管理是指用户在所有通信业务中的联系人帐号都集中存储、 集中显示, 并且 通过统一的用户界面进行操作, 如添加、 删除、 发起通信等。 二, 若千通信插件, 其中每个通信插件提供一项通信服务。 通信插件可 以动态安装、 升级和卸载, 以更新统一通信客户端的功能。 其中, "动态,,是 指, 通信插件可以独立发布给用户, 安装、 升级和卸载插件随时可以进行, 不需要主程序重新编译或安装。 为了实现通信插件的动态安装、 替换和升级, 通信插件可以以动态链接 库文件的形式提供, 统一通信客户端的主程序则是一个可执行文件。 同类通 信业务, 例如 MSN和 QQ的业务流程非常相似, 因此实现它们的动态链接 库的导出函数定义相同, 不过实现不同。 这样当主程序调用 MSN动态链接 库的 Send函数发送的是一个 MSN消息, 而调用 QQ动态链接库发送的是一 个 QQ消息。 一种通信业务, 只要知道其业务类型 (例如, 即时消息), 便可 知道实现它的动态链接库有哪些导出函数。 统一通信客户端以一个配置文件记录所有已安装的通信插件, 每个通信 插件记录的信息包括: 通信插件对应的动态链接库文件路径、 实现的业务名 称 (如 MSN、 QQ等)、 通信业务类型 (例如, 即时消息)。 主程序通过读取 此配置文件, 便可生成支持的通信业务列表。 用户要执行某种通信业务时, 主程序便加载对应的动态链接库, 然后调用它的导出函数完成业务功能。 安装一个通信插件, 需要在配置文件中增加一条记录。 而删除一个通信 插件, 除了删除相应的动态链接库, 还需要从配置文件中删除对应的记录。 由于替换动态链接库文件不需要主程序重新编译, 因此可以动态升级通信插 件。 实施例 2 实施例 1中的主程序提供的集中的联系人帐号管理功能主要通过以下手 段来实现:
1 , 在联系人帐号的用户管理界面方面, 提供了一种联系人帐号聚合的 功能。 所谓联系人帐号聚合, 是指统一通信客户端自动将显示名称相同的联 系人帐号进行分组, 每组帐号被客户端视为一条联系人记录, 作为一个整体 显示, 并且用户发起通信时也只需指定一个帐号组作为对象。 联系人帐号聚 合功能如图 9所示。
2, 当用户作为通信发起者时, 客户端提供了动态通信菜单的交互机制。 用户发起通信时, 只需指定一个帐号组作为对象 (例如, 选定联系列表中显 示的一条记录, 因为帐号聚合功能, 每条联系人记录对应一组帐号), 客户端 根据用户的通信帐号的登录情况、 通信能力, 以及所有联系人帐号的在线情 况、 通信能力, 自动列出与该联系人所有可能的通信方式, 生成动态通信菜 单, 图 10 示出了动态通信菜单的一个示例。 每个联系人的动态通信菜单可 能不同。
3 , 当用户作为通信对象时, 客户端自动将通信发起方的通信帐号关联 到某个联系人记录,因此可以在通信提示界面中显示联系人记录的显示名称。 实施例 3 图 11是根据本发明实施例 3的通信客户端的详细软件架构示意图,如图 11所示, 各构件的功能说明如下: 一, 主程序, 是通信客户端的主体, 负责实现与用户的交互, 即向用户 展示数据 (例如联系列表) 及接受用户输入。 二, 插件管理器, 负责通信插件的动态加载。 三, 通信插件, 每个通信插件实现一项业务功能, 例如飞信、 MSN等。 四, 数据库, 负责存储各类业务的联系人。 在上述构件的协作下, 通信客户端应用从启动到显示出所有业务联系人 的主要步骤如图 12所示, 包括: 步骤 S 1201 , 插件管理器加载所有通信插件; 步骤 S 1202, 主程序调用通信插件的登录功能, 完成所有用户帐号的登 录; 步骤 S 1203 , 各通信插件完成登录后, 从服务器下载联系人列表, 并将 其存入数据库; 步骤 S 1204, 主程序从数据库中读取各通信插件写入的联系列表, 集中 显示, 并且实施帐号聚合。
在步骤 S 1204中, 每个业务的联系人帐号都存储于关系型数据库的一个 对应表中, 每个帐号多对应表中的一个条目。 不同业务定义的联系人属性不 同, 因此不同表中条目的属性也不同, 但有一些属性是所有业务中都必须定 义的, 如显示名称、 头像、 联系人所属业务等。 统一通信客户端遍历数据库 所有表, 将每条记录的共同属性显示在一个列表中, 便可集中显示联系人。 用户如对联系列表的某条记录进行操作, 例如查看详细信息, 统一通信 客户端便读取该记录的"所属业务"属性, 然后调用相应的通信插件, 执行查 看详细信息操作。 如果开启联系人帐号聚合功能, 统一通信客户端遍历所有联系人帐号记 录后, 将生成虚拟的联系列表, 列表中的每一项的显示名称都不同, 并且每 一项映射显示名称相同的一条或多条联系人帐号记录。 统一通信客户端显示 此虚拟的联系列表, 便实现了联系人帐号聚合功能。 在上述构件的协作下, 用户点击一个联系人, 客户端自动生成动态通信 菜单的流程如图 13所示, 包括: 步骤 S 1301 , 主程序检查虚拟联系列表, 得到该联系人对应的联系人帐 号记录; 步骤 S 1302, 主程序根据联系人帐号的所属业务属性, 通过插件管理器 向相应的通信插件查询对该联系人帐号可以执行的通信操作; 步骤 S 1303 , 主程序依次检查所有联系人帐号的可用通信方式; 步骤 S 1304, 主程序将所有帐号的可用通信方式合并生成联系人的可用 通信操作集合; 步骤 S 1305 ,主程序才艮据联系人的可用通信操作集合生成动态通信菜单。 在上述构件的协作下, 实现通信发起方帐号识别的步骤如图 14 所示, 其巾: 步骤 S 1401 , 通信插件收到通信请求后, 将通信发起方的帐号及通信业 务类型通过插件管理器 ·ί艮告主程序; 步骤 S 1402,主程序用发起方的帐号检索数据库中该业务的所有联系人;

通信客户端调用所述确定的通信插件向所述目标联系人发起所述选 择的通信业务类型的通信过程。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在通信客户端接受用户操作 以生成对应于所述操作的通信请求之前, 还包括:
通信客户端控制所述多个通信插件登陆到各自服务器获取联系人信 息, 其中, 所述联系人信息包括: 联系人名称和通信帐号;
通信客户端将对应于同一个联系人名称的通信帐号划分在同一个组 中;
通信客户端显示每个组所对应的联系人名称。
