: 接收服务器推送的根据实时信息获取指令中包含的用户号码获 取的目标业务的实时信息。 步骤 304: 将目标业务的实时信息通过预设的呈现界面进行呈现, 结束当 前流程。
参见图 4, 为本申请用户信息呈现方法的第一实施例流程图, 该实施例示 出了客户端在进行目标业务时呈现实时推送的用户业务信息的过程:
步骤 401 : 客户端调用查询信息推送接口。
步骤 402: 客户端通过查询信息推送接口向服务器发送查询信息获取指 令。
步骤 403: 接收服务器推送的根据查询信息获取指令中包含的用户号码获 取的查询信息。
步骤 403: 将查询信息通过预设的呈现界面进行呈现, 结束当前流程。 上述用户信息呈现方法的实施例中,预设的呈现界面可以包括: 用于呈现 目标业务的用户业务信息、计费预留信息、用户业务余额变更信息的仪表盘界 面; 用于呈现用户订购变更信息、 计费单据信息的列表界面; 用于呈现客户端 用户历史消费数据的分析结果的图表界面。
其中, 可以将实现上述客户端功能的软件安装移动终端内, 例如: 手机、 PDA 等; 也可以安装在营业厅内的移动计费体验桌内; 也可以安装在运营商 侧的监控管理系统平台内。
以用户使用的手机内的客户端为例,其通过与具有计费功能的服务器所设 置的接口进行连接, 进行实时通信, 获取用户的余额信息, 包括总余额、 赠送 金额等明细; 一定时间内的清单信息, 包括业务发生时间、 对方号码、 话单类 型 (例如, 主叫、 被叫、 短信、 彩信、 GPRS等)、 时长 /数量, 费用 (例如, 本地费用、 长途费用等)。
当用户打开手机界面后,如果需要获取服务器实时推送的信息, 或者查询 用户信息, 则首先登录所安装的客户端软件,通过输入手机号码和服务密码后 登录到服务器, 并进入客户端应用界面首页; 在客户端应用界面的首页, 可以 直接显示根据服务器推送的用户话费余额和所选套餐额度对比信息的仪表盘 界面, 并可进一步显示服务器推送的相关优惠信息等。
在客户端应用界面的首页, 可以设置若干选择按鈕,每种选择按鈕对应进 入相应的推送信息呈现界面。例如,可以设置用户信息按鈕, 当点选该按鈕后, 手机界面呈现服务器推送的品牌信息、套餐信息、入网时间、使用状态等信息; 可以设置热门排行按鈕, 当点选该按鈕后, 手机界面呈现服务器推送的目前定 制的新业务排行及其它数据增值业务信息等; 可以设置余额查询按鈕, 点选该 按鈕后, 手机界面呈现服务器推送的帐户余额信息, 包括主资金账本余额、 赠 送现金账本余额,免费资源账本等;可以设置实时清单按鈕, 当点选该按鈕后, 手机界面呈现服务器推送的话费明细, 进一步可选择一段时间内, 比如一个月 内的话费明细,呈现的字段可以包括通话地点、开始时间、业务域、事件名称、 对方号码、 费用等; 可以设置消费历史按鈕, 当点选该按鈕后, 手机界面呈现 前三个月的历史清单明细, 呈现的字段可以包括业务场景、 主叫号码、被叫号 码、 开始时间、 结束时间、 费用等; 可以设置语音按鈕, 点选该按鈕后, 手机 界面呈现仪表盘,用于显示用户话费余额和所选套餐额度对比信息, 当用户在 语音通话过程中,还可以在手机界面上呈现跳动状态的语音图标, 以直观形式 显示当前的业务类型; 可以设置短信按鈕, 当点选该按鈕后, 手机界面呈现仪 表盘, 用于显示用户余额, 还可以显示赠送短信的信息, 当用户在发送短信过 程中,还可以在手机界面上呈现跳动状态的短信图标, 以直观形式显示当前的 业务类型; 可以消费分析按鈕, 当点选该按鈕后, 服务器推送手机话费历史消 费数据,将对该历史消费数据的分析结果在手机界面呈现, 具体可以通过饼图 呈现、表格呈现、或者趋势分析图呈现; 可以设置攻略按鈕, 当点选该按鈕后, 在手机界面呈现服务器推送的根据用户消费情况推荐的套餐信息和优惠信息, 给用户以参考。

图 5A中示出了融合计费架构中的融合计费系统和融合计费体验系统。 其 中, 融合计费系统中包含在线消息接入模块、 融合计费引擎实现模块、 采集预 处理模块、 融合计费引擎批量模块、 余额管理中心和信息管理中心, 在融合计 费系统内设置了若干服务接口, 包括网元实时接入消息接口, 用于实时获取包 括业务状态信息、业务计费信息、计费网元信息及会话标识信息的用户业务信 息,将用户业务信息通过网元实时接入消息从在线消息接入模块推送到融合计 费体验系统的接入端; 计费预留实时消息接口, 用于实时获取计费预留信息, 将计费预留信息通过计费预留实时消息从融合计费引擎实时模块推送到融合 计费体验系统的接入端; 帐户变更实时消息接口, 用于实时获取用户业务余额 变更信息,将用户业务余额变更信息通过帐户变更实时消息从余额管理中心推 送到融合计费体验系统的接入端; 用户订购变更消息接口, 用于查询用户订购 变更信息,并将用户订购变更信息通过用户订购变更消息从信息管理中心推送 到融合计费体验系统的接入端。
