然而, 从电子器材接座输出的声音信号的电压是, 只足以驱动内耳式 耳机或头戴式耳机程度的大小; 因此其缺点在于, 用上述共振扩音器输出 同扩音器的声音时, 必须要使用增幅放大器将声音信号放大;

发明内容

形成突起部 152, 突起部 152上则形成用于贯穿环带 (strap ) 160的通孔; 因此, 将环带 160安装于半球形箱盒 150A, 便可携带音响组合主机 200; 在半球形箱盒 150B顶部安装有母连接座 170; 将母连接座 170安装于顶部 时, 是要使收纳于半球形箱盒 150B的振动组件(后述) 即使在安装于振动 体的状态下, 也可轻松插入连接线 300; 在此所述的振动体是指,例如纸盒, 纸箱、 管体、 板状物等半球形箱盒 150B内的振动组件安装于其上时, 受到 振动组件的振动而共振下, 便可输出相同于扩音器声音的物体总称。
母连接座 170是为使半球形箱盒 150B 的顶部外表面与环绕母连接座 170的孔形成一个平面的方式, 而安装于半球形箱盒 150B形成这种平面是 为了不易看出半球形箱盒 150B顶部有安装母连接座 170, 且考虑了音响组 合主机 200的设计性。
半球形箱盒 150A、 150B是由绝缘性塑料或树脂所成型; 图 1 的半球 形箱盒 150A、 150B并未实施色彩与花样; 然而, 为了具备卓越的设计性, 可以着色成红、 绿、 蓝、 黄等色, 还可在其表面实施几何学图样、 人物、 风景、 漫画图像 (character) 图腾等图案。
音响组合主机 200则通过连接线 300,来连接于个人计算机、音乐播放 器、 移动电话等电子器材 400内所具备的母连接座 470。
连接线 300两端备有公连接器 320A、 320B; 因此将连接线 300的公连 接器 320B插入音响组合主机 200的母连接座 170, 另外将连接线 300的公 连接器 320A插入电子器材 400的母连接座 470, 以进行音响组合主机 200 与电子器材 400的电气连接。
通常, 连接线 300 的一端是安装公连接器, 另一端是安装母连接座; 本实施例的连接线 300两端则是安装公连接器 320A、 320B; 其原因在于, 当音响组合主机 200上安装公连接器的话, 该公连接器会从音响组合 200 朝外突出, 而明显损及音响组合主机 200 的设计性, 万一发生掉落或撞击
时, 便容易损坏连接器的安装部分。
图 2为本发明音响组合实施形态的音响组合主机分解图;
音响组合主机 200的半球形箱盒 150A内部未有任何收纳物;另一方面, 半球形箱盒 150B内部则容纳了振动组件 120和母连接座 170。
振动组件 120具有装配于例如纸盒,纸箱、 管体、 板状物等振动体, 而 从振动体输出声音的功能;
振动组件 120包含一永久磁铁 121 (参阅图 3 ) 、 支撑永久磁铁 121的 一磁铁支座 122、 用高强度纸做成管体的一纸管 123、 卷绕固定于纸管 123 周围的一线圈 124 (参阅图 3 ) 、 不让线圈 124形成的导线的两端和母连接 座 170端子的导线(图中未示出)接触磁铁支座 122的一绝缘板 125、及有 效率的将纸管 123 的振动, 传达至纸盒、 纸箱、 管体、 板状物等振动体的 一传导体 126、将传导体 126装配于振动体的一胶带 127、支撑磁铁支座 122 的一振动组件固定具 130。
构成振动组件 120的磁铁支座 122, 是受振动组件固定具 130所支撑; 另外, 振动组件固定具 130则被固定于半球形箱盒 150B; 再者, 振动组件 固定具 130具有将半球形箱盒 150A连结于半球形箱盒 150B的连结部 132; 将振动组件固定具 130固定于半球形箱盒 150B后,会在振动组件 120与半 球形箱盒 150B之间形成空间;在这个空间振动组件 120装配于振动体输出 声音时, 会出现回音而增加声音的音压; 因此, 振动组件 120可有效率的 从振动体输出声音; 电子器材 400与音响组合主机 200之间也可无需设置 增幅放大器的原因就在于, 如此细腻的筹划所致。
