  优选地,所述碳粉输送架包括了回转轴和固定在该回转轴上的第一螺旋叶片和第二螺旋叶片,所述回转轴可转动地支承在所述送粉仓的两个端壁之间,所述两个螺旋叶片的螺旋方向彼此相反,且分别位于所述出粉口的轴向两侧,其中所述第一螺旋叶片的外径小于所述第二螺旋叶片的外径。
有益效果
当安装本发明的碳粉供应盒时,只要简单地沿着成像设备内的导轨,按照预先决定的插入方向插入碳粉供应盒,即可自动地使其闸板移至打开位置。因此,甚至是不熟悉碳粉供应盒更换工作的使用者,也可以毫无困难地安装碳粉供应盒。当要取下碳粉供应盒时,可以简单地沿着与插入方向相反的方向,抽出碳粉供应盒,即可自动地使闸板移动至关闭位置。因此,使用者不需要通过滑动闸板,有意地去关闭出粉口,也不会忘记关闭出粉口。

本发明的实施方式
图1至图6示出了本发明的一种碳粉供应盒10,该碳粉供应盒可拆卸地安装在未示出的成像设备内,通过一个安装在成像设备内的漏斗将碳粉供应给显影部件;导轨20则是设置在漏斗顶部开口处,用于为碳粉供应盒的插入和抽出进行导向。该导轨20上具有开启机构和关闭机构,其中,开启机构的作用方向与碳粉供应盒的装入方向相反,关闭机构的作用方向与碳粉供应盒的抽出方向相反。
碳粉供应盒10包括一个容纳碳粉的盒体1和封闭该盒体1的盖体2,该盒体1具有储粉仓11和送粉仓12,在送粉仓12的底面上设有一用于排放碳粉的出粉口13,该出粉口13使盒体1的内部和外部连通起来。在出粉口13的周围形成有一个法兰14,该法兰14沿水平方向突出。该储粉仓11内设置有搅拌架3,其作用是防止碳粉结块并将碳粉搅拌输送至送粉仓12;该送粉仓12内设置有碳粉输送架4,其作用是使送粉仓12内碳粉能平稳地通向出粉口13。盖体2的一个端侧设有传动齿轮组15,用于将来自于成像设备的驱动力传递给搅拌架3,盖体2的另一个端侧设有密封盖16,用于将灌粉口17进行密封。
该法兰14上安装有一用于打开和关闭出粉口13的闸板5,该闸板5可在开启出粉口13的开启位置与关闭出粉口13的关闭位置之间滑动。当闸板5滑动至开启位置时,盒体1中的碳粉可通过出粉口13落下。该法兰14具有沿闸板5的滑动方向延伸的导向边141,储粉仓11在靠近闸板5的外侧面111上设有导向凸条6,该导向凸条6的延伸方向平行于导向边141的延伸方向,闸板5与导向边141及导向凸条6形成滑动配合。送粉仓12的外侧面121上凹设有一卡槽122,该卡槽122的槽底面123与送粉仓外侧面121之间通过引导斜面124连接。
参见图4,所述碳粉输送架4呈螺旋状,其包括了回转轴41和固定在该回转轴41上的第一螺旋叶片42和第二螺旋叶片43,回转轴41可转动地支承在送粉仓12的两个端壁之间,两个螺旋叶片的螺旋方向彼此相反,且分别位于出粉口13的轴向两侧,其中第一螺旋叶片41的外径小于第二螺旋叶片43的外径,这样从结构上既可以避免与卡槽122在送粉仓12内部形成的凸起产生干涉,又可更有效而充分地将碳粉送到出粉口13。碳粉输送架4的端部设有一驱动部件44,成像设备内的驱动机构通过该驱动部件44驱动碳粉输送架回转,强制性地将碳粉送往盒体1的出粉口13,以保证使盒体1中的所有碳粉通过出粉口13落下。
以下进一步说明闸板5的结构特点及其与盒体1之间的配合关系。
参见图7至图9,所述闸板5包括与法兰14的底面形成面接触的平板部分51、设于平板部分51外边缘上方的外夹持部分52、以及设于平板部分51内边缘下方的内夹持部分53。闸板5的外夹持部分52夹持在法兰14的导向边141上,内夹持部分53夹持在导向凸条6上,从而可滑动地安装于盒体1。内夹持部分53下方设有一可被开启机构阻挡以开启出粉口13的凸块54,外夹持部分52的外侧设有一可与卡槽122配合的弹性卡扣55,该弹性卡扣55包括了基本平行于平板部分51的悬臂部分551、基本垂直于平板部分51的扣合部552和可被关闭机构阻挡以关闭出粉口13的卡爪553,扣合部552和卡爪553均形成在悬臂部分551的端部。在碳粉供应盒10即将插入或抽离导轨20之前,弹性卡扣55与卡槽122相互配合以限制法兰14与闸板5之间的自由滑动,这时闸板5处在挡住出粉口13的关闭位置,使碳粉不能漏出。当闸板处在开启位置时,弹性卡扣55的扣合部552脱离卡槽122并搭在送粉仓外侧面121上。
参见图10和图11,导轨20包括一底面21,该底面21的内侧设有一导槽22,该导槽22的一端具有可供凸块54进入的开口,而该导槽22的另一端具有阻挡凸块54继续前进的限位挡板23,该限位挡板23作为用于开启出粉口13的开启机构。底面21的外侧设有一限位挡块24,其作为用于关闭出粉口13的关闭机构。
参见图12a,碳粉供应盒10在刚刚插入成像设备时,闸板5处在挡住出粉口13的关闭位置,闸板5的扣合部552卡在卡槽122内,此时悬臂部分551呈笔直的状态,卡爪553也可以顺利地通过限位挡块24。参见图12b,随着碳粉供应盒10的继续推进,闸板5受到导轨20上的限位挡板23阻挡而沿着法兰14与盒体1产生相对滑动,此时闸板5的扣合部552也从卡槽122内滑出并搭在送粉仓外侧面121上,迫使悬臂部分551向外弯曲。事实上,此后只是法兰14随盒体1的继续推进而运动,而闸板5相对于导轨20并没有运动。在此过程中,出粉口13逐渐打开并与漏斗入口相对,从而盒体1内的碳粉可以通过出粉口13和漏斗入口被供给到成像设备的显影装置内。由于闸板5可以自动地打开,碳粉可从碳粉供应盒送入漏斗中,因此,与现有技术的两个步骤的过程(包括将碳粉供应盒安装在成像设备中,然后滑动闸板5以打开出粉口13的步骤)比较,本实施例容易进行碳粉供应盒的更换,就算是不熟悉碳粉供应盒更换的使用者也不会因忘记打开闸板5而使碳粉供应盒安装失败。
参见图12c,在取出碳粉供应盒10时,由于悬臂部分551向外弯曲,卡爪553受到限位挡块24的阻挡,因而使闸板5相对于导轨20静止。法兰14随盒体1向外移动时,闸板5与法兰14产生相对滑动,此过程中,出粉口13逐渐被关闭。参见图12d,当到达一定位置时,闸板5上的扣合部552与卡槽122相配,悬臂部分551恢复笔直的状态,使卡爪553能够避开限位挡块24的阻挡,这样,碳粉供应盒10就恢复到插入成像设备之前的状态,从而能够顺利地被取出。这种结构不需要通过手动地滑动闸板5,有意地去关闭出粉口13,因此,使用者不会因忘记关闭出粉口13而导致碳粉四处散落。
需要指出的是,以上实施例介绍过程中针对的具体结构或者零部件,仅作为本领域技术人员理解本发明的参考性例证,本领域技术人员在实施例描述的技术方案的启示下,还可以设计出或者摹制得到不超出本发明之技术范围或者技术实质的各种等同或者类似的技术构造。由此,如果用这种示例性说明来限制本发明之权利要求所囊括的保护范围是不适宜的。等同或类似于本发明的技术方案仍然属于本发明之权利要求的保护范围。
工业实用性
当安装本发明的碳粉供应盒时,只要简单地沿着成像设备内的导轨,按照预先决定的插入方向插入碳粉供应盒,即可自动地使其闸板移至打开位置。因此,甚至是不熟悉碳粉供应盒更换工作的使用者,也可以毫无困难地安装碳粉供应盒。当要取下碳粉供应盒时,可以简单地沿着与插入方向相反的方向,抽出碳粉供应盒,即可自动地使闸板移动至关闭位置。因此,使用者不需要通过滑动闸板,有意地去关闭出粉口,也不会忘记关闭出粉口。