本申请实施例中的融合计费系统实现了在线计费功能和离线计费功能的 融合, 以共享的余额管理中心对余额帐户进行集中管理和集中访问, 以共享的 批价引擎对计费逻辑进行一致处理,通过信息管理平台管理融合计费系统内部 的用户数据及配置规则, 与保存用户数据信息的数据库进行通信。

融合计费体验系统是融合了在线计费与离线计费、支撑全业务、配置灵活、 扩展性好、适用于电信运营商和内容提供商的融合计费产品的对外展示体验平 台。 通过在用户持有的移动终端内安装客户端软件, 例如: 电信计费表软件, 使得用户可以通过移动终端中的特殊呈现界面, 如仪表盘界面来呈现话费余 额、剩余短信条数等量化的计费数据,使用户可实时方便地查询和监控资费变 化; 也可以在移动营业厅内安装体验桌, 即一种自助终端, 其功能与移动终端 内安装的客户端软件功能类似,用户可以在该体验桌上实现查询和监控资费变 化; 同样的, 也可以在运营商的客服人员使用的终端内安装客户端软件, 用于 监控或查询某一用户的计费信息。
参见图 5B, 为图 5A中融合计费系统的实现结构示意图:
由于移动终端用户的数量庞大,因此融合计费体验系统如果仅采用一台服 务器将难以满足海量数据的推送和查询需求,通常可以设置若干分布式的服务 器。 如图 5B中示出了 n台服务器, 每台服务器用于对一定号码段内的用户信 息进行推送。每个服务器为一个融合计费节点,每个融合计费节点中包含一个 主节点和一个备份节点, 主节点和备份节点中的信息做到实时同步, 融合计费 体验系统的客户端通过与备份节点通信获得所推送的信息。 当客户端增多时, 还可以进一步将备份节点中的内存数据通过级联方式复制出来,对外同一提供 推送服务。
与本申请用户信息推送方法和呈现方法的实施例相对应,本申请还提供了 用户信息呈现系统、 服务器及客户端的实施例。
参见图 6, 为本申请用户信息呈现系统的实施例框图, 该系统包括: 服务 器 610和客户端 620。 实际应用过程中, 每个系统内可能有多个相互级联的服 务器并行工作, 并且对用户信息进行呈现的客户端也有若干, 图 6中为了示例 方便, 仅示出了一台服务器和一个客户端。
其中, 服务器 610, 用于设置供客户端 620调用的若干服务接口, 所述服 务接口包括实时信息推送接口,当客户端 620使用目标业务并自动调用所述实 时信息推送接口时,通过所述实时信息推送接口接收所述客户端 620发送的实 时信息获取指令,根据所述实时信息获取指令中包含的用户号码获取所述目标 业务的实时信息, 将所述实时信息推送到所述客户端 620;
客户端 620, 用于将所述目标业务的实时信息通过预设的呈现界面进行呈 现。
进一步,服务器 610内设置的服务接口还包括查询信息推送接口, 所述服 务器 610, 还用于当客户端 620调用所述查询信息推送接口时, 通过所述查询 信息推送接口接收所述客户端 620发送的查询信息获取指令,根据所述查询信 息获取指令中包含的用户号码获取对应的查询信息,将所述查询信息推送到所 述客户端 620;
客户端 620, 还用于将所述查询信息通过预设的呈现界面进行呈现。

其中, 该客户端可以位于: 移动终端、 或营业厅内的移动计费体验桌、 或 监控管理系统平台。
通过以上的实施方式的描述可知,本申请实施例中的服务器设置供客户端 调用的若干服务接口,当客户端使用目标业务并自动调用服务接口中的实时信 息推送接口时,服务器通过所述实时信息推送接口接收客户端发送的实时信息 获取指令,根据其中包含的用户号码获取目标业务的实时信息, 并将其推送到 客户端,客户端将目标业务的实时信息通过预设的呈现界面进行呈现。本申请 实施例中用户在使用目标业务过程中,可以通过客户端实时获得服务器侧推送 的用户信息, 并通过预设的呈现界面进行呈现, 与现有技术相比, 无需用户在 结束目标业务后在进行手动查询操作,因此提高了客户端输出用户信息的实施 性能, 提高了用户体验。
通过以上的实施方式的描述可知,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本 申请可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现。基于这样的理解, 本申 式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存储在存储介质中,如 ROM/RAM、磁碟、 光盘等, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器, 或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例或者实施例的某些部分所述的方法。
本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,各个实施例之间相同相 似的部分互相参见即可, 每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之 处。 尤其, 对于系统实施例而言, 由于其基本相似于方法实施例, 所以描述的 比较筒单, 相关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。
