Abstract

本发明公开了一种语音留言的管理方法和装置,涉及通信领域。其解决了现有技术不能支持远程终端对语音留言进行管理的问题。本发明实施例提供的技术方案包括以下步骤:用户通过远程终端管理本地终端的语音留言时,所述本地终端向所述远程终端发送语音留言管理提示(101);所述本地终端接收所述远程终端根据语音留言管理提示发送的管理指令(102);所述本地终端根据所述管理指令对所述语音留言执行相应的管理操作(103)。本发明实施例可以应用在手机等终端中。

Description

语音留言的管理方法和装置 技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域, 尤其涉及一种语音留言的管理方法和装置。 背景技术
随着现代通讯业的发展, 信息的交流越来越方便; 语音留言作为 一种电话通信服务业务, 应用的范围也越来越广泛。 目前, 用户可以通 过支持语音留言的终端进行语音留言; 需要管理语音留言时, 可以直接 对该支持语音留言的终端进行相应的管理操作。
在实现上述语音留言的管理的过程中, 发明人发现现有技术中至少 存在如下问题: 不能支持远程终端对语音留言进行管理。
发明内容
本发明的实施例提供一种语音留言的管理方法和装置, 能够支持 远程终端对语音留言进行管理。
一方面, 提供了一种语音留言的管理方法, 包括: 用户通过远程终 端管理本地终端的语音留言时,所述本地终端向所述远程终端发送语音 留言管理提示;所述本地终端接收所述远程终端根据语音留言管理提示 发送的管理指令;所述本地终端根据所述管理指令对所述语音留言执行 相应的管理操作。
另一方面, 提供了一种语音留言的管理装置, 包括:
提示发送模块, 用于用户通过远程终端管理本地终端的语音留言 时, 向所述远程终端发送语音留言管理提示;
指令接收模块,用于接收所述远程终端根据语音留言管理提示发送 的管理指令;
操作执行模块,用于根据所述管理指令对所述语音留言执行相应的 管理操作。
本发明实施例提供的语音留言的管理方法和装置, 当用户通过远程 终端管理本地终端的语音留言时, 本地终端通过接收远程终端根据语音 留言管理提示发送的管理指令, 并根据该管理指令对语音留言执行相应 的操作, 从而实现远程终端对语音留言的管理。

为了解决现有技术不能支持远程终端对语音留言进行管理的问 题, 本发明实施例提供一种语音留言的管理方法和装置。
如图 1所示, 本发明实施例一提供的语音留言的管理方法, 包括: 步骤 1 01 , 当用户通过远程终端管理本地终端的语音留言时, 本地 终端向该远程终端发送语音留言管理提示。
在本实施例中, 步骤 1 01 中用户通过远程终端管理本地终端的语 音留言, 既可以是用户通过远程终端与本地终端建立连接时, 本地终端 可以对该连接进行监听, 当监听到本地终端无人接听时, 用户开始通过 远程终端管理本地终端的语音留言, 此时, 本地终端向远程终端发送语 音留言管理提示; 也可以是用户通过远程终端与本地终端建立连接时, 本地终端接收到用户通过远程终端发送的语音留言管理指示后,用户开 始通过远程终端管理本地终端的语音留言, 此时, 本地终端向远程终端 发送语音留言管理提示。 其中, 本地终端接收到用户通过远程终端发送 的语音留言管理指示, 可以是本地终端规定的语音留言管理指示,如在 用户通过远程终端与本地终端建立连接的过程中,按下井号键等,在此 不再一一赘述。
在本实施例中, 用户通过远程终端管理本地终端的语音留言时, 本地终端可以通过步骤 101 以语音的方式向远程终端发送语音留言管 理提示, 该语音留言管理提示可以提示用户如何管理语音留言, 如添加 语音留言请按 " 1 " 、 播放语音留言请按 " 2" 、 删除语音留言请按 " 3" 、 备份语音留言请按 " 4" 等, 在此不做限制; 本地终端还可以通过步骤 1 01 以其他方式向远程终端发送语音留言管理提示, 在此不再——赘 述。
在本实施例中, 本地终端通过步骤 101 可以向任意远程终端发送 语音留言管理提示,也可以只向通过鉴权的远程终端发送语音留言管理 提示, 在此不再——赘述。
步骤 102 ,本地终端接收远程终端根据语音留言管理提示发送的管 理指令。
