Definitions
- the present invention relates to an elevator arrival display apparatus, and more particularly, to an apparatus for informing a passenger of an elevator arrival state and an opening / closing state of a door using a lighting state of a light emitting device installed in an elevator door.
- FIG. 1 is a front view showing a state of opening and closing of an existing elevator, the left side shows the closed state of the door, the right side shows the open state of the door.
- Most of the existing display devices indicating the arrival of the elevator are the lights installed on the wall of the building next to the elevator door. Most of these lights are arranged side by side, so that the top light blinks when the elevator rises upward and the bottom light blinks when the elevator descends downward.
- the construction of the installation space on the wall should be made, and the structure of the wall must be changed, so there is a disadvantage in that a lot of disclosure time and construction costs are required.
- the indicator since the indicator is located on the upper right part of the door, it is difficult for the waiting passengers to recognize it, and the door of the elevator can not be opened or closed.
- FIG. 2 shows the principle of operation of the safety tissue S
- FIG. 2B is a cross sectional view showing the function of the safety tissue S.
- the elevator door has a double structure, specifically, a double structure of a corridor door (also called “hall door”) and an inner door (also called “car door”).
- Safety tissue is installed at the end of the cardor between the cardor and the holddoor to protect the hands or legs of the user. As shown in Fig. 2A, the safety tissue S installed on the cardor CD maintains the state of Fig. 2A by its own weight, but if a human hand is caught, the direction of the arrow moves to the same position as the left safety tissue S of Fig. 2B. The elevator door will open again.
- 2006-143439 is a device for easily detecting a passenger just before the door is completely closed by installing an easy-to-replace light emitting unit in such a safety tissue.
- the present invention is completely independent of the elevator's hall door (HD), and to distinguish the safety tissue and the car door to the passenger when the door is opened or closed with the elevator arriving, but the corridor without the elevator arriving.
- the problem is that there is no function to tell passengers who are waiting for the elevator.
- Figure 3 shows this device
- Figure 3A is a cross-sectional view of the elevator hall door installed on the wall of the building
- the elliptical part is an enlarged view
- Figure 3B is a cross-sectional view showing only the structure of the hall door
- Figure 3C Front view showing the open and closed state.
- the light emitted from the light source 50 installed inside one corner of the door propagates along the relatively thick light guide plate 54 attached to the inner side of the door panel 52, and thus the light-transmitting part 56 is provided.
- the basic structure is to emit light through the outside.
- the fire door must be provided with a fire protection structure, and the fire protection metal plate 58 covering the light guide plate 54 and the light-transmitting portion 56 is required to satisfy the fire protection requirements, and the light guide plate is fixed to the door panel. It is also necessary to support the structure. Therefore, the structure of the present invention has to take a thick and heavy structure of several layered structure as shown in Figs. 3A to 3B, and thus, the drive motor and the door driving part for lifting the door as well as the door hanger part supporting the door are also existing. Much more powerful ones have to be adopted, and thus the amount of electricity consumed will be greatly increased compared to the conventional ones.
- the innermost fire protection metal plate 58 must be disassembled first, and then the support structure of the light guide plate must be disassembled. Due to its structural nature, this disassembly must be done in the hoistway.
- the hoistway of the elevator is a very dangerous environment to work as a structure that is drilled up and down, requires an assistant worker and various safety tools, and also takes a long time to prevent the use of the elevator for a long time.
- the light-transmitting unit 56 of the present invention has a triangular and inverted triangular shape in order to inform the elevating state, and it can notify the elevating situation only when the door is always closed as in the upper part of FIG. In the state where the door is opened as shown in the lower part of FIG. 3C, the light-emitting part 56 is not covered by the wall of the building, and thus the lifting state cannot be informed.
- 3D is a sectional view of the elevator door in an open state.
- the projection 56 is hidden from the building wall, completely disappearing from the passenger's field of view (arrow), and the light cannot be leaked out by the wall so that the passenger cannot be notified of the lifting status.
- passengers who have arrived swiftly such as commuting time, do not know the direction of operation of the elevator with the door open at all.
- the light-transmitting unit 56 cannot be disposed at the inner corner of the door. I can not tell at all.
