Claims (11)
- Moteur à combustion interne doté d'un moteur à combustion (12), qui comporte une culasse (14) et un boîtier de cylindre (16), et d'un système de refroidissement, qui comprend un conduit de liquide de refroidissement (18) de la culasse (14) et un conduit de liquide de refroidissement (20) du boîtier de cylindre (16), le conduit de liquide de refroidissement (20) du logement de cylindre (16) étant intégré au moins en partie dans le système de refroidissement parallèlement au conduit de liquide de refroidissement (18) de la culasse (14) et un écoulement dans le conduit de liquide de refroidissement (20) du boîtier de cylindre (16) pouvant être réglé au moyen d'une (première) vanne thermostatique à matière expansible (32), dont la régulation du débit volumétrique en fonction de la température requiert un flux pilote du liquide de refroidissement par le conduit de liquide de refroidissement (20) du boîtier de cylindre (16), un dispositif d'intervention (34) étant associé à la (première) vanne thermostatique à matière expansible (32), au moyen duquel un tel flux pilote du liquide de refroidissement peut être empêché ou autorisé pour la (première) vanne thermostatique à matière expansible (32), caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'intervention (34) comprend un dispositif de chauffage (62) pour la (première) vanne thermostatique à matière expansible (32) et/ou en ce que le dispositif d'intervention (34) comprend une seconde vanne thermostatique à matière expansible (46).
- Moteur à combustion interne selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'intervention (34) comprend une vanne de commande (60).
- Moteur à combustion interne selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la température de démarrage de régulation de la seconde vanne thermostatique à matière expansible (46) est inférieure à la température de démarrage de régulation de la première vanne thermostatique à matière expansible (32).
- Moteur à combustion interne selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la seconde vanne thermostatique à matière expansible (46) peut être soumise à l'action d'un flux de liquide de refroidissement par le biais d'une ligne de liaison (52), qui part de la ligne de liquide de refroidissement (18) de la culasse (14) ou d'un point en aval de celle-ci.
- Moteur à combustion interne selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le système de refroidissement comporte un circuit de refroidissement principal comprenant les conduits de liquide de refroidissement (18, 20) de la culasse (14) et du boîtier de cylindre (16), une (première) pompe à liquide de refroidissement (22) et un radiateur principal (28), ainsi qu'une voie secondaire (26) partant du circuit de refroidissement principal et débouchant dans le circuit de refroidissement principal et contournant ainsi une partie du circuit de refroidissement principal pour former un circuit de refroidissement secondaire.
- Moteur à combustion interne selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un radiateur de chauffage (40) et/ou un refroidisseur de recirculation des gaz d'échappement (42) et/ou un refroidisseur de turbocompresseur (44) et/ou une seconde pompe à liquide de refroidissement (38) est/sont intégré(e)(s) dans la voie secondaire (26).
- Moteur à combustion interne selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que le circuit de refroidissement principal comprend une dérivation (30) pour le radiateur principal (28), une distribution d'un écoulement de liquide de refroidissement entre d'une part le radiateur principal (28) et d'autre part la dérivation (30) contournant le radiateur principal (28) pouvant être commandée au moyen d'un dispositif de distribution (48).
- Moteur à combustion interne selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de distribution (48) comprend une autre vanne thermostatique à matière expansible (50).
- Moteur à combustion interne selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'une soupape d'arrêt (36) est intégrée dans la partie du circuit de refroidissement principal contournée par la voie secondaire (26).
- Moteur à combustion interne selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la (première) vanne thermostatique à matière expansible (32) peut être contournée au moyen d'une dérivation (56), un débit volumétrique du liquide de refroidissement pouvant être commandé au moyen d'une vanne de commande (58) par le biais de cette dérivation (56).
- Véhicule à moteur (10) doté d'un moteur à combustion interne selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, prévu pour générer une puissance motrice.
