Abstract

본 발명은 클라이언트 단말기의 웹브라우저에서 디스플레이되는 웹페이지의 내용을 분석하고 관련있는 다른 웹사이트에 대한 정보를 음성안내문으로 제공하여 검색사이트를 이용하지 않고 다른 웹사이트로 이동할 수 있는 음성안내문을 활용한 순차적 웹사이트 이동 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 주요구성은, 웹서버에서 운영되는 웹페이지에 대한 정보를 등록받아 웹서버DB에 저장하고 관리하는 웹서버 관리모듈과; 웹서버에서 운영되는 웹페이지에 대응되는 키워드를 제공받아 키워드DB에 저장하고 관리하는 웹서버 키워드 관리모듈과; 클라이언트 단말기의 웹브라우저에서 디스플레이되는 웹페이지의 내용을 인식하고 웹페이지를 대표하는 단어 또는 문맥을 대표어로 선택하여 대표어DB에 저장하는 웹브라우저 분석모듈과; 웹브라우저 분석모듈에서 선정된 대표어를 웹서버 키워드 관리모듈의 키워드DB에 저장된 키워드와 비교하여 일치되는 키워드가 존재하면 해당 키워드에 웹서버에 등록된 웹페이지를 링크시키면서 디스플레이되는 웹페이지의 음성안내문으로 생성하는 음성안내문 생성모듈과; 음성안내문 생성모듈에서 생성된 웹페이지 음성안내문을 클라이언트 단말기의 웹브라우저에서 웹페이지가 디스플레이되는 동안에 음성으로 출력시키는 음성안내문 표시모듈;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Description

음성안내문을 활용한 순차적 웹사이트 이동 시스템
본 발명은 클라이언트 단말기의 웹브라우저에서 디스플레이되는 웹페이지의 내용을 분석하고 관련있는 다른 웹사이트에 대한 정보를 음성안내문으로 제공하여 검색사이트를 이용하지 않고 다른 웹사이트로 이동할 수 있는 음성안내문을 활용한 순차적 웹사이트 이동 시스템에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 대부분의 인터넷 이용자는 인터넷으로 원하는 정보를 얻기 위해서는 각종 정보를 제공하는 포털사이트의 검색창에 특정 단어를 입력하여 표시되는 검색결과를 확인하면서 원하는 웹사이트에 접근하는 방법을 사용하거나 웹사이트의 URL를 알고 있는 경우에는 웹브라우저의 연결창에 사이트명을 입력하여 직접 접근하는 방법을 사용한다.
그러나, 인터넷 이용자가 정확하게 원하는 정보를 제공하는 웹사이트를 모르는 경우에는 포털사이트를 이용하여 웹사이트에 접근하게 되지만 검색결과로서 클릭된 웹사이트가 원하는 내용이 아닌 경우에는 다시 포털사이트로 이동하여 다시 검색결과를 확인하여 다른 웹사이트에 접근할 수 밖에 없었다.
한편, 사용자는 원하는 웹사이트에 접근한 후에도 원하는 내용이 있는 또다른 웹사이트에 접근하고 싶어도 다시 검색결과가 표시되는 웹페이지로 이동한 후에 다른 웹사이트를 선택해야 하는 번거로움 문제가 있다.
또한, 일반적인 웹사이트를 서핑하는 동안에는 웹사이트에서 제공하는 별도의 배너, 플로팅 등의 광고내용을 확인하면서 이동할 수 있으나, 배너, 플로팅 등의 광고내용은 웹사이트 운영자가 임의로 설치한 것에 불과하여 웹사이트와 연관성이 없는 문제가 있으며, 광고내용을 노출시키기 위하여 별도의 영역이 필요하기 때문에 웹사이트가 전체적으로 어수선하게 제작될 수밖에 없었다.
따라서, 본 발명의 과제는 클라이언트 단말기의 웹브라우저에서 디스플레이되는 웹페이지의 내용을 분석하고 관련있는 다른 웹사이트에 대한 정보를 음성안내문으로 제공하여 검색사이트를 이용하지 않고 다른 웹사이트로 이동할 수 있는 음성안내문을 활용한 순차적 웹사이트 이동 시스템을 제공하는데 있다.