半球形箱盒 150A是通过振动组件固定具 130, 被安装于收纳振动组件 120和母连接座 170的半球形箱盒 150B,特别是振动组件 120的传导体 126 侧发挥了保护外来的直接冲撃的作用; 同时, 半球形箱盒 150A则借由振动 组件固定具 130而与半球形箱盒 150B合为一体, 以呈现卓越的音响组合主
机 200设计性, 使音响组合主机 200得以视为配件、 装饰品而随身携带; 再者, 上述音响组合主机 200 的形状是以球形为例, 但本发明的音响 组合 100并未将音响组合主机 200的形状限制为球形; 例如, 也可做成三 角形、 四方形、 多角形、 类似漫画图腾的形状等, 只要确保内部为得以收 纳振动组件 120与母连接座 170中空形状的空间形状, 那么任何形状均可 适用。
本实施例相关音响组合 100, 可在不使用增幅放大器的情况下, 只要将 音响组合主机 200装配于振动体, 便可输出与扩音器相较之下毫不逊色的 音压声音;
因此即便只有直接从电子器材 400的母连接座 470输入的声音信号电 压, 也能获得充分的音压, 于是便将独创性集结于永久磁铁 121、磁铁支座 122、 线圈 124、 传导体 126的构成上。
永久磁铁 121 使用的是磁通量密度大的异方性铁氧体磁铁, 磁力比一 般所用的磁铁还强、 或目前属于高价但具强力磁力的钕磁铁;
此外, 磁铁支座 122是由不让来自永久磁铁 121的磁通量外流的大通 磁率金属材料所形成;
再者, 为了让线圈 124 可流动更大电流, 而缩小直流阻抗、 电阻 (impedance) , 因而专注于形成线圈 124的导线粗度与卷数; 具体而言, 当线圈 124的电阻为 1000Hz时, 则呈 2 Ω左右或此数值之下;
此外, 由于传导体 126必须直接接触振动体以传达振动, 并通过纸管 123有效率的传达微小线圈 124的振动, 因而采用重量轻、强度强的塑料材 料;
另外, 传导体 126必须能轻松安装于振动体, 因此在振动体上的连结 面上粘贴接着力不应过大, 且具有可数度装卸特性的胶带 127; 再者, 也可 用双面胶取代胶带; 或在传导体 126上安装吸附板, 以取代胶带 127及双
面胶; 再者, 由于传导体 126 的振动必须是尽可能在不衰减的情况下传导 至振动体, 因此相较于吸附板, 反倒是以使用胶带 127或双面胶为佳。
绝缘板 125用于, 当振动组件 120收纳于半球形箱盒 150B时, 防止让 形成线圈 124形成的导线两端、 和连接连接器 170端子的导线接触磁铁支 座 122而短路。
图 3为本实施例的相关振动组件剖视图; 图 3不同于图 2分解图, 是 显示装配振动组件 120状态的剖视图;
如图 3所示, 从垂直方向来看, 磁铁支座 122具有圆形形状; 磁铁支 座 122具有形成于容纳永久磁铁 121 凹状的圆柱型容纳部 122A; 容纳部 122A的周围则形成圆形凸缘 (flange ) 状的平坦部 122B; 因此, 磁铁支座 122具有帽子形的相反形状。
磁铁支座 122的容纳部 122A内容纳着, 被容纳部 122A底面与侧壁所 包围般, 比自己的直径高度还低的圆柱型永久磁铁 121 ; 永久磁铁 121的底 面与容纳部 122A的底面呈毫无间隙的密合;永久磁铁 121的上方载置着由 金属所形成的通磁率大的垫圈 (washer) 131, 再者垫圈 131上方则载置永 久磁铁 133; 垫圈 131被毫无间隙的密合于永久磁铁 121, 且永久磁铁 133 也被毫无间隙的密合于垫圈 131 ; 因为一旦出现间隙, 那么永久磁铁 121与 永久磁铁 133磁通量的一部分, 便无法传达至磁铁支座 122或垫圈 131而 外泄,进而引起磁力下降的情况;永久磁铁 121与 133是通过垫圈 131让 N 极与 S极相对的方式所配置而成;垫圈 131用于使通过永久磁铁 121与 133 之间的磁通量方向排列成垂直方向, 以防磁通量外泄。