本申请可用于众多通用或专用的计算系统环境或配置中。例如: 个人计算 机、 服务器计算机、 手持设备或便携式设备、 平板型设备、 多处理器系统、 基 于微处理器的系统、 置顶盒、 可编程的消费电子设备、 网络 PC、 小型计算机、 大型计算机、 包括以上任何系统或设备的分布式计算环境等等。 本申请可以在由计算机执行的计算机可执行指令的一般上下文中描述,例 如程序模块。一般地,程序模块包括执行特定任务或实现特定抽象数据类型的 例程、 程序、 对象、 组件、 数据结构等等。 也可以在分布式计算环境中实践本 申请,在这些分布式计算环境中, 由通过通信网络而被连接的远程处理设备来 执行任务。在分布式计算环境中,程序模块可以位于包括存储设备在内的本地 和远程计算机存储介质中。
虽然通过实施例描绘了本申请, 本领域普通技术人员知道, 本申请有许多 变形和变化而不脱离本申请的精神,希望所附的权利要求包括这些变形和变化 而不脱离本申请的精神。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种用户信息推送方法, 其特征在于, 设置供客户端调用的若干服务 接口, 所述服务接口包括实时信息推送接口, 所述方法包括:
当客户端使用目标业务并自动调用所述实时信息推送接口时,服务器通过 所述实时信息推送接口接收所述客户端发送的实时信息获取指令;
根据所述实时信息获取指令中包含的用户号码获取所述目标业务的实时 信息;
将所述实时信息推送到所述客户端。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述实时信息推送接口具 体为网元实时接入消息接口, 所述方法具体为:
服务器通过所述网元实时接入消息接口接收所述客户端发送的用户业务 信息获取指令;
根据所述用户业务信息获取指令中包含的用户号码从共享内存中抓取所 述目标业务的业务报文;
从所述业务报文中获取用户业务信息,所述用户业务信息包括业务状态信 息、 业务计费信息、 计费网元信息及会话标识信息;
将所述用户业务信息通过网络服务接口推送到所述客户端。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述实时信息推送接口具 体为计费预留实时消息接口, 所述方法具体为:
服务器通过所述计费预留实时消息接口接收所述客户端发送的用户计费 预留信息获取指令, 所述用户计费预留信息获取指令中包括所述会话标识信 息;
根据所述会话标识信息,通过余额管理中心从内存数据库中获取所述目标 业务的计费预留信息;
将所述计费预留信息通过网络服务接口推送到所述客户端。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述实时信息推送接口具 体为帐户变更实时消息接口, 所述方法具体为:
当所述客户端结束使用所述目标业务时,服务器通过所述帐户变更实时消 息接口接收用户业务余额变更信息获取指令; 根据所述用户业务余额变更信息获取指令中包含的用户号码,通过余额管 理中心从内存数据库中获取与所述用户号码对应的用户业务余额变更信息,所 述用户业务余额变更信息包括使用所述目标业务前的业务余额信息和使用所 述目标业务后的业务余额信息;
将所述用户业务余额变更信息通过网络服务接口推送至所述客户端。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述服务接口还包括查询 信息推送接口, 所述方法还包括:
当客户端调用所述查询信息推送接口时,服务器通过所述查询信息推送接 口接收所述客户端发送的查询信息获取指令;
根据所述查询信息获取指令中包含的用户号码获取对应的查询信息; 将所述查询信息推送到所述客户端。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述查询信息推送接口具 体为用户订购变更消息接口, 所述方法具体为:
服务器通过所述用户订购变更消息接口接收所述客户端发送的用户订购 变更信息获取指令;
根据所述用户订购变更信息获取指令中包含的用户号码,通过信息管理平 将所述用户订购变更信息通过网络服务接口推送至所述客户端。
7、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述查询信息推送接口具 体为用户计费单据消息接口, 所述方法具体为:
服务器通过所述用户计费单据消息接口接收用户计费单据信息获取指令; 根据所述用户计费单据信息获取指令中包含的用户号码,通过计费单据中 心的单据处理云计算平台获取与所述用户号码对应的计费单据信息;
将所述计费单据信息通过套接字 SOCKET接口推送至所述客户端。
8、 一种用户信息呈现方法, 其特征在于, 用于对如权利要求 1至 7任意 一项所述用户信息推送方法所推送的信息进行呈现, 所述方法包括:
