Description
本发明涉及一种用在沐浴领域中的防倒流机构。
现有的防倒流机构,如中国专利数据库公开的ZL200720008772.5。防倒流机构,它包括一基体、一弹簧和一密封件。所述基体内形成为水路。所述密封件通过弹簧连接在水路之内。在水路顺流时,水压正作用在密封件上,使弹簧压缩,使得水路导通;在水路倒流时,水压反作用在密封件上,弹簧弹力作用在密封件上,使密封件密封水路。现有的防倒流机构存在有如下不足:1、零件多,成本高,装配不便;2、占用空间大,不适用沐浴领域的出水终端,如花洒或龙头,无实用性。
本发明提供了用在沐浴领域中的防倒流机构,其克服了背景技术中的防倒流机构所存在的无法应用于沐浴领域的出水终端的不足。
本发明解决其技术问题的所采用的技术方案是:
用在沐浴领域中的防倒流机构,它包括:
一基体,它具有一水路、一位于水路之内的固定座和至少一将固定座固接在水路之内的辐条,所述该些辐条之间形成通路;及
一弹性密封件,它具有一弹性密封片和一设在弹性密封片正面的固定部,所述固定部固接在固定座,所述弹性密封片适配水路,其中:水路水流顺流,则弹性密封片受顺流冲击作用以导通通路;水路水流倒流,则弹性密封片受倒流冲击作用以密封通路。
一较佳实施例之中:
所述固定座之内设有一贯穿孔;
所述固定部具有一固接在弹性密封片正面的适配段、一固接在适配段的卡接段和一固接在卡接段的导向段,所述固定部穿过贯穿孔,而且,所述适配段和贯穿孔适配连接在一起,所述卡接段截面面积大于贯穿孔截面面积。
一较佳实施例之中:
所述固定座背面凸设有一固定轴;
所述固定部处设置为一套接孔,所述套接孔紧套在固定轴。
一较佳实施例之中:所述弹性密封片包括一基本段和一由基本段周缘向外延伸而成的V形段,所述V形段开口朝向正向。
一较佳实施例之中:所述V形段包括一由基本段周缘向背向向外延伸的倾斜段及一由倾斜段向正向向外延伸的抓紧段。
一较佳实施例之中:所述弹性密封片外侧周部朝背向弯折。
一较佳实施例之中:所述弹性密封片正面外侧周部设为倒角。
一较佳实施例之中:所述基体包括一套件,所述套件的内孔为所述水路;该些辐条环形阵列固接在套件和固定座之间。
一较佳实施例之中:所述套件的内孔为阶梯孔,所述密封片正面朝向阶梯孔的阶梯面。
一较佳实施例之中:所述阶梯面设置为倾斜面。
本技术方案与背景技术相比,它具有如下优点:
1、将弹性密封件的变形功能应用至水路中,水路水流顺流时弹性密封片受顺流冲击作用正向变形以导通通路,水路水流倒流时弹性密封片受倒流冲击作用复位或反向变形以密封通路,则克服了背景技术所存在的不足,弹性密封片占用空间小,能够适用于沐浴领域中的花洒或龙头,实用性强,零件少,降低成本;
2、固接头包括适配段、卡接段和导向段,将其和密封件的弹性性能结合,便于将固接头固定在固定座,能增强固定座和固定部之间的固接;
3、设有环形陈列的多个辐条,密封片在密封时可靠在辐条之上,能增强密封性能,防止反向变形过大,则水压越大密封性能越强;
4、弹性密封片包括基本段和V形段,V形段开口朝向正向,利用V型段的变形性能,能够增强密封性能;
5.弹性密封片外侧周部朝背向弯折,增强变形系数,增强密封性能;
6.弹性密封片正面外侧周部设为倒角,增强变形系数,增强密封性能;
7.套件的内孔为阶梯孔,密封片正面朝向阶梯孔的阶梯面,密封性能强。

实施例一。请查阅图1至图5,用在沐浴领域中的防倒流机构,它包括一基体100和一弹性密封件200。
所述基体100,它包括一套件110、一固定座120和多个辐条130。所述套件110的内孔形成为水路140,本实施例之中,所述内孔为阶梯孔,所述阶梯孔的阶梯面141可为平面也可为倾斜面。所述固定座120位于水路140之中,并通过多个辐条130将其固接在水路140之内。所述该些辐条130环形阵列,而且,每相隔的两个辐条130之间都形成通路。所述固定座120之内设有一贯穿孔121。最好,所述套件110之外凹设有一环形槽111,所述环形槽111之内连接有一O型圈112。
所述弹性密封件200,它一体成型,并具有一弹性密封片210和一设在弹性密封片210正面的固定部220。所述固定部220具有一固接在弹性密封片200正面的适配段221、一固接在适配段的卡接段222和一固接在卡接段的导向段223,所述导向段之上最好设置有倾斜导向面,以便于装配。所述弹性密封片210正面外侧周部设为倒角211。
所述弹性密封件200的固定部220穿过基体100的固定座120的贯穿孔121,而且,所述适配段221和贯穿孔121适配连接在一起,所述卡接段222截面面积大于贯穿孔121截面面积并卡接在固定座120正面。所述密封片210正面朝向基体100的阶梯孔的阶梯面141。
请查阅图2和图3,水路140水流顺流时,弹性密封片210受顺流冲击作用正向变形以导通通路,此时水路140导通;
