Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé catalytique de production d'hydrogène par reformage d'une charge hydrocarbonée comprenant les étapes consistant à: a) soutirer d'un ballon de vapeur de la vapeur d'eau à température de saturation à la pression P du procédé, b) surchauffer ladite vapeur d'eau issue de l'étape - (a), c) introduire la vapeur d'eau surchauffée issue de l'étape (b) dans un réacteur de reformage autotherme avec la charge hydrocarbonée et de l'oxygène pur, de façon à produire un reformat, d) introduire ledit reformat issu de l'étape (c) dans un réacteur de conversion du monoxyde de carbone à l'eau, de façon à produire un flux enrichi en hydrogène, e) séparer ledit flux enrichi en hydrogène issu de l'étape (d) en au moins un flux d'hydrogène et un flux d'eau, f) purifier ledit flux d'hydrogène issu de l'étape (e).
