依照本发明较佳实施例所述的实现布防 /撤防的智能系统, 所述锁舌检测 器为机 式的触动装直、 接近开关、 位移传感器的其中一种。
. 本发明另公开一种.门控制模块, 该门控制模块设置在门框正对着锁舌的 位置上, 呈盒状, 其正面设置用于容置锁舌的锁舌容置空间, 在其内包含有 处理器的 PCB板和锁舌检测器, 处理器连接锁舌检测器。
由于采用了以上的技术特征, 使得本发明相比于现有技术具有以下的优 点和积极效果:
第一, 本发明采用检测 舌的变化来进行智能子系统的布防和撤防操作, 克服现有技术会存在漏掉布防或漏掉撤防的操作, 灵敏性更强;
第二, 本发明只需要在现有的门设备的门框上开设一容置空间, 对现有 的门结构改动非常小, 就能实现上述的功能;
第三, 克服了现有大多数的行业人都是考虑从锁具着手来实现这个功能, 需要对锁具进行改动, 非常麻烦, 不具有方便性的技术偏见。 附图说明 图 1为本发明的结构图;
图 2为本发明的门控制模块的结构示意图。 具体实施方式 以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细描述, 但本发明并不仅仅 限于这些实施例。 本发明涵盖任何在本发明的精髓和范围上做的替代、 修改、 等效方法以及方案。 为了使公众对本发明有彻底的了解, 在以下本发.明优选 实施例中详细说明了具体的细节, 而对本领域技术人员来说没有这些细节的 描述也可以完全理解本发明。 另外, 为了避免对本发明的实质造成不必要的 混淆, 并没有详细说明众所周知的方法、 过程、 流程、 元件和电路等。
本发明的核心思想在于, 通过检测锁具上锁舌的动作变化, 控制智能子 系统布防和撤防操作, 而防止传统的安防系统, 误报率高, 或因人工操作而 忘记布防等问题。
本发明的系统包括智能子系统和用于控制智能子系统布防 /撤防操作的门 控制系统, 所述门控制系统进一步包括门主体、 门框和门控制模块, 门主体 上设置有锁具, 其中, 在门框上正对着锁具的位置开设门控制模块容置空间', '所述门控制模块容置在该门模块容置空间内;
所述门控制模块的正面设置用于容置所述锁舌的锁舌容置空间, 在所述 门控制模块容置空间内设置有包含有处瑝器的 PCB板和锁舌检测器, 该 PCB 板连接锁舌检测器, 该处理器通过无线模块或有线通信接口电性连接至所述 智能子系统。
实施例一 .
以下首先对本发明的门控制系统进行叙述:
请参阅图 1和图 2, 本发明的门控制系统包括门主体 1和门框 2。 门主体 1上设 有锁具 11。 锁具上设置有主锁舌 12、 侧锁舌 13和斜锁舌 14。 门框 2 上正对着锁具的位置开设有门控制模块容置空间 21。 门控制模块容置空间 21 是用来容置门控制模块 30的。 门控制模块容置空间 21 的大小和门控制模块 30的大小相吻合, 以便门控制模块 30能 放置。 门控制模块 30可以通过机 械方式固定在门框 2上。 门控制模块 30也可以可拆卸地固定在门框 2的门控 制模 *容置空间 21内。 考虑到这些结构都是非常常见的结构, 在此就不再说 明。 门控制模块 30的形状与门控制模块容置空间 21的形状相吻合, 可以是 正方体、 长方体、 圆桶形等, 优选为盒装。
本发明的这种设计方式, 使得对现有的门部分不需要做很大的改动, 只 需要开设一门控制模块容置空间 21 即可, 不需要对现有的锁具 11部分进行 改动, 用非常小的代价就能提升门的功能, 非常实用。
门控制模块 30,设置在门控制模块容置空间 21内, 其正面设置用于容置 锁舌的锁舌容置空间。
在本申请中, 可以有两种实现的方式来实现门控制模块 30的固定: 一种, 是门控制模块 30还包括一档板, 门控制模块 30只有一个锁舌 容置空间, 也就是说, 正面可以是空的。 档板 38和锁具配套, 锁具设置有几 个锁舌, 对应的档板 38也开有几个槽。 并且, 槽的形状、 大小与锁舌的形状、 大小配套。 档板 38盖设在锁舌容置空间上。 这种方式下, 每一锁具内可配套 一对应的档板 38, 而门控制模块 30可以采用统一的规格, 不需要针对每一锁 真进行设计。
第二种, 是直接在门控制模块 30的正面开设槽, 槽的个数与锁具上具有 锁舌的个数相同, 并且, 槽的形状、 大小与锁具上锁舌的形状、 大小相符, 以这些槽作为每个锁舌的容置空间。