- the present invention has been devised in view of the existing problems, and by installing a device that replaces the existing lights on the elevator itself without damaging the building wall at all, it is simple and low cost to the passengers waiting in the hallway
- the main objective is to predict the arrival situation and the opening / closing state of the door.
- the present invention also provides a fire door structure that is simple in structure, light in weight, and fits the fire method, as well as allowing installation and disassembly from a corridor rather than an elevator hoistway.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a forecast device for arrival conditions.
- the present invention also aims to provide an elevator that improves the aesthetics of the elevator door itself, adds aesthetics, and enhances aesthetic value.
- a display device for informing whether the elevator according to the present invention arrives is installed at the end of the side where the two door panels 1 on the corridor side of the elevator meet each other, and integrally with the door panel 1.
- Frame 10 is connected to and made of a metal plate to function as a fire door with the door panel, formed long in the vertical direction and open toward the corridor;
- a light emitting device 20 installed in the frame 10;
- a protective plate 30 which covers the opening of the frame 10 to protect the light emitting device and transmits light, and the entire elevator door including the door panel 1 and the frame 10 has a single-layer structure.
- an elevator arrival display device that notifies passengers waiting in the hallway through the lighting state of the light emitting device 20.
- the protective plate 30 is preferably a transparent plate or a translucent plate.
- an LED is preferable, which may be disposed continuously or intermittently along the length of the frame 10.
- the display device can be simply installed on the existing elevator door without having to restructure the building, thereby greatly reducing the construction cost and construction time.
- the LED can blink along the long line up and down on the elevator door, the LED can be blinked in the desired color and arrangement, so that the elevator is much more beautiful to provide a high decorative effect elevator Can be.

- the light emitting mechanism 20 is installed in the frame 10.
- Such a light emitting device 20 is preferably disposed continuously from the top to the bottom along the frame 10, but may be disposed only on a portion if necessary, or may be arranged in an intermittent form rather than continuous to form a desired pattern.
- the light emitting device 20 installed in the frame 10 may be connected to a power source and a controller not shown in the drawings to display a blinking light as necessary. This connection state will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, and thus description thereof will be omitted.
- the frame 10 When the frame 10 is a metal plate and is installed at one end of the door panel 1, the frame 10 is integrated with the door panel 1 to take a single plate structure. That is, the door panel 1 and the frame 10 are configured as one metal plate in a coupled state. As described above, the elevator door should function as a fire door in preparation for a fire, the frame 10 of the present invention can be combined with the door panel 1 to function as a complete fire door.
- the protective plate 30 is to protect the light emitting device 20 from external impact, basically to transmit light. That is, the protective plate 30 is a transparent plate that completely transmits light or a translucent plate that transmits only part of the light. Of course, if necessary, the shield may have the desired color.
- the display device of the present invention configured as described above may notify the passenger waiting in the hallway through the lighting state of the light emitting device 20.
- LED is most preferable because it consumes less power and generates less heat, and can be displayed in various colors and patterns on the outside. However, needless to say, any light emitting device other than the LED can be used if necessary.
- the display device of the present invention may be modified as shown in FIG. 7.
- the cross-section of the frame 10 described above is L-shaped instead of U-shaped, and the protective plate 30 covering the frame has an L-shaped cross section which is combined with the frame to form a rectangular cross section.
- the light of the light emitting mechanism 20 can pass through the protective plate 30 in the direction perpendicular to the front of the door as well as the front of the door. This will allow for more diverse lighting effects.
- Figure 8 is a cross-sectional view of another embodiment of the present invention, the top view is an assembled view and the bottom view is an exploded view.
- the protection plate 30 is basically arranged between the frame 10 and the door panel 1, and only one end of the protection plate 30 is exposed to the outside. Therefore, the display portion exposed to the outside may be narrower than in the above-described exemplary embodiment.
- the display device of the present invention described above can separate the protective plate 30 and the light emitting device 20 from the frame 10 in front of the hall door, that is, in the hallway. For this reason, when it is necessary to replace the protective plate or the light emitting device, one worker can easily, conveniently and safely replace the work in a safe corridor rather than a dangerous hoistway.
- Figure 9 is a view showing the opening and closing state of the hall door of the elevator according to the present invention
- Figure 9A is a front view and sectional view of the closed state
- Figure 9B is a front view and sectional view of the open state.