在本实施例中, 以用户需要播放语音留言为例进行说明; 远程终 端通过步骤 101接收到本地终端发送的语音留言管理提示后,用户可以 根据该语音留言管理提示对远程终端执行播放语音留言相应的操作;此 时,本地终端可以通过步骤 102接收到远程终端根据语音留言管理提示 发送的管理指令。其中,用户对远程终端执行播放语音留言相应的操作, 指用户如果需要播放语音留言, 用户根据语音留言提示按 " 2" ; 该操 作可以以双音多频 ( Dua l-tone Mu l t i Frequency , DTMF )信号的方式向 本地终端发送, 也可以以其他方式向本地终端发送; 用户通过远程终端 对语音留言进行其他管理的过程与上述过程类似, 在此不再——赘述。
步骤 1 03 , 本地终端根据管理指令对语音留言执行相应的管理操 作。 在本实施例中 ,本地终端通过步骤 1 02接收到远程终端发送的管理 指令后, 其中, 管理指令以 DTMF信号的方式为例进行说明, 通过步骤 1 03根据管理指令对语音留言执行相应的管理操作的过程可以包括: 本 地终端对接收到的 DTMF信号进行解析,得到远程终端发送的管理指令; 本地终端根据该管理指令对语音留言执行相应的管理操作;本地终端接 收远程终端以其他方式发送的管理指令的过程, 与上述过程类似,在此 不再——赘述。 其中, 对语音留言执行相应的管理操作, 既可以是对所 有语音留言执行相应的管理操作, 也可以是通过 DTMF解析, 对管理指 令指示的语音留言执行相应的管理操作, 在此不再——赘述。
在本实施例中,步骤 1 03根据管理指令对语音留言执行相应的管理 操作, 可以包括: 管理指令为播放指令时, 播放所述播放指令相应的语 音留言; 管理指令为删除指令时, 删除所述删除指令相应的语音留言; 管理指令为备份指令时, 对所述备份指令相应的语音留言进行备份。 其 中, 当管理指令为播放指令时,还可以根据远程终端的指令进行重复播 放等操作; 优选的, 为了便于语音留言管理, 可以在播放语音留言时, 默认播放新的语音留言; 当新的语音留言播放完成时, 该语音留言自动 转入已读语音留言列表中;用户可以通过删除等方式实现已读的语音留 言的管理。
在本实施例中, 以语音留言管理提示为 "添加语音留言请按 " 1 " 、 播放语音留言请按 " 2 " 、 删除语音留言请按 " 3 " 、 备份语音留言请按 " 4 " " 为例进行说明。 当用户需要通过远程终端使本地终端播放语音 留言时, 本地终端通过步骤 1 02接收远程终端发送的管理指令为 " 2 " , 即播放语音留言指令;通过步骤 1 03可以根据该播放语音留言指令对语 音留言进行播放。根据语音留言管理提示对语音留言执行其他的管理操 作的过程, 与上述过程类似, 在此不再——赘述。 进行管理, 也可以对本地终端中一个或几个语音留言进行管理, 在此不 作限制。 其中, 语音留言的管理, 可以包括: 语音留言的添加, 语音留 言的删除, 语音留言的播放, 语音留言的备份, 在此不再——赘述。
本发明实施例提供的语音留言的管理方法, 可以通过本地终端与 软件结合的方式实现上述功能。用户还可以设置本地终端是否支持上述 功能等, 在此不再——赘述。
本发明实施例提供的语音留言的管理方法, 在用户通过远程终端 管理本地终端的语音留言时,本地终端通过接收远程终端根据语音留言 管理提示发送的管理指令,并根据该管理指令对语音留言执行相应的操 作,从而实现远程终端对语音留言的管理。本发明实施例提供的技术方 案解决了现有技术中不能支持远程终端对语音留言进行管理的问题。
为了防止非法远程对本地终端的语音留言执行管理操作, 造成用 户的损失, 如图 2所示, 本发明实施例二提供的语音留言的管理方法, 包括:
步骤 201 , 本地终端获取远程终端的终端识别码。
在本实施例中, 步骤 201 中获取远程终端的终端识别码, 既可以 是用户通过远程终端与本地终端建立连接时 ,本地终端可以对该连接进 行监听, 当监听到本地终端无人接听时, 本地终端获取远程终端的终端 识别码; 也可以是用户通过远程终端与本地终端建立连接时, 本地终端 接收到用户通过远程终端发送的语音留言管理指示后,获取远程终端的 终端识别码。其中, 本地终端接收到用户通过远程终端发送的语音留言 管理指示, 可以是本地终端规定的语音留言管理指示, 如在用户通过远 程终端与本地终端建立连接的过程中,按下井号键等, 在此不再——赘 述。
在本实施例中, 步骤 201 中终端识别码, 是可以识别远程终端的 号码, 在此不再——赘述。 优选的, 该终端识别码也可以是远程终端的 手机号码。
步骤 202 ,本地终端通过预先存储的绑定号码判断终端识别码是否 为合法号码。