需要说明的是, 这种形状下, 一种规格的锁具需要配一门控制模块 30.在 本实例中, 锁舌容置空间包括主锁舌容置空间 31、侧锁舌容置空间 32和斜锁 舌容置空间 33:该些锁舌容置空间的大小和对应的锁舌的大小相配套。 并且, 该些锁舌容置空间的个数可以是一个, 所有的锁舌都凸伸进该锁舌容置空间, 也可以是两个, 某相邻丙个的锁舌凸伸进同一锁舌容置空间。 在本实例中, 一个锁舌对应一客置空间。 这些仅仅是举例说明, 并非用来局限本发明。
在门控制模块 30中至少设置有锁舌检测器和包含有处理器的 PCB板 34。 在本实例中, 门控制模块呈长方体状。 我们设定有锁舌容置空间的这一 面称之为门控制模块的正面, 和正面对应的面称之为背面, 位于正面的上边 和下边的面分别称之为门控制模 ¾:的上面和下面, 位于正面和背面同一水平 面的两个面称之为侧面。
以下对本发明的智能子系统和本实施例的工作过程做详细描述: 在本申请中, 智能子系统可以仅包括感测装置, 处理器连接感测装置, 和锁舌检测器, 根据锁舌检测器发送的动作信号, 可获知锁具的锁舌的动作, 进而控制感测装置的开或关, 并且, 控制感测装置的开或关可以指所有的感 测装置的开或关, 或者是指部分感测装置的开或关。
智能子系统还也可以仅包括感测装置和控制装置, 处理器进一步连接控 制装置, 把锁舌检测器检测到的状态信息通过处理器发送至控制装置, 由控 制装置决定该些感测装置的开或关。
智能子系统还可以仅包括感测装置、 控制装置和通知装置。 处理器连接 控制装置, 把锁舌检测器检测到的状态通过处理器发送至控制装置, 由控制 装置决定该些感测装置的开或关, 并且, 通过通知装置发送至外部设备。
在本发明的较佳实^中,门控制模块的锁舌检测器包括主锁舌检测器 35、 侧锁舌检测器 36和斜锁舌检测器 37。
主锁舌检测器 35用于通过检测主锁舌 12是否伸进主锁舌容置空间 31和 是否缩出主锁舌容置空间 3'1来判断主锁舌 12的状态是'否发生变化。
侧锁舌检测器 36用于通过检测侧锁舌, 13是否伸进侧锁舌容置空间 32和 是否缩出侧锁舌容置空间 32来判断主锁舌 13的状态是否发生变化。
斜锁舌检测器 37用来通过检测斜锁舌 14是否伸进斜锁舌容置空间 33来 判斯斜锁舌检测器 14的状态是否发生变化。
主锁舌检测器 35、 侧锁舌检测器 36、 钭锁舌检测器 37能够感知对应的 锁舌的变化, 一旦感知到对应的锁舌变化时, 就向控制芯片发出信号。 控制 芯片接收到该信号后, 就可以比照之前保存的该锁舌对应的状态获知变化后 的状态。 举例来说, 控制芯片之前保存的主锁舌的状态为 "伸进主锁舌容置空间
31", 则接收到主锁舌检测器 35发送的信号时, 就将主锁舌的状态修改为"缩 出主锁舌容置空间 31"。 事实上, 在控制芯片保存主锁舌的状态时可以仅用 "0"、 "1"来表明, 能减少存储的空间。
需要说明的是, 在本实例中, 每个锁舌对应一检测器来检测其当前的状 态 , 也可以用一个或二个检测器来检测所有锁舌的状态。
该些主锁舌检测器 35、 側锁舌检测器 36和斜锁舌检测器 37可以集成在 PCB板 34上, 并且分别连接至处理器。该些主锁舌检测器 35、侧锁舌检测器 36和斜锁舌检测器 37也可以分别固定在门控制模块 30的内部。 若该些锁舌 检测器是设置在 PCB板 34上, 则 PCB板 34可以设置在门控制模块 30内的 两个侧面板的任一侧面板上, 也可以设置在门控制模块 30内的背面板上。 当 该些锁舌检测器各自设置在门控制模块 30的内部, 比如是设置在正面板上, 再比如设置在两侧面板上时, PCB板 34不仅可以设置在侧面板和背面板上, 也可以单独设置在上面板和下面板上。
另外, '锁舌检测器可以是机械式的触动装置、 接近开关、 位移传感器的 其中一种。 比如机械检测、 光电感测器、 磁感测器、 雷达等测距感测器、 电 容感测等。 检测器可以采用现有的任何一种检测器。 在此就不再说明。
