Definitions

  • the present invention relates to telecommunications technology, and more particularly to recharging technology in telecommunications networks. Background technique
  • the disadvantage of the prepaid recharge method is that if there is no balance in the mobile phone account, in addition to being able to call some emergency calls (such as a call for help), no call can be made.
  • some emergency calls such as a call for help
  • Many users have experienced such a situation: When they are trying to make some important calls, they are unable to make these calls due to prepaid charges; or when some important calls are in progress, the prepaid charges are insufficient.
  • Prepaid channels such as recharge cards cannot be obtained by users at any time. For example, users may be in a strange city and cannot find a recharge card sales point; or the user is riding a train and cannot access the Internet. This makes the user unable to recharge, which is very inconvenient.
  • the patent application with the publication number CN1365223A discloses a charging method for a mobile prepaid service, in which a telephone card of a mobile network is recharged using a telephone card of a fixed intelligent network such as a 200/300 card. It can be seen that in the disclosed technical solution, if the prepaid calling card of the fixed intelligent network cannot be obtained, the mobile phone account cannot be recharged. In real life, the prepaid calling card of the fixed intelligent network is similar to the mobile phone recharge card, and it needs to be purchased in advance, and it is impossible to obtain it anytime and anywhere. Therefore, this method of recharging does not fundamentally improve the inconvenience of refilling the prepaid user terminal account. Moreover, the distribution and sale of prepaid calling cards for fixed intelligent networks also increases the operating costs of operators. Summary of the invention