在本实施例中, 为了防止其他远程终端非法获取本地终端的语音 定号码是可以识别合法远程终端的号码; 优选的, 该绑定号码可以为合 法远程终端的手机号码。步骤 202中预先存储的绑定号码可以是一个或 多个, 在此不作限制。
在本实施例中, 通过步骤 202 判断终端识别码是否为合法号码, 即判断预先存储的绑定号码中是否包括终端识别码;当包括终端识另 'J码 时, 该终端识别码为合法号码; 当不包括终端识别码时, 该终端识别码 为非法号码。
步骤 203 , 该终端识别码为合法号码时, 本地终端向远程终端发送 语音留言管理提示。
在本实施例中, 终端识别码为合法号码时, 本地终端可以通过步 骤 203以语音的方式向远程终端发送语音留言管理提示,该语音留言管 理提示可以提示用户如何管理语音留言, 如添加语音留言请按 " 1 " 、 播放语音留言请按 " 2" 、 删除语音留言请按 " 3" 、 备份语音留言请按 " 4" 等, 在此不做限制; 本地终端还可以通过步骤 203以其他方式向 远程终端发送语音留言管理提示, 在此不再——赘述。
步骤 204至步骤 205 , 本地终端接收远程终端发送的管理指令, 并 根据该管理指令对语音留言执行相应的管理操作。具体过程可以参考图 1所示的步骤 102至步骤 1 03 , 在此不再——赘述。
进一步的, 为了使终端识别码为非法号码的远程终端也可以进行 语音留言的管理, 如图 3所示, 本实施例中语音留言的管理方法, 还包 括:
步骤 206 , 终端识别码为非法号码时, 本地终端获取用户身份识别 码。
在本实施例中, 当终端识别码为非法号码时, 本地终端可以提示 用户输入用户身份识别码,该用户身份识别码可以为本地终端的访问密 码。 用户通过远程终端输入用户身份识别码后, 以 DTMF信号的方式向 本地终端发送, 本地终端接收到该 DTMF信号后, 对该信号进行解析, 得到用户身份识别码。
步骤 207 ,本地终端判断该用户身份识别码与预先存储的用户密码 是否一致。
在本实施例中, 用户可以预先设置本地终端语音留言的用户密码, 该用户密码既可以是所有远程终端管理语音留言使用的同一个密码;也 可以是针对不同终端管理语音留言使用的相应的密码。 其中,针对不同 终端管理语音留言使用的相应的密码,其用户名可以与远程终端的终端 识别码,也可以为其他与远程终端——对应的名称,在此不再——赘述。
步骤 208 , 用户身份识别码与预先存储的用户密码一致时, 本地终 端向远程终端发送语音留言管理提示。
在本实施例中, 用户身份识别码与预先存储的用户密码一致时, 可以通过步骤 208以语音的方式发送远程终端语音留言管理提示,该语 音留言管理提示可以提示用户如何管理语音留言,如添加语音留言请按 " 1 " 、 播放语音留言请按 " 2" 、 删除语音留言请按 " 3" 、 备份语音 留言请按 " 4" 等, 在此不做限制; 还可以通过步骤 208以其他方式向 远程终端发送语音留言管理提示, 在此不再——赘述。 进行管理, 也可以对本地终端中一个或几个语音留言进行管理, 在此不 作限制。 其中, 语音留言的管理, 可以包括: 语音留言的添加, 语音留 言的删除, 语音留言的播放, 语音留言的备份, 在此不再——赘述。

在本实施例中, 步骤 401 中获取语音留言密码, 既可以是用户通 过远程终端与本地终端建立连接时, 本地终端可以对该连接进行监听, 当监听到本地终端无人接听时, 获取语音留言密码; 也可以是用户通过 远程终端与本地终端建立连接时 ,本地终端接收到用户通过远程终端发 送的语音留言管理指示后, 获取语音留言密码; 还可以是通过终端识别 码或用户身份识别码确定为合法本地终端后,获取语音留言密码。其中, 本地终端接收到用户通过远程终端发送的语音留言管理指示,可以是本 地终端规定的语音留言管理指示,如在用户通过远程终端与本地终端建 立连接的过程中, 按下井号键等, 在此不再——赘述。 步骤 402 ,本地终端判断语音留言密码与预先存储的语音密码是否 一致。
在本实施例中, 为了防止非法用户使用合法远程终端管理语音留 言, 用户可以首先在本地终端中存储语音密码, 该语音密码既可以是所 有远程终端管理语音留言使用的同一个密码;也可以是针对不同终端管 理语音留言使用相应的密码, 其用户名可以与远程终端的终端识别码 , 也可以为其他与远程终端——对应的名称, 在此不再——赞述。
步骤 403 , 语音留言密码与预先存储的语音密码一致时, 本地终端 向远程终端发送语音留言管理提示。