본 발명의 음성안내문을 활용한 순차적 웹사이트 이동 시스템은, 웹서버에서 운영되는 웹페이지에 대한 정보를 등록받아 웹서버DB에 저장하고 관리하는 웹서버 관리모듈과; 웹서버에서 운영되는 웹페이지에 대응되는 키워드를 제공받아 키워드DB에 저장하고 관리하는 웹서버 키워드 관리모듈과; 클라이언트 단말기의 웹브라우저에서 디스플레이되는 웹페이지의 내용을 인식하고 웹페이지를 대표하는 단어 또는 문맥을 대표어로 선택하여 대표어DB에 저장하는 웹브라우저 분석모듈과; 웹브라우저 분석모듈에서 선정된 대표어를 웹서버 키워드 관리모듈의 키워드DB에 저장된 키워드와 비교하여 일치되는 키워드가 존재하면 해당 키워드에 웹서버에 등록된 웹페이지를 링크시키면서 디스플레이되는 웹페이지의 음성안내문으로 생성하는 음성안내문 생성모듈과; 음성안내문 생성모듈에서 생성된 웹페이지 음성안내문을 클라이언트 단말기의 웹브라우저에서 웹페이지가 디스플레이되는 동안에 음성으로 출력시키는 음성안내문 표시모듈;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
바람직하게, 상기 음성안내문 생성모듈은 클라이언트 사용자가 음성안내문을 구별하여 선택할 수 있도록 선택번호가 함께 제공되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명의 음성안내문을 활용한 순차적 웹사이트 이동 시스템에 의하면 현재 클라이언트 단말기의 웹브라우저에서 실시간으로 디스플레이되는 웹페이지와 관련된 다른 웹사이트에 대한 정보를 음성안내문으로 웹페이지에 출력시켜 검색사이트를 이용하지 않고 다른 웹사이트로 이동할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
또한, 클라이언트 단말기의 웹브라우저에서 디스플레이되는 웹페이지 내용을 형태소분석하기 때문에 웹페이지의 내용중에서 관련도가 높은 중요 대표어를 정확하게 선정할 수 있으므로 웹페이지를 방문한 이용자가 연속적으로 관련된 다른 웹사이트로 쉽게 이동할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
또한, 다른 웹사이트에 대한 안내문이 음성으로 표시되며 1,2와 같이 선택 자판을 누르면 간단하게 다른 사이트로 이동할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
또한, 디스플레이되는 웹페이지에서 기존의 배너와 같은 별도의 영역없이도 간단하게 다른 사이트로 이동할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 기본 개념은 웹사이트 이동 관리서버(20)가 클라이언트 단말기(10)에서 실시간으로 디스플레이되는 웹페이지의 내용을 분석하고, 웹서버(40)에 등록된 또다른 웹페이지에 대한 정보를 음성으로 안내하여 사용자가 별도의 검색과정을 거치지 않고서도 순차적으로 현재의 웹페이지와 관련있는 다른 웹페이지로 이동할 수 있는 것이다.
도 2를 참조하여 본원발명의 음성안내문을 활용한 순차적 웹사이트 이동 관리서버를 자세히 살펴보면, 관리서버(20)는 웹서버 관리모듈(21), 웹서버 키워드 관리모듈(22), 웹브라우저 분석모듈(23), 음성안내문 생성모듈(24), 음성안내문 표시모듈(25), 클라이언트선택 확인모듈(26), 제어모듈(27)을 구비한다.
웹서버 관리모듈(21)은 웹서버에서 운영되는 웹페이지에 대한 정보를 등록받아 웹서버DB(28)에 저장하고 관리한다. 이때, 등록되는 웹서버의 웹페이지에 대한 정보는 웹페이지 각각의 URL를 포함한다.
웹서버 키워드 관리모듈(22)은 웹서버에서 운영되는 웹페이지에 대응되는 키워드를 등록받아 키워드DB(29)에 저장하고 관리한다. 이때, 키워드는 웹서버에서 운영되는 웹페이지 전체에 하나 또는 복수개로 제공받아 등록할 수 있다.
웹브라우저 분석모듈(23)은 클라이언트 단말기(10)의 웹브라우저에서 디스플레이되는 웹페이지의 내용을 인식하고 웹페이지를 대표하는 단어 또는 문맥을 대표어로 선택하여 대표어DB(30)에 저장한다. 이때, 웹브라우저에서 디스플레이되는 웹페이지의 내용은 일반사이트의 웹페이지와, 검색사이트의 검색결과 페이지, 뉴스, 개별사이트 등의 페이지를 모두 포함한다.

