背景技术

得不持续地监测该通信终端的移动 ¾度。这么一来,就更加耗费大量的网络资源, 整个通信网络的运作负荷, 也益发加重了。 全球定位系统 (GPS ) 应用于通信终端, 己经是公知技术, 随着这种技术 的普及, 通信终端可以通过内在的测速模块测取移动速度, 而这种移动速度, 可 以被视为通信终端自身的移动速度。经过检索, 尚未发现通信终端自测移动速度 与其呼叫转移之间的关联技术。 发明内容
本发明的目的, 是克服现有技术的不足之处, 提供一种可测移动速度的通 信终端及其呼叫转移方法,以便通信终端的使用者根据移动速度自行管制通信活 动。. 本发明的可测移动速度的通信终端包含依次连接的测速模块、 数值比较器 和呼叫转移模块,当数值比较 ¾判断测速模块所测到的移动速度的值大于等于预 设的限值时, 就触发呼叫转移模块呼出启动呼叫转移的请求; 当数值比较器判断 测速模块所测到的移动速度的值小于预设的限值时,就触发呼叫转移模块呼出取 消呼叫转移的请求。为了避免呼叫转移模块不断地呼送呼叫转移的请求, 将一开 关预接于 a, 当呼叫转移模块呼送启动呼叫转移的请求时, 该开关自动转接于 b; 当呼叫转移模块呼送取消呼叫转移的请求时, 该开关再自动转接到 a。
本发明的可测移动速度的通信终端的呼叫转移方法是, 把所测得的移动速 度与预设的限值加以比较, 如果所测得的移动速度的值大于等于预设的限值,通 .. 信终端就呼出启动呼叫转移的请求; 如果所测得的移动速度的值小于预设的限 值, 通信终端就呼出取消呼叫转移的请求。为了避免通信终端不断地发送呼叫转 移的请求, 如果所测得的移动速度的值大于等于预设的限值, 该通信终端就检查 本机的呼叫转移状态标识,如果本机的呼叫转移状态标识未激活,该通信终端就 呼出启动呼叫转移的请求; 如果所测得的移动速度的值小于预设的限值,'该通信 终端也检查本机的呼叫转移状态标识, 如果本机的呼叫转移状态标识已激活, 该 通信终端就呼出取消呼叫转移的请求。
本发明依据移动速度管制通信活动。 通信终端在启动呼叫转移之前事先确 认自身的超速状态,避免了通信网络因为需要持续监测通信终端的移动速度而增 加负荷。