请查阅图4和图5,水路140水流倒流时,弹性密封片210受倒流冲击作用复位或反向变形靠压在辐条130背面和阶梯面141,以密封通路,此时水路140密封。
实施例二。它与实施例一不同之处在于:请查阅图6,所述弹性密封片210外侧周部朝背向弯折。
实施例三。它与实施例一不同之处在于:请查阅图7,所述弹性密封片210包括一基本段212、一由基本段212周缘向背向向外延伸的倾斜段213及一由倾斜段向正向向外延伸的抓紧段214,所述倾斜段213和抓紧段214配合组成V形段,V形段开口朝向正向。
实施例四。请查阅图8,用在沐浴领域中的防倒流机构,它包括一基体100和一弹性密封件200。
所述基体100,它包括一套件110、一固定座120和多个辐条130。所述套件110的内孔形成为水路140,本实施例之中,所述内孔为阶梯孔,所述阶梯孔的阶梯面141可为平面也可为倾斜面。所述固定座120位于水路140之中,并通过多个辐条130将其固接在水路140之内。所述该些辐条130环形阵列,而且,每相隔的两个辐条130之间都形成为通路。所述固定座120背面凸设有一固定轴122。最好,所述套件110之外凹设有一环形槽111,所述环形槽111之内连接有一O型圈112。

水路140水流顺流时,弹性密封片210受顺流冲击作用正向变形以导通通路,此时水路140导通;水路140水流倒流时,弹性密封片210受倒流冲击作用复位或反向变形靠压在辐条130背面和阶梯面141,以密封通路,此时水路140密封。
实施例五。它与实施例四不同之处在于:请查阅图9,所述弹性密封片210外侧周部朝背向弯折。
实施例六。它与实施例四不同之处在于:请查阅图10,所述弹性密封片210包括一基本段212、一由基本段212周缘向背向向外延伸的倾斜段213及一由倾斜段向正向向外延伸的抓紧段214,所述倾斜段213和抓紧段214配合组成V形段,V形段开口朝向正向。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
本发明用在沐浴领域中的防倒流机构,其水路水流顺流,则弹性密封片受顺流冲击作用以导通通路;水路水流倒流,则弹性密封片受倒流冲击作用以密封通路。本发明能够适用于沐浴领域中的花洒或龙头,具有良好的工业实用性。
Claims (10)
- 用在沐浴领域中的防倒流机构,其特征在于:它包括:一基体,它具有一水路、一位于水路之内的固定座和至少一将固定座固接在水路之内的辐条,所述该些辐条之间形成通路;及一弹性密封件,它具有一弹性密封片和一设在弹性密封片正面的固定部,所述固定部固接在固定座,所述弹性密封片适配水路,其中:水路水流顺流,则弹性密封片受顺流冲击作用以导通通路;水路水流倒流,则弹性密封片受倒流冲击作用以密封通路。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用在沐浴领域中的防倒流机构,其特征在于:所述固定座之内设有一贯穿孔;所述固定部具有一固接在弹性密封片正面的适配段、一固接在适配段的卡接段、一固接在卡接段的导向段,所述固定部穿过贯穿孔,而且,所述适配段和贯穿孔适配连接在一起,所述卡接段截面面积大于贯穿孔截面面积。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用在沐浴领域中的防倒流机构,其特征在于:所述固定座背面凸设有一固定轴;所述固定部设置为一套接孔,所述套接孔紧套在固定轴。
- 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的用在沐浴领域中的防倒流机构,其特征在于:所述弹性密封片包括一基本段和一由基本段周缘向外延伸而成的V形段,所述V形段开口朝向正向。
- 根据权利要求4所述的用在沐浴领域中的防倒流机构,其特征在于:所述V形段包括一由基本段周缘向背向向外延伸的倾斜段及一由倾斜段向正向向外延伸的抓紧段。
- 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的用在沐浴领域中的防倒流机构,其特征在于:所述弹性密封片外侧周部朝背向弯折。
- 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的用在沐浴领域中的防倒流机构,其特征在于:所述弹性密封片正面外侧周部设为倒角。
- 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的用在沐浴领域中的防倒流机构,其特征在于:所述基体包括一套件,所述套件的内孔为所述水路;该些辐条环形阵列固接在套件和固定座之间。
- 根据权利要求8所述的用在沐浴领域中的防倒流机构,其特征在于:所述套件的内孔为阶梯孔,所述密封片正面朝向阶梯孔的阶梯面。
- 根据权利要求9所述的用在沐浴领域中的防倒流机构,其特征在于:所述阶梯面设置为倾斜面。
