Abstract

본 발명은 디젤엔진의 다중 연료분사장치에 관한 것으로서, 연료펌프에 구비되어 연료를 분사하도록 하는 플런저를 분사패턴을 달리하도록 다중으로 구성하여 최대한 완전 연소가 이루어지도록 한 것이다. 본 발명은 연료를 분사하여 인젝터를 통해 각 실린더의 연소실에 분사되도록 하는 연료분사펌프로 구성되는 디젤엔진의 연료분사장치로서, 상기 연료분사펌프는, 하우징과; 이 하우징의 내부에 승,하강이 되면서 메인연료 흡입구를 통해 유입된 메인연료를 메인연료 토출구를 통해 분사되도록 하는 메인 플런저와; 상기 메인 플런저의 승,하강 동작에 따라 승,하강 동작이 이루어지도록 하우징의 내부에 구비되면서, 상기 메인 플런저와 동시에 작동되면서 다른 분사패턴을 형성하도록 서브연료 흡입구를 통해 서브연료를 흡입하여 서브연료 토출구를 통해 분사되도록 하여 디젤엔진의 성능을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하는 서브 플런저를 포함하여 구성되는 것이다.
