Abstract

La présente invention concerne un élément d'étanchéité pour un trocart, qui permet l'insertion d'instruments chirurgicaux ayant une diversité de diamètres, et un trocart à multiples orifices pour chirurgie laparoscopique comprenant l'élément d'étanchéité. Le trocart à multiples orifices pour chirurgie laparoscopique selon la présente invention comprend : un corps principal possédant une pluralité d'orifices pour l'insertion d'instruments chirurgicaux ; un manchon qui est couplé au corps principal et qui a un trou traversant à travers lequel les instruments chirurgicaux vont pénétrer ; et plusieurs éléments d'étanchéité couplés aux orifices respectifs afin de sceller les espaces formés entre les instruments chirurgicaux insérés à travers les orifices et le corps principal. Chaque élément d'étanchéité comprend : une partie corps principal de forme annulaire dont le centre présente une ouverture ; et une partie couvercle qui est disposée sur la partie corps principal afin de découvrir l'ouverture de la partie corps principal et qui possède un trou d'insertion plus petit que l'ouverture de la partie corps principal afin qu'un instrument chirurgical puisse être inséré dans le trou d'insertion. Le trou d'insertion est formé au centre de la partie couvercle et le centre de la partie couvercle est en retrait vers l'intérieur de l'ouverture. La partie couvercle est déformée de manière élastique et le trou d'insertion s'étend de telle sorte que le centre de la partie couvercle peut être davantage en retrait vers l'intérieur de l'ouverture lorsqu'un instrument chirurgical présentant un diamètre supérieur au diamètre du trou d'insertion est inséré dans le trou d'insertion.