음성안내문 생성모듈(24)은 웹브라우저 분석모듈(23)에서 선정된 대표어를 웹서버 키워드 관리모듈(22)의 키워드DB(29)에 저장된 키워드와 비교하여 일치되는 키워드가 존재하면 해당 키워드를 음성안내문으로 생성한다. 이때, 음성안내문은 선정된 키워드에 대응되는 웹페이지가 링크되며 클라이언트 사용자가 음성안내문을 구별하여 선택할 수 있도록 선택번호가 함께 제공된다. 예를 들면, 키워드로 '기아차'가 선정되면, "1번 기아차 판매사이트로 이동하겠습니까?", "2번 기아차 신형사이트로 이동하겠습니까?", "3번 기아차 중고차 판매사이트로 이동하겠습니까?", "4번 기아차 대리점으로 이동하겠습니까?" 등의 음성안내문과 "이동시에는 해당 자판을 눌려주세요"라는 이용 안내문이 함께 생성된다. 해당 자판은 음성안내문의 순위에 대응되는 번호키, 특수키, 엔터키 등에 설정될 수 있다. 한편, 동일한 키워드에 다수의 광고주 웹페이지가 존재하는 경우에는 순차적으로 광고주 웹페이지가 선정되도록 조절할 수 있다.
음성안내문 표시모듈(25)은 음성안내문 생성모듈(24)에서 생성된 웹페이지 음성안내문을 클라이언트 단말기의 웹브라우저에서 웹페이지가 디스플레이되는 동안에 음성으로 출력시킨다.

이하, 도 3의 플로우챠트를 참조하여 본 발명의 순차적 웹사이트 이동 시스템의 진행과정에 대하여 구체적으로 설명한다.
먼저, 관리서버의 웹서버 키워드 관리모듈(22)에서 웹서버 관리모듈(21)에 의해 등록된 웹서버의 웹페이지에 대응되는 키워드를 제공받아 키워드DB(29)에 저장한다(단계 S31). 이때, 키워드는 웹페이지 전체에 하나의 키워드만 설정되거나 또는 각 웹페이지마다 서로 다른 키워드가 설정된다.
클라이언트 단말기(10)의 웹브라우저에서 웹페이지가 디스플레이되면 웹브라우저 분석모듈(23)은 디스플레이되는 웹페이지의 내용을 인식하고(단계 S32), 인식된 웹페이지의 내용을 대표하는 단어 또는 문맥을 대표어로 선정하여 대표어DB(30)에 저장한다(단계 S33, S34). 이때, 웹페이지의 내용이 검색사이트의 검색결과인 경우에는 검색어를 대표어로 선정하거나, 웹페이지의 내용을 형태소 분석하여 웹페이지의 대표어를 선정하거나 또는 웹페이지의 내용 중에서 이미지가 포함되어 있는 경우에는 이미지를 설명하는 정보를 분석하여 이미지를 대표하는 단어를 대표어로 선정할 수 있다.
그 후, 음성안내문 생성모듈(24)을 통해 웹브라우저 분석모듈(23)에서 선정된 대표어를 웹서버 키워드 관리모듈(22)의 키워드DB(29)에 저장된 키워드와 비교하여 일치되는 키워드의 존재유무를 확인하고(단계 S35), 동일한 키워드가 존재하면 해당 키워드를 포함하는 웹서버의 웹페이지 음성안내문으로 생성한다(단계 S36, S37). 이때, 음성안내문에는 클라이언트 사용자가 음성안내문을 선택할 수 있도록 1번, 2번, 3번 등의 선택번호가 함께 부여된다. 또한, 음성안내문으로 생성되는 광고주의 웹페이지가 다수 존재하는 경우에는 순환되거나 중요순위에 광고주 웹페이지가 선정되도록 조절할 수 있다.
그리고, 음성안내문 생성모듈(24)에 의해 웹서버의 웹페이지 음성안내문이 생성되면 안내문 출력모듈(25)을 이용하여 생성된 음성안내문을 클라이언트 단말기의 웹브라우저에서 디스플레이되는 웹페이지에 음성으로 출력시킨다(단계 S38).
