Abstract

Vorrichtung und Verfahren zur Herstellung eines flächenförmigen wärmeisolierenden Bauelements aus zwei flächenförmigen Baustoffelementen mit den folgenden Merkmalen: Eine Wascheinrichtung und eine folgende Trockeneinrichtung, eine Heizeinrichtung zum Vorwärmen einer Glasscheibe und eine Auflegeeinrichtung von Metall-Dichtungsstreifen auf eine Glasscheibe, eine Ultraschall-Löteinrichtung, die die auf eine Glasscheibe aufgelegten Metall-Dichtungsstreifen entlang des Umfangs mit einer Glasscheibe vakuumdicht verlötet, einem Setzautomat zum Einlegen von Abstandhaltern und Getter auf die Glasscheibe in einem Muster, einer Plasma-Sputter-Reinigungseinrichtung in einer Vakuumkammer.
