- 节水止逆阀,其特征在于:它包括:一阀体,它具有一水路、一位于水路之内的固定座和至少一将固定座固接在水路之内的辐条,所述该些辐条之间形成通路;一弹性止逆件,它具有一弹性止逆片和一设在弹性止逆片正面中心的固定头,所述固定头固接在固定座,所述弹性止逆片适配水路,其中:水路水流顺流,则弹性止逆片受顺流冲击作用变形以导通通路;水路水流倒流,则弹性止逆片受倒流冲击作用复位以密封通路;及一弹性节水片,它开设有至少一贯穿的通水孔,所述弹性节水片密封装接在阀体的水路之内,其中:所述弹性节水片受水路水流水压作用会变形以改变通水孔的通水截面面积。
- 根据权利要求1所述的节水止逆阀,其特征在于:所述固定座之内设有一贯穿孔;所述固定头具有一固接在弹性止逆片正面的适配段、一固接在适配段的卡接段和一固接在卡接段的导向段,所述固定头穿过贯穿孔,而且,所述适配段和贯穿孔密封适配连接在一起,所述卡接段截面面积大于贯穿孔截面面积。
- 根据权利要求1所述的节水止逆阀,其特征在于:所述节水片顶面凸设有与通水孔等数的凸台,所述每一通水孔的顶端均穿过对应的凸台。
- 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的节水止逆阀,其特征在于:所述阀体包括一套件,所述辐条固设在固定座和套件之间;所述套件之顶端面固设有至少二个立柱,所述立柱末端向水路方向延伸形成卡扣;所述弹性节水片底部的外回转面密封固接在套件顶部的内回转面,而且,所述卡扣卡接在弹性节水片的顶面。
- 根据权利要求4所述的节水止逆阀,其特征在于:所述套件之内设置有朝上的台阶面,所述弹性节水片底面支撑在台阶面上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的节水止逆阀,其特征在于:所述弹性止逆片包括一基本段和一由基本段周缘向外延伸而成的V形段,所述V形段开口朝向正向。
- 根据权利要求6所述的节水止逆阀,其特征在于:所述V形段包括一由基本段周缘向背向向外延伸的倾斜段及一由倾斜段向正向向外延伸的抓紧段。
- 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的节水止逆阀,其特征在于:所述阀体包括一套件及一固定圈,所述固定圈固接在套件底部,而且,所述固定圈下端设有朝内的固定缘;所述弹性节水片设置在套件之内并支撑在固定缘之上,同时密封固接在套件底部的内回转面。
