Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un système destiné à décaper des objets au moyen d'une tête de décapage (1) avec un agent de décapage (2), l'agent contenant un fluide de décapage comprenant un mélange d'un fluide de transport et d'un matériau abrasif. Le fluide de décapage est acheminé jusqu'à la tête de décapage par l'intermédiaire d'un premier conduit (3) relié à la tête de décapage et de l'air est acheminé par l'intermédiaire d'un second conduit (4). La tête de décapage est reliée par l'intermédiaire du premier conduit et du second conduit à une unité d'alimentation (6), commandée par un élément de commande (5) pour fluide et air respectivement. Le fluide de décapage et l'air se mélangent dans la tête de décapage à l'agent de décapage, qui, sous l'influence de la pression d'alimentation du fluide de décapage et/ou de l'air, est pulvérisé de force depuis la tête de décapage contre l'objet à décaper. L'invention se rapporte en outre à un commutateur (7), par exemple un veille automatique située sur la tête de décapage, le commutateur étant relié à l'élément de commande. Dans un premier état du commutateur, la pression d'alimentation du fluide de décapage et/ou de l'air a une valeur par laquelle l'agent de décapage est pulvérisé de force depuis la tête de décapage contre l'objet à décaper. Dans le second état du commutateur, la pression d'alimentation du fluide de décapage et/ou de l'air change de sorte que la force de la pulvérisation d'agent de décapage depuis la tête de décapage diminue. Cependant, l'application d'une telle commande par l'élément de commande permet d'éviter au premier conduit et/ou à la tête de décapage d'être bloqués ou obstrués par le dépôt du matériau abrasif dans le fluide de décapage.