在本实施例中, 语音留言密码与预先存储的语音密码一致时, 本 地终端可以通过步骤 403 以语音的方式向远程终端发送语音留言管理 提示, 该语音留言管理提示可以提示用户如何管理语音留言,如添加语 音留言请按 " 1 " 、 播放语音留言请按 " 2" 、 删除语音留言请按 " 3" 、 备份语音留言请按 " 4" 等, 在此不做限制; 本地终端还可以通过步骤 403 以其他方式向远程终端发送语音留言管理提示, 在此不再——赘 述。

操作执行模块 503 , 用于根据管理指令对语音留言执行相应的管理 操作。
在本实施例中 ,本地终端通过指令接收模块 502接收到远程终端发 送的管理指令后, 以管理指令以 DTMF信号的方式为例进行说明, 通过 操作执行模块 503 根据管理指令对语音留言执行相应的管理操作的过 程可以包括: 本地终端对接收到的 DTMF信号进行解析, 得到远程终端 发送的管理指令;本地终端根据该管理指令对语音留言执行相应的管理 操作; 本地终端接收远程终端以其他方式发送的管理指令的过程, 与上 述过程类似, 在此不再——赘述。 其中, 对语音留言执行相应的管理操 作,既可以是对所有语音留言执行相应的管理操作,也可以是通过 DTMF 解析, 对管理指令指示的语音留言执行相应的管理操作,在此不再—— 赘述。
在本实施例中,操作执行模块 503根据管理指令对语音留言执行相 应的管理操作, 可以包括: 管理指令为播放指令时, 播放所述播放指令 相应的语音留言; 管理指令为删除指令时,删除所述删除指令相应的语 音留言; 管理指令为备份指令时,对所述备份指令相应的语音留言进行 备份。 其中, 当管理指令为播放指令时, 还可以根据远程终端的指令进 行重复播放等操作; 优选的, 为了便于语音留言管理, 可以在播放语音 留言时, 默认播放新的语音留言; 当新的语音留言播放完成时, 该语音 留言自动转入已读语音留言列表中;用户可以通过删除等方式实现已读 的语音留言的管理。
在本实施例中, 以语音留言管理提示为 "添加语音留言请按 " 1 " 、 播放语音留言请按 " 2" 、 删除语音留言请按 " 3" 、 备份语音留言请按 " 4" " 为例进行说明。 当用户需要通过远程终端使本地终端播放语音 留言时,本地终端通过指令接收模块 502接收远程终端发送的管理指令 为 " 2 " , 即播放语音留言指令; 通过操作执行模块 503可以根据该播 放语音留言指令对语音留言进行播放。通过操作执行模块 503根据语音 留言管理指令对语音留言执行其他的管理操作的过程, 与上述过程类 似, 在此不再一一赘述。
进一步的, 为了防止非法远程对本地终端的语音留言执行管理操 作, 造成用户的损失, 如图 6所示, 本实施例提供的语音留言的管理装 置, 包括:
终端识别码获取模块 504 , 用于获取远程终端的终端识别码。
在本实施例中, 终端识别码获取模块 504 中获取远程终端的终端 识别码, 既可以是用户通过远程终端与本地终端建立连接时, 本地终端 可以对该连接进行监听, 当监听到本地终端无人接听时, 本地终端获取 远程终端的终端识别码;也可以是用户通过远程终端与本地终端建立连 接时, 本地终端接收到用户通过远程终端发送的语音留言管理指示后, 获取远程终端的终端识别码。其中, 本地终端接收到用户通过远程终端 发送的语音留言管理指示, 可以是本地终端规定的语音留言管理指示, 如在用户通过远程终端与本地终端建立连接的过程中, 按下井号键等, 在此不再一一赘述。
在本实施例中, 终端识别码获取模块 504中终端识别码,是可以识 别远程终端的号码, 在此不再——赘述。 优选的, 该终端识别码也可以 是远程终端的手机号码。
第一判断模块 505 , 用于通过预先存储的绑定号码判断终端识别码 获取模块获取的终端识别码是否为合法号码。
在本实施例中, 为了防止其他远程终端非法获取本地终端的语音 定号码是可以识别合法远程终端的号码; 优选的, 该绑定号码可以为合 法远程终端的手机号码。第一判断模块 505中预先存储的绑定号码可以 是一个或多个, 在此不作限制。
在本实施例中, 通过第一判断模块 505 判断终端识别码是否为合 法号码, 即判断预先存储的绑定号码中是否包括终端识别码; 当包括终 端识别码时, 该终端识别码为合法号码; 当不包括终端识别码时, 该终 端识别码为非法号码。
此时, 提示发送模块 501 , 用于第一判断模块确定终端识别码为合 法号码时, 向远程终端发送语音留言管理提示。