客户端使用目标业务时自动调用实时信息推送接口;
客户端通过所述实时信息推送接口向所述服务器发送实时信息获取指令; 接收服务器推送的根据所述实时信息获取指令中包含的用户号码获取的 所述目标业务的实时信息;
将所述目标业务的实时信息通过预设的呈现界面进行呈现。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
客户端调用查询信息推送接口;
客户端通过所述查询信息推送接口向所述服务器发送查询信息获取指令; 接收服务器推送的根据所述查询信息获取指令中包含的用户号码获取的 查询信息;
将所述查询信息通过预设的呈现界面进行呈现。
10、根据权利要求 9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述预设的呈现界面包括: 用于呈现目标业务的用户业务信息、计费预留信息、用户业务余额变更信 息的仪表盘界面;
用于呈现用户订购变更信息、 计费单据信息的列表界面;
用于呈现客户端用户历史消费数据的分析结果的图表界面。
11、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述客户端位于: 移动终 端、 或营业厅内的移动计费体验桌、 或监控管理系统平台。
12、 一种用户信息呈现系统, 其特征在于, 包括服务器和客户端, 所述服务器, 用于设置供客户端调用的若干服务接口,所述服务接口包括 实时信息推送接口,当客户端使用目标业务并自动调用所述实时信息推送接口 时,服务器通过所述实时信息推送接口接收所述客户端发送的实时信息获取指 令,根据所述实时信息获取指令中包含的用户号码获取所述目标业务的实时信 息, 将所述实时信息推送到所述客户端;
所述客户端,用于将所述目标业务的实时信息通过预设的呈现界面进行呈 现。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述服务接口还包括查 询信息推送接口,
所述服务器,还用于当客户端调用所述查询信息推送接口时,服务器通过 所述查询信息推送接口接收所述客户端发送的查询信息获取指令,根据所述查 询信息获取指令中包含的用户号码获取对应的查询信息,将所述查询信息推送 到所述客户端; 所述客户端, 还用于将所述查询信息通过预设的呈现界面进行呈现。
14、 一种服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
设置单元,用于设置供客户端调用的若干服务接口, 所述服务接口包括实 时信息推送接口;
接收单元,用于当客户端使用目标业务并自动调用所述实时信息推送接口 时,服务器通过所述实时信息推送接口接收所述客户端发送的实时信息获取指 令;
获取单元,用于根据所述实时信息获取指令中包含的用户号码获取所述目 标业务的实时信息;
推送单元, 用于将所述实时信息推送到所述客户端。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述服务接口还包括查 询信息推送接口,
所述接收单元,还用于当客户端调用所述查询信息推送接口时,服务器通 过所述查询信息推送接口接收所述客户端发送的查询信息获取指令;
所述获取单元,还用于根据所述查询信息获取指令中包含的用户号码获取 对应的查询信息;
所述推送单元, 还用于将所述查询信息推送到所述客户端。
16、 一种客户端, 其特征在于, 用于对如权利要求 14或 15所述服务器所 推送的信息进行呈现, 包括:
调用单元, 用于使用目标业务时自动调用实时信息推送接口;
发送单元,用于通过所述实时信息推送接口向所述服务器发送实时信息获 取指令;
接收单元,用于接收服务器推送的根据所述实时信息获取指令中包含的用 户号码获取的所述目标业务的实时信息;
呈现单元, 用于将所述目标业务的实时信息通过预设的呈现界面进行呈 现。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的客户端, 其特征在于,
所述调用单元, 还用于调用查询信息推送接口;
所述发送单元,还用于通过所述查询信息推送接口向所述服务器发送查询 信息获取指令;
所述接收单元,还用于接收服务器推送的根据所述查询信息获取指令中包 含的用户号码获取的查询信息;
所述呈现单元, 还用于将所述查询信息通过预设的呈现界面进行呈现。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的客户端, 其特征在于, 所述呈现单元包括: 仪表盘界面单元,用于通过仪表盘界面呈现目标业务的用户业务信息、计 费预留信息、 用户业务余额变更信息;
列表界面单元,用于通过列表界面呈现用户订购变更信息、计费单据信息; 图表界面单元,用于通过图表界面呈现客户端用户历史消费数据的分析结 果。
19、 根据权利要求 16所述的客户端, 其特征在于, 所述客户端位于: 移 动终端、 或营业厅内的移动计费体验桌、 或监控管理系统平台。