한편, 클라이언트 단말기의 웹브라우저에서 음성안내문이 출력되는 동안에 클라이언트 단말기에서 음성안내문에 대응되는 번호가 선택되면(단계 S39), 클라이언트선택 확인모듈(26)은 선택신호로 인식하여 선택된 광고주의 웹페이지를 클라이언트 단말기의 웹브라우저로 출력시킨다(단계 S40). 예를 들면, 1번, 2번, 3번 등의 선택번호 중에서 하나가 키보드 등을 통해 선정된 것으로 확인되면 해당 웹페이지를 출력시킨다. 이때, 음성안내문이 하나인 경우에는 클라이언트에서 선택한 것으로 인식하여 링크된 웹페이지를 출력시킬 수 있다.
이상과 같이, 본 발명은 비록 한정된 실시예와 도면에 의해 설명되었으나, 본 발명은 이것에 의해 한정되지 않으며, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 본 발명의 기술사상과 아래에 기재될 청구범위의 균등범위 내에서 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능함은 물론이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 웹서버에서 운영되는 웹페이지에 대한 정보를 등록받아 웹서버DB에 저장하고 관리하는 웹서버 관리모듈과;
    웹서버에서 운영되는 웹페이지에 대응되는 키워드를 제공받아 키워드DB에 저장하고 관리하는 웹서버 키워드 관리모듈과;
    클라이언트 단말기의 웹브라우저에서 디스플레이되는 웹페이지의 내용을 인식하고 웹페이지를 대표하는 단어 또는 문맥을 대표어로 선택하여 대표어DB에 저장하는 웹브라우저 분석모듈과;
    웹브라우저 분석모듈에서 선정된 대표어를 웹서버 키워드 관리모듈의 키워드DB에 저장된 키워드와 비교하여 일치되는 키워드가 존재하면 해당 키워드에 웹서버에 등록된 웹페이지를 링크시키면서 디스플레이되는 웹페이지의 음성안내문으로 생성하는 음성안내문 생성모듈과;
    음성안내문 생성모듈에서 생성된 웹페이지 음성안내문을 클라이언트 단말기의 웹브라우저에서 웹페이지가 디스플레이되는 동안에 음성으로 출력시키는 음성안내문 표시모듈;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음성안내문을 활용한 순차적 웹사이트 이동 시스템.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 음성안내문은 선정된 키워드에 대응되는 웹페이지가 링크되거나 오픈되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음성안내문을 활용한 순차적 웹사이트 이동 시스템.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 음성안내문 생성모듈은 클라이언트 사용자가 음성안내문을 구별하여 선택할 수 있도록 선택번호가 함께 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음성안내문을 활용한 순차적 웹사이트 이동 시스템.
  4. 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 클라이언트 단말기의 웹브라우저에서 음성안내문이 출력되는 동안에 클라이언트 단말기에서 음성안내문에 대응되는 자판이 선택되면 이를 선택신호로 인식하여 선택된 광고주의 웹페이지를 클라이언트 단말기의 웹브라우저로 출력시키는 클라이언트선택 확인모듈를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음성안내문을 활용한 순차적 웹사이트 이동 시스템.
  5. 청구항 4에 있어서, 상기 자판은 음성안내문의 순위 또는 설정에 대응되는 번호키, 특수키 또는 상기 음성안내문이 출력되는 동안에 입력된 엔터 중에서 선택한 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 음성안내문을 활용한 순차적 웹사이트 이동 시스템.
  6. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 웹서버 키워드는 웹페이지 전체에 한 개 또는 복수개로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음성안내문을 활용한 순차적 웹사이트 이동 시스템.
  7. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 웹브라우저 분석모듈은 웹페이지의 내용이 검색사이트의 검색결과인 경우에는 검색어를 대표어로 선정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음성안내문을 활용한 순차적 웹사이트 이동 시스템.
  8. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 웹브라우저 분석모듈은 웹페이지의 내용을 형태소 분석하여 웹페이지의 대표어를 선정하거나 또는 웹페이지의 내용 중에서 이미지나 동영상이 포함되어 있는 경우에는 이미지나 동영상을 설명하는 정보를 분석하여하여 이미지나 동영상을 대표하는 단어를 대표어로 선정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음성안내문을 활용한 순차적 웹사이트 이동 시스템.
  9. 청구항 1에 있어서, 동일한 키워드에 다수의 광고주 웹페이지가 존재하는 경우에는 순차적으로 광고주 웹페이지가 선정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음성안내문을 활용한 순차적 웹사이트 이동 시스템.
