可见, 在现有的预付费充值方式中, 在充值卡或预付卡等预付费 途径对用户来说不可用时, 用户终端账户无法得到充值。 并且, 在基 于充值卡的预付费充值方式中,运营商分发和销售充值卡或预付卡增 力口了运营成本。
本发明的构思在于, 在预付费途径不可用时, 对用户终端账户充 值, 并将该充值记入后付费的主账户应缴的帐务中。

本实施方式以基于后付费的固定电话账户对支持预付费的手机
账户进行充值为例, 对本发明的发明构思进行描述。 本申请中所说的 支持预付费的账户, 是指该账户能够被预付费充值, 但并不限于该账 户仅能够被预付费充值, 该账户也可以同时具有能够被后付费的特 性。 可以理解, 本发明并不限于后付费的固定电话账户, 其他实施方 式也可以使用后付费的手机账户, 例如后付费的中国移动全球通账户 来对支持预付费的手机账户进行充值。
如图 1和图 2所示, 为手机账户进行充值的系统 1包括管理设备 10、 处理设备 12以及操作设备 14。
在充值之前, 出于安全方面的考虑, 管理设备 10应该对该固定 电话账户与手机帐户的对应关系进行管理。 下面首先根据图 1 , 对根 据本发明, 固定电话账户和手机帐户之间的对应关系的管理进行描 述。 管理设备 10用于管理该手机帐户与充值所基于的固定电话账户 的对应关系, 管理设备 10 包括开通控制器、 建立控制器、 设定控制 器、查询控制器和删除控制器。这些部件的功能将在下文中进行描述。
首先, 用户应该开通该充值服务, 并且建立待充值的手机帐户与 该固定电话账户的对应关系。 一种普遍的流程是: 用户先在电信营业 厅申请该业务, 而后用户回到家中自助地开通该业务。

在以上的实施方式中, 一个手机帐户与一个固定电话账户绑定。 可以理解, 在另一个实施方式中, 一个或多个用户可以将不同的多个 固定电话账户与同一个手机帐户进行绑定, 这样能够为手机帐户的充 值提供更大的灵活性。
在以上的实施方式中, 该用户通过固定电话接入系统 1 , 系统 1 根据固定电话拨入的请求管理固定电话账户和手机账户的绑定关系, 鉴于固定电话线路相较无线接入更加难以监听, 所以通过固定电话接 入的安全性较高。 可以理解, 本发明并不限于此, 系统 1也可以支持 通过手机接入的对绑定关系的管理请求。
以上对根据本发明管理固定电话账户和手机帐户之间的绑定关 系进行了描述。 下面将对根据本发明基于该固定电话账户对手机账户 进行充值过程进行描述。
处理设备 12基于该固定电话账户和该手机帐户的对应关系, 确 定是否对该手机帐户进行充值并将充值记入到该固定电话账户应缴 的帐务中。
在第一实施方式中, 该手机账户的用户主动地提出充值的请求。 例如, 该手机账户的用户在它的手机上拨打一接入号码, 通过声讯平 台接入系统 1。 这里的接入号码不一定与前述的固定电话用户管理绑 定关系所拨打的接入号码相同。 在声讯平台的语音提示下, 该用户输 入他想要充值将被记入帐务的固定电话账户的标识, 例如固定电话号 码。 该用户也输入所想要充值的数额。 可以理解, 该用户也通过发送 短信来主动提出充值请求, 该短信中含有他想要充值将被记入帐务的 固定电话号码以及想要充值的数额。
处理设备 12 包括接收器, 用于接收该用户的充值请求, 即获取 用户输入的固定电话号码和所想要充值的数额。
处理设备 12 包括验证装置, 用于根据所管理的该手机帐户与对 应固定电话账户的绑定关系, 确定该用户输入的固定电话号码和所想 要充值的数额是否满足该绑定关系。 具体的, 验证装置根据绑定关系 数据库中的数据, 进行如下验证:
■ 该手机账户是否有与其绑定的固定电话账户;