Claims (5)

  1. 碳粉供应盒,用于可拆卸地安装到成像设备中,该成像设备内具有作用方向与该碳粉供应盒的装入方向相反的开启机构和作用方向与该碳粉供应盒的抽出方向相反的关闭机构;所述碳粉供应盒包括:
    用于容纳碳粉的盒体,该盒体具有储粉仓和送粉仓,该送粉仓内设置有碳粉输送架;
    用于排放碳粉的出粉口,形成在所述送粉仓的底面上;
    可在开启所述出粉口的开启位置与关闭所述出粉口的关闭位置之间滑动的闸板;
    其特征在于:
    所述闸板的内侧设有一可被所述开启机构阻挡以开启所述出粉口的凸块,该闸板的外侧设有一可被所述关闭机构阻挡以关闭所述出粉口的弹性卡扣;所述送粉仓的外侧面上凹设有一卡槽,该卡槽的槽底面与所述送粉仓外侧面之间通过引导斜面连接;当所述闸板处在关闭位置时,所述弹性卡扣与所述卡槽相配合;当所述闸板处在开启位置时,所述弹性卡扣脱离所述卡槽并搭在所述送粉仓外侧面上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的碳粉供应盒,其特征在于:所述出粉口周围形成有法兰,该法兰具有沿所述闸板滑动方向延伸的导向边,所述储粉仓的靠近所述闸板的外侧面上设有导向凸条,该导向凸条的延伸方向平行于所述导向边的延伸方向,所述闸板与所述导向边和所述导向凸条形成滑动配合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的碳粉供应盒,其特征在于:所述闸板包括与所述法兰的底面形成面接触的平板部分、设于所述平板部分外边缘上方的外夹持部分以及设于所述平板部分内边缘下方的内夹持部分;所述外夹持部分夹持在所述导向边上,所述内夹持部分夹持在所述导向凸条上;所述凸块位于所述内夹持部分的下方,所述弹性卡扣位于所述外夹持部分的外侧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的碳粉供应盒,其特征在于:所述弹性卡扣包括了平行于所述平板部分的悬臂部分、垂直于所述平板部分的扣合部和可被所述关闭机构阻挡以关闭出粉口的卡爪,所述扣合部和所述卡爪均形成在所述悬臂部分的端部。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的碳粉供应盒,其特征在于:所述碳粉输送架包括了回转轴和固定在该回转轴上的第一螺旋叶片和第二螺旋叶片,所述回转轴可转动地支承在所述送粉仓的两个端壁之间,所述两个螺旋叶片的螺旋方向彼此相反,且分别位于所述出粉口的轴向两侧,其中所述第一螺旋叶片的外径小于所述第二螺旋叶片的外径。