可选的, 如图 7 所示, 本实施例中语音留言的管理装置, 还可以 包括:
用户识别码获取模块 506 , 用于第一判断模块确定终端识别码为非 法号码时, 获取用户身份识别码。 在本实施例中, 当终端识别码为非法号码时, 本地终端可以提示 用户输入用户身份识别码,该用户身份识别码可以为本地终端的访问密 码。 用户通过远程终端输入用户身份识别码后, 以 DTMF信号的方式向 本地终端发送, 本地终端接收到该 DTMF信号后, 对该信号进行解析, 得到用户身份识别码。
第二判断模块 507 , 用于判断用户识别码获取模块获取的用户身份 识别码与预先存储的用户密码是否一致。
在本实施例中, 用户可以预先设置本地终端语音留言的用户密码, 该用户密码既可以是所有远程终端管理语音留言使用的同一个密码;也 可以是针对不同终端管理语音留言使用的相应的密码。 其中,针对不同 终端管理语音留言使用的相应的密码,其用户名可以与远程终端的终端 识别码,也可以为其他与远程终端——对应的名称,在此不再——赘述。
此时, 提示发送模块 501 , 用于用户身份识别码与预先存储的用户 密码一致时, 向远程终端发送语音留言管理提示。
进一步的, 如图 8 所示, 本实施例中语音留言的管理装置, 还可 以包括:
密码获取模块 508 , 用于获取语音留言密码。
在本实施例中, 密码获取模块 508中获取语音留言密码, 既可以是 用户通过远程终端与本地终端建立连接时 ,本地终端可以对该连接进行 监听, 当监听到本地终端无人接听时, 获取语音留言密码; 也可以是用 户通过远程终端与本地终端建立连接时,本地终端接收到用户通过远程 终端发送的语音留言管理指示后, 获取语音留言密码; 还可以是通过终 端识别码或用户身份识别码确定为合法本地终端后, 获取语音留言密 码。其中,本地终端接收到用户通过远程终端发送的语音留言管理指示, 可以是本地终端规定的语音留言管理指示,如在用户通过远程终端与本 地终端建立连接的过程中, 按下井号键等, 在此不再——赘述。
第三判断模块 509 , 用于判断密码获取模块获取的语音留言密码与 预先存储的语音密码是否一致。
在本实施例中, 为了防止非法用户使用合法远程终端管理语音留 言, 用户可以首先在本地终端中存储语音密码, 该语音密码既可以是所 有远程终端管理语音留言使用的同一个密码;也可以是针对不同终端管 理语音留言使用相应的密码, 其用户名可以与远程终端的终端识别码, 也可以为其他与远程终端——对应的名称, 在此不再——赞述。
此时, 提示发送模块 5 01 , 用于语音留言密码与预先存储的语音密 码一致时, 向远程终端发送语音留言管理提示。 进行管理, 也可以对本地终端中一个或几个语音留言进行管理, 在此不 作限制。 其中, 语音留言的管理, 可以包括: 语音留言的添加, 语音留 言的删除, 语音留言的播放, 语音留言的备份, 在此不再——赘述。
本发明实施例提供的语音留言的管理装置, 可以通过本地终端与 软件结合的方式实现上述功能。用户还可以设置本地终端是否支持上述 功能等, 在此不再——赘述。
本发明实施例提供的语音留言的管理装置,在用户通过远程终端管 理本地终端的语音留言时,本地终端通过接收远程终端根据语音留言管 理提示发送的管理指令, 并根据该管理指令对语音留言执行相应的操 作,从而实现远程终端对语音留言的管理。本发明实施例提供的技术方 案解决了现有技术中不能支持远程终端对语音留言进行管理的问题。
本发明实施例提供的语音留言的管理方法和装置,可以应用在手机 等终端中, 通过相关算法结合手机等终端实现语音留言的管理。
结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的方法或算法的步骤可以直接用硬 件、 处理器执行的软件模块, 或者二者的结合来实施。 软件模块可以置 于随机存储器 (RAM ) 、 内存、 只读存储器 (ROM ) 、 电可编程 R0M、 电 可擦除可编程 R0M、 寄存器、 硬盘、 可移动磁盘、 CD-R0M、 或技术领域 内所公知的任意其它形式的存储介质中。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并 不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围 内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保护范围应所述以权利要求的保护范围为准。

