본 수면을 유도하는 장치에 대한 것으로, 특히 사람이 수면시에 숨을 쉬면, 그 숨에 따라 수축 및 팽창하는 흉부(폐)와 같이 움직이는 것이 가능한 수면 유도 장며, 더욱 자세하게는 사람들이 수면시에 안고자는 인형 또는 배게 내부에 상하 이동가능한 수단을 포함함으로써, 마치 엄마에게 안겨자는 것과 같은 수면상태를 유도하기 위한 것이다.

즉, 본 발명은 엄마의 품(bosom)과 같은 편안함과 사실감이 우수한 수면 환경을 제공할 수 있고, 이에 따라 예민한 성격의 사용자 또는 영유아 및 어린이 등에게도 거부감 없이, 효과적인 수면을 충분히 유도할 수 있는 장치를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 수면 유도 장치는, 커버(cover); 상기 커버 내부에 포함되고, 상기 커버 아래에 구비되는 이동판(plate); 및 상기 이동판을 상하로 반복해서 이동시키는 이동수단;을 포함하는 것이 특징이다.
여기서, 상기 이동판은 상기 커버와 0.1cm 내지 5.0cm 범위 내의 간격으로 떨어져 있는 것일 수 있고, 상기 이동판은 상기 커버와 밀착되어 있는 것도 가능하다.

이러한 상기 이동판(120)은 그 위에 위치하는 커버(110)의 외형을 변형시킬 수 있으면 족하기 때문에, 모양이나 재질은 특별히 제한되지 않는다. 다만, 커버(110)의 넓은 면적을 밀어올리고 내릴 수 있도록 그에 대응되는 형상을 가지는 것이 바람직하고, 사람의 폐 움직임에 따른 흉부 크기를 가지는 것이 더욱 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 이동수단(130)은 상기 이동판(120)을 상하로 반복해서 이동시키는 것이 특징이다. 상기 이동판(120)을 상하로 이동시킴으로써, 그 위에 위치한 커버(120)의 일부 또는 전체 영역을 솟아오르고 내려가게 할 수 있으며, 이를 통하여 본 발명에 따른 장치는 사람의 숨에 따라 수축 및 팽창하는 흉부(폐)와 같이 움직이는 것이 가능하다.
이러한 상기 이동수단(130)이 플레이트(plate) 또는 시트(sheet)로 이루어진 이동판(120)을 이동시키는 방법 및 구조는 특별히 제한되지 않는다. 상기 이동수단(130)은 커버(110)로 둘러싸인 하우징 내부에 포함되어 고정돼 있는 것이 바람직하고, 그 모양이나 재질은 특별히 제한되지 않는다. 이에 대해서는, 후술하여 상세하게 설명한다.
이와 함께, 본 발명에 수면 유도 장치는, 상기 이동수단(130)에 전원을 공급하고 이것을 제어하기 위한 제어부(140) 및 외부와의 연결을 위한 커넥터 등을 더 포함할 수도 있다.
상기한 바와 같은 본 발명은 사람들이 수면시에 안고자는 인형 또는 배게 내부에 상하 이동가능한 수단을 포함함으로써, 마치 엄마에게 안겨자는 것과 같은 수면상태를 유도할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 즉, 본 발명은 사람의 숨에 따라 수축 및 팽창하는 흉부(폐)와 같이 움직일 수 있기 때문에, 엄마의 품(bosom)과 같은 편안함과 사실감이 우수한 수면 환경을 제공할 수 있고, 이에 따라 예민한 성격의 사용자 또는 영유아 및 어린이 등에게도 거부감 없이, 효과적인 수면을 충분히 유도할 수 있는 것이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 수면 유도 장치의 상세 구성 제1예를 나타내는 단면도이다.
본 발명에 따른 이동판(120)은 상기한 바와 같이 그와 대응되는 커버(110) 영역을 위로 밀어올리고 아래로 내리는 것을 특징으로 하는바, 이를 위하여 상기 이동판(120)은 커버(110)와 떨어져 있을 수 있고, 커버(110)에 붙어있는 것도 가능하다.
