Abstract

본 발명은 픽스쳐와 어버트먼트가 원바디(One body)로 되어 골삽입부와 잇몸결합부와 보철결합부가 일체형 임플란트에 대한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 보철결합부의 길이를 연장시킬 수 있는 일체형 임플란트에 대한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 일체형 임플란트는 나사산이 형성된 골삽입부와, 잇몸결합부와, 보철결합부와, 보철연장부를 구비한다. 상기 보철연장부는 상기 보철결합부의 길이를 연장시키기 위하여 상기 보철결합부에 탈착할 수 있게 결합한다. 또한, 상기의 임플란트에 있어서, 상기 보철연장부는 몸체와 볼트를 구비하는 것이 바람직하다. 상기 몸체는 상기 보철결합부의 길이를 연장하도록 상기 보철결합부의 상부에 위치한다. 상기 볼트는 상기 몸체를 상기 보철결합부에 결합시킬 수 있도록 상기 몸체에 삽입되어 상기 보철결합부에 나사결합한다. 본 발명에 의하면 보철연장부를 구비한 일체형 임플란트를 제공함으로서 보철결합부의 길이를 연장할 수 있다. 이 경우 보철연장부의 크기를 다양하게 준비하면 보철결합부의 길이를 다양하게 연장할 수 있다. 따라서 보철결합부의 길이를 적당하게 마련한 후 임플란트가 삽입되는 길이에 맞추어서 보철연장부를 장착함으로써 임플란트 시술시 보철결합부를 절단하는 번거러움을 피할 수 있다.
