Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de préchauffage (1) destiné au préchauffage d'un moteur diesel qui comprend un circuit haute température (8) et un circuit basse température (9), ce système comportant une pompe de circulation et une unité de préchauffage (2) pour faire circuler et préchauffer un liquide d'échange thermique, avec une amenée (3), dans laquelle est disposé un branchement d'amenée (5) pour le raccordement du circuit haute température (8) et du circuit basse température (9), et un retour (4), dans lequel est disposé un branchement de retour (6) pour le raccordement du circuit haute température (8) et du circuit basse température (9). L'invention vise à créer un système qui permette de réduire le plus possible les pertes de préchauffage et d'accélérer le processus de préchauffage. A cet effet, le branchement d'arrivée (5) et/ou le branchement de retour (6) sont formés chacun par une vanne thermostatique (18), chaque vanne thermostatique (18) permettant la circulation du liquide d'échange thermique soit dans le circuit haute température (8) soit dans le circuit basse température (9), en fonction d'une température de commutation.