并且, 当锁舌检测器采用两个部分时, 当这两个部分可以合在一起时, 按前面所述的位置设置。 若这两个部分需要分开时, 则一部分可单独设置一 侧面板上, 另一部分单独设置在另一个对应的侧面板上或者是集成是 PCB板 上后; 再安装在另一个对应的侧面板上。 反之, 也可以将一部分单纯设置在 一侧面板上, 另一部分集成在 PCB板后, 由 PCB板安装在另一个对应的侧面 板上。 一种比较常见的例子是, 一部分采用磁铁部分, 另一部分采用干簧管。
处理器, 分别连接主锁舌检测器 35、 侧锁舌检测器 36和斜锁舌检测器 37。 用于接收到主锁舌检测器 35发送的检测信号表明主锁舌 12伸进主锁舌 容置空间 31 时, 使能智能子系统的外出布防操作, 接收到主锁舌检测器 35 送的检测信号表明主锁舌缩出锁舌空皇空间时, 使能智能手系 ^的在家撤 防操作。 接收到侧锁舌检测器 36发送的检测信号表明侧锁告伸进锁舌容置空 间时, 使能智能子系统的在家布防状态, 接收到侧锁舌检测器 36发送的检测 信号表明侧锁舌缩出锁舌容置空间时, 使能智能子系统的在家布防状态撤销 状态。 处理器接收到斜锁舌检测器发送的表明斜锁舌动作的操作时, 判断主 锁舌是否正处于伸进锁舌容置空间, 若是, 则按照预设的报警流程通知预先 设定的人或直接发出报警信息。
智能子系统也称之为家庭智能安防子系统, 主要用于当主人生活在更为 安全、 舒适的环境。 它包括安装在家中各合适之处的如红外微波探测器、 玻 璃破碎探测器、 感烟探测器、 可燃气体探测器等附件, 以及与该些附件连接 的主机、. 以及与主机连接的信息外传装置。 信息外传装置可以为报警铃、 无 线通信模块、 电话或手机模块、 以太网通信、 有线通信模块等。 比如, 主机. 可以通过无线通信模块与外部的无线通信网络(也可以包括电话或手机模块 ) 连接, 拨出对应的主人或保安室或接警控制中心的电话号码。 信息外传装置 也可以是警铃等发声装置。 信息外传装置可以通过有线通信模块(或以信网 通信) 与因特网连接, 将对应的信息发送至预先设定的邮件中或通过即时通 信软件发送至对应的号码中。 通过上述的家庭智能安防子系统, 就可以对家 居周围、 门窗、 阳台、 房间等处可能入侵的通道和重要位置进行警戒, 并可 以当前信息发送至信息外传装置设定的地方。
并且, 目前的智能子系统可以设置为几种布防方式, 比如, 开启所有的 附件, 使之都进入警戒状态; 或者是开启某些附件, 使该些附件处于警戒状 态。 由于智能子系统中的元器件、 连接关系、 软件控制多种多样, 因此上述 公开的仅为说明之用, 并非用来限定智能子系统。
在本申请中, 开启所有的附件, 使之都进入警戒状态, 我们称之为布防 状态。 关闭该些附件, 我们称之为撤防状态。 当人在家时, 某些附件处于警 戒状态, 我们称之为在家布防状态。
本发明的门控制模块 30还可以包括电源, 通过电源给 PCB板 34供电。 另外, 门控制模块 30也可以向外取电, 通过外接室内的电源线来取电。 也就 是说, PCB板 34上除了包括处理器之外, 还可以包括供电电路等其它电路。
在本发明中还可以仅通过主锁舌来达到智能子系统的布防和撤防操作。 实施例二
一种实现布防 :防门控制系统, 用于控制.智能子系统的布防 / :防操作 , 包括门主体和门框, 门主体上设置有锁具, 锁具包括主锁舌,
在门框上正对着锁具的位置开设门控制模块容置空间;
门控制模块, 设置在该门控制模块容置空间内, 所述门控制模块的正面 设置用于容置锁舌的锁舌容置空间, 在所述门控制模块内谈置有包含有处理 器的 PCB板和锁舌检测器, 所述锁舌检测器包括主锁舌检测器, 其中:
主锁舌检测器, 用于通过检测主锁舌是否伸进锁舌容置空间和是否缩出 容置空间来判断主锁舌的状态是否发生变化;
处理器, 连接主锁舌检测器, 当收到主锁舌检测器发送的检测信号表明 主锁舌伸进锁舌容置空间时, 使能智能子系统的布防操作, 接收到主锁舌检- 测器发送的检测信号表明主锁舌缩出锁舌空置空间时, 使能智能子系统的撤 防状态。
需要说明的是, 智能子系统也可以仅包括若干检测器, 省略主机, 由控 制芯片作为智能子系统的主机。 这种方式也应落在本发明的保护范围。
比如, 控制芯片连接主锁舌检测器, 并分别连接若干检测器。 当主锁舌 检测器检测到主锁舌凸伸进主锁舌容置空间时, 控制芯片启动该些检测器工 · 作, 当主锁舌^:测到主锁舌缩出主锁舌容置空间时, 控制芯片关闭该些检测 器。 控制芯片可以是简单的控制电路, 当没有主机时有时可能只有简单的检 测器, 再加上有线或无线电路把信息传送给外部主机。
