Abstract

Der Druckknopf-Dispenser mit Druckgas-Kapsel (7) für Flaschen (2) besteht aus einem auf die Flasche (2) aufschraubbaren Kopf mit seitlichem Ausgusskanal (4), Druckknopf (15) auf seiner Oberseite und nach unten ragendem Saugrohr (11). Dieses ist dazu bestimmt, bis zum Boden der auszurüstenden Flasche (2) zu reichen und es mündet oben in eine Ventileinrichtung im Kopf. Diese weist ein in Bezug auf die Flasche (2) axial bewegliches Regelorgan (39) auf, welches von einer Feder (17) in Schliessrichtung beaufschlagt ist, und zur Öffnung von oben von Hand mit Druck auf den Druckknopf (15) beaufschlagbar ist. Dadurch wird Druck im Inneren des Saugrohrs (11) auf Umgebungsdruck reduziert, wodurch Flüssigkeit aus der Flasche (2) durch den herrschenden Innendruck in der Flasche (2) von der unteren Mündung des Saugrohrs (11) aus über den Ausgusskanal (4) ausgetrieben wird. Als Besonderheit ist der Dispenser als einstückiges Gehäuse (14) mit Innengehäuse (37) ausgeführt, welches sämtliche weiteren Elemente des Dispensers enthält oder aussen trägt.