权利要求 书
1、 一种语音留言的管理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
当用户通过远程终端管理本地终端的语音留言时, 所述本地终端向 所述远程终端发送语音留言管理提示;
所述本地终端接收所述远程终端根据所述语音留言管理提示发送的 管理指令;
所述本地终端根据所述管理指令对所述语音留言执行相应的管理操 作。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的语音留言的管理方法, 其特征在于, 在所 述本地终端向所述远程终端发送语音留言管理提示之前, 所述方法还包 括:
所述本地终端获取远程终端的终端识别码; 合法号码;
所述本地终端向所述远程终端发送语音留言管理提示为: 所述终端 识别码为合法号码时, 所述本地终端向所述远程终端发送语音留言管理 提示。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的语音留言的管理方法, 其特征在于, 还包 括:
所述终端识别码为非法号码时, 所述本地终端获取用户身份识别码; 所述本地终端判断所述用户身份识别码与预先存储的用户密码是否 一致;
所述本地终端向所述远程终端发送语音留言管理提示为: 所述用户 身份识别码与所述预先存储的用户密码一致时, 所述本地终端向所述远 程终端发送所述语音留言管理提示。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的语音留言的管理方法, 其特征在于, 在所 述本地终端向所述远程终端发送语音留言管理提示之前, 所述方法还包 括:
所述本地终端获取语音留言密码;
所述本地终端判断所述语音留言密码与预先存储的语音密码是否一 致;
所述本地终端向所述远程终端发送语音留言管理提示为: 所述语音 留言密码与所述预先存储的语音密码一致时, 所述本地终端向所述远程 终端发送所述语音留言管理提示。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的语音留言的管理方法, 其特征在于, 所述 本地终端根据所述管理指令对语音留言执行相应的管理操作, 包括: 所述管理指令为播放指令时, 所述本地终端播放所述播放指令相应 的语音留言;
所述管理指令为删除指令时, 所述本地终端删除所述删除指令相应 的语音留言;
所述管理指令为备份指令时, 所述本地终端对所述备份指令相应的 语音留言进行备份。
6、 一种语音留言的管理装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
提示发送模块, 用于当用户通过远程终端管理本地终端的语音留言 时, 向所述远程终端发送语音留言管理提示;
指令接收模块, 用于接收所述远程终端根据所述语音留言管理提示 发送的管理指令;
操作执行模块, 用于根据所述管理指令对所述语音留言执行相应的 管理操作。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的语音留言的管理装置, 其特征在于, 还包 括:
终端识别码获取模块, 用于获取远程终端的终端识别码;
第一判断模块, 用于通过预先存储的绑定号码判断所述终端识另 'J码 获取模块获取的终端识别码是否为合法号码;
所述提示发送模块, 用于所述第一判断模块确定终端识别码为合法 号码时, 向所述远程终端发送语音留言管理提示。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的语音留言的管理装置, 其特征在于, 还包 括:
用户识别码获取模块, 用于所述第一判断模块确定终端识别码为非 法号码时, 获取用户身份识别码;
第二判断模块, 用于判断所述用户识别码获取模块获取的用户身份 识别码与预先存储的用户密码是否一致;
所述提示发送模块, 用于所述用户身份识别码与所述预先存储的用 户密码一致时, 向所述远程终端发送所述语音留言管理提示。
9、 根据权利要求 6所述的语音留言的管理装置, 其特征在于, 还包 括:
密码获取模块, 用于获取语音留言密码;
第三判断模块, 用于判断所述密码获取模块获取的语音留言密码与 预先存储的语音密码是否一致;
所述提示发送模块, 用于所述语音留言密码与所述预先存储的语音 密码一致时, 向所述远程终端发送所述语音留言管理提示。