■ 该手机账户在一定时间段内所充值的总数额是否不大于设定的 在一定时间段内所能够充值的总数额; 等等。
若以上验证不通过,系统 1可以通过声讯平台或短信提示该用户, 让其重新提交充值请求, 或者终结本次接入。
当以上验证都通过后, 处理设备 12确定对该手机账户进行该数 额的充值并将相应数额记入该固定电话账户应缴的帐务中。 可以理 解, 根据实际需求, 充入该手机账户的数额不一定与记入该固定账户 应缴的帐务中的相应数额相同, 例如, 系统 1要求该固定账户需额外 缴纳一笔充值手续费, 则处理设备 12记入该固定电话应缴帐务中的 数额应包括充入手机账户的数额及手续费。
在验证通过并确定进行充值后, 操作设备 14对该手机帐户进行 所请求的数额的充值并将相应数额记入到该主账户应缴的帐务中。 具 体的, 操作设备 14更新记录该手机账户的话费的话费数据库 (不论 该话费数据库与系统 1 是否属于同一运营商管辖), 为该手机账户的 话费增加所请求的数额。 操作设备 14还通知该固定电话账户的运营 商的计费系统(不论该计费系统与系统 1是否属于同一运营商管辖),

以上对用户主动请求对手机账户进行充值进行了描述。在第二实 施方式中, 系统 1在预定条件满足, 例如手机帐户中的余额低于一阈 值时, 自动地向手机账户发送提醒, 并接收充值确认, 从而自动地为 手机账户充值。
具体的, 待充值的手机账户的用户可以事先在系统 1中设置一阈 值,或系统 1 自动设置一阈值。该阈值可以存储在绑定关系数据库中。 处理设备 12 包括一提醒装置, 该提醒装置可以与手机账户的话费数 据库通信, 在话费数据库中记录的该手机账户的余额低于该阈值时, 自动地向该手机账户发送一充值提醒消息。 该消息可以以短信的方式 通过短信平台被发送, 该短信中可以为: "余额不足, 请确定是否自 动充值, 确定请回复 Y" , 并且该短信的发送者是系统 1 的一个服务 号码。

12. 根据权利要求 11所述的系统, 其特征在于, 该对应关系还包 括基于该主账户对该用户终端帐户进行充值的:
- 单次充值请求所能够请求充值的最大数额; 和 /或
- 在一定时间段内所能够充值的总数额; 和 /或
- 有效期限;
该充值请求中包括本次所请求充值的数额; 该验证装置还用于判断该充值请求是否满足以上该对应关系, 当 满足时确定向该用户终端账户充值所请求的数额并将相应数额计入 到该主账户应缴的帐务中。
13. 根据权利要求 9所述的系统,其特征在于,该处理设备如下: - 提醒装置, 用于在预定条件满足时, 向该用户终端发送充值提 醒消息;
- 接收器, 用于接收相应于该充值提醒消息的、 对该用户终端账 户进行充值的确认消息;
该处理设备根据所管理的该用户终端帐户与对应主账户的对应 关系, 对该用户终端帐户进行充值并将充值记入到该主账户应缴的帐 务中。
14. 根据权利要求 9所述的系统,其特征在于,该管理设备包括: - 开通控制器, 用于对固定电话拨入的、 请求为该主账户开通本 充值服务的请求进行验证, 并在验证通过后为该主账户开通本充值服 务;
该管理设备还包括以下至少一项:
- 建立控制器, 用于在开通本充值服务后, 根据固定电话拨入的 建立请求, 建立该主账户与至少一个用户终端帐户的持续的绑定关 系;
- 设定控制器, 用于在绑定关系建立后, 根据固定电话拨入的设 定请求,设定基于该主账户对各用户终端帐户进行的充值的单次最大 数额, 和 /或在一定时间段内的总数额, 和 /或有效期限;
- 查询控制器, 用于在绑定关系建立后, 根据固定电话拨入的查 询请求, 提供与该对应关系有关的充值信息;
- 删除控制器, 用于在绑定关系建立后, 根据固定电话拨入的删 除请求, 删除该主账户与至少一个用户终端帐户的绑定关系。