磁铁支座 122的容纳部 122A的外面, 则安装有焊锡从容纳部 122A侧 面通过平坦部 122B上方的线圈 124导线的连接基板 129; 因此, 是通过连 接基板 129连接母连接座 170与线圈 124。
永久磁铁 121、 垫圈 131、 永久磁铁 133侧面与磁铁支座 122侧面之间
配置了可让线圈 124所卷绕的纸管 123朝长度方向自由移动的间隙; 垫圈 131与磁铁支座 122侧面的间隙尺寸, 略同于纸管 123的厚度; 因此, 纸管 123则被引导至垫圈 131与磁铁支座 122侧面而进行上下移动 (振动) ; 另外, 线圈 124被卷绕于位于垫圈 131的相对位置; 因为垫圈 131的 周围的是磁力最强处; 借此配置永久磁铁 121、 垫圈 131、 永久磁铁 133、 线圈 124, 得以增加声音的音压。
本实施例相关音响组合主机 200并未使用增幅放大器, 因此必须仅通 过来自电子器材 400母连接座 470的电气信号使振动体振动; 由于磁通量 外泄将攸关性能下滑, 尤其会降低所得声音的音压, 因此务必极力避免磁 通量外泄; 磁铁支座 122及垫圈 131采用的是通磁率较大的金属, 因此可 让永久磁铁 121、 133的磁力线在线圈 124上有效发挥作用。
为环绕永久磁铁 121、 垫圈 131、 永久磁铁 133, 所以将纸管 123配置 于其外围; 卷绕于纸管 123周围的线圈 124, 为覆盖垫圈 131外围部分而配 置于此; 并以接着剂等固定纸管 123与线圈 124。
纸管 123为让声音信号流动至线圈 124能自由的振动在永久磁铁 121、 垫圈 131、永久磁铁 133侧面和磁铁支座 122侧面之间、及磁铁支座 122底 面呈浮起的状态下, 必须配置于永久磁铁 121 的外围, 因此纸管 123便借 由安装于磁铁支座 122平坦部 122B的阻尼器 (damper) 128, 得以自由振 动。
阻尼器 128是沿着平坦部 122B的形状,形成出具有中空部分的甜甜圈 形状, 垂直方向的截面则为波浪状; 借阻尼器 128 的支撑使插入于阻尼器 128中空部分的纸管 123得以自由振动;纸管 123的直径具有同于或略大于 阻尼器 128中空部分的直径; 阻尼器 128与纸管 123的外围部分, 则被接 着剂所固定; 阻尼器 128的外围部分, 则被接着剂固定于磁铁支座 122的 平坦部 122B;
因此, 当线圈 124朝永久磁铁 121的厚度方向振动时, 与该振动同步 且受阻尼器 128所支撑的纸管 123, 便朝该长度方向振动。
纸管 123前端部分则安装直径大于纸管 123的传导体 126; 传导体 126 属于具有堵塞纸管 123通孔的圆盘状外形的塑料; 传导体 126的一端为圆 盘状, 另一端则突出嵌入纸管 123内围的数个突起; 传导体 126则通过使 这些突起接着于纸管 123 内围面, 而安装于纸管 123的前端部分; 此时, 则确保不从纸管 123前端部分的开放部、 与传导体 126之间有不漏气的密 封性; 在传导体 126—端的圆盘状外面, 暂时粘贴可自由装卸的胶带 127, 让传导体 126得以装配于振动体;
传导体 126务必在不衰减线圈 124振动的情况下传导至振动体, 因此 在本实施例中则呈圆盘状, 且将传导体 126固定于纸管 123的开放端; 如 此所示, 将传导体 126做成圆盘状后, 相较于做成甜甜圈状, 能封闭于将 纸管 123 内的空气压力, 视为推高传导体 126的力道予以有效运用, 而得 以有效率的向传导体 126传达振动; 若做成甜甜圈状时, 传导体 126的振 动, 会从中空部分外泄, 如此一来便无法有效率的向传导体 126传达振动。