즉, 상기 이동판(120)은 상기 커버(110)와 일정한 간격으로 떨어져 있는 상태에서, 상하로 이동하면서 상기 커버(110)를 밀어올리고 내리는 것이 가능한데, 이 경우 상기 이동판(120)과 커버(110) 사이의 간격은 0.1cm 내지 5.0cm 범위 내인 것이 바람직하다. 만약, 상기 범위를 벗어나면 이동판(120)의 이동거리 대비 커버(110)의 움직임이 너무 크거나 작기 때문에 비효율적이거나 효과적이지 못하다.
또한, 상기 이동판(120)은 상기 커버(110)와 밀착되어 붙어있는 것도 가능하다. 그래서, 상기 이동판(120)의 이동에 따라 바로 직접 커버(110)도 움직이게 할 수가 있다. 이와 같이, 이동판(120)이 커버(110)에 밀착되어 있으면, 상기 이동판(120)의 이동거리에 따라 커버(110)의 움직임 크기를 더욱 정확하게 조절할 수 있다는 점에서, 더욱 바람직하다.
그리고, 본 발명의 다른 특징은 상기 이동판(120)이 마주하는 커버(110)의 일면과 대응되는 형상을 가지는 것이다. 즉, 상기 커버(110)가 평면 형상을 가지는 경우 이와 대응하는 이동판(120) 역시 평면 형상을 가지고, 상기 커버(110)가 곡면 형상을 가지면 이와 대응하는 이동판(120) 역시 곡면 형상을 가지는 것이다. 이와 같이 대응하는 면을 동일하거나 유사하게 하면, 상기 이동판(120)의 이동에 의해 커버(110)의 더 넓은 면적을 고르게 움직일 수 있고, 이에 따라 본 발명에 따른 장치는 사람의 흉부와 더욱 유사한 움직일을 가질 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 장치는 커버(110) 내부에 포함되는 것으로써, 상기 이동판(120) 아래에 구비되는 지지부(121)를 더 포함하여 이루어질 수 있다. 상기 지지부(121)는 이동판(120) 아래에 구비되어서, 상기 이동판(120)이 그 아래로 더 이상 내려가지 않도록 지지하는 역할을 하는 것이다. 이동판(120)의 위쪽에는 커버(110)가 있고, 상기 이동판(120)과 연결된 이동수단(120)에 의해 위쪽으로는 지지가 가능하지만, 상기 이동판(120)의 아래쪽이 빈 공간이면 이를 지지하는 지지부(121)가 있는 것이 바람직하다. 도 4에서 이러한 지지부(121)는 상기 이동판(120)에 대응하는 판으로 도시되었지만, 이에 제한되지 않고 커버(110) 내부 공간을 채우는 채움물질일 수도 있다.
이와 함께, 본 발명에 있어서, 상기 이동수단(130)은 이동판(120) 아래면과 연결된 하나 이상의 회전기어(131)와 상기 회전기어(131)에 연결된 크랭크축(132)을 포함하는 것이 가능하다. 상기 크랭크축(132)은 상기 회전기어(131)의 왕복운동을 직선운동으로 변환해서, 상기 이동판(120)에 전달하는 역할을 한다. 또한, 상기 이동수단(130)은 도 5에 나타난 바와 같이 이동판(120) 아래면에 연결된 하나 이상의 피스톤(133)과 상기 피스톤(133)을 상하로 움직이는 모터(134)를 포함하는 것일 수 있다. 이와 같이 상하로 이동가능한 피스톤(133)을 사용하면 상기 이동판(120)을 전체적으로 더욱 부드럽게 움직일 수 있고, 이에 따라 사람의 흉부 움직임에 더욱 근접하게 할 수 있기 때문에, 본 발명에서는 더욱 적합하다.
나아가, 본 발명에 수면 유도 장치(110)는 제어부(140)로서 상기 이동수단(130)의 기능을 제어하는 컨트롤러(141)와 이것들에 전원을 공급하는 전원공급부(142)를 더 포함할 수 있고, 외부 충전수단 및 USB 등과의 연결을 위한 커넥터(143) 등을 가지는 것도 가능하다. 여기서, 상기 컨트롤러(141)는, 더욱 사실적인 움직임을 위해서, 상기 이동수단(130)을 통하여 상기 이동판(120)이 1분당 약 10~25회, 바람직하게는 15~20회 범위로 상하 이동하도록 시간 간격을 제어하는 것이 바람직하다.