本发明另提供一种门控制模块, 本发明另公开一种门控制模块, 该门控 制模块设置在门框正对着锁舌的位置上, 呈盒状, 其正面设置用于容置锁舌 的锁舌容置空间, 在其内包含有处理器的 PCB板和锁舌检测器, 处理器,连接 锁舌检测器。
本发明优选实施例只是用于帮助阐述本发明。 优选实施例并没有详尽叙 述所有的细节, 也不限制该发明仅为所述的具体实施方式。 显然, 根据本说 明书的内容, 可作很多的修改和变化。 本说明书选取并具体描述这些实施例, 是为了更好地解释本发明的原理和实际应用, 从而使所属技术领域技术人员 能很好地利用本发明。 本发明仅受权利要求书及其全部范围和等效物的限制。

1 、一种实现布防 / :防的智能系统, 其包括智能子系统和用于控制智能子 系统布防 /撤防操作的门控制系统, 其特征在于, 所述门控制系统进一步包括 门主体、 门框和门控制模块, 所述门主体上设置有至少带有主锁舌和侧锁舌 的锁具, 其中,
在门框上正对着锁具的位置开设门控制模块容置空间, 所述门控制模块 容置在该门模块容置空间内;
所述门控制模块的正面设置用于容置所述锁舌的锁舌容置空间, 在所述 门控制模块容置空间内设置有包含有处理器的 PCB板和锁舌检测器, 该 PCB 板连接锁舌^ r测器, 该处理器通过无线模块或有线通信接口电性连接至所述 智能子系统。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的实现布防 /撤防的智能系统, 其特征在于, 所述锁 舌检测器包括主锁舌检测器和侧锁舌检测器, 其中:
主锁舌检测器, 用于通过检测主锁舌是否伸进锁舌容置空间和是否缩出 容置空间来判断主锁舌的状态是否发生变化;
侧锁舌检测器, 用于通过检测侧锁舌是否伸进行锁舌容置空间和是否缩 出锁舌容置空间来判断侧锁舌的状态是否发生变化;
处理器, 分别连接主锁舌检测器和侧锁舌检测器, 用于接收到主锁舌检 测器发送的检测信号表明主锁舌伸进锁舌容置空间时, 使能智能子系统的外 出布防操作, 接收到主锁舌检测器发送的检测信号表明主锁舌缩出锁舌空置 空间, 使能智能子系统的外出布防撤销操作; 接收到側锁舌检测器发送的检 测信号表明侧锁舌伸进锁舌容置空间时, 使能智能子系统的在家布防状态, 接收到侧锁舌检测器发送的检测信号表明侧锁舌缩出锁舌容置空间时, 使能 •智能子系统的在家布防状态撤销状态。
3、如权利要求 1或 2所述的系统, 其特征在于 ,·所述 真还包括斜 :舌, 处理器连接斜锁舌检测器, 用于通过感应斜锁舌的位移检测是否非法闯入。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的系统, 其特征在于, 还包括一档板, 锁舌容置空 间为一容置空间, 档板盖设在该一容置空间上, 并且档板上开设槽的个数与 . 该锁具上锁舌的个数相同。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述门控制模块上锁舌容置 空间的个数与该锁具上锁舌的个数相同。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述锁舌检测器设置在 PCB 板上, 该 PCB板设置在门控制模块内的任一侧面板上。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述锁舌检测器设置在 PCB 板上, 该 PCB板设置在门控制模块内的背面板上。
8、 如权利要求 2或 3所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述锁舌检测器为机械 式的触动装置、 接近开关、 位移传感器的其中一种。
9、 一种门控制模块, 其特征在于, 该门控制模块设置在门框正对着锁舌 的位置上, 呈盒状, 其正面设置用于容置锁舌的锁舌容置空间, 在其内包含 有处理器的 PCB板和锁舌检测器, 处理器连接锁舌检测器。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的门控制模块, 其特征在于, 所述锁舌检测器用 于检测锁具的锁舌动作状态, 并将结果传输至处理器。
