- the present invention refers to a heating system for a vehicle seat where the novelty consists essentially of incorporating a layer of heating fabric into the fabric of the textile cover itself, during the process of fabric manufacturing, constituting a single joint layer between them.
- the object of the invention is to achieve optimum heat distribution over the area of a seat that is to be heated, as well as to eliminate the risk of possible breakage of the conductive wires that constitute the electric heating resistors in conventional systems.
- the heating seats for car seats are constituted by resistors or conductive wires, which joined and held by a support (which can be a wadding or a non-woven material), draw a path to homogenize the surface to be heated, so that said resistors or conductive threads, together with their support, can be attached (sewn, glued, etc.) to the seat's textile cover after being sewn and made and before mounting it on the seat part itself.
- Another known system is to mount on the seat part, by means of gluing, of the heating resistors in conjunction with a support and subsequent sheathing of the seat part and the resistance with the textile cover.
- Invention Patent DE102006017732A1 describes a seat for a car tempered by the inclusion of a conductive textile material between the seat foam and the cover, so that this conductive textile material can have functions of recognition of seat occupancy , piezoelectric functions, and even optical functions, such as the inclusion of led's.
- the piece composed of the conductive textile layer is an individual piece, which has to be dimensionally coupled to the geometry of the seat, also emphasizing that it requires a mounting step, either by sewing or glued to the seat cover.
- the present invention aims to avoid the problems and inconveniences mentioned in the previous section, based on a series of particularities and innovations that are simple and also structurally simple, but with full efficiency in their function and purpose
- the system of the invention consists in incorporating a layer of heating textile fabric to the textile fabric of the seat cover itself during a lamination or foam process with a thin layer of foam, conventional operation in the current manufacturing process.
- a single laminated textile layer is thus obtained, consisting of an outer fabric for a seat cover, a thin layer of foam (foam) and a heating textile fabric.
- the templates that are going to configure the different areas of the seat cover are cut, cutting or stamping the area that wants to be heated from the roll configured by the layer of heating fabric, as described its manufacture in the previous section.
- the different areas are sewn together that will configure the seat cover.

- the union of the layer of heating fabric to the textile cover being a textile where all its braided wire forms an electrical resistance

- the homogeneous distribution of heat is guaranteed, since the heating layer is the same dimensions as the area to be heated, and being in all this area guaranteed its attachment to the textile cover of the seat being this one more component of it.
- the set consisting of the textile cover and the layer of heating fabric make up a completely homogeneous surface to be heated, with the consequent saving of energy consumption to get to heat the same surface at a certain temperature.

- the laminate of the several independent layers are joined together to form the single joint layer by a method selected between a foam and an adhesive material, where one of the independent layers is the heating fabric layer 2, which incorporates the constituted conductive wires by a conductive metal core with insulating coating, said conductive wires constituting the conductive fabric itself.
- These conductive wires have a diameter ranging from 0.0015 to 0.005 mm. These same conductive wires may comprise all of the material used in the composition of the heating fabric layer or comprise a percentage of the fabric composition of said heating fabric layer 2.

- the polyurethane foam layer 4 comprises a thickness between 0.5 and 7 mm, while being foamed against another of the independent layers, either against which it includes the conductive fabric or against another of the layers outside