도 6은 본 발명에 따른 수면 유도 장치의 상세 구성 제2예를 나타내는 단면도이다.
여기에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 수면 유도 장치는 패드(150)를 더 포함하는 것일 수 있다. 상기 패드(150)는 본 발명에 따른 장치의 커버(110) 내부에 포함되는 것으로써, 상기 커버(110)의 아래쪽과 상기 이동판(120)의 위쪽 사이에 구비되며, 수축 및 팽창이 가능한 것이 특징이다. 그래서, 상기 이동판(120)의 이동상태를 상기 커버(110)의 전면에 더욱 부드럽고 효과적으로 전달할 수 있다.
이를 위하여, 상기 패드(150)는 그 내부에 에어(air)를 가지고 있는 것이 더욱 바람직하다. 즉, 상기 패드(150)는 풍선과 같은 고무 재질로 이루어질 수 있고, 그 아래에 구비된 평판형 이동판(120)이 이동하면, 상기 패드(150) 안에 있는 에어가 수축 및 팽창하면서 그 위에 있는 커버(110)에 전체적으로 고른 움직임을 전달할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 상기 이동수단(130)은, 도 6에 나타난 바와 같이 커버(110) 내부에 포함되어 있고, 상기 이동판(120) 아래에서 수축 및 팽창하는 접이식 튜브(130')일 수 있다. 즉, 상기 접이식 튜브(130')에 공기를 주입하여 이동판(120)을 위로 이동시키고, 상기 접이식 튜브(130')에서 공기를 빼서 상기 이동판(120)을 아래로 이동시키는 것이다.
이를 위하여, 상기 이동수단(130)은, 상기 튜브(130')에 공기를 공급하고 상기 튜브(130')로부터 공기를 제거하는 공기공급제거수단(도시하지 않음)을 더 포함하는 것도 가능하다. 이와 같이, 이동수단(130)으로써 튜브(tube)를 사용하면, 상기 이동판(120)과 커버(110) 등을 부드럽고 천천히 이동시킬 수 있기 때문에, 사람의 흉부 움직임과 더욱 유사한 효과를 가지게 할 수 있다.
한편, 상기에서는 본 발명을 특정의 바람직한 실시예에 관련하여 도시하고 설명하였지만, 이하의 특허청구범위에 의해 마련되는 본 발명의 기술적 특징이나 분야를 이탈하지 않는 한도 내에서 본 발명이 다양하게 개조 및 변화될 수 있다는 것은 당업계에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 명백한 것이다.

Claims (12)

  1. 커버(cover);
    상기 커버 내부에 포함되고, 상기 커버 아래에 구비되는 이동판(plate); 및
    상기 이동판을 상하로 반복해서 이동시키는 이동수단;을 포함하는 수면 유도 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이동판은 상기 커버와 0.1cm 내지 5.0cm 범위 내의 간격으로 떨어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수면 유도 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이동판은 상기 커버와 밀착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수면 유도 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이동판은 마주하는 커버의 일면과 대응되는 형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수면 유도 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이동수단은 하나 이상의 회전기어와 상기 회전기어에 연결된 크랭크축을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수면 유도 장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이동수단은 피스톤(pistone)과 상기 피스톤을 상하로 움직이는 모터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수면 유도 장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 커버와 이동판 사이에 구비되는 것으로 수축 및 팽창이 가능한 패드(pad)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수면 유도 장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 패드는 내부에 에어(air)를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수면 유도 장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이동수단은 수축 및 팽창하는 튜브(tube)인 것을 특징으로 하는 수면 유도 장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 이동수단은 상기 튜브에 공기를 공급하고, 상기 튜브로부터 공기를 제거하는 공기공급제거수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수면 유도 장치.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이동수단의 이동시간 간격을 제어하는 컨트롤러(controller)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수면 유도 장치.
  12. 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 커버는 인형 또는 배게이거나 인형 또는 배게 형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수면 유도 장치.