传导体 126务必在不衰减线圈 124振动的情况下传导至振动体, 因此 需一并考虑其重量; 当传导体 126 的重量较重, 便难以呈现高音; 因此纸 管 123、线圈 124、传导体 126各重量与重量比例、阻尼器 128的制动能力, 为了从振动体有效率的输出声音, 且尽可能让该声音的频率特性呈平坦 (flat) , 因而决定不断实施严谨的实验。
使用以上所构成的音响组合 100时, 依以下列程序进行装配与卸除; 首先, 旋转球状音响组合主机 200的半球形箱盒 150A后, 从振动组件 固定具 130连结部 132卸除半球形箱盒 150B; 从半球形箱盒 150B开放面 可见外露于振动组件固定具 130的传导体 126板状物, 在其接触面上粘贴 胶带 127, 使接触面接触纸盒,纸箱、 管体、 板状物等振动体, 将半球箱盒
150B装配于振动体;
将连接线 300的公连接器 320B , 插入于设在半球形箱盒 150B顶部的 母连接座 170, 且将连接线 300的公连接器 320A, 插入于电子器材 400的 母连接座 (例如内耳式耳机接座) 470; 由于是在半球形箱盒 150B的顶部 设置接座 170, 因此插入公连接器 320B时即便施力, 其力道也可发挥将传 导体 126推往振动体方向的作用,而得以将半球形箱盒 150B装配于振动体 的状态下, 轻松连接上公连接器 320B;
将连接线 300连接于音响组合主机 200的状态下, 从电子器材 400输 出声音信号后, 永久磁铁 121与线圈 124之间会呼应声音信号产生振动, 使该振动传达至纸管 123与传导体 126使振动体振动; 同时在安装于振动 组件固定具 130的振动组件 120、 与形成于半球形箱盒 150B之间的空间产 生回音, 以增加音压。
借此从振动体输出同于扩音器的音压声音; 再者, 此时的音压虽不如 增幅放大器所驱动的扩音器来得大, 但却足以具备可在恬静场所享受音乐、 或在公司内进行简报的实用性。
使用后, 从半球形箱盒 150B与电子器材 400中卸除连接线 300, 再从 振动体卸除半球形箱盒 150B 后, 将半球形箱盒 150A 安装于半球形箱盒 150B; 接下来, 用环带 160将音响组合主机 200固定于手提袋等; 如此一 来, 音响组合主机 200也可发挥饰品跟配件功能, 还可轻松携带。
借由本实施例相关音响组合 100无需增幅放大器因此携带便利, 另外 也无须增幅放大器的电源, 因此使用便利性极佳; 再者, 还可视为装饰品 或配件随身携带,因此无论如何使用音响组合 100,均无需担心携带的问题; 另外, 因无需增幅放大器与电源, 而得以在减少零组件数之下, 进行低成 本生产, 且提升可靠性。
Claims
1.一种音响组合, 其特征在于, 其包括:
一振动组件, 该振动组件包含有:
一永久磁铁;
一具有容纳该永久磁铁的凹形容纳部的磁铁支座;
一在该永久磁铁侧面和该磁铁支座容纳部侧面的间隙, 收纳有环绕永 久磁铁周围, 支撑能自由振动的线圈的纸管; 及
一被安装于所述纸管一端以振动其振动体的传导体;
其中形成线圈的导线两端是通过连接线, 直接连接于对内耳式耳机或 头戴式耳机输出声音信号的电子器材连接座, 且传导体是基于连接座所输 出的声音信号, 通过纸管传达线圈的振动, 再从振动体输出声音。
2.依权利要求 1所述的音响组合, 其特征在于, 该振动组件被收纳于 二分割的的箱盒内, 其中一箱盒内更进一步包含有一个可安装插入该连接 线公连接器的母连接座, 该母连接座上则连接前述线圈形成的导线的两端。
3.依权利要求 1或 2所述的音响组合, 其特征在于, 其中收纳于该一 箱盒内的振动组件与该箱盒之间形成空间, 借由该空间增加声音的音压。
4.依权利要求 1或 2所述的音响组合, 其特征在于, 其中所述传导体 具有圆盘形状, 前述传导体则在所述振动体接触面上装有胶带。
5.依权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的音响组合, 其特征在于, 前述永 久磁铁是由磁通量密度大的异方性铁氧体磁铁或钕磁铁所形成,在 1000 Hz 的频率下, 该线圈的电阻为 2 Ω以下。
